Economic growth is a process of economic change that occurs in a country on an ongoing basis to lead to changes for the better over a certain period of time. The development of the Indonesian economy cannot be separated from the influence of various factors, including factors from abroad. Economic growth is influenced by several factors including exports, imports, fiscal deficits, and foreign debt. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, imports, fiscal deficits and foreign debt on economic growth in Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period. The sample selection in this study used the cluster sampling method because the objects and data sources to be studied were very broad, consisting of 34 provinces in Indonesia, the total data used was 680 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that exports have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Imports have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. The fiscal deficit has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. Foreign debt has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Further researchers can also continue this research with a qualitative approach, where several variables that have no significant effect can be studied and analyzed by several key stakeholders who have a direct role in economic growth, so that further research models can be better.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compliance pressure, audit expertise, audit experience, and self-efficacy on audit judgment moderated by task complexity. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique and obtained by 120 people. Data was collected using a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The data analysis technique used moderated regression analysis. The results show that compliance does not affect the audit judgment. Meanwhile, audit expertise, audit experience, and self-efficacy affect the audit judgment. The complexity of the task does not strengthen the effect of obedience pressure on audit judgment. In addition, complexity strengthens the effect of audit expertise, audit experience, and self-efficacy on audit judgment.

Financial statements are very important for investors for making investment decisions. Financial ratios are very useful for predicting the stock price in an enterprise in the future. This is because financial ratios can be used as guidelines for investors regarding the past and future performance. The research data used is secondary data taken from the annual report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2020. The population of this research is manufacture companies. Based on the purposive sampling method, the researches obtained 438 samples from 146 companies for 3 years, namely 2018-2020. This study uses panel data analysis techniques and SPPS. The results obtained show that the liquidity variable is a factor that influences the dependent variable in this study. Liquidity has a significant positive effect. And Leverage has a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, the factors that do not affect stock return are profitability and activity variables.

The learning process requires the existence of media to encourage the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. This study aims to describe the thematic learning process with a scientific approach assisted by digital media which was carried out in class II Bandar 3 elementary school. And to find out what digital media are used and what obstacles are experienced during the learning process. Specifically, this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research method. Based on the results of the study, the learning process for class II Bandar 3 elementary school Pacitan was carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage was carried out by the teacher by matching and seeing the lesson plans, the implementation stage in which the teacher carried out explanation activities, asked questions, and gave assignments. While the teacher assessment stage assesses student activities from the aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills.

Deviant behavior among adolescents has always been a concern in itself. Therefore parents must rise to carry out their obligations to children, in the form of supervision, attention, and good education, so that later they become generations that can benefit other Muslims. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah banjang uses a contact book as a means to shape the morals of its students. The contact book has programs that must be filled out by the homeroom teacher for activities at school and programs that must be filled out by parents for activities at home. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the contact book program affects student morals at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah, Amuntai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the contact book is made within a framework of intention to build effective communication between parents and schools to shape student morals, there is an influence from the application of the contact book on student morals, including discipline in worship, social, and self-reliance.

One way for parents to guide their children is to read fairy tales. When reading stories, parents can also insert messages that aim to stimulate the religious and moral development of children. The purpose of this research is to analyze the religious values ​​contained in the book Tales in the Al-Quran, Published by Pelangi Mizan as a tool that can be used by parents or educators to optimize children's religious and moral development.This research method is library research. The results of the research show that there are religious values ​​contained in the bookStories in the Quran, Published by Pelangi Mizan. The religious value in this study refers to Muhaimin's perspective which includes 3 aspects, namely: human relationship with God, human relationship with humans and human relationship with nature. The religious values ​​contained in the book Acts in the Quran Published by Pelangi Mizan, namely 1) the relationship between humans and God is an attitude of piety, gratitude, praising God and surrender. 2) the relationship between humans and humans, namely not insulting other people and being arrogant 3) the relationship between humans and nature, namely loving animals, which is contained in the story of Prophet Sulaiman.

Apart from being a means of entertainment, films can also be a means of guidance to the public through the message contained in the film. Therefore, the public must be more careful in choosing films, especially for children, so as not to fall prey to the negative things that come from the films they watch. Nussa and Rara is one of the children's animated films with the Muslim genre that children like. In this animated film there are positive educational values ​​for children. This study aims to analyze the educational values ​​contained in the film Nussa and Rara in one of its episodes entitled 3S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa).This study used library research methods with mass media analysis as the type of research. The results of the study show that there are two types of character education in the films Nussa and Rara episode 3S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa), namely character education and social education. The character education values ​​contained in the animated film are based on the Ministry of Education and Culture's references, namely religious attitude, fond of reading and curiosity. Meanwhile, the social educational values ​​contained in the film are based on Nashih Ulwan's opinion, namely 1) the inculcation of noble psychological foundations, namely piety and brotherly affection. 2) safeguarding the rights of others, namely the teaching of social etiquette.

The character of a child formed since he was small, whether consciously or not, will influence the way the individual perceives himself and his environment which will be reflected in his daily behavior. What is prioritized in character education is the strengthening of religious values, as a means to form a generation that has character, has noble character and loves the sunnah of the Prophet. One of them is in this study, which aims to shape children's character through living hadith learning in the form of a module which contains several components, namely: definitions, to clarify children's understanding of the title being studied, motivational sentences as children's learning motivation,  adab-adab, namely a series of daily sunnah practices that students can carry out and get used to, prayer, namely prayers taken from hadiths related to the material being studied, and memorized hadiths, namely short hadiths that students can memorize. This research was conducted at SDN Muara Baruh, North Amuntai District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that learning living hadith is very helpful in forming children's attitudes and behavior in everyday life, such as the etiquette of wearing shoes and sandals.

Social media creates change in the world. Social media is the most crucial medium used in obtaining information. Various types of social media have been attached to community activities, one of which is Instagram. On the Instagram account @Parentaltalk.id where a video of a child aged about 12 begging his father to give him a break, telling his father that he needs "life balance" and that "even a robot" cannot handle the amount of work his father requires in order to study continuously . The child freely expresses his feelings for his father and the father does not interrupt the child's conversation and can accept the child's complaints well without having to scold a child. Communication within the family is an important factor in determining whether a child is good or bad. If communication in the family is harmonious, then the child will really feel that he is very valuable, so that it will foster good attitudes and behavior in the child. This study aims to analyze communication patterns between a child who is frustrated in learning because he does not have time to play. The method in this research is library research. The type of research used is mass media analysis, namely observing and analyzing a mass media. The data analysis technique uses the semiotics of Charles Sanders Pierce, who put forward the theory of a triangle of meaning which consists of three main elements, namely the sign, the object and the interpretant. The results of the study show that communication patterns between children and their fathers sometimes go well, but there are still some that are not good. thus causing worry and anxiety for every parent. The results of the study also show the attitude of children who can express their feelings and frustrations well with their fathers as well as the attitude of a father who provides a safe and free space for his children to express feelings and voice opinions

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. In the activities of tahfidz Al-Qur`an the religious values ​​found are children who are used to being disciplined in carrying out activities to memorize surahs while at school, children are disciplined in obeying school rules. Dating is something that is very close to our daily life. Dating in this millennial era, everyone may also be familiar with the component known as the relationship. Dating relationships are especially important for younger adults. Millennials want positional fashion as an extraordinary courtship. Along with the times and technology, millennial fashion relationships are becoming more and more excessive. It depends on the character of the individual with a view to comparing their courtship relationship with certainty or negatively. The millennial generation is often referred to as a very open technology, likes practicality and dares to take risks. In terms of love life, it is now not much different. In younger people, courtship is seen as a method of gaining recognition. For example, the idea that a person is considered a person if he or she already has a partner, daring to have a relationship is considered manly or having a female friend who is handsome or beautiful is considered an achievement.  

Life inside a correctional institution is of course different from life outside a correctional institution. Many things are impossible to do freely in it. Status as inmates will at least affect the quality and quantity of behavior and interactions between fellow inmates, which of course can affect the meaning of their lives. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the inmates of the Makassar Class 1 Penitentiary regarding the steps and efforts that can be taken to increase the meaning of life. The implementation method used is through a psychoeducational approach. Psychoeducation is a form of providing education or training to a person or group of people, which aims to provide treatment and rehabilitation. The participants who were included in this psychoeducation activity were 20 people who were fostered by the correctional institution. The provision of pre-test to the inmates of the correctional institution was carried out to measure the level of knowledge and understanding of participants about the meaning of life, and after the provision of psychoeducational material, it was continued with the provision of a post-test to measure whether there was a difference in scores between the pretest and posttest obtained. The results obtained after the provision of psychoeducational materials showed that there was an increase in knowledge and understanding of the meaning of life in the inmates of the correctional institution, which was indicated by an increase in the posttest score when compared to the pretest score that had been previously measured. It can be concluded that the psychoeducational activities carried out are effective in providing knowledge and understanding of the efforts that can be taken by inmates to increase the meaning of their lives while in the Makassar Class 1 Correctional Institution.

CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning is no longer a charity but is already in the form of a CSR program which is directed to increase people's income through the development ofmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Innovation is not only carried out in the product form of the program, but also innovation in processes, methods, strategies and systems. The goal is that the fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprisesin the future can exist and be independent. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of themicro, small, and medium enterprisescommunity in Sei. Pakning. This type of research uses a mixed method. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program at PT. Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning has not been able to fully cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of the assistedmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Statistical tests show that there is a significant effect of CSR program innovation consisting of product innovation, process, method, strategy and system on the entrepreneurial spirit of fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprises. For this reason, it is better for Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning made improvements to the innovations from the CSR Program they had carried out.  

Kinerja pegawai pada suatu perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi yang baik dan sesuai, dimana Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi yang ada pada perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta, serta untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dan Verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan metode Simple Random Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 responden dari populasi 153 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan Method of Successve Interval (MSI), Program Komputer Microsoft Excel 2010, dan SPSS versi 16. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan bahwa: Budaya Organisasi sebesar 6122 berada pada kriteria Setuju. Kompetensi sebesar 6471 berada pada kriteria setuju. Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 6597 berada pada kriteria setuju. Terdapat Korelasi antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi sebesar 0,512 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang sedang dan searah karena memiliki nilai yang positif. Terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,181 atau 18,1% dan terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Kompetensi dan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,812 atau 81,2%. Dan terdapat pengaruh simultan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Penjalindo Nusantara – Purwakarta sebesar 0,842 atau 84,2%, adapun sisanya 0,158 atau 15,8% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain (????) yang tidak diteliti.

The purpose of this research is to find out and test whether compensation has an effect on employee performance, whether compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, and whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. This research is included in the quantitative research using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The population in this study were employees of the plastic romen sport factory. The sample in this study used slovin using 55 people. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study show that compensation affects employee performance, does compensation affect job satisfaction, and does job satisfaction affect employee performance?

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the inquiry learning model during teaching and learning activities in Civics Education (PKn)  SD . This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in elementary schools because there are still many teachers who do not apply innovative learning models, teacher-centered conventional learning models that make students less active in the learning process. The Inquiry Learning learning model emphasizes the process of critical and analytical thinking to seek and find answers to the problems in question. This research method is the study of literature (Library Research) or library research. The research is motivated by the low student scores, presumably because the learning model is less attractive. Inquiry Learning learning model, namely: (1) orientation; (2) formulate the problem; (3) formulate hypotheses; (4) collect data; (5) testing the hypothesis; (6) formulate conclusion    

This research aims to analyze the meaning of qualisigns in the novel Bumi by Tere Liye and its implications for literature learning in vocational schools (SMK). The research method used is qualitative descriptive with semiotic analysis technique. The data used are quotations from the novel Bumi that contain qualisigns. The results show that qualisigns in the novel Bumi have various meanings, such as attentive, polite, angry, and others. These signs are presented by the author as a representation of the characters or situations presented in the novel. The quotations that become the focus of the study, namely "Dasar guru sok galak. Tidak tahu apa, tambah keriting saja rambutnya setiap kali dia marah-marah" and "Di dalam kardus berwarna pink, beralaskan talam lembut, ditutup kain sutra, hadiah ulang tahunku menunggu," contain qualisigns that have clear meanings. The implications of this research for literature learning in SMK are the importance of understanding literary semiotics as a theoretical foundation for understanding the meaning of signs in literary works. Literature learning in SMK should include an understanding of literary signs, both qualisigns and other signs, so that students can appreciate and understand literary works better

This research is entitled "Budget Analysis and Realization of Regional Expenditures for the Health Office of North Sumatra Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic". This study aims to analyze budget control and regional expenditure realization at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office and prove whether regional budget funds have been realized efficiently. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of documentation, and the data used is secondary data. The results of the research that has been done show that controlling or refocusing regional budget funds at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office for the 2020 and 2021 Fiscal Years is less effective in increasing the efficiency of budget realization by looking at the ≥ 90% efficiency level of budget realization. This is because the government focuses on controlling and handling Covid-19 through programs to fulfill individual health efforts and public health efforts, programs to increase the capacity of human resources for health, and programs to support provincial government affairs with activities such as conducting outreach to the public about the dangers of Covid-19, by implementing health and vaccination protocols and increasing medical personnel for the prevention and treatment of Covid-19.

The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of learning that is not optimal in class XI students of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, and the lack of attractiveness in PAI lessons because the method used is too monotonous so that it makes students feel bored quickly, there are problems in the use of learning media that make student learning outcomes not good. In the case of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, the delivery of material by the teacher in the learning media uses the lecture method, where the teacher is more active in speaking and students tend to be silent to listen, thus making students unable to master the material well. To overcome it all, researchers suggest using new media such as demonstrations, as a way to increase students' interest in learning. The Demonstration Method is a medium that has elements of demonstration. This study is intended to answer the problem "Whether the use of demonstration methods in PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Tambun Utara", these problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of actions carried out data from effective teachers, with this research it will be known that there will be an increase or decrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI subjects at SMA 1 Tambun Utara.

Innovation is an idea, practice, item, event, or method that is felt or observed as something new for someone to create innovation in improving the quality of education in madrasas and developing a wide reach. This innovation can be developed through the creativity of female students to instill a spirit in every child. The aim of this research is to find out how innovative the Madrasah Head is in telling about student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in reading student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this research are that the madrasa head's innovation in developing student creativity at MI Al Hudy has gone quite well, as evidenced by the increase in students who are interested and interested in the field of crafts and the proof of their works, as well as supporting factors in developing student creativity in MI Al Hudy provides support from the madrasa head, professional teachers, support from student parents, regular training, a supportive environment and adequate madrasa facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are families who do not fully have the same vision and mission in developing student creativity, the negative influence of social media or technology, limited time.
