In this research, the population is all auditors in public accounting offices in Padang City. The population in this study was 92 people consisting of several employees who had different positions/groups in KAP Padang City. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling method. The regression analysis carried out was multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) showed: (a) The audit risk variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. (b) The work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of audit risk and work stress has a positive and significant influence on auditor motivation. Auditors may be motivated by the challenge of performing high-quality audits in the face of increased audit risk. These challenges can provide a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction for auditors who successfully navigate risks and complete high-quality audits. The stress faced in challenging work situations can motivate individuals to try harder and challenge themselves. When someone feels that they can overcome or cope with a difficult task, this can increase their motivation to succeed.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and operational efficiency on return on assets (ROA) in the financial sector. ROA is an important performance indicator for financial companies, because it reflects the level of profitability of the assets owned. The research method used is regression analysis with annual data from various financial companies during the study period. Inflation is measured using the consumer price index (CPI), FDR describes the ratio between loans provided by banks and deposits received from customers, and operational efficiency is measured by the ratio of operating costs to operating income. The results of this study provide useful insights for the management of financial companies in facing challenges from economic and operational factors. To increase ROA, companies need to consider effective inflation risk management strategies and optimize the FDR ratio, while still focusing on improving their operational efficiency.

This training activity aims to train final year students in Accounting Education Study Program Faculty of Economics, State University of Makassar in the processing of statistical data, which includes simple regression analysis, multiple regression, and correlation. The knowledge and skills acquired by the students are expected to be applied in completing the final task. Implementation of statistical data processing training is running smoothly in accordance with the expected by the implementing team. This is shown by the enthusiasm of the trainees in following the materials as well as the given paracels. The success of this activity is caused by several factors: the students of the trainees are familiar with the implementing team so as to facilitate their directing, the training material is very much needed by the students to improve their understanding and ability in statistical data processing. in preparing the final assignment of students. The limitations felt by the implementing team are the supporting facilities in the form of computer owned by the laboratory is not sufficient in terms of quantity. This resulted in training done by adjusting the laboratory conditions, which of course the delivery of material is not optimal

This research uses a quantitative type of research with one dependent variable, namely customer trust and two independent variables, namely religious commitment and Islamic product attributes. This research uses primary data, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis tests (coefficient of determination test (R2), partial significance test (t-test) , simultaneous significance test (f-test) and multiple linear regression test)). The results of this research reveal that religious commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer confidence in using the services of sharia financial institutions based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 19,245 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.915 or smaller than 5 % (0.05). And Islamic product attributes have a positive and significant effect on customer trust based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 6,125 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.108, meaning it is smaller than 5% (0.05). Islamic product attributes and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer trust. From the results of the F test with df(n1)=k-1=2 and df(n2)=n-k=32, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than the ttable value, namely 189.181 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000, it means it is smaller than 5% (0.05).

The habit of storing the harvest in the form of nutmeg is something that has become a culture among the people of Morela village, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research will examine theoretically the economic variables that influence the storage of dry nutmeg seeds by farming households. To analyze the relationship between variables that cause savings choices, an inter-time model is used. The choice is based on the meaning of the present and future times. If the present time is more meaningful then farmers will sell the nutmeg seeds they have and conversely if the future time is more meaningful it will increase the amount of nutmeg savings. The variables included in this research are relative price variables, current income and future income. This research uses primary data through interviews and questionnaires. The samples taken based on the purposive random sampling method were 75 farmers in Morela village. To analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, cross-section regression was used using the Eviews tool. The results of the research show that the price variables at harvest, the estimated future price of cloves, and future consumption influence the clove savings of farmer households.

This research aims to determine the effect of cost of goods sold, fixed assets and long-term debt on the net profit of consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesian sharia stock index (ISSI) 2017-2022. This research uses independent variables, namely cost of goods sold, fixed assets and long-term debt. The dependent variable is net profit. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports of companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesian sharia stock index (ISSI) 2017-2022. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Statistical methods use multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this research show that cost of goods sold has a significant effect on net profit, fixed assets have a significant effect on net profit, and long-term debt partially has no significant effect on net profit. Then the cost of goods sold, fixed assets and long-term debt simultaneously influence net profit. By using the F test, it is found that the independent variable has a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that all independent variables are 0.559 or 55.9%, meaning that net profit can be explained by the cost of goods sold, fixed assets and long-term debt of 55.9%. while the remaining 44.1% can be explained by other factors outside this research.
