Pamaris Village is located in the highlands of Gunungtua Village, Cijambe District, Subang Regency. The existence of this area which is located in the highlands makes it difficult for the community to get clean water for their daily needs. Has a river flow that is used for agricultural and fishery water but is not utilized for clean water needs because the community doubts the quality of river water to be used as a source of clean water. With the background of the problems in Pamaris village, the lecturers and students of the Civil Engineering study program, Faculty of Engineering, University of Subang took the initiative to do community service by making a simple water treatment tool to treat river water so that it can be used to meet the community's clean water needs. The planned water treatment system consists of a coagulation tank, a sedimentation tank, a slow sand filter and a fast sand filter. The filter material consists of coral, palm fiber, zeolite, split stone, palm fiber, activated carbon and sand. The results of testing the treated water showed that all parameters of Physics, Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry were still within the limits of clean water quality standards. The results of bacteriological examination did not find bacteria. Thus, in general, water quality can be used as a source of clean water for the community.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

In order to support the smooth teaching and learning process at the State Junior High School (SMP) 1 Lambu, Bima Regency, a department that supports these activities is needed, namely administration. Administration is a part of the school that functions as a supporter of teaching and learning activities that take place at the Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Lambu, Bima Regency so that it runs smoothly according to what has been planned and can be achieved as desired. With the development of the era which is now better known as the era of globalization, the administrative function must be able to improve its quality regarding technology, especially information technology or better known as the computerized era.

This study analyzes the effect of the variables contained in the Theory of Planned Behavior, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control on taxpayers' intentions. The sample in this study were taxpayers registered with MSMEs in Semarang Regency. The number of samples is 125 taxpayers. The sampling technique used was the solvin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that attitudes have a direct effect on taxpayer intentions, while subjective norms and perceived behavioral control do not directly affect taxpayer intentions.

The Feasibility Study of the Revitalization of the Merdeka Field in Medan City is to obtain a Foundation of the Planning and Design Program regarding the Development of the Merdeka Field Area in Medan City that meets the needs of the community as a nationally viable public facility. The feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Field in Medan used primary data and secondary data. In the feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Medan Field, it was analyzed through spatial aspects through Medan City Bylaw No.1 of 2022 concerning Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) and Medan City Zoning Regulations from 2022 to 2042. The result of the feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Field Medan is that the concept planned for the revitalization of Merdeka Square is in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of the city of Medan by remaining a Green Open Space (RTH) that functions as a catchment area. In addition, the Merdeka Square area also provides Blue Open Space (RTB) which can function as a medium for water storage and prevention of flooding.    

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using. Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular, directed, and planned movements carried out with the intention of improving the functional abilities of the body. Reporting from the Panti Rapih Hospital page, this activity is carried out regularly and with movements that are not too heavy.

Community service activities are carried out in Raya villages in need, namely Raya Village, Raya District, Simalungun Regency. This activity is a collaboration between lecturers and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) partners. The limitations of MSMEs in Raya Village, Simalungun Regency in their knowledge of innovating correct products and packaging and the desire to progress and develop are their main priorities in solving these problems. The problems that exist in the MSMEs of Raya Village include: finding solutions to existing problems by providing training and guidance as well as assistance during the product and packaging innovation process, providing complete assistance in innovating products and packaging as well as funds to help improve MSME products and packaging, assisting in the process of innovating MSME products and packaging to make them better. This assistance and coaching does not stop at training, but until the MSMEs can really run well. The team uses methods that will be implemented during the activity by sharing and assisting partners in innovating. The planned output is increased product sales from innovation in product packaging and labeling, as well as expanding the product market through online marketing.

The protection, welfare and independence of the elderly group is increasingly important in line with the increasing number of elderly people, welfare and the realization of an elderly friendly city in Surakarta. The Adiyuswo (Olderly) School in implementation in the City of Surakarta is closely related to the policy steps to realize an elderly-friendly city and the inclusive city policy that has been established by the City of Surakarta since 2006. The policy direction is contained in the Surakarta City Medium-Term Development Plan 2021-2026 with The leading implementing sectors are the Social Service (Dinas Sosial)  and Bappeda  as the coordinator of regional development planning.            The implementation of policies regarding Adiyuswo Schools (Seniors) is carried out in accordance with the direction of the policy on Lifelong Education through regular and planned non-formal education. This education is carried out in an equal and participatory manner. In this case, facilitators, mentors and health and social services are prepared through local institutions, either through the Elderly Committee, Elderly Forums in sub-districts and institutions in the village through fostering elderly families. The elderly school involves the target group, namely the pre-elderly population, the elderly group and other family members who take care of the elderly in the household.

Adolescence is a transition period, namely a phase of development between childhood and adulthood. The main problem for teenagers in general is the search for identity. They experience an identity crisis. This is a problem for every teenager. implementation of activities to deliver material on the dangers of drugs. The activities were carried out together by the students as planned. The participants' ability to answer material questions can be said to be good (75%) correctly. Delivery of material using lecture and demonstration methods supports participants' ability to master the material presented by the service team. Education about the dangers of drugs is going well. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

Main Objective: The objective of this research is to complete the exciting and fictive effects of each color and lighting type when practiced in 3D animation setting. In addition, this research also proposes several lighting design recommendations in 3D animation. Background problem: The main sense for the advance of animated films is cinematic lighting effects. Various techniques and approaches have been planned to create lighting effects, but how these effects affect the viewer’s sentimental sense and especially the storytelling practice is not understood. Novelty: The results of the emotional effects of lighting styles show that these effects are not shown in an imposing aspect, which means, not all lighting style affects the feelings on each scale. In this study, several differences were found in several color scales with different cinematic meanings. Research Method: The research method used is quantitative and subjective data analysis adopting a qualitative grounded theory coding with several animated video scenes developed with various colors and low and high-key statistical lighting designs to analyze and measure the effects of different lighting designs. Finding/Result: The finding of this study indicate that cinematic lighting influences the emotional impact of scenes and stories in plan. Conclusion: This study also confirms the current lighting approach, according to the result of this study, it brings guidance on how certain lighting and color techniques can be adopted to influence the audience in 3D animation about feelings and story perception Keywords: Cinematic Lighting, 3D animation, Emotional Storytelling

This research, in general, aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X MIPA 4 students of MAN 1 Grobogan in the 2018/2019 academic year by implementing multimedia learning. And specifically it aims to make students able to achieve the learning objectives by producing a minimum KKM score of 70 and at least 80% of the total students are able to reach this minimum limit. The research method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method or better known as the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The PTK method is a process of assessing learning problems in the classroom through self-reflection in an effort to solve these problems by taking planned actions in real situations and analyzing any effects of these treatments. The results of research conducted on class X MIPA 4 MAN 1 Grobogan, the application of multimedia presentation learning media on the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry with the concept of enjoyful learning can improve student learning outcomes. In village development, the availability of accurate village profile data has an impact on its consistency policy direction.  However, there are some problems that are encountered to be able to update it including the quality of human resources, finance and infrastructure. Therefore, Community Service Program (PKM) activity is intended to provide knowledge about the importance of updating data in planning village development and helping the government update profile data and potential of their villages. The method used is training in updating basic data based on family data which is carried out by providing material and its implementation in the field. Community Service Program can be carried out according to the planned schedule, especially in the provision of training materials. Meanwhile, implementation of material in the training could not be carried out because it was constrained because lack of information technology. However, in general the Community Service Program in Neglasari Village was going well, marked by an increasing participant knowledge and an acceleration of online data updating assisted by students who were doing Community Service Program. Indirectly, this achievement at the same time show that the obstacles faced by Neglasari Village were not only on its human resources but rather on aspects of financial support and infrastructure. The actual presence from the government is needed to support the updating of the profile and potential data of this village because it is not only the village institution that requires it, but rather the central and regional governments.

Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

The purpose of this study is to describe the level of accounting comprehension and the accountability of educational fee and to describe the relationship between the level of accounting comprehension and the accountability of educational fee. This is a descriptive study by using the primary data which were collected by distributing the questionnaires and doing the interview with the respondents, the students of Economics and Business Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University who are obtaining the scholarship. The results from 82 respondents showed that their average level of accounting comprehension was on the less comprehend range (64,02) with the accountability of educational fee was on the accountable range (82,40). Based on the correlation test, there was no correlation between the level of accounting comprehension and the accountability of educational fee. The result of this study also confirmed that the accountable behavior of the students of Economics and Business Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University who are obtaining the scholarship was included in the second intention factor of the planned behavior theory which is called the normative beliefs. This study aims to examine procedural justice, distributive justice, and interactive justice perceived by manager in the workplace about the treatment received from organization on their outcomes by using theory of planned behavior, organizational justice theory, and expectancy theory. The outcomes shown by managers include trust in supervisor and managerial performance. This study uses survey method in collecting data and sample selection method at state-owned companies in Maluku Province represented by 310 middle and lower managers. The hypotheses are tested by Structural Equation Modeling.    The results show that procedural justice and interactive justice has significant influence on managerial performance, whereas distributive justice has no influence on managerial performance. Empirical evidences show that distributive justice and interactive justice has influence on trust in supervisor, whereas procedural justice has no influence on trust in supervisor. Several models have been constructed to analyze and understand the factors that influence theacceptance of the use of computer technology such as Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Theoryof Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Another model developedby Doll and Torkzadeh (1988) is a model of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Thisresearch is the study on the TAM and EUCS model of the acceptance and user satisfaction ofcomputer based information system (CBIS). Purpose of this study is trying to use and test the twomodels of acceptance technology, the TAM and EUCS models by examining their influence on theuse and utilization of systems that will ultimately affect the level of user satisfaction (usersatisfaction) as an indicator of the success of a system. Samples used in this study were obtainedfrom the sampling technique based on the criteria (purposive sampling)of a trading company inSemarang, Central Java on the sub-sector (according to the incorporated trading companydirectory-BPS). Test of the hypothesis is formulated using regression models. Three of the sevenstated hypothesis is rejected, while based on the results of the indirect analysis it can be concludedthat the variable utility (usefulness), ease of use, accuracy and timelines in the use of a system alsoaffects the user’s satisfaction.Key Words: Technology Acceptance Model, End User Computing Satisfaction, Computer BasedInformation System, User’s Satisfaction.
