As a developing country with one of the highest populations in the world, Indonesia possesses an abundant workforce in terms of its working-age population. Among the 38 provinces, Bali has consistently shown the highest labor force participation rate. However, a more detailed view from 2010 to 2024 reveals that the proportion of the working-age population classified as part of the labor force has experienced fluctuations. This study aims to analyze both the simultaneous and partial effects of the unemployment rate, education, and regional minimum wage on the labor force participation rate (LFPR) in Bali Province from 2010 to 2024. The study was conducted in Bali Province, using secondary data published by Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The analysis technique employed in this study is panel data regression. The results of the panel regression test indicate that the most appropriate model is the Fixed Effects Model. The findings show that the variables of unemployment rate, education, and regional minimum wage simultaneously have a significant effect on the labor force participation rate in Bali Province. Partially, the unemployment rate has a negative but insignificant effect, education has a positive and significant effect, and the regional minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on the labor force participation rate in Bali Province. It is recommended that the government and private sector collaborate in formulating appropriate policies to increase labor force participation by improving the quality of education and designing minimum wage policies that align with both labor needs and market capacity to pay wages.

Arabic literature experienced a significant thematic transformation from the Umayyad to the Abbasid period. In the Umayyad era, poetry was still rooted in classical qasidah, focusing on praise, tribal pride, and romantic ideals. However, the Abbasid era brought a wave of literary renewal, influenced by sociopolitical and cultural shifts. This study explores how these contexts shaped literary themes and styles, using a descriptive qualitative approach through library research and textual analysis. It focuses on works by Al-Farazdaq, Al-Akhtal, Jarir, Abu Nawas, Abu al-Atahiyah, Dibil al-Khuza’i, and Al-Jahiz. The findings reveal that poetry in the Abbasid era became a tool for social criticism, spiritual reflection, and personal expression. Meanwhile, Al-Jahiz significantly advanced Arabic prose, making it more intellectual and educational. This study concludes that Arabic literature evolved not only in form and content, but also in function, reflecting the intellectual and cultural dynamism of Islamic civilization. Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal problems experienced by people in various age groups and work backgrounds. This complaint can be acute, subacute, or chronic, with various causes ranging from mechanical, degenerative, to psychosocial factors. This study aims to examine the characteristics of LBP through a literature review of several previous studies that focus on prevalence, risk factors, and their impact on patients' daily lives. The method used is a narrative literature review, with data sources coming from national and international journals, research reports, and academic repositories. The results of the study show that the prevalence of LBP is very high, with a significant percentage of occurrence in the elderly, pregnant women, administrative workers, and individuals with a sedentary lifestyle and non-ergonomic work posture. In addition to age, female gender, non-ideal body mass index, and long work duration, it was also found that psychosocial characteristics such as low social support and high work pressure play a role in triggering or worsening LBP. A study at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar showed that most LBP patients were elderly women with acute pain and radiological results showed lumbar spondylosis as the most common diagnosis. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of prevention through ergonomic education, work stress management, and early intervention based on a healthy lifestyle. These findings are expected to be the basis for designing promotive and preventive strategies for high-risk groups.

Making ecoprints to improve skills in using natural materials in learning arts and culture and crafts for elementary school children in Kalijambe, Sragen. Making this ecoprint means that the motifs produced on each fabric have different colors and patterns even though they use the same type of plant leaves. This is due to several factors, the relatively different shapes of the leaves. The introduction of ecoprinting to elementary school children creates a creative experience in learning arts and culture and crafts. Another contribution that can be achieved from this training is the growth of students' awareness of the potential of the environment and the desire to preserve nature. Ecoprint work training also provides real and meaningful learning experiences. Exploring the variety of natural materials around, especially leaves, adds value to aesthetic sensitivity. Apart from that, ecoprints also have quite a lot of selling value.

This paper discusses the visual design of character designs for an illustrated book that focuses on the problem of people pleasers among employees aged 22-30 years. People pleasers are individuals who tend to please others at the expense of themselves, which in the long term can trigger stress and mental disorders. The results of the study show that many young employees experience a dilemma between meeting other people's expectations and maintaining their own well-being. To convey this problem, four characters were designed. The main character is Tara, a people pleaser who undergoes a transformation into a more balanced individual in her work and personal life. Three supporting characters help strengthen the dynamics of conflict in the workplace, Mr. Johnson (Tara's demanding boss), Shinta (a supportive co-worker), and Felix (a senior co-worker). The character design process was carried out through several stages, including interviews with psychologists, illustrators, and employees, as well as qualitative data analysis from observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and literature studies. The result is four characters executed in a simple illustration style with flat design and a limited color palette to emphasize the emotional atmosphere experienced by the characters. By exploring the right illustration style and color composition, this study designs characters that not only depict the reality of people pleasers in the workplace, but also function as visual educational media that helps readers understand the importance of setting boundaries at work and supports individuals in achieving inner peace and balance in life. Keywords: People pleaser, Persona, Illustration, Employee Character Design

Work fatigue is a physical condition that weakens workers, causing less than optimal work capacity and endurance. Lactic acid is produced from anaerobic metabolism or carbohydrate metabolism without oxygen. This happens because there is not enough oxygen to support muscle energy production. The body that cannot produce the amount of lactic acid that is comparable to the rate of its synthesis, then the muscle pH will decrease, this is what inhibits glycolysis enzymes resulting in physical fatigue. Physical fatigue is the effect of increased levels of lactic acid in the body, especially muscles. One of the jobs at PT. X in Kampar Regency that can cause work fatigue is a palm oil harvester. This study is an observational study type with a cross-sectional study design. Data were obtained using interviews using a BMI questionnaire. Data collection was also carried out to obtain BMI measurement data, pulse measurements, blood pressure measurements, and lactic acid measurements with Accutrend Plus Roche Brand on 138 harvesters at PT. X Kampar Regency. In this study, the independent variable is the level of lactic acid and the dependent variable is work fatigue. The results of the study showed that the harvesters who experienced moderate work fatigue were 13 people (11.4%). The harvesters who experienced high work fatigue were 54 people (47.4%). The harvesters who experienced very high work fatigue were 47 people (41.2%). The high proportion of workers who experienced high and very high work fatigue (88.6%) reflects the significant physical workload that must be faced by oil palm harvesters at PT. X. Harvesters with lactic acid levels <2 mmol/l (not increasing) were 13 people (11.4%) and harvesters with lactic acid levels> 2 mmol/l (increasing/hyperlactatemia) were 101 people (88.6%). From the results obtained, a significant increase in lactic acid levels in 88.6% of respondents indicated that most workers experienced higher muscle fatigue conditions during work with increased lactic acid levels.

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding is essential for infant growth, immunity, and overall health. However, many breastfeeding mothers experience difficulties in maintaining exclusive breastfeeding due to improper breastfeeding techniques, low maternal knowledge, and lack of guidance from health workers. Proper application of breastfeeding techniques, including correct latch-on, positioning, and frequency, can improve breastfeeding consistency and prevent early weaning (Sari, 2020; Putri, 2021). Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of breastfeeding techniques on the consistency of exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers at the Dambalo Community Health Center. Methods: A quantitative, pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design was conducted. Thirty breastfeeding mothers were selected using purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria, including mothers of infants aged 0–6 months who were willing to participate and had no medical conditions preventing breastfeeding. Results: All 30 participants (100%) applied the recommended breastfeeding techniques after the intervention. Following the intervention, 27 mothers (90%) consistently practiced exclusive breastfeeding, while three mothers (10%) showed partial improvement. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test revealed a significant difference in exclusive breastfeeding consistency before and after the intervention (p = 0.000), indicating that the application of proper breastfeeding techniques significantly improved breastfeeding practices. Conclusion: The application of breastfeeding techniques has a significant positive effect on the consistency of exclusive breastfeeding among mothers at the Dambalo Community Health Center. Obesity in women of childbearing age is a growing health problem, not only due to dietary patterns and lack of physical activity, but also due to the influence of social and cultural factors. This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the experiences, perspectives, and habits of women of reproductive age who are obese within the context of local social and cultural norms. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with five primary informants who are obese, as well as triangulation informants from community health workers and healthcare professionals. The results of the study indicate that perceptions of obesity are still predominantly viewed from the perspective of physical appearance rather than health. Social factors such as family eating patterns, snacking habits, comments from others, and lack of physical activity are triggers for obesity. Meanwhile, local culture has a varied influence—some communities are beginning to adopt slim body ideals, while others remain neutral. Obesity also impacts self-confidence, social stigma, and limitations in daily activities. However, most informants expressed hope for a healthier life. This study recommends interventions that consider local cultural values and involve family and community support in obesity prevention effort.

The Ripple Mill machine is one of the vital components in a Palm Oil Mill (PKS) that functions to separate the palm kernel from its shell. This process is very important because the quality and quantity of the palm kernel produced will directly affect the economic value and production efficiency in the palm oil industry. At PTPN IV Regional II Plantation Unit and Adolina PKS, various technical problems were found that caused a decrease in machine performance, including rotor bars and square bars that experienced wear due to age and improper machine settings. In addition, other damage that often occurs is a broken van belt due to age and excessive tension, feeder motor dysfunction caused by excessive load, and motor overheating that occurs due to age and high workload. To overcome these problems, this study uses the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. This method aims to identify various potential failures, assess the severity, frequency of occurrence, and detection capability, so that the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value can be calculated as a basis for repair priorities. The results showed that worn rotor bars and worn square bars had the highest RPN values, each at 280, equivalent to 40.23% of the total identified risks. This indicates that these two components are critical points requiring immediate repair and maintenance attention. Applying FMEA in this context provides tangible benefits, including helping the company formulate a more targeted maintenance strategy, reducing the risk of recurring damage, and minimizing downtime that impacts production. With more systematic maintenance, operational efficiency can be improved while extending the lifespan of the Ripple Mill machine.

Advancements in information technology have influenced changes in consumer behavior, particularly in making purchasing decisions, especially with the emergence of the Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) phenomenon on social media and e-commerce platforms. EWOM refers to the electronic dissemination of information or reviews about products, which many consumers rely on before deciding to purchase a product. This study aims to analyze how three main aspects of EWOM—intensity, Valence of Opinion, and content quality—affect purchasing decisions for Barenbliss lip cosmetic products in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quantitative-descriptive approach, with data collected through a questionnaire distributed to consumers who have used Barenbliss products and have seen digital reviews about the product. The sample selected consists of consumers with direct experience with the product and who can provide insights into the influence of digital reviews on purchasing decisions. The data collected was analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The results show that all three independent variables—intensity, Valence of Opinion, and content quality—have a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions, either individually or collectively. All hypothesis tests showed significance values below 0.05, indicating that the hypotheses are accepted. These findings suggest that the more frequently consumers are exposed to product reviews, the higher the likelihood they will make a purchase. Positive reviews (Valence of Opinion) were found to enhance consumer trust in the product, while informative and high-quality content further strengthened the intention to purchase. Overall, this study emphasizes that EWOM plays a significant role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. The intensity of reviews, positive Valence of Opinion, and content quality work together to increase the likelihood of purchasing Barenbliss products in Bandar Lampung.

The development targets in the Health sector in the 2020–2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) place one of the main targets for maternal and child health is to reduce the incidence of children under five years old (toddlers) stunting (low height / short) by 30.8% (2018) to 19% in 2024. Optimal Health Status must be prepared since a woman before marriage. Then continued when the woman is pregnant, and while breastfeeding. Childhood is the foundation for growth and development in the next stage, if there are nutritional problems then the consequences that arise are permanent. The risk of stunting by 7x can occur in women 15-49 years who experience anemia and when they become pregnant will be at risk of giving birth to stunted babies. In women of childbearing age aged 15-49 years is the foundation for growth and development in the next stage, if during this period women experience nutritional problems then the consequences that arise can be permanent or irreversible. Its essence is a critical period when a system is plastic and sensitive to its environment, followed by a permanent loss of plasticity and functional capacity (Ummi Kalsum et al., 2021). Before education was provided, most adolescents showed a low level of understanding, namely 31 respondents (56.7%), and awareness of the importance of monitoring nutritional status during adolescence was also minimal. However, after interactive counseling with an easy-to-understand approach, there was a significant increase in knowledge, with 41 respondents (68.3%) showing an increase in understanding, reflected in a change in the knowledge category to a better level. This activity emphasizes the importance of promotive and preventive interventions in areas at high risk of nutritional problems. The implementation of direct and participatory education involving cadres and health workers has proven effective in increasing awareness and forming healthy lifestyle behaviors in adolescents. Therefore, similar education programs need to be implemented continuously to reduce anemia rates to prevent stunting and prevent stunting from adolescence.

The correctional facility SAE L’SIMA in Malang is confronted with two major challenges: the environmental impact of accumulated cow manure and the need to provide meaningful vocational training for inmates to support rehabilitation and reintegration. This community service program was designed to address both issues simultaneously through the introduction and application of biogas technology. The primary objective was to manage livestock waste as an alternative renewable energy source while equipping inmates with practical technical skills applicable beyond the correctional setting. The implementation method employed a participatory approach that involved several stages, including program socialization, site survey, biogas unit design, assembly of a small-scale digester, and subsequent monitoring and evaluation. The results demonstrated that the biogas unit was successfully constructed and operational; however, gas production levels remained below optimal standards. Key challenges identified included unstable temperature conditions, which negatively affected the fermentation process, and technical problems such as leakage in the piping system. These obstacles limited the overall effectiveness of gas generation. Despite these limitations, the project provided significant outcomes. First, it created a working model of sustainable energy generation within the correctional environment. Second, it delivered valuable vocational training for inmates, offering them both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in renewable energy technology. Furthermore, the program encouraged inmate participation, fostering teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving skills that are essential for personal development. In conclusion, although technical barriers remain, this initiative succeeded in establishing the foundation for sustainable waste management and renewable energy application within a correctional facility. More importantly, it highlights the potential of biogas technology not only as an environmental solution but also as a rehabilitative vocational training tool. Continued monitoring, process optimization, and technical refinements are essential for achieving long-term success and scalability of this model in similar institutional contexts.
