This article discusses the importance of the evaluation process in elementary school learning. Evaluation plays a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of learning and the achievement of educational goals. Evaluation helps teachers obtain valid data on students' abilities, identify their learning difficulties, and understand their position among their peers. Through evaluation, teachers can make professional decisions in developing their teaching methods. The article emphasizes the significance of understanding and skills in conducting effective evaluation. Evaluation should not only be carried out at the end of a lesson but throughout the entire learning process. By conducting accurate and comprehensive evaluations, educators can gather precise information about students' abilities, enabling them to make informed decisions in their teaching practices. Improving understanding and implementing effective evaluation processes contributes to enhancing the quality of elementary school education. Effective evaluation not only benefits teachers in decision-making but also helps improve self-quality and classroom management.

Online learning is a learning activity that utilizes today's technology by using the internet as a bridge to replace ordinary learning during the ongoing pandemic. The online learning method itself does not require students to be present in class, students can access the learning through internet media. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which the use of WhatsApp learning media is effective and can be used. The method used is a qualitative method, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation through teachers, parents, and students. The results of the research are: (1) the use of WhatsApp media is not yet effective and implemented optimally, (2) The percentage of the relationship between teachers, students, and parents in the use of WhatsApp media is still not directed, (3) the evaluation of online learning is not optimal.

This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Aims to describe and explain the Public Perception of the Nomination Process of the Head of the Seith Village Government, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. The informants of this research amounted to 10 people. The data needed in this study were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data was successfully collected, processed and analyzed with the help of descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study show that most of the Seith village community has high support for the nomination process for the head of the Seith village government, but there is not yet a full understanding. This was influenced by supporting factors, namely, the participation of the majority of the community and approval of the nomination of the king based on lineage, despite not having an education equivalent to high school. The process of determining the mata rumah parentah by saniri involves community representatives or community leaders who receive a delegation from saniri, and they agree that there is only one mata rumah parentah to become king, namely the mata rumah parentah Nukuhehe. While the obstacles are, Some people who do not understand the rules governing the process of nominating or appointing the head of government / king, lack of awareness and evaluation, Some people do not agree that the king is based on descent and the influence of the community on issues of interest.

This community service activity was carried out in Walay Village, Abuki District, Konawe Regency. The purpose of this service activity is to foster a new enthusiasm for entrepreneurship for business actors through digitalization to increase MSMEs. The delivery of the service material that we carry out is divided into three stages, namely preparation, counseling/training and discussion. In the preparation stage we collect data from MSME partners to study the situation and conditions of the partners. The results of the evaluation, MSME business participants in Walay Village were grouped based on the use of digital marketing in doing business, namely: As many as 61.90% or 13 participants in MSME digitization activities, did not really understand the use of digital technology in doing business. and there were 38.10% or 8 participants in the MSME digitization activities who had used marketing methods by accepting orders via digital, in this case social media, where social media is Facebook and WhatsApp

The North Sumatra State Islamic University Library has developed an online database system to store and share information resources with users. This article discusses the use of the online database provided by UIN SU Library as a source of information for users. Utilization of online databases can provide several advantages for users, such as easy and fast access to various sources of information, flexibility to access databases from anywhere and anytime, and the availability of complete and up-to-date information resources. The online database of UIN SU Library includes various types of information sources, such as electronic books, electronic journals, theses, dissertations, and other digital collections. Research objectives in abstract journals utilizing online databases may vary depending on the focus and scope of the research being conducted. However, some of the general goals of online database utilization research are to understand users' use of online databases, evaluate the quality and effectiveness of online databases, and increase the use of online databases for specific purposes. The research methodology in the abstract of online database utilization journals usually includes several stages, namely identification of research objectives, data collection, analysis of database use, evaluation of database quality and interpretation of results.

Thematic Real Work Activities (KKN-T) with a tourism village scheme aim to explore, develop and promote Losari Village tourism to make it a tourism village. The method used in community service activities is a qualitative descriptive method because it describes the phenomena that occur in depth, and describes the responses without testing the hypothesis. Data collection was taken through interview sessions with village officials, the community and other village organizations. Furthermore, the planning stage is carried out, namely a field survey as a tourism potential multiplier. secondly the implementation of a work program to answer challenges regarding the development of a tourist village in Losari Village. Work programs in the form of outreach, revitalization, Appropriate Technology, and Event Bazaar. In the final stage, namely evaluation as a stage of monitoring the development of a tourist village.

This study aims to determine the impact of the effectiveness and efficiency of using computerized accounting information systems. This research was conducted at Perumda Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan. The method used is qualitative and the technique used is interviewing. The test results of this study, namely the Use of Computerized Information Systems accounting, have an effective impact by looking at time, data input, productivity, supervision and work evaluation and the use of Computerized Information Systems Accounting has an efficiency impact by seeing that the number of data output results produced is greater than the number of data input results. The impact of this effectiveness and efficiency is due to the various features available in the Computerized Accounting Information System that make it easier for users to input journals and make financial reports.

Cost of goods manufactured (COGM) is an important component of making a product, because knowing the COGM of a product can be used as a reference to determine the profit margin of a product. Without knowing the COGM of a product, we will be confused in determining the selling price. The COGM calculation is very influential for the sale of a product whether the product is experiencing a profit or loss. This study aims to determine the COGM calculations that have been carried out by MSMEs are in accordance with COGM accounting calculations or are still only limited to manual calculations. In addition, the main objective of this study is to design an accounting system for determining COGM in the Tempe Chips Industry in determining the cost of production and to apply a variable costing method to determine the cost of goods manufactured in SMEs so that the correct cost of production can be presented. The results of this study indicate that based on Cost of goods manufactured calculations carried out by MSME actors it is still very low so it is necessary to revamp the HPP calculations in accordance with accounting standards. Based on the evaluation of the old system, the author wishes to offer a new system, namely the Information System for Determining the Cost of Production of Tempe Chips SMEs which is expected to be an alternative in solving problems that are being faced by business owners. This new system makes it easy for users related to the process of recording data into the database, so that related parties can easily operate.

The company is an institution or organization that provides goods or services, the purpose of which is to get result or profits. In the company there are human resources who work to carry out company activities, the company to carry out evaluations including evaluating the best employees for the purpose of being rewarded at work. However the implementation of the company is constrained by the best employee evaluation system. Therefore, a decision making system is a needed to accelerate the assessment of the best employees. Decision support system (DSS) is a type of decision making system that assists decisions in making decision by providing the required data, information and knowledge. Decision support system (DSS) can combine internal and external data, perfrom analysis and provide recommendations. This literature source was taken from sources, namely PubMed, Google Scholar and ProQuest. Using eyword :  “ decision making system” or “ decision support system”, “election” or “selection”, “the best employee”. Monitoring the well-being of the fetus is an important thing to do during pregnancy, this is useful to be able to see the development of the fetus from time to time. The infant mortality rate is an important indicator to measure the health status of a country. This is because babies are very vulnerable to poor health or well-being. One way to reduce perinatal mortality caused by complications of fetal hypoxia in utero is by monitoring fetal well-being. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women regarding the use of technology to calculate fetal heart rate. This activity was attended by 24 participants, during the implementation of the counseling, the presenters also conducted an evaluation by conducting a question and answer session with the counseling participants. This counseling gave significant results where there was an increase in knowledge of pregnant women by looking at the results of the evaluation given by conducting a question and answer session with counseling participants

The implementation of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based PJOK learning for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district needs to be studied to improve the quality of PJOK learning. Therefore, this research aims to find out how to implement HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) based on PJOK learning. Through this research activity, it is hoped that it will contribute to fellow PJOK teachers. This research is qualitative research with data instruments using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district. Data were analyzed using data triangulation. Data sources include school principals, fellow teachers, and FGD activities. Based on the research results, it is known that it is necessary to increase understanding regarding HOTS. Apart from that, PJOK teachers have implemented HOTS learning starting from planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation. The research concludes that the implementation of HOTS-based PJOK learning for PJOK teachers in the Karangpucung sub-district has been implemented. This can be seen when PJOK teachers carry out planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of learning and have implemented HOTS

Anxiety among adolescents is a growing concern due to its significant impact on their mental and physical well-being. Providing anxiety education in schools can be a crucial step in imparting understanding and stress management strategies to teenagers. This activity aims to conduct an anxiety education program for 10th-grade students at Kalam Kudus II Senior High School, Jakarta. The program is implemented using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method, comprising four stages. The planning stage involves identifying objectives, analyzing needs, planning the content, and scheduling the sessions. Subsequently, in the execution stage, 10th-grade students are given education on anxiety and stress management through presentations and group discussions. Demonstrations and practice of stress management techniques are provided to enable students to apply the skills taught. Upon completing the program, an evaluation is conducted to assess students' understanding of the material and their application of stress management techniques in their daily lives. Feedback from students is collected to evaluate the effectiveness of the activity and identify areas for improvement in future sessions. This initiative is expected to benefit 10th-grade students at SMA Kalam Kudus II, Jakarta, in coping with anxiety and stress during their adolescent years. The education program aims to enhance their understanding of anxiety and equip them with valuable skills for stress management. Ultimately, it is hoped that these teenagers will be better prepared to face life's challenges and achieve improved mental well-being

Kandangmas Village through the PKK mobilization team conducts a household waste treatment program one of which is by processing it into eco-enzymes. The stages of this program start from surveys and program planning, introduction of mentoring through workshops and training, monitoring evaluation, review of service results, and final report of service. The results of the household waste treatment program as many as 40% stated that this program is beneficial and 32% stated that it is quite important to be useful. Eco-enzyme products have an aroma favored by partners and are used for various purposes, in particular for anti-septic agents and plant nutrient additives.

This article analyzes the importance of data collection and measurement of progress in the English education curriculum. Meanwhile, progress measurement methods include grades, performance scales, formative tests, project assessments, and self-evaluations. By using these methods, teachers can get comprehensive information about students' progress in English, which can then be used to design appropriate teaching strategies. This community service activity aims to overcome the problems of UMKM in Wonokerto village, Bandar sub-district. The main problems faced by UMKM players are packaging, lack of business permits, and digital marketing of products. This is the background for community service activities carried out by a team of accounting lecturers at the Institute of Technology and Science Nahdlatul Ulama Pekalongan. The theme of this service is the UMKM Empowerment Workshop in Wonokerto Village in the 5.0 Era Using Digital Marketing Strategies. The aim of this community service is to educate UMKM players about the concept of making attractive packaging, how to obtain business permits and how to market products digitally. The methods used in community service activities are field observation, preparing activity plans, creating activity materials, implementing activities as well as monitoring and evaluation. This service can open the minds of UMKM in Wonokerto village, Bandar sub-district, so that they can develop themselves through digital marketing training which can later improve economic prosperity in the future.

This community service activity aims to increase understanding and ability in preparing accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN 1 Aji Jaya KNPI. Through this outreach, it is hoped that the school can manage school operational assistance funds more effectively and efficiently and can properly account for them to interested parties. In this activity, lecturers from the Mitra Indonesia University Faculty of Business Study Program provided practical guidance and training to teachers and school staff, including direct practice in preparing financial reports based on real cases in schools. Evaluation is carried out through an assessment of financial reports prepared by participants as well as feedback from participants regarding counseling materials and methods. The results include increased understanding of teachers and school staff regarding financial accountability and transparency, the realization of accountable and transparent financial reports at SDN Aji Jaya KNPI, as well as increased trust from parents and other parties in the management of school operational assistance funds. Through this effort, it is hoped that it can increase accountability and transparency in financial management at the school, as well as optimize the use of school operational assistance funds to improve the quality of education.

This service program aims to increase understanding and support for mental health in rural communities, especially in Kenagarian Sungai Tanang, West Sumatra. The main problems faced are lack of access to mental health services, stigma towards mental health problems, and lack of understanding of the importance of mental health at the family level. The aim of this activity is to increase public understanding about mental health, strengthen the role of families in providing support to family members who need it, and increase access to mental health services. The methods used include developing educational materials, implementing interactive workshops, mentoring, and program evaluation. The results of this activity show an increase in public understanding about mental health, an increase in the active role of families in providing support, expansion of access to mental health services, and a reduction in stigma towards mental health problems. This program makes a positive contribution in improving the mental health welfare of the Kenagarian Sungai Tanang rural community and provides direction for the development of similar programs in other rural areas.

Education plays an important role in efforts to improve human quality, both social, spiritual and intellectual. Apart from that, education is not only burdened with the task of making the nation's life more intelligent, but it is also burdened with the task of fostering the nation's morals, namely upholding human values, all of which will be realized if it is based on religious beliefs. Meanwhile, religious belief will only be obtained with a deep understanding of the basics of religion itself. Judging from its function, language is a means of communication and liaison in everyday human interactions, both between individuals and individuals, individuals and society and society and certain nations. Likewise in Arabic, which has a special function compared to other languages. Not only does Arabic have high quality literature for those who know and understand it, but Arabic is also destined to be the language of the Koran, namely communicating the words of Allah (Yusuf, 1997: 187). Arabic language teaching has been implemented in formal and non-formal institutions, where the teaching is almost the same as the language as a whole. In fact, Arabic has become a special identity and characteristic of Islamic educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools, which differentiates them from other institutions. This is an important reason to research. Likewise with the existence of the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic Boarding School whose vision and mission refer to the vision and mission of the Islamic boarding school. The Vision and Mission, among other things, seeks to develop students to become Muslims so that they become Muslims who are ready for life. For operationalization to achieve the output expected by the vision and mission, there needs to be a program realization at the girls' Islamic boarding school that must support it. One of the programs of the women's Islamic boarding school is the development of improving muhadatsah skills. From this program it is hoped that students will be able to speak Arabic actively. Because basically female students are able to perform muhadatsah optimally. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out and describe the problems of improving muhadatsah skills at the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic boarding school both in terms of implementation and evaluation. The research method used in this research is approach, determining research subjects, data collection methods (observation, interviews and data analysis.

Somongari Village is a village in Purworejo Regency and currently Somongari Village is entering the tourist village development stage. However, there are obstacles that make the tourism village development program in Somongari Village less than optimal. These obstacles include not having properly implemented the tourism village roadmap listed in the Village RPJMD, the need to develop a network of partnerships with other parties to develop tourism villages, the need to strengthen village organizations (such as KWT, BUMDes and Karang Taruna). For this reason, a Community Service Program is being carried out with output targets: 1). There is a potential roadmap for agrotourism villages in the Somongari tourist village. 2). There is an increase in organizational capacity in the village in the context of managing and developing tourist villages in Somongari Village. Stages in activities: 1). Activity planning. The service team invited Pokdarwis administrators and the local village government. 2). Activity process. This stage is aimed at finding out the level of understanding of the mentoring participants along with feedback in the form of questions from the training participants who have received knowledge transfer regarding the potential of the village and what will be developed as a tourist village. 3). End of activity. Evaluation is carried out to measure the success of all mentoring programs. The activity success indicator was determined to be 80% of participants able to implement material to strengthen and improve the tourist village in Somongari Village.
