Telemedicine is a significant innovation in modern healthcare, enabling the provision of remote healthcare services using telecommunications technology. This service allows medical personnel to conduct consultations, examinations, and even monitor patient conditions without face-to-face interaction. Implementations of telemedicine include video conferencing between doctors and patients, remote health monitoring using digital devices, and the use of integrated health applications on mobile devices. This technology offers significant opportunities to overcome geographical barriers, particularly for people living in remote, hard-to-reach areas, or with limited access to conventional healthcare facilities. This study aims to increase understanding of the role and benefits of telemedicine as part of the digital transformation in the healthcare sector to improve public health. The activities were conducted through lectures and demonstrations, structured in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. During the planning stage, the implementation team prepared materials, media, and delivery strategies appropriate to the participants' level of understanding. The implementation stage focused on delivering educational materials related to the concepts, benefits, and examples of telemedicine applications in everyday life, followed by a demonstration session on the use of digital health applications. The final stage, an evaluation, measured participants' knowledge levels before and after the activity. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of telemedicine. The knowledge level increased from 23.0% before the training to 84.6% after the training. This increase demonstrates the effectiveness of the lecture method combined with interactive demonstrations in conveying information. Furthermore, students became more aware of the importance of utilizing digital health technology and felt more involved in the decision-making process regarding self-care.

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) poses a major global health threat, with severe impacts in developing countries due to weak health systems, poor regulation, and low sanitation standards. This review summarizes 12 studies from Asia and Africa on AMR’s clinical, social, economic, and environmental effects. AMR leads to first-line treatment failure, prolonged hospital stays, increased morbidity and mortality, and necessitates costly, toxic last-line antibiotics. Economic consequences include higher treatment costs, productivity loss, and poverty risk from high medical expenses. Environmental contributors such as contamination from medical waste, livestock, and the food industry accelerate resistant bacteria spread. Effective control requires integrated strategies, including Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs (ASP) based on AWaRe classification, laboratory strengthening, One Health approaches, public education, strict antibiotic distribution regulations, and cross-sector monitoring. These measures aim to curb AMR progression and reduce health burdens in developing nations. The rise of AMR further complicates healthcare delivery in countries already struggling with limited resources and underfunded healthcare systems. The growing prevalence of multidrug-resistant (MDR) and extensively drug-resistant (XDR) organisms threatens the effectiveness of current medical treatments, including those for common infections such as tuberculosis and pneumonia. Infections that were once easily treatable with antibiotics are now leading to longer and more complicated hospitalizations, greater healthcare costs, and higher death rates. Additionally, the lack of access to newer, more effective antibiotics and diagnostic tools makes managing resistant infections in these regions even more challenging. Environmental factors, particularly contamination from healthcare facilities and agricultural practices, play a key role in the proliferation of resistant pathogens.

The practice of surrogacy in Indonesia is growing despite the absence of clear legal regulations, creating uncertainty in the protection of surrogates, children, and those who use surrogacy services. Although several countries have regulations governing this practice, Indonesia still faces a legal vacuum that leaves many parties vulnerable to exploitation. This study aims to analyze aspects of legal protection, reproductive rights, children's interests, and women's dignity in the context of surrogacy in Indonesia, with the aim of formulating a more adaptive and equitable regulatory framework. The method used in this study is a normative juridical approach, with analysis using AMOS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of relevant legal documents and existing scientific literature. This research involves an analysis of existing regulations, cases related to surrogacy, and the opinions of legal experts and the public. The results show significant differences in legal protection between surrogates and children involved in surrogacy practices. Furthermore, there is uncertainty regarding the status of children born through surrogacy practices, which impacts their rights, particularly in terms of legal recognition and access to their human rights. This study also emphasizes that protecting women's reproductive rights and maintaining their dignity must be an integral part of surrogacy regulations. Clear and comprehensive regulations have been shown to improve protection for surrogates, children, and other related parties, as well as prevent potential exploitation. The implications of this study are the importance of establishing legislation specifically governing surrogacy practices in Indonesia, where such policies must focus on justice, child rights protection, and gender equality.

The system also cuts operational and administrative costs, such as printed documents and formal meetings, providing budget efficiency of up to 10% per year. In addition, user satisfaction levels increased with more than 85% of respondents feeling helped by this system. E-Catalogs not only save time and costs, but also increase transparency and accountability in procurement. All transactions are digitally documented, making the audit process easier and preventing potential irregularities. This implementation also encourages the empowerment of local MSMEs by providing easier access to government markets. Another positive impact is the increase in public trust in the government, which is supported by a transparent and inclusive system. Nonetheless, challenges such as limited technology infrastructure and intensive training need still need to be addressed to ensure the sustainability of these systems. With the integration of blockchain technology and strengthening regulations, E-Katalog has the potential to become an effective and efficient model for the procurement of goods and services, not only in Indonesia, but also at the global level. This research offers strategic recommendations for the development of better technology-based procurement policies and practices in the future.

Jati Larangan Park in Iroyudan Hamlet, Bantul Regency, is a community-based tourism area with historical, cultural, and natural potential. Despite its appeal as a religious and outdoor tourism destination, the park experienced a decline in activity following the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze community perceptions of the development of Jati Larangan Park to support participatory and sustainable tourism development strategies. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the community has a positive perception of the park because it is considered capable of providing economic, social, and cultural benefits. Youth groups, MSMEs, and the general public recognize the importance of this tourism revival, although management is still hampered by human resources, weak institutional structures of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), and a lack of digital literacy for the promotion and marketing of local products. Community involvement is reflected in the spirit of mutual cooperation and the desire to revitalize the park through various tourism activities. However, a more systematic strategy is still needed in terms of institutional strengthening, youth empowerment, MSME capacity development, and digital promotion. With a Community-Based Tourism (CBT) approach, Jati Larangan Park has the potential to become a leading destination in Bantul with collaborative and sustainable management. In addition to social and economic aspects, the development of Jati Larangan Park must also consider environmental and spatial planning dimensions. Currently, parts of the park are poorly managed, with a lack of sanitation facilities, information boards, and accessible tourist routes for the elderly and people with disabilities. This presents a challenge in realizing an inclusive and comfortable destination.

This community service activity was carried out at Muhammadiyah Tidore Elementary School with a primary focus on improving the competency of teachers and staff in managing the school website. The background to this activity stems from the school's need for information media that is fast, accurate, and easily accessible to the community. The school website not only serves as a means of publishing activities but also as a communication medium between the school, parents, and the wider community. With good website management, information about academic activities, important announcements, and the school profile can be conveyed more effectively. The activity implementation method is carried out through several structured stages. The first stage is preparation, namely identifying needs, preparing training materials, and coordinating with the school. The second stage is technical training involving teachers and staff to understand the basics of content management, from adding articles, updating information, to uploading activity documentation. The third stage is socialization, where the community, especially parents, are introduced to the functions and benefits of the school website. Next, the implementation stage is carried out by directly applying the training results in website management. The final stage is evaluation, which aims to assess the extent to which skills improvements have been achieved and the extent to which the website is utilized by the community. The results of the activity indicate a significant increase in the skills of teachers and staff. They are able to independently update website content and utilize user guides provided in the form of documents and video tutorials. The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has led to significant changes in the way food products are sold, particularly imported foods. While the convenience of online shopping offers great benefits to both consumers and businesses, it has also uncovered several regulatory challenges, especially concerning the labeling of imported food products. A critical issue is the non-compliance with the Indonesian language labeling requirements for these products, which puts consumers at a disadvantage. Such practices not only violate existing consumer protection laws but also pose risks to public health, as consumers may not fully understand the contents or risks associated with foreign food products due to language barriers. This study highlights the need for a more robust framework to enforce labeling laws, focusing on the responsibility of e-commerce platforms. Platforms play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sellers, manufacturers, and consumers. By implementing stricter oversight and monitoring mechanisms, e-commerce platforms could ensure that sellers comply with legal labeling requirements. Furthermore, platforms can act as intermediaries to facilitate consumer complaints and provide dispute resolution services in cases of non-compliance. In addition, the study emphasizes the importance of consumer education. Many consumers are unaware of their rights and the standards they should expect from food products sold online. Thus, there is a need for awareness campaigns and easy access to information on consumer rights, particularly in the context of e-commerce. Strengthening the enforcement of these regulations, providing training for business actors, and improving public awareness will help ensure that imported food products are sold in a transparent, legally compliant manner.

Women's leadership is recognized as a strategic factor driving organizational success through the formation of effective and sustainable team collaboration. Beyond simply directing, women leaders build a conducive work climate where team members are valued, engaged, and have equal opportunities to contribute. Across various sectors, they demonstrate the ability to manage team dynamics with a participatory, collaborative approach, and a focus on healthy interpersonal relationships. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to describe the role, benefits, and challenges of women's leadership in human resource (HR) development. Twelve articles published between 2020 and 2024 were selected based on the PICOC framework to ensure academic validity. The study results indicate that women's leadership is synonymous with a participatory style, empathy, and open communication that encourages time commitment, the flow of ideas, innovation, and productivity. Women leaders create a psychologically safe work environment, value differences of opinion, and encourage cross-functional collaboration. Their role is increasingly important in the era of flexible work and digital transformation, where empathy and communication are key to maintaining team motivation and productivity. However, challenges such as gender stereotypes, structural barriers, and cultural resistance still limit the effectiveness of women's leadership, especially in strategic positions and high-level decision-making. In many cases, women leaders still have to work harder to gain legitimacy, even though they have the same or even higher qualifications than their male counterparts. Addressing this requires more inclusive organizational policies, gender-based leadership training programs, mentoring, and consistent advocacy for equality. Companies and public institutions must actively create an ecosystem that supports women's leadership development, including equal access to strategic career opportunities.

The rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including the distribution and consumption of entertainment content. One form of entertainment that has undergone a major transformation is film, where the existence of digital platforms has made access to various film titles increasingly easy, fast, and practical. The presence of official, legal streaming services offers a comfortable viewing experience and supports the sustainability of the film industry. However, on the other hand, this phenomenon has also given rise to a new problem, namely the increasing practice of accessing films through illegal streaming sites that are easily found on the internet. The use of illegal streaming sites certainly has various consequences, both legal, ethical, and economic. From a legal perspective, such actions clearly violate copyright, which should be protected by law. From an economic perspective, this illegal practice is detrimental to many parties, from film producers and distributors to the state, which loses potential revenue. However, the reality on the ground shows that the majority of the public, especially students, still frequently use illegal sites due to considerations of free access, the availability of the latest films, and ease of use. Based on this phenomenon, this study focuses on evaluating the perceptions of students at the Indonesian Computer University (UNIKOM) regarding the legality of using illegal streaming sites. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 30 students from various study programs. The results are expected to provide insight into students' level of legal awareness and the factors influencing their choices regarding accessing films through legal and illegal channels. These findings are also expected to provide input for stakeholders in formulating educational and outreach strategies regarding the importance of respecting copyright.

This study examines the perceptions of the Pucangadi Village community towards the educational children's program "SiBobo" broadcast by TVRI Central Java. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with fifteen informants selected purposively. Informants consisted of parents, teachers, and local residents who have views regarding the program. The purpose of this study was to explore the extent to which the program "SiBobo" is accepted and has a positive impact on the development of children in the community. The results showed that the program "SiBobo" is considered an entertaining and educational learning medium by the majority of informants. This program successfully conveys moral and social messages relevant to children's lives, such as the values of togetherness, social awareness, and the importance of protecting the environment. This program is also considered able to attract children's attention in a fun way, making them interested in learning while playing. In addition, the content presented in this program can increase children's knowledge about local culture and wisdom, which is expected to increase their love for Indonesian culture. However, despite "SiBobo"'s high educational value, the presence of gadgets and children's preference for digital content, such as YouTube videos and game apps, often divert their attention from public television. Children are more interested in shows they can access anytime through their devices. This suggests that while television shows like "SiBobo" still play a significant role, competition from digital media presents a significant challenge. This study emphasizes the importance of revitalizing children's programming based on local values and the need for more adaptive communication strategies to optimally convey educational messages.

This study discusses how the application of media wealth by MTA TV's public relations in delivering da’wah messages through Instagram flyers on @mtatv_official in the period of 2021-2025. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, focusing on denotation, connotation, and myths. The findings reveal that MTA TV has effectively implemented four key elements of media wealth—signal diversity, language variations, personal sources, and regardless—through its use of Instagram flyers. These elements are designed to enhance the communication process, making the messages more engaging and accessible to the audience. The da’wah messages conveyed through the flyers are interpreted by the audience in three primary categories: invitation (76.67%), motivation (16.67%), and solidarity (6.67%). The majority of the audience interprets the messages as invitations to join or engage in religious activities, highlighting the importance of outreach and engagement in MTA TV's approach. The motivational aspect encourages positive actions and attitudes towards religious teachings, while solidarity, though less prevalent, emphasizes the sense of community and support within the Muslim audience. The use of media wealth on social media platforms like Instagram is shown to increase the effectiveness of da’wah messages by making them more visually appealing, interactive, and relatable to a wide audience. This study suggests that employing rich media content, such as Instagram flyers, can play a vital role in enhancing the reach and impact of religious communication. It also underscores the importance of understanding the semiotic elements in shaping how messages are interpreted by different segments of the audience, making it a valuable tool for religious organizations aiming to modernize their communication strategies.

This study examines the institutional discourse and administrative practices of the Secretariat of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) in the newly established province of Southwest Papua, Indonesia. Utilizing a qualitative content analysis approach, the research analyzes a corpus of official documents produced between 2022 and 2025, with particular attention to how the principles of good governance—transparency, accountability, participation, and effectiveness—are reflected and operationalized in a transitional bureaucratic setting. The findings reveal that while procedural transparency and organizational effectiveness are relatively well-articulated in formal documents, mechanisms for accountability and citizen participation remain underdeveloped and largely symbolic. This indicates that the new administrative structures are still in the process of consolidating practices that meaningfully incorporate civic engagement. The study further identifies significant patterns of institutional isomorphism, wherein bureaucratic templates, legal frameworks, and administrative routines from older provincial governments are mimicked and reproduced. Although such imitation provides a sense of stability and legitimacy, it may come at the expense of local relevance and the incorporation of context-specific innovations. In particular, reliance on inherited bureaucratic models risks marginalizing indigenous governance traditions and community-driven practices that could enhance inclusivity and responsiveness. The analysis underscores the performative and symbolic dimensions of governance during periods of institutional formation, highlighting the tension between adopting established administrative norms and fostering context-sensitive practices tailored to the realities of frontier provinces. Methodologically, the study demonstrates the value of document analysis in capturing governance dynamics where field access is limited, politically sensitive, or constrained by security issues. The study concludes by offering practical recommendations: strengthening participatory frameworks to ensure more substantive public involvement, integrating indigenous governance values to enhance legitimacy, and designing flexible policy models that can adapt to the unique sociopolitical challenges of Southwest Papua. In doing so, the research contributes both to the broader scholarship on governance in post-conflict and frontier regions and to the practical debates on institutional development in Indonesia’s newest province.

Free trade provides significant opportunities for developing countries to increase exports, expand market access, and drive economic growth. Through engagement in global markets, products and services can reach a wider range of consumers, creating the potential for increased national income. However, global economic integration also presents serious challenges, particularly in terms of the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). As national boundaries in economic activity become increasingly blurred, intellectual property—including patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyrights, and trade secrets—becomes increasingly vulnerable to infringement. Common forms of infringement include piracy, counterfeiting of branded products, and theft of technology or innovation. These practices not only harm creators or rights owners but can also hinder the development of innovation, reduce industrial competitiveness, and undermine consumer confidence. Adequate IPR protection requires a combination of strong national regulations and an effective international legal framework. Instruments such as the TRIPS (Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights) Agreement under the WTO provide global standards to which compliance must be adhered, but implementation at the national level is crucial for their success. Weak or inconsistent law enforcement can open the door to violations that harm both domestic and foreign businesses. Beyond legal aspects, effective IPR protection also impacts the investment climate. Investors tend to invest in countries that can guarantee the security of their intellectual assets. Therefore, IPR protection is not only a legal issue but also a long-term economic development strategy. Therefore, in the era of free trade, developing countries need to balance market openness with strengthening IPR protection systems to create a conducive environment for innovation, sustainable economic growth, and public welfare.

Quality education services are closely linked to the effectiveness of financial and asset governance within local government institutions. This study aims to explore in depth the strategic role of the Finance and Assets Subdivision in enhancing the effectiveness of education services under the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis was carried out following the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the Finance Subdivision plays a critical role in needs-based budget planning, ensuring that financial allocations align with educational priorities and policies. It manages key funding sources such as School Operational Assistance (BOS) and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) with a focus on transparency, accountability, and timely reporting. Meanwhile, the Asset Subdivision contributes through systematic recording, equitable distribution, and optimal utilization of regional property. These responsibilities are supported by regular training programs and consistent monitoring to ensure that facilities remain functional and beneficial for educational purposes. The implementation of integrated digital management systems, such as SIMDA, SIKD, and SIPKD, has significantly improved data accuracy, accessibility, and overall management efficiency. These systems allow for more transparent governance and facilitate informed decision-making at the institutional level. The study concludes that the active and coordinated role of the Finance and Assets Subdivision forms a strong foundation for professional, efficient, and sustainable education governance. The findings suggest that strengthening human resource capacity, enhancing interdepartmental coordination, and further integrating digital information systems are essential strategies to improve the quality and equity of education services in the region. Such improvements will contribute to achieving better educational outcomes and fostering public trust in government-managed education services.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing passenger satisfaction at airports through three main perspectives: service, technology, and operations. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition between airports in providing an optimal travel experience amidst the development of the aviation industry and the increasing passenger demands for service quality. This study uses a literature study approach by analyzing ten selected scientific journals that specifically discuss airport service quality from various perspectives. The results of the study indicate that the service perspective, specifically those encompassing SERVQUAL dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibles, has a significant contribution in shaping the perception and satisfaction of airport service users. The technology perspective also plays a significant role, particularly through the implementation of self-services such as self-check-in, Flight Information Display Sistem (FIDS), e-gates, and digital service applications that simplify the travel process. One of the studies analyzed shows that the application of technology can contribute up to 96.8% to user satisfaction, indicating the significant role of digitalization in this industry. From the operational side, factors such as speed of service at the check-in counter, queue time management, completeness and cleanliness of public facilities, and ease of access to the terminal have an equally important influence. These findings underscore that passenger satisfaction is influenced not only by service quality at the point of direct interaction, but also by the smoothness of the overall operational flow. The study's conclusions emphasize the importance of integrating these three perspectives in strategic planning for airport service improvement.
