This study examines strategies to increase financial literacy to encourage the growth of MSME financial performance in Semarang Regency. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved 120 MSMEs with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and focus group discussions. The results of the study show that the condition of financial literacy is still low, with 65.3% of MSMEs not doing regular financial records, 77.5% mixing business-personal finance, and 81.7% lacking understanding of financial products. Structured mentoring programs with a holistic approach have proven to be effective in increasing the financial management capacity of MSMEs, marked by an increase in turnover (35.2%), operational efficiency (24.7%), and access to capital (19.8%). Multi-stakeholder collaboration and digital technology integration are key factors in the success of the program. The research results in a financial literacy development framework that can be adapted for implementation in other regions.

Leadership is a key factor in the success or failure of an organization across various fields, including business, education, healthcare, social affairs, politics, and governance. It serves as a social mechanism that coordinates relationships among individuals within a community to achieve shared objectives. This study examines educational leadership, focusing on the development of human resources (HR). Utilizing a qualitative approach with library research methods, the study employs documentation for data collection and content analysis for data interpretation. The results indicate that effective and cohesive policies implemented by school principals address areas such as HR development, financial management, technological adoption, and improvements in infrastructure and school culture. These policies contribute to fostering a sustainable and improved educational vision. School principals, as leaders, must craft flexible policies and collaborate with all school and community stakeholders to ensure the achievement of collective goals.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's economy, but often find it difficult to adapt to the demands of marketing in the digital era. This community service aims to increase the marketing effectiveness of Draw Coffee MSMEs, a "ready-to-eat coffee" business based in Jakarta, by applying The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) concept. Its main goals include increasing brand awareness, expanding market reach, and building customer loyalty through a combination of digital and traditional marketing channels. The program uses methods such as SWOT analysis, market trend evaluation, and IMC strategies involving social media, digital marketing, and sales promotion. Over the course of three months, the program resulted in an 18% increase in sales, a 30% growth in social media engagement, and a 15% increase in new customers. Despite its success, challenges such as fierce market competition and the need for product diversification are still areas that need to be further developed.

This dedication to the community aims to design an effective integrated marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and sales of Smoothies Fruits, a small business producing fresh smoothies without added sugar or preservatives. By employing an Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) approach, this research analyzes market conditions, identifies target audiences, and develops appropriate communication strategies. The results of the social media campaign showed increased reach, impressions, and engagement, successfully attracting new customers. This study provides guidance for small businesses in formulating more focused and effective marketing strategies to improve competitiveness in an increasingly challenging market.

Individual economic stability is a crucial prerequisite for achieving well-being and financial independence. The Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Initial Steps Towards Economic Stability for Students of SMA Swasta Nurcahaya Kota Medan" aims to enhance students' financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills through socialization and discussion. This activity involved introducing the basic concepts of economic stability, personal financial management, and simple entrepreneurial initiatives. The results showed positive responses, with increased student understanding of financial literacy, awareness of the importance of personal economic stability, and interest in starting small businesses. These findings indicate that the program successfully motivated students to create simple financial plans and be more attentive to economic conditions. This step serves as a significant foundation for preparing students to face future economic challenges.

Cooperation between Indonesia and Japan in the automotive industry, particularly through the development of the Toyota Kijang, is an example of strategic collaboration that has successfully supported economic and technological growth. This research aims to analyze the dynamics of this bilateral cooperation, focusing on achievements and challenges in technology transfer, strengthening local industries, and the resulting socio-economic impacts. The research method uses a qualitative literature study that refers to theories of global political economy, mercantilism, international cooperation, and international business. The results show that Toyota Kijang has successfully become a symbol of innovation and economic integration between the two countries. However, dependence on Japanese technology, barriers to technology transfer, and unequal distribution of benefits are the main challenges. To overcome this, it is recommended that technology transfer policies be strengthened, collaboration between the education and industry sectors be made, international cooperation partners be diversified, and investment in green technology research increase. These steps are expected to improve the competitiveness of Indonesia's automotive industry and encourage more sustainable cooperation in the future.

By using Digital Marketing, business actors are expected to be able to increase sales well gradually. Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri, which has been established since 2018 and owned by Mrs. Onik, is an MSME that has grown and developed its business. Strategically located on Jl. HS. Ronggo Waluyo, Puseur Jaya, Telukjambe Timur, Karawang, this stall offers geprek chicken with delicious green chili sauce and affordable prices. In facing the digital era, Mrs. Onik, as the owner of Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri, has wisely recognized the potential of online marketing as the key to the success of her business. With a daily turnover of 4 million rupiah through offline channels, as well as their success in collaborating with Shopee Food and Grab Food, the next step taken is to expand their presence in the digital realm. Marketing through social media platforms, especially Instagram, and the use of banners as a strategy to attract consumers, are considered strategic steps that will allow them to reach more potential customers. The selection of Ayam Geprek Sambal Ijo Dua Putri as the focus of the research is very appropriate because of its strategic location, right on the side of the road, making it the main choice for many people passing by.

This discusses the business feasibility study of Mie Gacoan based on technical and operational aspects. Mie Gacoan, as one of the main players in the Indonesian culinary industry, faces the challenge of fierce competition. By offering innovations in products and services, as well as effective marketing strategies, Mie Gacoan has managed to attract the attention of customers. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze various aspects, including planning, production control, and product design. The results of the study show that menu innovation and good customer service are the keys to Mie Gacoan's success in achieving sustainable growth.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in supporting the increase in customer loyalty as one of the indicators of business success. Customer loyalty is not only influenced by the quality of products or services, but also by the interactions carried out by employees in various business lines, such as customer service, sales, and marketing. Customer service-oriented employee training is an important aspect of this strategy. By providing the right training, employees can better understand a customer's needs, respond effectively, and create a positive, memorable experience. In addition, the development of a corporate culture that focuses on superior service and employee empowerment also contributes to increased work motivation, which has a direct impact on the quality of interactions with customers.

In the competitive business world, organizational culture is a key factor affecting employee performance, especially in startup companies that often face challenges in growth and innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in startup companies, focusing on elements such as communication, collaboration, and managerial support. A strong organizational culture is believed to increase employee motivation and productivity, which in turn will contribute to the company's success. The results show that a positive organizational culture, including collaborative, innovative, and open values, contributes significantly to increased employee motivation and productivity. Employees who engage in a positive organizational culture tend to be more productive and have a higher retention rate because they feel supported by their company. The practical implication of this study is that startup companies need to actively create and build a productive work atmosphere to increase employee motivation.

In the ever-growing digital era, content marketing strategy is an important key in increasing business competitiveness, especially in the highly competitive beauty industry. This research aims to analyze the role of human resources (HR) in implementing content marketing strategies for Somethinc products, a beauty brand from Indonesia that has succeeded in penetrating the international market. The main focus of this research is to identify how HR's role in designing, managing and delivering relevant content can strengthen Somethinc's brand positioning in the global market and increase its business competitiveness. Through a qualitative approach with interviews and case studies, this research reveals that the quality and creativity of human resources, understanding of international audiences, and the ability to adapt to digital trends play a very important role in formulating an effective content marketing strategy. Apart from that, solid team collaboration and the use of analytical data in decision making also support the achievement of more targeted marketing goals. The results of this research show that competent human resources can have a significant impact on increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty, which in turn strengthens Somethingnc's position in the international market. Therefore, investing in developing human resources who have digital skills and understanding of global markets is an important factor in a successful content marketing strategy.

Empowering poor families is an important effort to improve the economic welfare of underprivileged communities. In this context, assistance to set up a snack shop for Mrs. Kamilia aims to provide concrete support for her family's economy. Through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this program involves steps such as identifying poor families, raising funds, and handing over the business capital needed to set up a stall. This program not only provides financial assistance, but also equips Mrs. Kamilia with the necessary skills to run a business. With the existence of a snack stall, it is hoped that Mrs. Kamilia can increase family income, meet daily needs, and provide a better education for her children. The results of this program show the potential for success in overcoming poverty and increasing the economic independence of poor families, so that it can become a model of sustainable empowerment in society.

CV. Rasyid is a business unit specializing in the production of ecoprints. Currently, one of the most sought-after clothing colors by consumers is burnt coral red. However, CV. Rasyid has been unable to meet this demand due to challenges in the production process, specifically the deterioration of the color during the fixation stage. To address this issue, the community service team from the Industrial Engineering Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Gombong (Unimugo) provided facilitation and support. The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to produce burnt coral red for ecoprints using secang dye. The activities include preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The implementation process was conducted with guidance on color extraction, mordanting, design printing, and fixation. Monitoring results indicate that CV. Rasyid successfully carried out the burnt coral red ecoprint production process independently without significant issues. While the colors produced may vary slightly, this is not a concern, as such variations are a unique characteristic of ecoprint products.

This study aims to analyze the influence of cultural environment on the implementation of international-scale business. In the current era of globalization, companies operating in international markets must be able to adjust their business strategies to various cultural factors present in the target countries. A different cultural environment can influence various aspects of business operations, including communication, negotiations, decision-making, and human resource management. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies to understand how multinational companies adapt their strategies when facing cultural challenges in different countries. The findings show that the success of international business implementation highly depends on a deep understanding of local cultural values, as well as the ability to adapt products, services, and communication strategies according to the norms and customs in place. This study also identifies the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in managing cultural diversity to achieve success in international business.

Every business definitely wants to expand its business by opening new branches in different regions to increase income and become a successful business. To open a new business branch, of course, a lot of consideration is needed before making a decision. So that the decision is correct and in accordance with needs, Research is used in its implementation. Therefore, this research applies a decision support system using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method in selecting a new branch location for the Tokepangsit Medan business which will open a new branch in Langkat Regency. With this method, the decision result obtained is alternative 4, namely Selesai District, which gets the highest score of 0.640.

Entrepreneurship education is an important aspect in shaping the character and skills of the younger generation to face future challenges. The aim of this service is to increase interest and entrepreneurial mentality among students at SDN Nagrak 05 through counseling, training and mentoring. This program is designed to foster students' self-confidence and awareness regarding the importance of entrepreneurship as a potential career choice and equip them with the basic skills for making handicrafts and making food to become successful entrepreneurs. The methods used are practice-based training, motivation through sharing sessions, as well as simulations and introductions to the business world with a fun approach. This program involves collaboration between students, teachers and parents in supporting the development of students' entrepreneurial interests and mentality. The expected result of this activity is an increase in students' knowledge about entrepreneurship, as well as the development of a tough and creative mental attitude in facing various challenges. Evaluation is carried out through observations and interviews to measure changes in students' attitudes and interests regarding entrepreneurship. It is hoped that this program can contribute to creating a young generation who has the readiness and courage to start a business early, and is able to adapt to face global economic dynamics

This research article explores the application of Islamic business ethics in production practices in Indonesia, a country with a majority Muslim population. Utilizing qualitative research methods, and data collection methods used include journals, books and articles discussing Islamic economic business ethics. After the data sources have been collected, the author will analyze them and then make conclusions about the research. The main goal of this research is to identify how these ethical guidelines influence production processes, increase social responsibility, and encourage sustainable practices. These findings reveal that adherence to Islamic business ethics not only fosters financial success but also makes a positive contribution to the welfare and desirability of environmental society. Key principles such as honesty, justice and social responsibility are understood as important components that encourage producers to create halal and high-quality products. Furthermore, the research underlines the relevance of this ethical framework in addressing contemporary challenges in the global market, thereby reinforcing the importance of ethical considerations in production activities in Indonesia.

This research aims to develop strategies for SI/TI Cafe Ungu to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. Cafe Ungu is still struggling to integrate technology, so some business processes are still done manually and are less efficient. The method used to analyze the internal and external conditions of the company, as well as the SI/TI conditions, is Ward and Peppard with a qualitative approach through interviews and observations. SWOT Analysis, Value Chain, PEST, and McFarlan Strategic Grid are components of the method used to determine the appropriate application for Cafe Ungu. The analysis results show that automated bookkeeping, web-based inventory management, and centralized POS systems can improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. Additionally, it is recommended that the customer experience be improved with a digital queue system and modern payment methods. By implementing this strategy, Cafe Ungu is expected to adapt to market changes and enhance its competitiveness. Thus, the SI/IT strategy based on the Ward and Peppard method successfully supports Cafe Ungu's long-term goals.

The Griya Harapan Difabel Social Service Center (Pusyansos GHD) offers guidance programs for people with disabilities, encompassing physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects. One of the successful outcomes is the production of batik, which has gained wide recognition and contributed to the growth of local SMEs. This community service project focuses on providing comfortable facilities for massage skills training for people with disabilities. Currently, the training space needs a redesign to enhance comfort and safety for its users. The proposed solution involves a disability-friendly design with unique aesthetic features. It is expected that this improved training facility will enhance massage skills, create new business opportunities, and provide a sustainable income source for the community.

Indonesia is one of the developing countries with a large population. This makes it attractive for local and foreign businessmen to invest in the food and beverage industry. The trade sector that provides very efficient products is fast food restaurants. Food is a primary human need, therefore if there are still people in the world, then the need for food will also increase. The increasing number of the world's population, the need for food will also increase. So that this causes the creation of opportunities to open a business. Consumer buying interest is a very basic phenomenon in marketing activities. Price is the sum of costs plus profits. This study uses a qualitative method of literature study approach, with the aim of examining the effect of price on buying interest in fast food. Literature studies include theoretical studies, literature and various scientific works that are similar to the focus of this study including culture, values ​​and norms in educational activities. The results of the study show that price has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. The results of the study show that price has a significant positive effect on buying interest. Based on the results of the study related to the effect of price on buying interest, it was concluded that from all the variables analyzed, the results obtained a significant positive effect. Studies related to consumer buying interest are considered interesting. Because buying interest is part of the fundamental aspect of business success, but the challenge that must be faced is how to choose the right strategy.
