Gas Engine Power Plant (PLTMG) is a type of power plant that uses dual fuel, namely LNG (liquid natural gas) and BBM (fuel oil). Along with the continuous operation of the Ambon Peaker PLTMG unit. So do not rule out that the engine performance will decrease. The decrease in engine performance will affect the power supply of electrical energy to the electricity demand network. In order to maintain a reliable, safe, and efficient electricity supply. So the performance of the engine performance will always be monitored regularly. This is done so that the performance of the engine performance is always properly monitored. One of the performances to assess the performance of the Ambon Peaker PLTMG unit is by carrying out a Performance Test. The method used in industrial practice activities carried out at the Ambon Peaker 30 MW PLTMG is practical work in the form of field research.

Adequate lighting in a classroom is characterized by the ability to see objects clearly and comfortably without creating shadows. Lighting can be sourced naturally from sunlight and artificially from lamps. Natural lighting is only available during the day, necessitating artificial lighting during overcast weather or nighttime. The Nursing Research Centre (NRC) classrooms at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (Unimus) are heavily used, requiring sufficient lighting to meet standards. This study aims to measure the quality of lighting in the NRC classrooms at Unimus and determine whether it meets the established standards. The study was conducted in the NRC classrooms at Unimus, using lighting evaluation methods based on SNI 6197: 2011and SNI 6197: 2020. The evaluation results indicate that the lighting levels in the NRC classrooms do not meet the standards, with an average illumination of only 200 lux. The study recommends replacing the existing lamps with 2x24 watt LED lamps with 2x2800 lumens, and the need for small electrical power so that it os more efficient.

Viral evolution is a subdiscipline of evolutionary biology and virology that focuses on the evolution of viruses. Many viruses, especially RNA viruses, have relatively high mutation rates and short production durations (on the order of one point mutation or more per genome per round of replication). The rapid pace of viral mutation paired with natural selection enables viruses to rapidly adapt to changes in the host environment, despite the fact that the majority of viral mutations offer little benefit and frequently prove to be harmful. Additionally, because viruses often make several copies in an infected host, altered genes can be rapidly transmitted to a large number of offspring. The high mutation rates of RNA viruses, which are the result of an error-prone RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, make them a veritable gold mine for researchers interested in discovering evolutionary novelty and developing new methods to study evolution in action. There are two different forms of genetic changes: antigenic drift and antigenic shift. This article covers briefly the evolution of viruses in terms of genetic variation.

Abstract: The number of lemang entrepreneurs typical food of Bolo Village is decreasing even from lemang entrepreneurs who are still in production, their sales volume is decreasing. The main factors that cause this condition are low business management skills, no touch of technology, unattractive product displays, dirty and dusty, unhygienic, no labels and packaging so that it has an impact on reducing people's buying interest. Another problem faced by partners is that the production of lemang does not last long, as well as the low ability of partners to make jam as a complementary product from lemang. The activity methods used in community service activities include assistance in the form of changing mindsets regarding business management, training, and practice, as well as tool design as well as design/brand and packaging development. At each stage of the activity an evaluation is carried out both process evaluation and outcome evaluation so that the output of the activity can be measured. The results of this activity: 1) there is a change in mindset regarding business management; 2) the innovation of Lemang products; and 3) the existence of a label/brand design and product packaging
