Cyber Security and Network Management 2026 Asosiasi Pengelola Jurnal Informatika dan Komputer Indonesia

The increasing integration of Cyber physical Systems (CPS) into industrial environments has highlighted the need for secure, scalable, and efficient cryptographic key management systems. Traditional centralized key management protocols are often limited by vulnerabilities such as single points of failure, scalability issues, and significant overhead. Blockchain technology presents a promising solution to these challenges by leveraging decentralization, immutability, and transparency to enhance security and efficiency in CPS. This study investigates the use of blockchain based cryptographic key management systems, focusing on smart contracts for automated key distribution and rotation. Experimental results demonstrate that blockchain based systems significantly improve system integrity, auditability, and resilience, offering enhanced protection against cyber-attacks and reducing the risks associated with centralized systems. Blockchain’s decentralized architecture eliminates the need for a central authority, making it more resistant to tampering and operational failures. Additionally, smart contracts automate the key management process, improving efficiency while maintaining a high level of security. The study also evaluates the impact of blockchain on communication performance, finding that it reduces latency and overhead by automating processes and eliminating the need for centralized control. Despite these advantages, challenges such as scalability, latency, and integration with legacy systems remain. The study concludes by suggesting future research directions, including the development of lightweight blockchain protocols tailored for industrial applications and the integration of blockchain with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) to further enhance key management in CPS. Blockchain based solutions have the potential to transform the security landscape of industrial environments, offering greater robustness, reliability, and trust.

This research examines the disproportionate allocation of legal responsibility between doctors and nurses in Indonesia’s health care system and proposes measures to reorganize accountability in a more fair and proportional way. The issue addressed stems from shortcomings in existing regulations, which have not yet ensured legal certainty or balanced legal protection for both professions in clinical practice. The study uses a normative juridical method, applying both statutory and conceptual approaches. The statutory approach reviews laws and regulations that govern professional authority and legal liability of doctors and nurses, while the conceptual approach analyzes legal principles, doctrines, and concepts related to professional responsibility in health services. Legal materials are collected through library research, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources, and are analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results show that although statutory provisions formally regulate the distribution of authority and responsibility between doctors and nurses, there are still normative uncertainties, overlapping regulations, and legal gaps. These issues may lead to an unequal burden of legal responsibility, particularly in cases involving medical errors or negligence. Such conditions weaken legal protection for nurses and can negatively affect the quality of health care delivery. The study concludes that regulatory reform is needed to clarify legal responsibility in accordance with professional authority and to implement a more just and proportional system of accountability. The findings are expected to enrich health law studies and provide guidance for policymakers in developing a fairer legal responsibility framework for health professionals.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a global health problem with continuously increasing prevalence and mortality. This condition is characterized by a progressive and irreversible decline in kidney function, which is clinically assessed using the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) as one of the main parameters for staging and monitoring disease progression. Red blood cell distribution width (RDW) is a hematological parameter that reflects the degree of variation in erythrocyte size. In patients with CKD, elevated RDW levels are often associated with oxidative stress and chronic inflammation, which may accelerate kidney damage and increase mortality risk. To analyze the correlation between RDW and eGFR values in patients with chronic kidney disease at ODSK Hospital, North Sulawesi Province. This study used an analytical observational design with a cross‑sectional approach. It was conducted retrospectively using secondary data from the medical records of CKD patients at ODSK Hospital, North Sulawesi Province, from February 2024 to August 2025. This study used a total sampling method with 189 CKD patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.  Based on Spearman-rank correlation analysis, the p‑value obtained was 0.129 (>0.05). There was no significant relationship between RDW and eGFR values in CKD patients at ODSK Hospital, North Sulawesi.Province.

This research focuses on the design and evaluation of a novel parallel graph optimization algorithm incorporating dynamic load balancing (DLB) to address inefficiencies in heterogeneous computing environments. Large-scale graph optimization problems, such as those in social networks, bioinformatics, and transportation systems, often suffer from computational imbalances when using traditional static load balancing approaches, leading to underutilized resources and prolonged execution times. The primary objective of this research is to develop an algorithm that can dynamically adjust workload distribution across processors, enhancing computational efficiency and scalability. The proposed method combines heuristic techniques, including region expansion and multilevel partitioning, with diffusive load balancing strategies to minimize inter-processor communication overhead. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm reduces execution time by up to 40% compared to static methods, with optimized resource utilization and more balanced workload distribution. The scalability of the algorithm is also evident, as it adapts effectively to increasing problem sizes and processor counts. These findings suggest that dynamic load balancing is crucial for improving parallel graph optimization in real-world applications. Future work will focus on further enhancing the algorithm’s responsiveness to rapidly changing workloads and expanding its applicability to additional domains.

Equitable vaccine distribution is a global issue that has received increasing attention, especially since the increasing need for vaccines in the face of modern pandemics. This study aims to analyze the inequality in vaccine distribution and the factors influencing vaccine hesitancy through a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing literature studies and supporting data in the form of graphs. The analysis results show that high-income countries have significantly greater access to vaccines than middle- and low-income countries, creating inequalities that impact public health protection. Furthermore, levels of vaccine hesitancy were found to vary across social groups, with adolescents being the group with the highest rate of rejection due to the influence of misinformation and low trust in health institutions. These findings confirm that the success of a vaccination program is determined not only by the availability of equitable distribution but also by public acceptance, which is influenced by social, psychological, and ethical factors. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of applying bioethical principles such as justice, beneficence, and autonomy in formulating effective and inclusive vaccination policies.

The objective of this study is to comprehensively examine and analyze the influence of microstructure on the mechanical properties of metallic materials. Microstructure is known to play a crucial role in determining the mechanical behavior of metals; therefore, a thorough understanding of this relationship is essential for the development of engineering materials. This study adopts a systematic literature review approach, employing descriptive analysis and meta-analysis of recent scientific publications obtained from various reputable academic databases. The analysis results indicate that microstructure is a significant determinant of the mechanical characteristics of metallic materials, including strength, ductility, and resistance to deformation. The most influential microstructural parameters include grain size, phase distribution, crystallographic orientation, dislocation density, and the presence and characteristics of precipitates. Among these parameters, grain size has been shown to be the most dominant factor. The Hall–Petch strengthening mechanism demonstrates that grain refinement can increase the tensile strength of materials by approximately 200 to 300 percent. In addition, materials with multi-phase microstructures, such as dual-phase steels and TRIP steels, exhibit an excellent combination of strength and ductility compared to single-phase materials. Based on the meta-analysis results, each metallic material system exhibits a trade-off between strength and ductility, whereby an increase in strength is generally accompanied by a reduction in ductility. These findings indicate that achieving an optimal combination of mechanical properties for specific application requirements necessitates a comprehensive and integrated microstructural engineering approach.

Malaria remains a major public health problem in Papua, Indonesia, with a high incidence rate and significant hematological complications. One of the main impacts of malaria infection is anemia caused by a decrease in hemoglobin levels. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between hemoglobin levels and malaria parasite species among patients at Sentani Health Center, Jayapura Regency. This was an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 50 malaria-positive patients confirmed by microscopic examination were included as samples. Data collected included gender, parasite species, nutritional status, hemoglobin level, and parasite count, analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a 95% confidence level (α=0.05). The results showed that most respondents were male (54%) and predominantly infected by Plasmodium falciparum (66%). The majority had normal nutritional status (40%), and the distribution between normal and abnormal hemoglobin levels was equal (50% each). Statistical analysis revealed a significant association between body mass index and hemoglobin level (p=0.03), but no significant relationship between parasite species and hemoglobin level (p=0.145). These findings indicate that nutritional status plays a more dominant role in determining hemoglobin levels than parasite species variation. In conclusion, anemia among malaria patients in endemic regions is influenced not only by the infecting Plasmodium species but also by individual nutritional factors. Integrated interventions focusing on nutritional improvement and malaria control are essential to reduce anemia risk in endemic areas such as Papua. The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) in the medical field has become an important part of the learning process and health services. Preparing medical students as future healthcare professionals to understand, use, and implement AI responsibly is a crucial aspect. This level of readiness can vary depending on their knowledge, abilities, perceptions, and ethics in using AI. This study aims to determine the readiness of young medical students in the Surabaya area in using artificial intelligence based on these four domains, and to compare scores between first-year professional students and undergraduate students. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The instrument used was the Medical Artificial Intelligence Scale for Medical Students questionnaire, which consists of four domains: knowledge, abilities, perceptions, and ethics. The study sample was first-year and second-year professional students of the Faculty of Medicine, Ciputra University. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics including mean values, standard deviations, and frequency distributions for each domain. The results showed that the total readiness scores for DM1 (89.95 ± 11.84) and DM2 (88.38 ± 8.85) showed a positive picture, with minimal mean differences. The knowledge and skills domain showed almost uniform values ​​between the two groups, while the ethics domain had the highest stability with a very small mean difference. These findings indicate that the readiness of professional students at the Faculty of Medicine, Ciputra University, towards the use of AI shows a positive and relatively even picture at all levels.

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are a reproductive health problem that is still common among adolescents and can have serious impacts if not handled properly. Low levels of knowledge and unfavorable attitudes towards STIs have the potential to increase risky behavior among students. Objectives. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of students towards sexually transmitted infections at MAS Darul Mursyid. Methods. This study employed a cross-sectional methodology and a quantitative descriptive design. All MAS Darul Mursyid students were included in the study population, and a total sampling procedure was used to pick 149 respondents. A questionnaire with 20 statements about knowledge and 10 statements about attitudes around STIs was used to collect data. The SPSS software was used to analyze the data univariately, and the results were displayed as percentages and frequency distributions. Results and Discussion. According to the findings, 78 respondents (52.3%) had an adequate level of understanding, followed by 63 respondents (42.3%) in the poor category and 8 respondents (5.4%) in the good category. In the meanwhile, most students had a favorable opinion of STI prevention. Conclusion: Even though the majority of respondents expressed support for STI prevention initiatives, additional health education and instruction are still required to give students a more thorough grasp of STI prevention.

This student aims to determine how BPNT contributes community in Sipatana District, Gorontalo City. Method used is qualitative findings show that the implementation of BPNT in Sipatana District, particularly in Molosipat U and Tanggikiki sub-districts, has been carried out in accordance with the statutory regulations of 2019 regarding the indicators of power distribution and actor strategies, without any personal intervention in determining beneficiary eligibility. Regarding the characteristics of the implementing institutions, coordination among agencies from the district level to RT/RW has run well and has been conducted transparently and participatively to ensure that the assistance is well-targeted. However, on the indicators of implementer compliance and responsiveness, several obstacles are still found such as delays in disbursement, a lack of direct socialization to the community, and slow responses from the sub-district office in handling complaints from beneficiary families (KPM). These conditions lead to a lack of optimal understanding among beneficiaries regarding the mechanism of aid distribution. Additionally, the impact of BPNT on improving beneficiary welfare remains consumptive in nature and has not fully encouraged economic independence among poor households. Therefore, improvements in service effectiveness, two-way communication, and periodic evaluation are required to enhance BPNT’s contribution in reducing poverty rates and achieving sustainable community welfare.

Banda Aceh City has high vulnerability to tsunamis due to its coastal location directly facing the sea and being situated in an active tectonic zone. This study evaluates the spatial distribution of tsunami risk and assesses coastal conditions as disaster mitigation efforts using a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative analysis based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and qualitative analysis through field surveys and expert assessments. Three beaches were selected as study locations: Ulee Lheue Beach, Syiah Kuala Beach, and Alue Naga Beach, with risk assessment calculated using the formula Risk = (H × V) / C according to the BNPB framework and overlay techniques in GIS to create risk distribution maps. Coastal condition evaluation focused on coastal vegetation and protective coastal structures assessed using an ordinal scale of 1–5. Results show that Ulee Lheue Beach has the highest mitigation capacity with a score of 64.5% (good category), Syiah Kuala Beach reaches 57.5% (fairly good), while Alue Naga Beach has the lowest score of 28.3% (poor). Correlation analysis yielded a coefficient of r = 0.97, indicating a very strong positive relationship between coastal vegetation and protective coastal structures. Therefore, the study recommends strengthening mitigation strategies through improved protective infrastructure and optimization of coastal vegetation functions, particularly in high-risk areas, to reduce tsunami impacts in the future.

Diarrhea and Tuberculosis (TB) remain significant public health problems in Indonesia, including Rembang Regency. This study aims to analyze the spatial distribution and temporal changes of Diarrhea and TB cases in Rembang Regency during 2023–2024 using a Geographic Information Sistem (GIS) approach. A descriptive-analytic method was applied using secondary data, including administrative boundary shapefiles, disease case data, and health facility data at the sub-district level. Spatial processing and analysis were conducted using QGIS to produce thematic maps and compare disease distribution patterns between years. The results indicate that Diarrhea and TB cases were unevenly distributed across sub-districts and formed distinct spatial patterns. Case changes between 2023 and 2024 varied spatially, reflecting dynamic disease trends. The integration of disease maps with health facility distribution shows that areas with high case numbers were not always supported by adequate health facilities. The implementation of GIS-based maps into a web platform enhances accessibility and supports spatial-based public health decision-making.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Ingredients and Halal Certification on Consumer Purchase Intention toward udon products in Medan City. The research background is grounded in the increasing concern of Muslim consumers regarding the clarity of product composition and the legality of halal certification, particularly for foreign food products such as Japanese udon. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design, involving respondents who had purchased udon products. Primary data were collected through questionnaire distribution, and the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that Product Ingredients have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, with ingredient information emerging as the most dominant indicator because it provides certainty regarding product safety, quality, and halal compliance. Halal Certification was also found to significantly influence Purchase Intention, with the legality of the certifying institution being the most emphasized indicator, while detailed certification information received relatively lower attention. Simultaneously, both variables explained 68% of the variation in purchase intention, with referential intention being the highest indicator, demonstrating consumers’ tendency to recommend the product to others. These results highlight that transparency of ingredients and credible halal certification are crucial factors in shaping consumer purchase intention toward udon products. The study recommends that producers improve clarity of ingredient information, display official halal certification details, and offer product innovations to increase consumers’ exploratory intentions.

Family disputes over inheritance are a common social and legal issue in Indonesian society, often leading to long-term conflicts and even legal battles. This situation is influenced by the complex legal system of inheritance in Indonesia, which is pluralistic and includes Western civil law, Islamic law, and customary law. It is further complicated by social, cultural, economic, and psychological factors among the heirs. This study aims to analyze the causes of family disputes in inheritance distribution and examine the role of law in providing certainty, fairness, and benefits for all parties involved. The research method used is normative legal research with a jurisprudential approach, through the study of relevant legal regulations, legal doctrines, and court decisions. The findings show that inheritance disputes are generally caused by unfair distribution of assets, differing interpretations of law, conflicts between customary law, religious law, and national law, as well as poor communication and lack of transparency within the family. Therefore, resolving inheritance disputes requires not only the enforcement of law in a normative manner, but also non-litigious approaches such as mediation, family consultation, and increased legal awareness to maintain family harmony and legal certainty.

Corruption is an extraordinary crime that has multidimensional impacts on a country’s social, economic, and political life. In Indonesia, corruption cases not only cause financial losses to the state but also undermine public trust in the government and weaken the rule of law. This study examines the case of social assistance (bansos) corruption during the Covid-19 pandemic involving former Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara, who was proven to receive bribes from vendors providing social assistance amounting to tens of billions of rupiah. The study aims to understand the regulation of corruption under Indonesian law, the chronology of the bansos corruption case, and the criminal liability of the former Minister of Social Affairs. The analysis shows that this case not only caused financial losses to the state but also inflicted social suffering on the poor affected by the pandemic and reduced the government’s legitimacy. The prison sentence, fines, and obligation to pay state compensation imposed on Juliari affirm the principle of criminal accountability, while digital-based reform in social assistance distribution and multi-layered supervision serve as preventive measures to curb future corruption. This study emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, and strict law enforcement in combating corruption in Indonesia.

The accelerated interaction between the traditional and digital media has radically changed the power structures of political communication and media in the Global South. Objective: This study aims to explore the impact of media technology convergence and political power in Bangladesh, focusing on the interaction between traditional media and social media within the context of a political system characterized by electoral authoritarianism, media monopoly, and state surveillance of cyberspace. The study is important as it reveals how the power structures of political communication are changing in the Global South, particularly in Bangladesh. Methodology: The research employs a qualitative approach, relying on secondary literature analysis, policy analysis, and empirical findings from recent studies. The approach is grounded in media convergence theories, political economy of communication, hybrid media systems, and platform power to analyze the interaction between political actors, media organizations, and digital platforms in shaping and governing political narratives. Findings: The study identifies four key dynamics: platformization of traditional media, reconfiguration of agenda-setting power, strategic utilization of social platforms by political elites, and the increase in surveillance, censorship, and self-censorship in digital spaces. The primary finding shows that while media convergence was expected to democratize political communication, in Bangladesh, it has instead resulted in an asymmetric distribution of power that favors political and corporate elites, restricting freedom of journalism and civil expression. Implications: The findings of this research have implications for media governance and democratic accountability. The study suggests the need for better media governance to ensure democratic accountability and freedom of expression, offering a Global South perspective on convergent media power. Originality: This research makes an original contribution to the field of media and communication studies by highlighting how media convergence in the Global South exacerbates power imbalances and limits freedom. Focusing on Bangladesh, the study offers a unique perspective compared to previous research, which has predominantly focused on Western contexts.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is a global health problem with continuously increasing prevalence, covering the majority of diabetes cases worldwide. Persistent hyperglycemia in T2DM progressively damages the kidneys. Early assessment of kidney function, especially through the examination of urea levels and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) values, is important to predict CKD prognosis and guide therapeutic intervention. To discover the profile of urea levels and eGFR values in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients at ODSK Hospital, North Sulawesi Province. This study is a descriptive quantitative observational study with a cross-sectional design, conducted retrospectively using secondary data from the medical records of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients at ODSK Hospital, North Sulawesi Province during the period February 2024–August 2025 who met the inclusion criteria. From a total sample of 658 Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients, the majority of patients had high urea levels (53.3%). Based on sex, the proportion of high urea levels in males (57.2%) was higher compared to females (50.5%). Meanwhile, the distribution of eGFR values showed that the G1 category was the most frequent (23.9%). However, the majority of other patients (75.1%) were already in categories G2 to G5, which indicates a decrease in kidney function. This decrease in kidney function was slightly more detected in male patients (76.1%) compared to female patients (74.4%). Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients at ODSK Hospital, North Sulawesi Province, have high urea levels and the majority have decreased eGFR values.

Access to healthcare services is a crucial determinant in improving community health, particularly in rural areas that face geographic and social challenges. This study aims to describe the accessibility and utilization of healthcare services among residents of Desa Sama Subur, Kecamatan Motui, Kabupaten Konawe Utara. A descriptive quantitative design was employed, with the population comprising all active household heads in the village. A total of 45 household heads were selected using total sampling. Data were collected through face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires during the 2025 Field Learning Experience (Pengalaman Belajar Lapangan, PBL). Descriptive analysis was conducted and results were presented in frequency distributions and percentages.The findings indicate that the majority of respondents possess health insurance (88.9%); however, the utilization of healthcare facilities remains suboptimal, with only 48.9% having ever accessed services. Perceptions of healthcare accessibility varied, with 51.1% considering it easy and 46.7% reporting difficulty. Motorcycles were the most commonly used mode of transportation (77.8%), and community health centers (Puskesmas) were the most frequently utilized facilities (60.0%). Regarding service satisfaction, nursing staff behavior received the highest satisfaction rating (28.9%), while waiting time remained the main concern. In conclusion, healthcare access in rural communities is multidimensional, influenced not only by health insurance ownership but also by geographic factors, transportation availability, and service experience. Enhancing the utilization of healthcare services requires strengthening primary care and improving physical access to healthcare facilities.

The Ten Scholars per Village Scholarship Program (SESAR) is an initiative of the Bojonegoro Regency Government to expand access to higher education for rural communities. This study evaluates the implementation of the program using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The evaluation was conducted through interviews, document analysis, observations, and information from program implementers to assess policy relevance, resource readiness, process quality, and achieved outcomes. The results indicate that the program is relevant to the goal of educational equity; however, the distribution of beneficiaries has not been even due to differences in the number of applicants and socio-economic conditions among villages. In terms of context, the program aligns with the need for equitable access to higher education, although beneficiary distribution remains uneven. From the input perspective, regulations and funding are adequate, but administrative requirements and higher education accreditation criteria still limit potential applicants. Regarding the process, the selection mechanism follows the established guidelines; nevertheless, socialization remains insufficient, document verification poses challenges, and fund disbursement is often delayed. In the product aspect, the program provides tangible benefits by supporting the continuity of higher education for rural students, although its overall effectiveness still requires improvement.

Research on the relationship between physical activity and morbidity levels of inmates, particularly in women's prisons, is still very limited. This study aims to provide empirical data that can be used as a basis for developing better physical training programs in women's prisons, while also supporting improvements in the quality of life of inmates and their readiness to return to society. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional study approach. Activities carried out included data collection and measurement of the independent and dependent variables. This study analyzed variables related to the relationship between physical activity and morbidity levels among inmates at the Class II Pondok Bambu Women's Prison, East Jakarta. The results of the study showed (1) variations in the distribution of physical activity levels were relatively balanced between the low (34.6%), medium (33.3%), and high (32.1%) categories. (2) Morbidity rates in the sample indicated a significant burden of disease, the proportion of prisoners with low levels of morbidity was 39.7%, medium 24.4%, and high 35.9%. (3) Statistical analysis showed a significant relationship between physical activity levels and levels of morbidity in prisoners, the bivariate test (Chi-Square) produced p < 0.001, so the hypothesis that there is a relationship between physical activity and morbidity is accepted. (4) In an Islamic perspective, physical activity is believed to strengthen the body, prevent disease, and maintain physical and spiritual balance.
