The family is a social unit in the order of society. The family is also an institutional subsystem or smallest unit in a larger social system, such as society, nation and state. The family consists of people who are bound by marriage, blood relationship or adoption, family members who live under one roof (house), there is interaction and communication according to their respective roles, as well as passing down habits or culture in general and practicing them independently. The family is a biosocial institution formed by at least two adults, a man and a woman who are not related by blood or have no children. Every family certainly has a goal and one of them is to have children. However, not all married couples are successful in terms of having harmony. For some families, this is not a problem because they can react to it positively. However, for some families, not having children is something that triggers problems in their household and this is also experienced by several married couples in the church. For this reason, it is necessary to provide pastoral assistance to families who do not have children to prevent divorce. The author uses a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach emphasizes the search for meaning, understanding, concepts and descriptions of a phenomenon; prioritizes quality, and is presented narratively. Research data was collected through interviews. The author conducted open interviews so as not to limit informants from conveying their understanding about the absence of children in their family. And the informants were four families from four churches in Region 1 GPP Medan - Langkat.

The research was conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation over one month, from May 20 to June 20, 2024. The main focus of this study is to explore inter-agency coordination, resource allocation, and the strengthening of laws and regulations in drug prevention efforts. The findings indicate that Sambinae Village has successfully established effective coordination between agencies such as Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa, religious leaders, and community leaders, with support from the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). This coordination has resulted in a strong synergy in efforts to create a drug-free environment. Additionally, the prevention strategies implemented focus on all levels of society using Soft Power, Hard Power, and Smart Power approaches, where Soft Power emphasizes outreach and education, Hard Power involves strict law enforcement, and Smart Power integrates technology into monitoring and education. However, the study also reveals challenges such as a lack of rehabilitation facilities and low community participation. It was found that the community tends to be passive in supporting drug prevention programs, although awareness of the dangers of drugs has increased. In conclusion, despite significant efforts by the village in drug prevention, there is still a need for improvements in resource support, cross-sector coordination, and community participation to achieve more optimal results.

Obtaining high-quality, diverse, accurate datasets for sentiment analysis has always been a significant challenge. Traditional approaches include annotators, which may introduce bias to datasets and are also time-consuming and expensive. These types of datasets may also not represent the variety needed to train robust and generalizable sentiment analysis models. This study introduces a novel combination of techniques to approach the problem with a novel solution. The proposed system, SentiGEN includes the use of a transformer, T5, fine-tuned and optimized using an evolutionary algorithm to generate high-quality, diverse, accurate data for sentiment analysis. The generated data is validated using XLNet to ensure high sentiment accuracy. This combination of technologies has proven successful based on the results derived from evaluating multiple models. From complex transformers such as BERT to more straightforward approaches like KNN, those trained using synthetic data demonstrated superior performance compared to their counterparts trained on real data. This enhancement in predictive accuracy was observed when evaluated on benchmark datasets such as SST-2 and Yelp. SentiGEN can generate high-quality, diverse, accurate, realistic data for sentiment analysis and successfully increased the performance of models trained on synthetic data compared to the same model trained on real data.

Children are the nation's assets as the successors of the nation's founders to make the country a developed country. As the nation's successors, children must receive comprehensive and massive protection. In the Child Protection Law, it is stated that children need special protection in various situations. For children who are in conflict with the law, the State provides legitimacy in the hope of changing children's behavior and the involvement of many parties in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System or later known as the SPPA Law. The case taken by the author is a case where it is explained that a child in conflict with the law is a recidivist or has committed a repeat crime. Child recidivism is basically the same as recidivism in general, the difference is that the perpetrator here is a child. Repetition of criminal acts here means criminal acts committed by children, whether similar or dissimilar criminal acts, including criminal acts completed through diversion. It is explained that the case written is a case of repetition of criminal acts or recidivism committed by children of criminals. The legal process for the criminal act of abuse committed by Rui Vicente alias Aroni's child no longer takes the diversion route because the perpetrator's child is a recidivist. In this regard, child perpetrators are being processed in court by holding trials which are charged under Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Criminal Code. UU no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System.
