This study aims to develop an e-module for physical education subjects, sports and health on physical fitness material for seventh grade junior high school students. The type of research is research and development with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Define, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci, SMP Negeri 10 Kerinci and SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci. is a validation sheet. Data collection techniques in the form of instruments that have been validated by experts. Data analysis techniques use validation sheets. Data analysis techniques use rating scales and percentage ranges. physical fitness for class VII junior high school students is very feasible to be used as teaching material with a validation value of 92.8%, 2) e-module product for physical education subjects, sports and health on physical fitness material for class VII junior high school students which was developed effectively for junior high school students class VII with the results of the effectiveness test of 76.8 > 76.  

This study aims to improve the activeness and learning achievement of students by applying simulation methods in Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. This research is a class action research. The research setting was regular semester VI students, totaling 50 students who took Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. The research design involves the lecturer as the main researcher and at the same time the perpetrators of the action, the observer lecturer and students as the subject of the students. The way the research is carried out through: 1. planning, 2. implementation of class actions, 3. monitoring and evaluation, 4. analysis and reflection, 5. summarizing results. Data collection uses observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires: Test the validity of the data using triangulation of          methods and sources.Research this action by applying simulation methods in Strategy and Planning of Studying courses. The results of this action research are 1) The application of simulation learning methods can increase student activities. An increase in learning activities from cycle I to cycle II, and from cycle II to cycle III. 2) Application of simulation learning  methods can optimize student learning achievement. Student learning achievement has increased from learning achievement cycle I to cycle II, and from cycle II to cycle III.  

This study uses the Cognitive Evaluation Theory which aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study involved 229 educational staff spread across several cities in Indonesia using the convenience sampling method. The results in this study show that inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment are able to provide a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior so that psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

This School Action Research was carried out on the basis of field facts that the author found that there were still many madrasah teachers who were still unable and proficient in setting the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) required in the implementation of the Madrasah Curriculum at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung. This condition can be seen as a finding when carrying out a teacher's duties, especially in carrying out learning evaluations, both end of semester exams and madrasa exams. The expected goal of this school action research is that teachers at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung can establish Minimum Completeness Criteria and this workshop can improve the ability of madrasa teachers in preparing KKM. This school action research was conducted at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung with a total of 15 subject teachers, while the implementation of this action research consisted of two cycles. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability of teachers when setting Minimum Completeness Criteria and this workshop is effective as an approach used to increase teachers' abilities in setting minimum completeness criteria because teachers are more active and a growing sense of responsibility for setting minimum completeness criteria in each subject that taught.

Universitas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi (STEKOM University) telah menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) sejak tahun 2018, namun hingga saat ini pengukuran kinerja Learning Management System (LMS) belum dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan Learning Management System (LMS) dengan menggunakan Framework COBIT 4.1 pada domain Delivery and Support (DS) dan Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). Nilai tingkat kematangan pada kondisi eksisting berada pada level rata-rata 2, sedangkan kondisi yang ingin dicapai berada pada level rata-rata 3. Untuk mencapai level yang diharapkan, saran perbaikan mengacu pada Kerangka COBIT 4.1 perlu yang akan diberikan antara lain: pembuatan SOP (Standar Operasional dan Prosedur) LMS, kelengkapan isi LMS, tertib administrasi dokumentasi arsip penting, realisasi pelatihan LMS bagi dosen, alokasi biaya pemeliharaan dan pengujian sistem, penerapan reward and punishment, pembuatan dan penggunaan framework dan E governance - Pembelajaran dan semuanya dilakukan secara rutin minimal setiap 6 bulan sekali.

Tooth loss is an oral health problem that often causes disorders of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), such as pain, clicking sounds, and difficulty chewing. This study aims to provide education and prevent TMJ disorders in the community of Rappocini District who experience tooth loss. The research method includes educational sessions through counseling and distribution of printed materials, as well as prevention through recommendations for the use of dentures and physical exercise. Evaluation was carried out by measuring changes in knowledge, attitudes, and symptoms of TMJ before and after the intervention. Productive-age unemployment is one of the main challenges in economic development in Baubau City. The lack of access to skills training, limited job market information, and low motivation for entrepreneurship are key factors contributing to the high unemployment rate among the productive-age population. This study aims to map the unemployment conditions in Baubau and implement a counseling and training program to enhance employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through surveys, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The counseling program involves multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and educational institutions. The results indicate that the program effectively increased participants' understanding of job search strategies, industry-based skills, and entrepreneurial interest. Evaluations show that employment readiness and entrepreneurship skills improved from 40% to 80% after training. With this program, the productive-age population in Baubau is expected to be better prepared for employment challenges and have alternative solutions for economic self-sufficiency. Strengthening collaboration among stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of similar programs. 

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of the “Colorful Science Kit” as a colorful-based learning media to improve early childhood science literacy. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 20 children aged 5–6 years at an early childhood education institution. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and expert validation using a Likert scale instrument. The validation results showed that the media obtained a very feasible category with an average percentage of 91%. The implementation of the media showed an increase in children’s scientific literacy skills, especially in the skills of observing, grouping, predicting, and communicating the results of simple experiments. Children showed high enthusiasm during the color exploration activities and were able to work actively together in small groups. The use of color-based media also helped improve children’s attention, creativity, and communication skills during the learning process. The results of the study showed that the “Colorful Science Kit” was effectively used as an interactive and fun science learning media in early childhood education. This media is recommended as a contextual learning innovation to support the development of scientific literacy in early childhood education (PAUD).

The stylistic study referred to according to Tuloli in Lafamane (2020) stylistics or stylistics in general talks about the use of a distinctive or special language, which is the hallmark of a writer, literary school, or also deviations from everyday language or from normal or normal language. standard, and so on. In this study, the short story contains aspects of the provisions of stylistic studies, such as sound style, sentence style, discourse slot gacor, figurative language and imagery. Then the short story has the stages of the short story as a coherent structure, including: Abstraction, orientation, complication, evaluation, resolution and code.

The rapid development of information technology requires people tobe familiar with the internet. Utilization of marketing and sales applications is not only carried out by large companies, but can also be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service team conducted observations and interviews with Brem Duta Rasa SMEs in Sumberejo, Kaliabu, Mejayan, Madiun Regency. The team found problems with promotion and sales, therefore it was necessary to provide asolution, namely by using awebsite-based marketing and sales application for MSME products. The activity method of the service team is to provide practical training using applications. The final result of the evaluation shows that 90% of the 10 users of MSME members have theoretical understanding, 95% of application introductions, 80% of practice running applications. In conclusion, all MSME members running the application quite well. Applications can be implemented continuously to increase revenue from Brem Duta Rasa MSME products

This research and development aims to develop a valid and effective Microbiology module based guide inquiry on research on Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Bacteria from Ciplukan. The microbiology module was developed in reference to the ADDIE research and development model. The module drafting phase includes:1) the analyzing step through interviews with lecturers and the questionnaire of needs analysis by student respondents; 2) The step of designing learning modules to improve cognitive knowledge and process skills; 3) The step of developing by using module validation; 4) The step of applying which consists of module implementation in learning; 5) The evaluation step which consists of evaluating the validity of modules, cognitive learning outcomes and student science process skills. The results of the study show that the microbiology module developed accordance with the standards of validity, feasibility and practicality.

Anemia in pregnant women can be a cause of postpartum hemorrhage and an indirect cause of death. Community involvement as a community where anemia clients live in pregnant women is of course very much needed in an effort to provide social support for anemia clients in pregnant women. The purpose of this activity is to empower the community in an effort to prevent and treat anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa auxiliary health center. The method of implementing this Community Service Program is a form of partnership with health center cadres and officers, training health cadres and counseling about anemia in pregnant women at the Bandar Klippa Assistant Health Center, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Tengah Regency, which is one of the inspirational efforts for PPM (Community Service Program) activities. , where the number of participants who attended the first stage of the training were 36 cadres, 10 students, 1 village head and 1 health center officer and 12 pregnant women, while in stage II the number of cadres who attended was 38 people and 1 assistant head of the health center as Resource Person. Activities start from the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation to the preparation of reports.

In designing this application, the author uses the SDLC Waterfall model method, which is carried out step by step in accordance with the procedures in the Waterfall method. The admin application is built using the Codeigniter Framework version 3 with the PHP programming language. While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version. This application will exchange information between the community and the village and between the village and the community. This application aims to make it easier for both the community and the village in exchanging information, which then the information data can be stored intact in the database

In choosing the right learning model, a teacher must pay attention to students' abilities and choose a learning model that can motivate them to learn and develop their potential so they can overcome problems in life. Problem-Based Learning is considered a learning model that can help students maximize their potential and develop skills in solving problems in everyday life. This study aims to critically analyze the application of problem-based learning models in the field of study of Islamic Religious Education. Through a literature study approach, this study focuses on a critical analysis of the basic concepts, principles, and procedures for applying the Problem-Based Learning method in learning Islamic Religious Education. The results of the research show that in order to implement PBL in the learning process, teachers should follow the procedures or implementation stages. The procedure for implementing PBL is divided into several steps, namely: problem orientation, organizing students to study (in groups), investigation or data collection, developing and presenting work results, and finally; evaluation and reflection.

The purpose of this case study is to determine the implementation of generalist therapy in schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations nursing problems at the Avicenna Clinic Makassar. This scientific paper uses a case study method design with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews and observations at the Avicenna Clinic in Makassar which was carried out on 27-30 December 2021.

An analysis of the uncertainty value of measuring spur gear dimensions using a profile projector has been carried out. Dimensions of spur gears measured are pitch diameter, root diameter and outside diameter. The manufacture of 3 samples of spur gears was first made with a shape milling machine based on the initial technical data that had been determined. Then measurements were made with a profile projector measuring instrument for the three measuring dimensions, the best repeated measurement average was found in the root diameter measurement for the PJ01 sample of 32.4053 mm with a standard deviation of 0.0077 mm. The uncertainty method used is statistically and applies only to a series of observations. Determination of the uncertainty value is done by performing repeated measurements five times on the same sample. This method refers to ISO GUM with type A evaluation. The uncertainty value obtained for the best measurement is 0.0034 mm with an expanded uncertainty of 0.0068 mm with a 95% confidence level.

The government continues to strive for the availability of vaccines through multilateral and bilateral schemes to meet the current stock and maintain the vaccination rate in accordance with the existing vaccine stock (Widyawati, 2021). Tlagomas Urban Village, Lokwaru District, has a population of 19,826 (Central Bureau of Statistics Malang City, 2020). Of this population, not all of them have been vaccinated. So that the urban village government seeks accelerated vaccination programs, one of which is the implementation of a mass vaccine program. The purpose of this community service activity is to help implement the second dose of mass vaccine in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City. The methods used in this program are planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is the availability of infrastructure and vaccine implementing officers as well as the implementation of the second mass vaccine activity in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City with a total number of 988 participants. The flow of vaccine activities includes registration, screening history and simple physical examination, administering vaccines and recording.

Community Service entitled Making Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Vegetable Waste involving the Taru Mulyo Farmer Group in Karangpalem village, Kedawung sub-district, Sragen district which cares about environmental conservation, has been carried out on May 25, 2021. The purpose of this activity is to utilize household waste from waste The vegetables are then developed to make liquid organic fertilizer. Thus the environment becomes clean and healthy, and is able to increase the income of partners. The resulting output target is a packaged liquid organic fertilizer product as well as the Adi Widya Service journal, and Presentation at Senadimas. To realize the output targets, the methods applied include counseling, training, mentoring and at the same time direct practice. In order for this partnership program to be sustainable, periodic monitoring and evaluation are carried out.
