Hypertension is one of the issues challenging the medical community today. In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension is 34.1%, or 63,309,630 million individuals. Since hypertension is frequently referred to as the "silent killer," it needs to be treated right once in order to prevent problems like heart failure, stroke, and kidney failure as well as other disorders caused by hypertension. One of the treatments for hypertension is complementary therapy such as yoga therapy. Objective: This research aims to determine the changes in blood pressure as a result of the implementation of yoga exercises in hypertensive patients in Jebres Village, Surakarta City. Methods: This research used a descriptive case study  method by observing 2 female respondents aged 45-55 years who were given the implementation of yoga exercises for 4 meetings in 2 weeks with a time of ± 15-20 minutes. Results: Blood pressure dropped following the application of yoga exercises, and grade 1 patients were included. Conclusion: The application of yoga exercises can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Distribution of information has an integral role in village governance. The village government needs to prioritize information services and management to fulfill the ideas of an informative village. This community service takes place in Holmafen village, East Sarmi district, Sarmi regency. The purpose of this service is to the improve information infrastructure in Holmafen. Holmafen is one of the villages in the East Sarmi district which has the potential to be developed, one of the reasons is due to the tourism potential. The method used in this community service is by making physical infrastructure in the form of village information boards (village and Bamuskam nameplates, village monographs - programs, and village organization boards). In conclusion, this service has helped the community and the village government of Holmafen in providing information infrastructure.

The daily needs of the people of Central Aceh cannot be separated from agricultural commodities such as tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and others. Some of these agricultural commodities have sharp price fluctuations, such as tomatoes. When the supply of tomatoes in the market is reduced, the price can be much higher than the normal price. Conversely, when the supply of tomatoes is excessive, the price will fall far below the normal price. This is influenced by various factors such as the harvest season, the amount of production, the amount of public consumption and others. Based on these problems, we need a method to be able to estimate the price of tomatoes so that it can be used to support decision making related to price issues. Forecasting is one of the solutions to be able to estimate the movement of tomato commodity prices. The method used for forecasting tomato prices is High Order Fuzzy Times Series Multifactors. In this method, subinterval formation is carried out using Fuzzy C–means. To calculate the error rate of forecasting results in this study using the Mean Square Error (MSE). Based on the results of the tests carried out, the large values ​​of the training and order data used in forecasting do not guarantee a low error rate.

In the current rapid development of the business world, making competition between companies tighter, which requires the company to manage its business better, which in turn the company is able to compete and has superior value compared to other companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the performance of CV Musika employees. The population used in this study consisted of all employees of CV Musika. The number of samples in this study were 92 people with sampling techniques using total sampling. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Of the 38 variables analyzed, 23 variables were obtained and 6 factors were formed that affect employee performance at CV Musika. The results of the study obtained an eigen value of 9.205 for the physical needs factor, reward factor 2.636, discipline factor 1.696, factor carrying out work procedures 1.352, work loyalty factor 1.080, attendance factor on time 1.003, so it can be concluded that these 6 factors are the most influential on employee performance at CV. Musika.

A company is one of the types of business entities protected by law as the place where the production process of a good or service is used to meet the needs of society. To the company’s goals, it requires the contribution of good employees. Cultivating a high working spirit should be considered by the company’s managers as an obligation whose nature is constant. Especially with regard to the workload that can cause work stress, communication between employees that can lead to an increase or decrease in working spirit. The aim of this survey is to know the impact of workload, work stress, and communication on employee work spirit. This research population is the entire staff of PT Iron Steel Metalindo of Mojokerto district. The sample was 78 using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use double linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Research findings show that workload variables have a negative and significant influence on the work spirit, work stress has a negative, significant impact on the working spirit, and communication has a positive and significant effect on the job spirit.      

This research is motivated by the relatively low student achievement which is suspected because students are lazy to read and students are still difficult to understand the meaning of the text they read. Therefore it needs a strategy to be able to improve student learning outcomes. So one way that can be taken to improve this is by utilizing the Discovery Learning learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Discovery Learning Model on Students' Activities and Learning Outcomes of Intensive Reading in Grade III UPT SD Negeri 2 Turatea Jeneponto Regency. This type of research is a type of Pre Experimental Design research. The population in this study were students of class III UPT SD Negeri 2 Turatea and the sample in this study were some of the population of class III students of UPT SD Negeri 2 Turatea. The data collection method used is the observation method and the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential data analysis.From the results of the research it is known that the value of intensive reading learning results for third grade students at UPT SD Negeri 2 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency. This can be proven from the average student pretest result, which is 53.65, which is in the very low category, while the average student posttest result, which is 82.25, is in the high category. Strengthened by the results of the student intensive reading response questionnaire, it was effective because it met the student response questionnaire criteria, namely ≥ 75% gave a positive response.The results of the t test obtained tCount = 23.79 and tTable = 2.093, then tCount > tTable or 23.793 > 2.093 was obtained. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This indicates that research using the discovery learning model can increase the activity and learning outcomes of intensive reading skills in class III UPT SD Negeri 2 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency.

This application is expected to bring positive changes by providing easy access to information for customers regarding billing, blackouts, and other important information. The purpose of this research is to analyze the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore an in-depth understanding of the benefits of using PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand customer perspectives, views, and experiences in depth and contextually. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted by the researchers, it can be obtained that the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good and very useful for customers at PLN ULP Medan Baru, Medan City to meet their electricity needs, complaints and complaints, however, socialization that has not been evenly distributed has resulted in there being PLN ULP Medan Baru customers who have not used the PLN Mobile application. The five dimensions of customer service used by researchers according to Tjiptono (2014: 18), namely the Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good.  

Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools are people who have great influence in a boarding school. As a manager the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The school principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of the school principal is needed to improve teacher competence. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal as a manager in implementing strategies through collaboration and communication at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District in terms of Planning, Organizing, Actuating aspects. , Controlling (Supervision), as well as the efforts made by the principal in improving the competence of teachers at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which includes; school principals' support for teacher competency improvement programs; and facilities provided in an effort to increase teacher competence. The results of this study are that the leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has carried out its role as a manager by carrying out management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Planning (Planning) is carried out by the principal by drafting a school program based on the foundation's policy. Organizing is done by dividing the tasks to each school personnel to jointly run the program that has been made. Actuating (Motivating) is the principal's activity to move each personnel to consciously support the program being run. While Controlling (Supervision) is an activity carried out by the principal to determine the success of the program that has been implemented. The leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has provided full support for the teacher competency improvement program by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies and involving teachers in various trainings, workshops, and also training. The school principal facilitates the needs of teachers in an effort to increase teacher competence by providing scholarships to teachers to carry out further studies, allowances and other educational facilities.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty through customer satisfaction on users of grab transportation services. This research was conducted in the community in the district Kecamatan Pandaan who uses grab transportation services in 2023. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire which is distributed online via Google Form. The selection of the sample used in the study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research on data management, this research was conducted using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e- loyalty, there is no significant relationship between e-trust directly to e-loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty

The existence of an Accounting Information System will make it easier for the finance department and other related parts such as cashiers and accounting to collect data.    This study aims to determine whether the accounting information system for inpatient income at Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency, is good or not. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research while the processed data sources are secondary obtained through documents, notes, reports, archives and other supports according to the needs of the author. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation which will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form.    The results of the data analysis show that the organizational structure contained in the Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency, has separated the duties and authorities of each work function. The procedures used are also in accordance with generally accepted standard operating procedures.

This study aims to understand the conditions of learning and entrepreneurial activities at Islamic University of Majapahit. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. This study produced a description of the learning conditions which were divided into three discussions, namely, learning systems, learning processes, and entrepreneurial activities with found to be a lack of educational capacity to form graduates with entrepreneurial profiles. Complementary food for ASI (MP-ASI) is food or drink that contains nutrients, which is given to infants to meet nutritional needs other than breast milk. Complementary food for breastfeeding given to infants must contain sufficient micronutrients to meet needs that are not met by breast milk alone. But until now the provision of MP-ASI to babies less than 6 months in Indonesia is still a health problem that needs attention, because there are still many mothers who give solid food to babies before the baby is 6 months old (Heryanto, 2017). According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017, only about 40% of babies aged 0-6 months worldwide are exclusively breastfed, while 60% of other babies have received MP-ASI when they are less than 6 months old. This illustrates that exclusive breastfeeding is still low, while the practice of giving MP-ASI in various countries is still high. The data based on the 2018 Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) shows 37.3% of babies aged 0-5 months get exclusive breastfeeding, 9.3% get partial breastfeeding and 3.3% get predominant breastfeeding. Predominant breastfeeding is a pattern of breastfeeding where the baby besides getting breast milk is also given a little water.
