The Society 5.0 era brings significant changes in the world of education, with the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. Amidst this progress, challenges such as the dehumanization of learning interactions, inequality in access to technology, and weak implementation of ethical values ​​are issues that must be addressed. This study highlights the existence of professional ethics in teaching as a foundation for dealing with the educational crisis in the Society 5.0 era. Barriers such as lack of understanding of technology and administrative pressure are identified, along with strategies to strengthen professional ethics, such as continuous training and integration of moral values ​​in learning. As a result, this study emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers in creating technology-based education that remains humanistic and ethical.

This study aims to increase the author's knowledge and insight. While the goal is to collect and solve every problem found by researchers specifically describing the preservation of local Malay culture through extracurricular dance arts rentak bulian at Sma Negeri 1 Seberida Indragiri Hulu Regency. In this study, the researcher uses Sedyawati's theory (2007) which discusses protection, utilization, development. This type of research is qualitative. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The author made observations and then interviewed several sources. The author reviewed the documentation of the information data that the author had obtained. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of dance extracurricular activities at Sma Negeri 1 Seberida. In the preservation of Rentak Bulian dance at SMAN 1 Seberida, protection is carried out by providing extracurricular dance activities, starting from costumes, make-up, properties are also preserved in the provision of this extracurricular activity, the development of preservation by presenting dance not only for healing ceremonies but also for entertainment events and competitions. As well as utilization to support student abilities and consciously introduce Rentak Bulian dance to the community so that the existence of the dance is not lost.

Aceh Province is the only one in Indonesia that is given the authority to implement Islamic law in all aspects of community life. One aspect that is of concern to the Aceh government is the enforcement of Islamic law. Where, if there is a violation of Islamic law, the perpetrator will be subject to sanctions in the form of ta'zir with a punishment of caning in accordance with the level of his/her guilt after receiving a final verdict from the Aceh Sharia Court. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type of research. In this case, the researcher examines various existing literature related to the implementation of caning punishment, both from books, journals, articles, and even print and electronic media. The results of the literature study show that the implementation of caning punishment in Aceh faces various obstacles in the form of limited budget, human resources, and rejection from many parties who view the implementation of caning punishment as contrary to respect for Human Rights (HAM).

This study aims to analyze and improve the library information system at SMK Wiyata Satya. The background of this study focuses on the importance of efficient data management in the process of borrowing and returning books. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting literature studies, observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to students and library staff. The results of the questionnaire indicate that there is an urgent need for a computerized system to facilitate data collection and storage of information. From the data analysis, it was found that 35.4% of respondents agreed with the need for a new system, while 27.1% strongly agreed. These results indicate that the majority of respondents are aware of the importance of a better information system to improve the efficiency of library operations. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the implementation of a computerized information system at SMK Wiyata Satya will not only improve efficiency, but will also provide convenience in managing library data. Thus, it is hoped that this study can be a reference for the development of library information systems in other educational institutions. This study is expected to provide a positive contribution in improving the quality of library services at SMK Wiyata Satya.

This study aims to analyze the impact of character education policies on student behavior in schools. Character education has become a priority in national education policy as an effort to form a generation that has integrity, responsibility, and tolerance. The method used in this study is a literature study, where data is collected from various literature, such as scientific journals, books, and relevant research reports. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of character education policies has a positive impact on student behavior, such as increasing discipline, honesty, and the ability to work together. However, the effectiveness of this policy is influenced by several factors, including the quality of implementation in schools, support from teachers and parents, and a conducive school environment. This study is expected to be a reference for policy makers and education practitioners in optimizing character education programs in schools.    

The building to be utilized should undergo regular inspections and performance testing to determine whether it can function and operate according to its intended use. Compliance with administrative and technical regulations governing the utilization of buildings is demonstrated through the issuance of a Building Worthiness Certificate (SLF). This study aims to assess the compatibility of the building's function with the conditions during the planning phase and evaluate the structural feasibility of the building. It also seeks to implement the provisions of Government Regulation No. 16 of 2021 regarding the Implementation of Law No. 28 of 2002 on Buildings. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the structural suitability of the MSC Indosat Baturaden building has changed compared to the planned building. Initially designed as a battery storage building, it is currently used as an MSC building or a facility for storing batteries and servers. Additionally, there are discrepancies in the area specified in the original Building Permit (IMB) compared to the current building. Further analysis of the building's structure and the application of current regulations regarding structural serviceability, including dynamic load analysis (earthquake), inter-story drift analysis, P-Delta analysis, and structural cross-section checks, concluded that the building is safe as it meets the requirements specified in SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. The highest structural cross-section capacity ratio was 0.2 < 1, and the inter-story drift value was 0.023 < 0.07. The existing concrete material meets the structural standards, with a characteristic compressive strength of 28.98 MPa. The results of the rebar scan detector test showed that the type of reinforcement used complies with the standards specified during the planning phase, referring to SNI 07–0408–1989. Overall, the structural analysis results for the MSC Indosat Baturaden building indicate that the building is safe and remains fit for use.    

This research aims to design and simulate a DC motor speed control system using integral state feedback (KISF) control. This control is designed to maintain DC motor speed stability with high accuracy despite disturbances or load changes. The research stages include mathematical modeling of the DC motor, PID control design, integral state feedback control design, simulation implementation and simulation results analysis. The show that althought integral state feedback control has a rise time 273.501 ms, slightly slower than PID 197.604 ms, integral state feedback compensates with higher slew rate of change 6.540 V/ms compared to PID 4.344 V/ms. Integral state feedback offers greater flexibility through pole placement values with Ackerman’s formula J3 = [-12 -100 -600], indicating that this system has good capability in responding to input changes, thus maintaining motor speed stably and efficiently. This indicates that integral state feedback control is superior in system adaptation and handling complex dynamics.

One fundamental human need, which requires a highly specific solution, is the fulfillment of sexual desires, with marriage serving as its gateway. Therefore, a man who is already married may go to great lengths to marry again. Cross-border polygamous marriages involving Indonesian women and Malaysian men, conducted in Satun, Thailand, present a complex legal phenomenon. This study aims to analyze the implementation of laws governing such marriages under Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai legal systems, as well as their impact on the legal status of the marriage, women's rights, and legal recognition in each country. The findings reveal that cross-border marriages often fail to fulfill registration procedures in the home country, rendering them legally unrecognized in Indonesia and Malaysia. In Thailand, Islamic law applied in Satun permits polygamy, but such recognition is local and does not automatically extend across national borders. This study recommends strengthening legal cooperation among countries to provide better legal protection for couples and related parties involved in cross-border marriages.    

This study explores the implementation of the Midtrans payment gateway system on the Bloxstore.id website using the Prototyping method. The main objective is to enhance the website's payment transaction process by integrating an efficient and secure payment gateway. The Prototyping method was chosen for its iterative approach, which allows for continuous feedback and system refinement. This research demonstrates how the integration of Midtrans improves the user experience by streamlining the payment process and offering various payment options. The results indicate significant improvements in transaction speed, security, and user satisfaction. This study’s findings are valuable for e-commerce platforms looking to optimize their payment systems and build customer trust through secure and efficient transaction methods.

This research aims to describe and examine the learning system of the tahfidz programme as well as the methods used by teachers in teaching the memorisation of the Koran in the tahfidz programme at SD Islam Al Azhar 32 Padang.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are structured interviews and observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction and data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the Quran memorising programme at Al Azhar Islamic Elementary School 32 Padang implements a holistic approach such as Quran memorisation, understanding, repetition and time discipline. Every element of the school is always committed to improving quality such as the existence of collaboration groups with parents, daily memorisation and murajaah schedules, daily evaluations to increase student independence in memorising the Koran and memorisation improvement and graduation exams. The method in teaching tahfidz is using the talaqqi, tahsin, murajaah and tasmi' methods. The implementation of this tahfidz programme is carried out in groups based on the level of ability and acceleration of memorisation in each class with three accompanying teachers. With this programme, it is expected to be able to create quality students.

Human resources (HR) in the company need to be managed professionally in order to create a balance between employee needs and the demands and capabilities of the company's organization. This balance is the main key for the company to be able to develop productively and fairly. HR always plays an active and dominant role in every organizational activity, because humans become planners, actors and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. Human resource management has a major role in every institutional activity. Although supported by facilities and infrastructure and excessive funding sources, without the support of reliable human resources, institutional activities will not run well, this shows that human resources are the main key that must be considered with all its needs. The method used is a literature review, which is a scientific study that focuses on a particular topic. Literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. Literature review will allow a researcher to identify a theory or method, develop a theory or method, identify gaps that occur between a theory and relevance in the field / to a research result. The results of the study stated that Human Resource Management (HR) is one of the most vital aspects in the success of an organization or company. At PT Jarum, the implementation of HR management aims to create synergy between employees, management, and the company's strategic goals. This goal does not only include achieving short-term results such as productivity, but also includes long-term efforts to ensure the company's desires and the welfare of its employees.  

The digital era has brought significant changes in the world of education, especially in the implementation of technology-based policies to support the learning process. Technology-based education policies aim to improve the quality of learning through the integration of digital tools such as learning software, e-learning platforms and internet-based applications. In addition, student motivation is an important factor in the successful implementation of this technology. This research discusses the role of technology-based education policies in increasing learning effectiveness and how student motivation influences learning outcomes in the digital era. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach in educational institutions at various levels. The research results show that policies that support adequate technological infrastructure, training for teaching staff, and technology-based curriculum development can increase student engagement and achievement. On the other hand, students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is greatly influenced by digital environments that are interactive and support personal learning. Therefore, integration between technology-based education policies and efforts to increase student motivation is the key to educational success in the digital era.      

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of consumer protection law implementation in Indonesia, particularly through a case study approach on disputes between consumers and business actors. The research employs a qualitative method with normative and empirical juridical approaches. Data were obtained from legal documents, case reports, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings reveal that although consumer protection regulations are comprehensive, their implementation faces challenges, such as low public legal awareness, weak law enforcement, and insufficient support from consumer protection institutions. This study recommend strengthening legal education, increasing the capacity of relevant institutions, and simplifying dispute resolution mechanisms.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the Internal Supervisory Apparatus of the Banyuwangi Regency Government in utilizing e-audit and to determine user expectations in utilizing e-audit in the internal supervision process in Banyuwangi Regency. This study is an exploratory study using a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this study is the triangulation method, namely data collection through interviews while testing the validity of the data to parties related to the use of e-audit. Interviews were conducted on December 2, 3, 4 and 6, 2024, which showed that the effectiveness of APIP performance in utilizing e-audit was quite effective or obtained a value of 55 out of a maximum value of 100. So that four of the five components that are indicators of effectiveness assessment still need a lot of development to be able to meet the needs and expectations of users in achieving supervisory objectives, including the preparation of PKPT, implementation, reporting and monitoring of follow-up supervision results.

This research aims to determine the existence of the Rebana Annisa Music Group in Kasikan village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The theories used in this research are M. Save Dagun's theory (in Gracia Destari Mujianto and Eko Raharjo, 2019: 129) and the book by Drs. Save M. Dagun with the title Philosophy of Existentialism, Rineka created 1990, with indicators namely Work Activities, Having Facts, and Efforts to Maintain Existence. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. In accordance with the title, this research was conducted in Kasikan village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The subjects in this research were 10 people. The findings of this research are (i) In view of the work activities of the Annisa Tambourine Music Group in Kasikan Village, it is still well known in the village and there are still many who use this Tambourine Music Group for events in Kasikan Village, marked with the practice schedule and implementation of the music group. (ii) Having facts, this Tambourine music group is recognized for its existence by performing songs which often contain songs that have educational elements in them as well as Islamic values ​​in them. (iii) The efforts made to maintain its existence, this Tambourine music group performs at events in Kasikan villages and adapts the songs they perform for these events, inviting successors such as young people or housewives to join in becoming members of Tambourine. and increasing interest among citizens, especially women, to join in establishing other tambourine music groups, so that the existing tambourine groups in Kaksian village continue to exist.

The development of digital technology has opened significant opportunities for the website development industry to innovate, particularly through the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This study explores the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in designing a business strategy for ACW Studio, a website development service company utilizing AR technology. By integrating AR, ACW Studio offers a unique value proposition, such as creating interactive websites and AR-based creative products, significantly enhancing customer experience. The use of BMC helps the company analyze nine key business elements, including strategic collaboration, service personalization, and optimization of digital distribution channels. The study results show that AR-based strategies can provide substantial competitive advantages in a highly competitive market while also opening opportunities for expansion into sectors such as education, retail, and tourism.

Puskesmas Kosambi employs Non-PNS staff whose discipline, particularly regarding attendance and work location, needs to be evaluated. The previous manual attendance system was found to be ineffective in monitoring staff discipline. This study aims to develop a mobile-based attendance system equipped with GPS radius and selfie photo features to improve the accuracy and management of attendance. The GPS radius feature ensures that staff can only clock in within the designated area, such as the Puskesmas area, while the selfie photo feature verifies the identity of the staff member clocking in. This study involved 24 Non-PNS staff members and used the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group staff based on their discipline levels. The results showed that the system was effective in improving staff discipline, with 11 employees categorized as highly disciplined, 10 as moderately disciplined, and 3 as lowly disciplined. The implications of this study suggest that the implementation of a mobile-based attendance system can improve attendance monitoring and enhance work discipline at Puskesmas Kosambi.

Sharia financial institutions continue to develop along with increasing public demand for services that comply with sharia principles. Among the various products offered, the Wakalah and Rahn contracts are two important instruments in providing diverse and flexible services. The Wakalah contract, which is a form of representation in transactions, allows customers to appoint a financial institution as a representative in managing their financial affairs. Meanwhile, the Rahn contract, or sharia pawn, allows customers to obtain financing by handing over goods as collateral. This research aims to explore the implementation and benefits of service products in sharia financial institutions that use Wakalah and Rahn contracts. The method used is literature study and case analysis of several sharia financial institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that the use of Wakalah and Rahn contracts not only increases flexibility and security for customers, but also supports the growth and stability of Islamic financial institutions. In addition, products based on these two contracts have been proven to be able to meet the diverse financial needs of society, while maintaining compliance with sharia principles. Thus, the integration of Wakalah and Rahn contracts in service products at sharia financial institutions is an effective strategy in supporting financial inclusion and sustainable economic development.

This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in increasing business income, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach, which aims to provide an overview of the QR Code implementation. The population in this study involved MSME owners, with a sample taken from 100 respondents through non-probability sampling techniques. Data collection was done through questionnaires. Data analysis includes testing research instruments to assess data quality (validity and reliability), classical assumption test (normality), as well as multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results show that QRIS implementation and user satisfaction have a significant influence on increasing MSME income, which supports TAM theory regarding the importance of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in technology acceptance. However, other variables, such as QRIS usage literacy, convenience of use, and QRIS service price, did not show a significant influence on MSME income. Simultaneously, these factors still have an effect on MSME income, although with different variations in influence.

This study aims to examine the relevance of the teachings in the parable for Christians in the postmodern era. In the postmodern era, where relativism, pluralism, and skepticism towards absolute truth are increasingly growing, the parable of the sower provides an illustration of how the word of God is spread and received in various situations. Just as the sower sows seeds into various types of soil (roadside soil, rocky soil, thorny soil, and fertile soil), so too Christians are faced with varying conditions of heart and mind in receiving the message of the gospel. This study identifies the challenges faced by the church, such as the influence of social media, individualism, and relativism, which can affect the way the word of God is received by postmodern society. Through a theological approach to Mark 4:1-20, this study offers a perspective on how Christians can act as faithful sowers, seeking to sow the seeds of the word with patience, and seeking to respond to various social and cultural conditions that exist wisely. Thus, the implementation of the parable of the sower in the context of the postmodern era not only invites people to actively spread the gospel, but also to understand the various challenges and heart situations that can affect the reception of the word.
