The execution of the rehabilitation of military prisoners is carried out through a communicative and accommodating approach, involving direct interaction between officers and military prisoners via counseling or interviews. This aims to listen, accept, discover, regulate emotions, strengthen spirituality, and resolve personal and official issues while fostering dedication, sincerity, responsibility, and loyalty within the Indonesian National Armed Forces environment. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the existing challenges in implementing military prisoner development that need to be addressed and overcome. In this study, the author applied qualitative research employing a descriptive approach to systematically, factually, and promptly gather data in line with the research’s context. The findings of this study demonstrated that the success of rehabilitating military prisoners in military correctional institutions is not solely within the responsibility of the Center for Military Correctional Institutions and the Military Correctional Institution itself. It is also affected by external factors, including the attention and moral support offered by the unit commander from the origin place of the military prisoners. This influence aims to facilitate military prisoners’ transformation into soldiers embodying Sapta Marga values, ensuring their readiness for forthcoming unit responsibilities.

This study examines the work engagement of millennial employees at PT Jamkrindo in 2022. The work engagement level at PT Jamkrindo is reported to be high and has shown an improvement compared to the previous year. However, there are key areas that need to be the company's top priority, namely providing an adequate work environment and ensuring certainty in employee career development. Self-determination acts as a mediation factor, allowing the research to explore and understand the internal processes that occur in the minds and emotions of individuals. How individuals respond to and interpret the work environment and career development personally can explain why and how work engagement is formed, involving psychological factors such as individual goals, values, and self-perceptions. Based on the research findings, the work environment at PT Jamkrindo has a significant impact on the level of work engagement. Similarly, career development at PT Jamkrindo also significantly influences the level of work engagement. The work environment at PT Jamkrindo has a significant impact on the level of work engagement through self-determination as a mediating factor. However, career development at PT Jamkrindo does not have a significant impact on work engagement through self-determination. There is potential for further in-depth research, including a deeper understanding of specific factors in the work environment and career development programs that have the most significant impact on millennial employees.

Communication is the way individuals connect ideas, knowledge and feelings to other people. Communication is focused not only on content but also on individual feelings and emotions. Therapeutics itself is related to therapy, which is an effort to restore the health of someone who is sick, treating illness and treating disease. Meanwhile, therapeutic communication is the sending of messages between the sender and recipient with interaction between the two which aims to restore the health of someone who is sick. Elderly individuals must continue to communicate with other people. Elderly people do not need to withdraw from all activities including communicating. This therapeutic communication is the basis of caring. Where this concern is a characteristic of the nursing profession as a health worker. As an effort to improve the health of the elderly, it is necessary to continuously provide information to the elderly, both individuals and groups, so that the elderly change from not knowing to knowing so that the elderly can live healthy and productive lives, however, with the limitations of the elderly both physically, psychologically and mentally, it is necessary approaches and methods so that the message conveyed is more effective. The approach taken to the elderly is in providing information through therapeutic communication about improving health.

In the filmmaking process, various techniques and elements are used to improve the quality of the final result. Films are able to convey messages and emotions through various means, including dialogue, visuals, music and special effects. This research focuses on the important role of shooting techniques or cameras in film making. One of the techniques taught is Dutch Angle or Dutch Tilt, which involves tilting the camera angle on a vertical or horizontal axis. This technique is often used in the thriller and horror genres to create a dramatic effect on the audience. The film "Help Me" is an interesting case study, utilizing the Dutch Angle to produce emotions such as sadness, fear, anger, and surprise in the audience. The story of this film tells the story of a student named Dinda who is trapped in an organization that adheres to devil beliefs. Through the use of Dutch Angle, the audience is presented with an unstable atmosphere, creating tension and anxiety that blends with the main character's experiences. The aim of making the film "Help Me" is to apply the Dutch Angle technique to arouse the audience's emotions. In this way, the author hopes to strengthen the message and emotional nuances conveyed through this film. This research also aims to provide an overview of how shooting techniques in films can influence the audience's perception and emotions towards the work.

This research investigates the role and impact of the use of color tones in documentary films. Through analysis of a number of leading documentary films, this study aims to understand how choosing color tones can influence the audience's experience and convey messages more effectively. The research results show that color tones can create atmosphere, highlight themes, and influence audience emotions. This service aims to provide education regarding knowledge and understanding about exclusive breastfeeding which is linked to the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Exclusive breast milk is the best food for babies. Exclusive breastfeeding provides benefits to both mother and baby. The advantage of exclusive breastfeeding is that it creates a bond of love between the mother and baby. The benefits of breast milk, apart from improving optimal health and intelligence, breast milk also have a good impact on children's emotions, spiritual maturity, and good social development. Based on the results of the health education that has been carried out, the evaluation obtained is that all mothers who have children under five in Kalikoa Village, Tengah Tani District, Cirebon Regency have attended health education and are able to: state the meaning of exclusive breastfeeding, mention the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding, explain the pattern of giving exclusive breast milk, state understanding and causes of stunting, explaining the meaning of toddlers, explaining preventing stunting in toddlers, analyzing the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers, implementing the knowledge gained in everyday life.

For example, exploring whether or not leaders are effective based on emotional intelligence (EQ). The results found that the Head of Madrasah MA Yayasan Pondok Karya Pembangunan Sentani was able to be firm and authentic, able to talk openly about his emotions or beliefs about the vision that guided them. They are receptive to constructive criticism and feedback, they also know when to ask for help and where to focus on growing new strengths.

Adolescence is an important transition period in a person's life, where they experience significant physical, psychological and social changes. During this period, teenagers often face various pressures and challenges, including the problem that teenagers often face is loneliness. Prolonged loneliness can cause teenagers to feel isolated, hopeless, and have difficulty dealing with negative emotions. In this situation, teens may look for ways to ease the pain and achieve a temporary sense of relief. One response that may arise is self-harm behavior or self-injury. And to minimize the occurrence of self-harm, social support is very necessary. This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of how important social support is for self-harm behavior in teenagers who feel lonely. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is literature study. Meanwhile, the data collection technique in this research is a documentary study. The research results show that social support has an important role in self-harm behavior because social support can act as a protective factor in reducing the risk of self-harm behavior in lonely adolescents. The higher the level of social support received by adolescents, the lower the level of self-harm behavior they engage in.

The research aims to find out what the emotional state of teenagers in novels is by using the theory of literary psychology according to David krech's book of emotional classification. It identifies the underlying emotions, the emotions associated with sensory stimulation, emotions related to self-assessment and emotions connected with others. This research method employs qualitative methods using descriptions, dialogues and characters that relate to the emotional reactions of characters. The results of analysis show that the novel's emotional main character has such basic emotions as happiness, anger, fear and sadness in various situations. This study provides insight into how the emotional condition of the novel can be perceived by the theory of David krech. This study may be a reference to further research on emotional states in literature.

This study was conducted to analyze the classification of emotions of the main character in the novel 00.00 by Ameylia falensia using David Krech”s theory. The purpose of this tudy is determine the emotional  structure of the main characters in the novel that is the object of research. The concepts of gulit, seld-punishment, shame, hatred, and love become the main quotes in the novel 00.00 by Ameylia Falensia. The results showed that the main character in the novel experienced a wide range of emotions related to family problems and events. This study uses a comprehensive literary research methology to identify the emotional structure of the main characters and clasisify the emotions of the main characters in the novel that became the object og research. Thus, it can be concluded that the emotion of all Lengkara characters that is dominant arises in Lengkara, namely the emotion of sadness wich leads to aspects of losing something important to cause disappointment. While the less dominant emotion appears in Lengkara, namely the emotion of the concept of guilt which is characterized by aspects contrary to ethics and moral values.

This paper aims to present an in-depth psychological analysis of the novel "Kisah dan Hujan Pun Berhenti" by a renowned author. In this work of literature, the author explores the psychological aspects of the main characters who face various issues and conflicts in their lives. This research utilizes various psychological theories to understand the psychological changes of these characters and how they respond to various events in the story. The analysis encompasses character development, internal and external conflicts, mental disorders, and the influence of the environment and weather on the psychological well-being of the characters. Additionally, this paper delves into the symbolism and metaphors that may be contained within the novel, providing additional insights into the psychological aspects of the story. The results of the analysis show that the characters in "Kisah dan Hujan Pun Berhenti" undergo significant changes throughout the narrative, reflecting psychological aspects such as personal growth, inner conflicts, and how they cope with trauma or difficulties. The environment and weather also play a vital role in portraying the characters' emotions and driving the plot. This research offers a deeper understanding of how psychology plays a central role in shaping the narrative and characters in this work of literature. In conclusion, the novel presents the complexity of human life and invites readers to contemplate the psychological aspects of the journey.

The behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children causes children to experience problems concentrating in learning, because the disorders they experience cannot be controlled properly. Therefore, children experience difficulties when learning takes place and this has an impact on social relationships which influence their behavior when interacting with other people or their peers. So the researcher raised the problem in his research, namely the behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children with special needs who experienced concentration problems in learning at the Raudhatul Athfal Al-Hidayah school. This research aims to determine developmental aspects of children's behavior and emotions as well as indicators related to hyperactivity and disturbances in concentration. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data through a process of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the behavioral and emotional development of hyperactive children is all excessive behavior and actions seen when children express their emotions when they are happy, sad, angry, disappointed, anxious and afraid. Children's emotional development impacts children's behavior, such as being aggressive, running around, shouting, being rude, talking a lot, being nosy and endangering people around them. This can happen because there are many factors that underlie a child becoming a hyperactive child, namely genetics, slow development of the child's brain, parenting patterns, emotional intelligence and the influence of the surrounding environment.

In reality, a variety of factors can interfere with emotion regulation skills. The single most important factor that can influence the emotion regulation process is the level of self-control that each individual has. For this reason, patients need to have strong emotional regulation abilities. The subjects or informants in this discussion are Shelter Home Patients. The results of this study show that halfway house patients have emotional regulation skills where each subject has the ability to control and regulate their emotions which appear at an appropriate level of intensity. Data collection using in-depth interview techniques and observation. Before the interview process, the researcher provided an overview of emotional regulation and the aims of the research. Participants in this study involved 7 patients at the Gajah Mada shelter in Surakarta City.

Authentic happiness is happiness that describes the overall goal of positive psychology efforts which includes positive feelings (such as comfort) and positive activities that do not consist of negative emotions at all (such as absorption and involvement). Authentic happiness for honorary teachers is very important to achieve because it is an effort to create enthusiasm, a sense of joy, love for happiness, and prosperity in life. This research aims to determine the picture of authentic happiness in honorary teachers. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with interview and observation methods. This research was conducted on 7 informants. From the research conducted, it was found that a picture of authentic happiness in honorary teachers was obtained in different ways. Most honorary teachers find their happiness by establishing positive relationships with the school environment and outside the school, accepting themselves in the past and present, and maintaining the habit of being grateful and remaining optimistic for the future.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to apply analysis of Sigmund Freud's theory, namely personality structure, namely Ideas, Ego, Super Ego to literary works. The work is based on the novel genre with the title El Verano by Pia Devina. This research uses a literary psychology approach with reading and analyzing analysis techniques. This research method is qualitative, based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The results obtained show that the idea of ​​the character Afa has a strong id, seen from the many id impulses that appear in him, such as impulses to act aggressively, avoid responsibility, attack others, express emotions directly, and avoid fear. The ego of Afa's character is quite good, seen from his ability to control his id impulses, express his emotions naturally, make realistic decisions, understand other people's feelings, build relationships with other people, and achieve satisfaction. Super Ego The character Afa has a developed superego, which can be seen from his ability to feel various kinds of moral emotions, such as feelings of guilt, regret, shame, wanting to be a better person, wanting to forgive, wanting to be a strong person, and feelings of satisfaction.

This research examines the relationship between the ability to control the emotions of Sukoharjo Police members and their level of public service orientation. Respondents involved members of the Sukoharjo Police with an age range of 18 to 57 years. The type of research is quantitative. Data was collected through a questionnaire that included sample characteristics based on age. Test data requirements include tests of validity, reliability, normality and classical assumptions. The validity test results show a number of valid questions in the variables of emotional control and public service orientation. The reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha confirms that the two variables are reliable. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed. Classic assumption tests such as linearity and heteroscedasticity tests provide results that support the validity of regression analysis. The simple linear hypothesis test resulted in a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 and this is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that emotional control has a significant effect on public service orientation. This shows that emotional control has a significant effect on public service orientation.

Bullying behavior is an act of intimidation carried out repeatedly by the stronger party against the weak party, done deliberately. The negative impact of bullying can make a person's life lost. Parenting is the attitude and way parents prepare younger family members, including children, to make their own decisions and act on their own. The purpose of the study was to determine whether or not there is a relationship between parenting style and bullying behavior in adolescents in MAN Model 1 Manado schools.This research method uses Cross Sectional approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents 49 people using simple random sampling. Data collection is carried out by means of questionnaires. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed using the help of the SPSS computer program to be analyzed with a spearman rank statistical test with a meaning level (α) of 0.05.The results showed that p = 0.596 was obtained compared to the α value = 0.05, where p≥α then H0 accepted H1 means that there is no relationship between parenting style and bullying behavior in adolescents at MAN Model 1 Manado school.The conclusion in this study was that there was no relationship between parenting style and bullying behavior in adolescents in MAN Model 1 Manado. Advice to adolescents is to increase empathy for others or the school environment and can exercise good restraint or manage emotions well so as not to cause aqqbehavioral attitudes that lead to bullying practices.

Children with special needs are special children, some of them still need help from other people to carry out their daily activities. But of course children with special needs are trained and accustomed to being independent. There are many Sufistic values ​​contained in daily actions, including in the process of forming emotional independence in crew members. The aims of this research include: to determine the emotional classification of children with special needs (ABK) academically. This research uses field methods (field research) with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were obtained through the process of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were the founder, several teachers and several students. The results of this research show that: emotional classification of children with special needs (ABK) academically at SLBN Muara Bungo. In delivering it through activities outside the classroom and inside the classroom by first providing an example and motivation to the child then the child will practice periodically and do it with the help of other people first and then be left to do whatever they can on their own. This is a form of independent behavior for children with special needs. (ABK) includes emotional independence, namely controlling one's own emotions, and the effectiveness of instilling Sufistic values ​​in forming emotional independence for children with special needs (ABK), including repentance, responsibility, trust and patience, even though independence is still with the help of other people.
