Background: The National Health Insurance Program helps patients pay for medical expenses and provides financial protection against unexpected health risks. INA-CBG system is used for healthcare payments, where the payment is determined based on type of disease the patient has. However, the rates set by INA-CBG are lower than hospital rates, causing financial losses and affecting the quality of service. Purpose: This research aims to compare rates to maintain hospital financial balance and fair access to services. Method: This study uses comparative quantitative research method with cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted at Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Sukapura. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a sample of 374 claim data for type II diabetes mellitus patients from October to December 2023. Data were taken from Zi-Care system, which has been bridged with INA-CBG. The data collection tool used was a checklist. The analysis techniques included univariate and bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: The research results show that the total hospital cost is Rp265,805,506, with the highest value being Rp2,746,407 and the lowest value being Rp161,000. The total INA-CBG cost is Rp73,341,400. P-value of 0.0001 indicates a significant difference between both variables. Conclusion: The difference in rates resulted in the hospital experiencing a loss of IDR 192,464,106. Hospitals need to refer drug collection to external pharmacies, and BPJS must evaluate INA-CBG rates to match hospital expenditure to prevent losses.

Delivery using the caesarean section method is one of the JKN-KIS services which has experienced a significant increase in cases from year to year at Graha Sehat Probolinggo Hospital. The general tariff applied by the hospital is IDR 10,800,000, which is 206.15%, far above the INA CBGs tariff of IDR 5,238,800, making the hospital feel the need to carry out descriptive quantitative research using the ABC method and DD method. Then the unit cost results of the ABC method are compared with the INA-CBGs rates. The results of this research show that the unit cost of the ABC method is IDR 5,484,214, which is IDR 245,414 (4.68%) greater than the INA-CBGs tariff. The potential efficiency that can be achieved results in savings of IDR 665,295 so it is hoped that the unit cost of the ABC method will be IDR 4,818,919. IDR 419,881 (8.01%) smaller than the INA-CBGs tariff. The conclusion is that there is a negative difference between the unit costs of the ABC method and the DD method and the INA CBGs rates. Hospitals should submit a tariff review to BPJS, including a review of the provision of separate tariffs for baby handling costs. Apart from that, hospitals also need to make efficiencies by reducing length of stay, reviewing medical services, efficiency in laundry units and CSSD, speeding up RME, as well as efficiency in several other resources while still prioritizing patient safety

The large number of hospitals in Sukoharjo City makes the people of Sukoharjo City have many choices to determine where they will use health services. The community is very selective about services in hospitals, so that aspects in the Marketing Mix become a benchmark for determining whether or not patients will use health services at the hospital. Marketing Mix is a series of marketing tools used by companies or hospitals continuously to achieve their marketing goals in the target market. This study aims to explore and find obstacles in the implementation of the marketing mix at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Sukoharjo. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with key informants and specialist informants at the hospital. The results of the study showed that marketing mix components such as products, people, and promotions have been implemented well, although there are still some challenges. Excellent services such as ERACS and stitch-free eye surgery have succeeded in attracting patient interest, but promotion through social media has not been optimal, based on a comparison between the number of patients each month and interactions on social media, it was concluded that social media promotion is still not optimal because the number of interactions is still ≥50% of the number of patients. Minimum service standards are about the quality of basic services which are an obligatory matter for the region that every citizen has the right to obtain at a minimum. So each hospital can implement and fulfill services in accordance with the minimum service standards that have been set. Nutrition services in hospitals can be said to be of quality if they have met 3 indicators related to minimum standards of service in nutrition services, where these are accuracy of food distribution (≥ 90%), accuracy of diet (100%), food waste (≤ 20%) (Ministry of Health , 2008). This study aims to determine the timeliness of food distribution to patients, determine the accuracy of the type of diet to patients and food waste to patients in the Asoka ward of Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Regional Hospital. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional research design. This research was conducted in November at Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional Hospital. The subjects in this study were 169 inpatients in the Asoka room for 10 days. The data collection technique was carried out using the observation method. Observations consist of data on the timeliness of food distribution, data on the accuracy of the diet and data on patient food waste. The data analysis technique used is univariate. Mobilization is a basic human need required by individuals to carry out daily activities in the form of joint movement, posture and gait in order to meet activity needs and maintain health. The World Health Organization (WHO) says that births by caesarean section are around 10-16% of all births in developing countries, in the last 30 years the incidence of caesarean sections has increased very rapidly, for many reasons but some also don't have the right reasons, just because the patient wants the operation or the doctor wants an easy way, in Australia around 16% to 20% of the reason for the high number of caesareans in the United States is because most obstetricians. The aim of the research was to analyze the relationship between early mobilization post cesarean section and the surgical wound healing process in the postpartum room at Kartika Pulomas Hospital. The type of research used is qualitative analytic with a cross sectional approach design. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 61 people. There is a relationship between early mobilization post cesarean section and the surgical wound healing process in the postpartum room at Kartika Pulomas Hospital. The paired sample t-test showed a value of p = 0.002, meaning p<0.05. Recommendations for hospitals need to have a policy for early mobilization of patients after caesarean section. Early mobilization accelerates wound healing and shortens the period of hospital treatment, so that it is a promotion for the hospital, namely: establishing independent hospitals as the main choice with quality services.
