This study discusses the effect of risk and capital on profitability of banks issued on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. The data used is panel data, which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. The method of taking data uses purposive sampling. Technical analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that credit risk (NPL) and operational risk (BOPO) have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA). While liquidity risk (LDR), market risk (NIM), and capital (CAR) do not affect on profitability (ROA). Furthermore credit risk (NPL), operational risk (BOPO) and capital (CAR) have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROE), while liquidity risk (LDR) and market risk (NIM) do not affect on profitability (ROE). Corporate financial management is one of the most important activity in keeping the sustainability of the corporate. Corporate prefers using internal financial sources, retained earnings, rather than external financial sources. However, if the internal financial sources cannot meet operating cost, then an alternative option of external financial sources is debt, and the last alternative is issuing new shares.  This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of dividend policy, profitability, assets structure, and corporate size on corporate debt policy. This research uses financial report of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014 – 2018 as observation data. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis, analyze using application SPSS version 21. The results of this study prove that corporate size has a positive and significant effect toward corporate debt policy, meanwhile dividend policy, profitability, and assets structure do not have effect toward corporate debt policy. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.452, it shows that independent variables are able to explain dependent variable as much as 45.2% and the remaining 54.8% explained by other variables outside the model.  Key words : dividend policy, profitability, assets structure, corporate size, and debt policy

The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

Diamond Printing is one of the largest offset printing companies with 32 years of experience and is located in the city of Surabaya, East Java. Data from HRD managers explained that there was no report from observations related to employee work effectiveness in terms of coordination and synergy between employees as seen from the communication and collaboration relationships. The absence of data related to the effectiveness of the performance of CV employees. Diamond Printing in terms of communication network mapping is one of the obstacles faced by HRD in determining KPI (key performance indicator). By using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method with the help of UCINET 6 software, it is hoped that some employees will have advantages, especially in collaboration and communication in group network structures. There are three parameters used in SNA, including: degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. This study involved 104 respondents (the entire population) with a sampling technique using snowball sampling and a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The results of this study indicate that most of the collaboration and communication network interactions are dominated by manager level employees and department heads. ABSTRACT The use of mobile devices with the Android operating system which are used as supporting media and supplements in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration methods and discovery learning or demon-disco learning is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subjects at SMK. Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning medium is to present material about understanding, introduction to parts, types, and quizzes containing questions about hydroponic cultivation of plants. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product testing. The result of this research is to produce learning media in the form of android-based applications. The validity value of the media expert is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the hydroponic plant cultivation vocational competency subject at the Terang Bangsa Christian Vocational School which Initially 67 (with 13 students who had not reached the KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not reached the KKM).

Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the population's health issues in Indonesia, with an increasing number of sufferers as the disease spreads. The cases rose dramatically in Panji Village, with a significant spike in cases per year. Dengue hemorrhagic fever transmission is inextricably linked to the residents' experience and behavior. Mosquito Nest Eradication is the most reliable, safe, and cost-effective method of eliminating dengue fever vectors. The MNE Program must be complemented by increasing public awareness of dengue fever. Public awareness is needed since it is the first step in changing people's behavior. The aim of this study is to describe the community's level of knowledge and behavior regarding MNE in Panji Village. Method: This study is a descriptive study using univariate analysis. The overall selection of this study was 400 people from the community who were interviewed using a questionnaire. The inclusion criteria comprises any community member from Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura, who is 17 to 55 years old and can read and write. Meanwhile, people between the ages of 17 and 55 who are wandering, those with mental illnesses, and people with special needs are among the exclusion criteria. Results: The majority of the population in the Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village was between the ages of 26 and 35 (46.7%), In terms of gender  (224 people) (56%) were men, completed their high schools, with 229 people (57.3%), were working as farmers 158 individuals (39.4%). Most people in Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village had inadequate knowledge as many as 249 individuals (62.3%), and had less behavior as many as 152 individuals (38%) towards MNE. Conclusion : The majority of people had a poor degree of awareness about MNE, and those on MNE had a poor degree of behavior.

Background: The recent outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has restricted activities involving large groups of individuals, including the learning process at institutions that should use an online learning system. Boredom and trouble understanding information during online learning can result in academic stress for students, who must be able to adjust to a new learning method as well as the demands of campus assignments. The goal of this study is to determine the amount of academic stress experienced by DIII nursing students enrolled in online learning at Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana in 2021. Methods: This study employs a descriptive research method. DIII nursing students from Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana made up the study's population, which totalled 94 persons. Random sampling with a modified Dass 42 questionnaire was employed in this study with validity value (0.361-0.603) and a reliable value (0.916). Results: According to the findings of the survey, as many as 37 people (50%) aged 17 to 25 years faced significant academic stress. As many as 25 people were found to be suffering from significant academic stress among male respondents (54.3%). On the other hand, students in their junior and senior years were more likely to feel significant academic stress, with up to 22 people reporting this occurrence (53.6%). Meanwhile, 35 students (49.3%) faced extreme academic stress as they had an accomplishment index score of 2.76-3.5. Conclusion: The amount of academic stress experienced by DIII  nursing students enrolled in online learning at Stikes Kesdam IX/Udayana, with 94 responses, fell into the severe academic stress group, with as many as 48 people experiencing severe academic stress (51.1% ).

A surgical safety checklist is a communication tool for patient safety that is used by the surgical team in the operating room, including the sign in, time out, and sign out process. The time out process aims to prevent patient error, location, and surgical procedures. Therefore, compliance is required in conducting time out. The level of knowledge of nurses about time out is very important because it affects the behavior of nurses in doing time out. This study purposed to determine the correlation between the nurse knowledge level about time out and compliance in doing time out at the Bali Med Hospital, Denpasar. The design used was a descriptive correlation with the cross-sectional approach. The relationship test used the Spearman Rho test. This study involved 31 nurses as a sample with a total sampling technique. The results of research on nurse compliance were mostly 70.9% adherent category and the results for the knowledge level of nurses were mostly 77.4% with a good level. Based on the statistical test with ? = 5%, it was obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05). It is concluded that there was a significant correlation. The direction of the correlation was positive (+), which means the level of knowledge was followed by the level of nurse compliance in doing time out. This research was expected to be an added reference for nurses in increasing compliance in doing time out.

Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. Pandemi covid-19 telah memaksa pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan cara berbeda. Siswa harus belajar dari rumah, sementara Sekolah dan guru harus menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang efektif. Demikian pula orang tua harus berperan aktif melaksanakan pembelajaran dari rumah. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terdahap upaya sekolah dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika upaya TK Isa Almasih mewujudkan kegiatan belajar pada masa pandemi covid-19 adalah 1) Merancang pembelajaran yang menstimulus siswa belajar sesuai dengan tema belajar dan efisien secara ekonomi; 2) Bekerjasama dengan orang tua murid dengan mengadakan pertemuan terbatas membahas perkembangan siswa; 3) Menggunakan sosial media untuk  menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan bahan ajar dan pemberitahuan hasil belajar murid. Sementara bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran dari rumah yaitu 1) Menjadi penuntun anak dalam belajar dari rumah; 2) Orang tua berperan menjadi operator. AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has forced learning to be carried out in a different way. Students must learn from home, while schools and teachers must organize effective learning. Likewise, parents must play an active role in carrying out learning from home. For this reason, the authors conducted research on school efforts and the involvement of parents in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews. The results showed that the efforts of Isa Almasih Kindergarten to realize learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic were 1) Designing learning that stimulates students to learn according to the learning theme and is economically efficient; 2) Collaborating with the parents by holding a limited meeting to discuss student development; 3) Using social media to convey information related to teaching materials and notification of student learning outcomes. While the forms of parental involvement in learning from home are 1) Being a guide for children in learning from home; 2) Parents act as operators.

AbstractCommunication in disaster management uses a variety of media. In communication context, the media used as a channel for delivering messages that called the communication medium. This study aims to find the most effective disaster education communication based on a descriptive quantitative approach. Reserchers took samples aged 17-20 years old who had participated in disaster socialization activities that held by Meterorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency in Cilacap, Central Java, Indonesia and every respondent has had disaster experience. The number of research samples is 175 respondent. In the context of communication, the medium becomes important because it is a channel for delivering message.  An import function of communication is how medium can delivered message to be undesrstood together. The fuction of communication is providing information, education and persuasion. It was found that varioys activities have beed carried out such as Goes To School, which is used to deliver messages used some communication medium like pocket books, animated video, and power point template.  Fact findings related to the best communication medium  were sozialization (face to face meetings), films, public service advertisements, and roleplays. This study aims to create a Blogspot-Based E-Commerce Web Design as a Promotional Media for Kendal Hijab Blessing Boutique. It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.  

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

After doing research on Singkong Keju D-9 Salatiga, it can be seen that Singkong Keju D-9 Ready to Fried has limitations in its packaging, which is not yet in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. In addition, it also has a packaging design that is not much different from competing products. Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

The purpose of this study is to examine influence of financial stability, external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization to financial statement fraud. The sample used in this study is manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)in the period 2018-2019. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many as 77 mnufacture companies as the study sample. The method of analysis used in this study is logistic regression. In this research include overall fit model test, hosmed and lemeshow test, goodness of fit test, and classification matrix result of this study indicate that the financial stability is significant to financial statement fraud, while external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization are not significant to financial statement fraud

ABSTRACT           This study is aims  to determine the effect of the level  of (1) cash turnover against economic rentability, (2) the accounts receivable turnover against economic rentability, (3) cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover for  economic rentability. Subjects in this study is a credit cooperative Tuke Ler Hewokloang and its object is cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and economical rentability.  The type of date in this study were collected quntitative data with documentation techniques and analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis. The Result of this study showed  (1) the level of cash turnover does not affect the economic rentability, (2) the level of accounts receivable turnover ratehas an effect and not significant to economic rentability, (3) the level of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover rates affect and significant the economic rentability in Credit Cooperative Tuke LerHewokloang. There are many e-commerce sites that have been present in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee. Shopee is here to provide many attractive offers such as lots of discounts, promos, cashback etc. This can lead to consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of advertising on consumptive behavior (2) The effect of conformity on consumptive behavior (3) The influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumptive behavior in consumptive behavior. The population of this study were users of the e-commerce application Shopee in Mojokerto. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the criteria of women, domicile in Mojokerto, at least 17 years old, have used or purchased goods or services through the Shopee e-commerce application. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, conformity has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, the hedonic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, advertising, conformity and hedonic lifestyle together have a positive and significant effect on behavior. consumptiveperilaku konsumtif.

The Influence of Prices and Lifestyle on People's Purchase Intention in Traditional Markets An Understood During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and lifestyle on people's buying interest in understanding traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative associative research and its location is in the traditional market An understand, Bima City. In this study, the sample consisted of 55 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, observation, and literature study. Testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination; f test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and classical assumption test. The results showed that by means of the t test (partial test) it is known that the price variable does not have a significant effect on the purchase intention variable while the lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention variable. Then by means of the f test (simultaneous test) it is known that the variable price and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention variable.
