The application of sanctions for children is not the same as the application of sanctions for adults, criminal sanctions imposed on children are based on justice, truth, welfare, and the child's future, children have special characteristics and characteristics that require guidance in order to ensure their physical and mental growth as a whole. , harmonious and balanced because children are the most important pillar in determining the fate of the nation and state in the future. An addict or narcotic abuser from a legal perspective is also a criminal offender. In this study, the authors raised several problems, namely How to Implement Criminal Sanctions Against Children of Narcotics Abusers and How Judges Considerations in Deciding Narcotics Abusers in Decision No.18 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2016 / PN Smg. The research method used in this research is in concreto. This writing aims to explain the Application of Criminal Sanctions Against Narcotics Abuse Children and Judge Considerations in Dropping Decisions Against Narcotics Abuse in Decision No.18 / Pid.Sus-Anak / 2016.PN Smg, the defendant is sentenced to sanctions for actions namely by medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation . Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. Pandu Logistics Semarang for lost or damaged goods that is by way of compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), except if PT. Pressure  ulcer is local injury of skin of subtexture it, generally at bump of bone, the effect of pressure or pressure combination with friction or seraping. To preventing the risk of pressure ulcer at total bedrest patient need to treatmen of skin by Nigella Sativa Oil. The purpose of this case study is to be analyze of application by prevention of pressure ulcer pressure sores method at total bedrest patient. The type of this research is descriptive with method of the case study. The subject of this research use two patient who is sustain of total bedrest more than 3 eith enteria for assesment result by Norton 14 scale less than 14 which it is categorized risk of everage pressure ulcer. The result of this research can be conclude at subject I from 10 Norton scale to 13 scale, at subject II from 13 Norton scale to 16 scale. So, at the time from it review with high severe of injury to use the Design from every the category that obtains the result 0 which it means not happens pressure ulcer injury by both of subject. The nurse must be applies by Nigella Sativa Oil therapy at total bedrest patient to can prevent of pressure ulcer risk.

Kualitas siswa dalam Program Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara tidak dalam kualitas tertinggi. Tetapi kompetensi kelulusan standar diperlukan di tingkat yang baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan keterampilan dalam kegiatan belajar. Peningkatan aktivitas pembelajaran telah dilakukan melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis lesson study pada mata kuliah sistematika tumbuhan tinggi melalui 4 siklus. Setiap siklus memiliki tahapan perencanaan-lihat-lihat. Data diperoleh dari deskripsi tahapan plan-do-see dan analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi rencana itu layak dan teliti. Implementasi do bahwa perkuliahan dapat mengatur waktu dengan baik, memberikan motivasi dan ketepatan pada kesalahpahaman yang disampaikan oleh mahasiswa; selain itu, aktivitas belajar siswa dan kemandirian mereka selama kegiatan belajar semakin meningkat. Implementasi see dapat meningkatkan kolaborasi antar dosen dalam menyusun rencana selanjutnya. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan ilmiah berdasarkan studi pelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dosen dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar siswa, meningkatkan kegiatan belajar siswa dan meningkatkan kemandirian siswa.Kata kunci: keterampilan belajar, lesson study, pendekatan saintifik

The WISN and ABK-Kes methods can be used to calculate the workload and staff requirements in the medical record unit. Medical record workers often catch several jobs without calculating the workload, so they feel a high workload. The purpose of this research is to analyze the need for medical personnel using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive research design. The population in this study were all medical record officers. With eight medical record officers as samples. The results showed that based on calculations using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods, ten medical record officers were needed. So the proposed solution is to add expert medical record officers who are competent in their fields according to the calculation of the need for medical personnel according to the ABK-Kes method. This makes the medical record unit more reliable and ideal, because it is in accordance with PMK No. 33 of 2015 the addition of SDMK.    

Stroke is the sudden death of brain tissue caused by the lack of oxygen due to the impaired blood supply. Patients with stroke need to be given strengthen joints therapy, one of them is 300 lateral incline positions. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the position in stroke patients after the intervention of mobilization exercise every 2 hours for 6 days in Cempaka ward of RS Pantiwilasa Ciratum Semarang. The type of this research is descriptive case study approach method. The subjects of this study are two stroke patients with good functional outcomes, where the score for Modified Rankin Scale is between 0-2, willing to be respondents, never received a lateral 30? lateral incline therapy. The immobilization analysis is done descriptively and measured by Braden scale. Hence, the result of the study is the decrease of the risk shows by the changing of risk scale from 10 to 13. The recommendation of the research is the need of nurse consistency in mobilization to prevent decubitus in stroke patients.

Hypertension is not infectious disease which occupy the third place in the region’s small-scale Clinics Rowosari Semarang. Less healthy lifestyles as well as stress lead to uncontrolled hypertension and cause various complicatio. Foot reflexiology message is one of complementary therapies with muscle compression techniques giving rise to a relaxing effect and the lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study  is illustrate the aplication of reflexiology message theraphy to lower blood preassurein hypertensive clients.The methods used in this research is a descriptive case study method with case study approach. The subject are 2 people with criteria of age 35-65 years old and suffering from hypertension grade I and II. Intervensions carried out in the form of foot reflexiology massage therapy 30-60  minutes for three days a row. The results of the case study shows that there is a decrease of blood preassure 160/90 mmHg  143/83 mmHg be on subject I and subject II 180/100 mmHg to 155/87 mmHg. Foot reflexiology message therapy is recomended as a nursing intervention in the client management of clients  with hypertension.

Depression is one form of psychiatric disorders in nature of feeling (affective or disorder) is characterized by melancholy, lethargy, feeling of no use, and despair. A nursing action that needs to be administered to patients with depression disorder with the provision of music therapy. Music therapy is a therapy that can improve the effects of analgesics, comfort effects that can reduce depression. Musik used with dangdut music fast rhythm. The purpose of this case study illustrates the changes in depression levels before and after the dangdut music therapy performed rapidly in the space Gatot Kaca RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo. This type of research is descriptive by using case study approach method. Subyek in this case study were two patients with mild to moderate depression, 18 to 20 years og age, and like dangdut music. Analysis was done descriptively and measured using an HRS-D scale assessment. The result of analysis after the music therapy dangdut fast rhythm for 4 times on subjects I and subjects II, showed that the occurrence of decreased depression rate with subjects I score 13 (mild depression) to 6 (normal) and subjects II 16 (moderate depression) to 12 (mild depression). Recommendations for nurse may continue nursing actions to lower dep levels.

Depression Breast milk is the best food for babies, because it contains all the nutrients the ideal amount  and  composition  required  by  infants.  One  of  the  obstacles  in  the  early breastfeeding is the production of breast milk in small quantities on the first day after birth. Ways that can be done toincrease milk production is the oxytocin message. The purpose of case study to improve sepending colostrum at maternal post partum after doing oxytocin message. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. Subjects in this study were two patients maternal post partum. The result of the analysis to subject 1 spending colostrum time this is 5.00 hours with fast   categori, while to subject  2  spending  colostrum  time  this  is  06.20  hours  with  low  categori.  Can  be concluded there oxytocin message effect on the time spending colostrum.nurse have to apply message oxytocin to the mother post partum to give colostrum on her baby soon after birth.

Schizophrenia is a disorder in a person with a state of being unable to think logically so that he cannot control his behavior and emotions. One of the positive symptoms of schizophrenia is hallucinations. Hallucinations occupied the highest number in 2018 as many as 5,339 people in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhoutomo, Central Java Province. Hallucinations are the inability to distinguish between internal and external stimuli. One of the therapies for hallucinations is occupational therapy. Occupational therapy is an activity to correct abnormalities, maintain and improve the client's health status. The purpose of this case study is to describe the symptoms of hallucinations before and after being given occupational therapy for leisure activities. This type of research is descriptive with a case study approach. This study used 2 people with auditory hallucinations as subjects who were willing to be respondents. The results showed a decrease in the score of hallucinatory symptoms before and after being given occupational therapy for leisure activities to Mr. T from 13 to 4 and Br. R from 16 to 8. It can be concluded that the provision of occupational therapy for leisure activities has an effect on reducing hallucinatory symptoms experienced by schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence ofSupervision, Financial Incentives and Provision of Non FinancialIncentives to (Employee Performance). Data was collected throughquestionnaires and implemented on 40 employees and this study usedSPSS version 17.The result of analysis shows that the first equation is Y = -5.066 +0,488.X1 + 0,254. X2 + 0.464. X3 which means supervisory variables,Financial Incentive Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have apositive effect on employee performance variables..

The purpose of this writing is to find suitability of breast-feeding rights regulated in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. This writing is a writing normative laws. This writing is done by means of literature study to obtain secondary data in the field of law. From the result of study it can be concluded that first, in general provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour was already conformed the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. Second, in specifically provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Article 83 of Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour still has not been entirely conformed with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights, because it has not guaranteed full rights to female workers who breastfeed their babies.

This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash flow statements at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Through the creation of an Accounting Information System for Client Server Based Cash Flow Reports, it is expected to simplify the accounting section to record cash flow data, and to make balance sheets more quickly, which are used by BKM as a management tool for financial activities in BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Where this system uses the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Crystal Report for the preparation of reports and Client Server-based, equipped with the distribution of access rights for each user. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Attractions, Activities, Amenities, and Accessibility (4A) on tourist satisfaction at Taman Nusa Bali which is experiencing unfavorable conditions including a decrease in the level of tourist visits every year, besides that there are several conditions of tourism components that need to be improved. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research data was processed by quantitative statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the regression analysis show that an increase in variable 4A will increase tourist satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show a significant F value, the adjusted R2 square coefficient value of 0.604 indicates that all 4A variables have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction together with a close relationship of 60.4%. This shows that to increase tourist satisfaction it is necessary to increase all tourism components in order to increase tourist satisfaction in the next period. 

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of celebrity endorsers on buying decisions. Using purposive sampling technique with 70 respondents which obtained from distributing questionnaires to buyers at PT. Timbul Jaya Motor Boyolali. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis method, either partially or jointly, it shows that the variables of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of the celebrity endorser studied have a significant effect on buying decision. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.670, which means that 67% of the buying decision variables can be explained by the attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of celebrity endorsers, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables that not examined in this study.

Therefore, in the implementation of the attendance process it is very necessary accuracy in its implementation so as not to hamper the company's performance.This final project designs an employee attendance system at CV. INNOVATION MEDIA that is useful to provide good absentee information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in attendance. The design of employee attendance systems at CV. This INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly along with the discovery and development of knowledge in the field of information and communication so as to create tools that support the development of information technology, ranging from communication systems that are unidirectional and two-way (interactive). Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. And one of the media that can provide information quickly, accurately and a very broad reach is to use website media.Based on the description above in the preparation of this thesis, the author takes the title "SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM ONLINE (Case Study in CV. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, ownership, independent board of directors, audit committee, and leverage on the integrity of financial statements on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 -2016. The population used in this research is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 -2016 period. The samplingtechnique used was purposive sampling.The number of samples is 155 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this research are : managerial ownership and institutional ownership have a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements. Independent commissioners and audit committees have no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Leverage has a negative effect on the integrity of financial statements.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of proportion of independent directors and the existence of an audit committee against tax avoidance. The population in this study is an industrial companies and real estate properties listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2016. The sample selection is conducted by using purposive sampling method, therefore as many as 173 of observation sample was obtained. Analysis technique to examine the hypotheses is multiple linier regressions. The result of this research shows proportion of independent directors have no significant on tax avoidance. The existence of an audit committee has positive significant influence on tax avoidance

The existence of governance structure such as board ofcommissioners and audit committee implies a better monitoring functionon the financial reporting process that represent manager actions.Nevertheless, the quality of the monitoring function depends on howeffective the board and the audit committee perform their duties. Thisstudy examines how the effectiveness of the board of commissioners andaudit committee in a two tierboard structure influences the taxaggressiveness.This study develops a score for board and audit committeeeffectiveness by using a checklist which captures how the independence,activity, size, and competence characteristics are reflected in the board ofcommissioners and audit committe.Hypothesis testing is carried out byusing a multiple regression model of 105 observations (firm-year) withthe sample taken from manufacture companies listed on the IndonesianStock Exchange during t.Results of this study provide robust evidencethat a more effective board of commissioners and audit committee willdecrease tax aggressiveness.
