This study aims to determine the analysis of working capital ratios in the village unit cooperative bahar satria. The method used is a qualitative postpositivism approach. The object of this study is the ratio of working capital in the Bahar Satria village unit cooperative. Based on the results of the study, data was obtained that the working capital ratio at the Bahar Satria Village Unit Cooperative seen from 4 ratios is that the Current Ratio has fluctuated from 2018 – 2021. Then the Quick Ratio has fluctuated from 2018 – 2021. And the Cash Ratio has fluctuated from 2018 – 2021. Then the Inventory Ratio has fluctuated from 2018 – 2021. The standard ratio for the Working Capital Ratio in the Bahar Satria Village Unit Cooperative based on the Current Ratio can be said to be very good because it reaches 229.08%, then on the Quick Ratio it can be said to be good because it reaches 152 .99%, then the Cash Ratio can be said to be sufficient because it reaches 25.40%. And the ratio of Inventory to Net Working Capital can be said to be very good because it reaches 42.66%.

To meet the needs of life, there is a relationship between business actors and consumers. The relationship between business actors and consumers is interdependence. To protect the interests of consumers, the Consumer Protection Act is urgently needed due to the weak position of consumers towards business actors. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of legal protection for consumers in obtaining 3 kilograms of LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) at a price according to the HET (Highest Retail Price). The research method used in this study was a normative juridical research method with data collection through library research and interviews in order to collect and study library materials or secondary data. The result of the research is that regulations regarding consumer legal protection and consumer disputes in Indonesia have been regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. In addition, socialization is needed from the government and related institutions regarding the rights of 3 kg lpg consumers, such as the right to obtain information about the price of 3 kg lpg, information about the availability of 3 kg lpg gas at bases and so on, especially in the city of Surabaya.

In gathering the data, researcher used observation and questioner and in analyzing the data researcher used analysing and clasifiying. The result of the analsis shows that the translator used foreignisation ideology in translating these songs. It goes to that conclusion because the characteristic and the use of method in translating the songs. The characteristics are the translator put some word in source language in the target language, the target language text is like a translation text, and the translator almost did not add or reduce the source language text in the target language text. Then the methods were used are word for word, literal translation and semantic translation.

One of the service provided by the Hospital is by providing fast service, so give satisfaction to secoety. Service provided by the Hospital in increasing customer satisfactions whit using technology the SIMRS application. Contitution Republic of Indonesian No. 44 year 2019 about Hospital in chapter 1 paragraph 3 every Hospital must organize SIMRS application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of knowledge and motivation of nurses on the use of the SIMRS application at RSUD Sumbawa. Population in this research were 149 respondents. The sampling technique in quantitative research with a sample of 109 respondent and the sampling technique in qualitative research with a sample of 10 respondent. The method on this research is a mix method with cross sectional and generic quality approach. The results of the study obtained a p-value 0,001 < 0,05% which means that there is an effect on level of knowledge nurses on the use of  the SIMRS application and there is an influence on the motivation of nurses in using the SIMRS application at RSUD Sumbawa.

Nutritional intake is very important for optimal growth and health in the future. Factors that directly affect children's nutritional health problems, namely children not getting enough balanced nutritious food. Nutritional problems in toddlers can be avoided if the mother has sufficient knowledge about how to feed and manage toddler food properly, one of which is by getting health education. The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding of PKK Jimus Village mothers to be able to apply balanced nutrition on serving plates for toddlers. The community service method is carried out by counseling, discussion, and mentoring. As for the results of the service, it was found that counseling and mentoring accompanied by discussions with PKK Jimus Village mothers had a positive impact on the understanding and application of balanced nutrition on serving plates for toddlers.

Puskesmas as a provider of basic health services has a very important role in maintaining public health. If it functions properly, the puskesmas will be able to provide quality services for people in need. The success of puskesmas in carrying out their programs is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on one side and promotive and preventive personnel on the other. The relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers is obtained that there is a relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) with education and skills as well as means of supporting work. Research Methods: The author of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to describe an object or subject of an inductive nature. Result: Inappropriate tupoksi due to limited health workers in puskesmas, especially limited skills based on the type of education. As a result, there are health workers who are in charge of programs that do not match their skills. Conclusion: The lack of health workers makes the tupoksi incompatible with the educational background of the staff in charge of the program at the Puskesmas.

Foster parents play an important role in exploring and developing the creative potential of foster children. Foster parents play a very important role in motivating children, as well as directing the activities of foster children so that they are useful in the future. One of them is motivating and directing children to participate in creativity development activities in the form of handicrafts. Creativity is an important thing in a person's life because it can make a person more productive and improve the quality of life and make it easier to find a way out of a problem. Through children's orphanages with various activities that are able to develop themselves both physically and spiritually. Orphanages can also form children's personalities to become independent and accustomed to things that train children to be more perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of foster parents in developing the creativity of orphanage children through training. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data obtained through observation and interviews. The location of this research is located at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Ms. Lubuk Attitude. With this research, it can be seen that the role of foster parents in increasing the creativity of orphans through training at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Mrs. Lubuk Kapaning, is by providing handicraft training, orphanage children can develop their creativity and become independent.

The problem in this study is the impact of orphanage parenting on the behavior of the children at the Ibrahim Situjuah Batua orphanage. Which parenting style is applied by the foster parents in the orphanage will have a major effect on a child's behavior because it is from the parenting style that the behavior will be maturely formed, both good behavior and bad behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the parenting style of the orphanage on children's behavior. This study used a descriptive method with data collection techniques by means of observation and interviews. With the observation and interviews, the data obtained is clearer and more accurate.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using data collection methods, namely observation and interviews. The purpose of this study is to find out how the parenting style of children at the Aisyiyah Payakumbuh Orphanage, the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in improving children's learning achievement at the Aisyiyah Payakumbuh Orphanage. Based on research conducted by researchers, the parenting style that is applied to children at the Aisyiyah Orphanage is democratic parenting, namely by giving affection, providing guidance, looking after, and also providing education and good parenting to children. In addition there are several factors inhibiting children's learning in improving learning achievement, namely limited funds or economy, then the supporting factors are the environment.

Caregivers have an important role in educating orphans both in small and big matters, various efforts are made by caregivers so that they can make foster children become good individuals and be able to be responsible for what is assigned to them so that they become trained. At the Aisyiyah Orphanage, giving punishment is the most frequently used effort by caregivers to make the orphanage children discipline, especially for children who have been repeatedly advised but are not deterred. Summary Worship in the Christian sense is God's commandment, which must be fulfilled by everyone who is redeemed and saved through the Lord Jesus Christ. The purpose of the study is to answer: What is meant by the worship of a believer? According to the Bible, what are the components of worship? How do you live worship in the church life? This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of this study are: (1) True worship is serving God by offering various acts and attitudes of respect and adoration, submission and obedience with gratitude to the whole body, soul and spirit. (2) The elements of worship are an expression of the human mind which acknowledges that God is sovereign, full of power, and full of goodness. With a series of personal and human sacrifices approaching the altar of God with sacrifices. (3) Worship is lived in the life of the church with Jesus as the object of worship through hymns of praise, prayer, confession of sins, forgiveness, thanksgiving. The church life consists in offering the best sacrifices to God, that is body, soul.

This research examines the Implementation of the Village Heritage Management System (SIPADES) in Realizing Good Goernance in the Village Government of Sumedang Regency. This case is interesting to study, because at this time the village has room to carry out governance. The procedure used is descriptive qualitative. There are also sources of information consisting of primary information with a total of 5 informants and secondary information with 3 various documents. The method of collecting information is tried with literature research, field research, (observation, interviews, and documents). Methods of information analysis are tried by reducing information, presenting information, as well as drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the implementation of village heritage management policies in the Tanjungsari Village Government still facing some obstacles. Among other things, in the communication aspect, there is still a lack of training and assistance in the SIPADES application. Non-human energy sources still lack.    

This study discusses the application of the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the application of the Mind Mapping method in PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi in Class XI was successful or not. The purpose of this research is to prove that by applying the Mind Mapping method to pie learning in schools. By applying the Mind Mapping method it can stimulate students to be active in class, and be able to discuss with peers, and also be able to solve problems by discussing. In this study it can be proven that one of the ways to arouse student activity is to use the Mind Mapping method in teaching PAI at school. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that applying the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi is well implemented. This can be proven by the application of the Mind Mapping method to PAI learning at SMK Karya Guna 1 Bekasi. Using this method can produce active and critical students in dealing with problems, as well as being able to discuss and respect friends' opinions when discussing, increasing the level of independence in learning. Not only using the discussion method, the teacher must also provide motivation in learning so that students can learn optimally.

This service aims to implement the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) teaching method on PAI material at the high school level. This service uses a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out in class XI, totaling 35 students which is carried out through the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The problems faced by students when learning tend to use the lecture method, especially in PAI lessons, students are only listeners without having to express students' opinions, this results in a decrease in student interest and activity when receiving lessons. The results of this service prove that students have empathy during the learning process and can express creativity in explaining material, hone students' confidence in expressing opinions and train students' cohesiveness with other students which makes the method effective. This model can be a stimulus for educators who want to apply the PAI learning method in the classroom.

This research is aim to describe the difficulties in learning and solving Algebra problems experienced by class VII Students of SMP Negeri 7 Cimahi. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects used in this research were five Students of class VII H who were randomly selected, and the teacher concerned. The instrument used in this study were written tests, questionnaires and interview guides. The results of this research indicate the various difficulties experienced by Students and the factors that cause them. These difficulties include difficulties in identifying coefficients, determining like terms, and performing various arithmetic operations in Algebraic forms. The factors that cause Student difficulties are divided into two, namely internal and external factors. The internal factor is that Students don't understand the concept and don't master arithmetic operations on integers, while the external factor is the lack of Interest, talent and motivation of Students in learning Algebra.

Pharmaceutical biotechnology products in the form of hand washing soap with an active ingredient of telang flower kombucha fermented solution have the potential to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus capitis, Bacillus cereus, and Pantoea dispersa bacteria. The aim of this study was to formulate and prepare hand washing soap with an active ingredient in a solution of seagrass kombucha fermentation to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus capitis, Bacillus cereus, and Pantoea dispersa. This research is an experimental laboratory by making 4 hand washing soap preparations, which consist of a hand washing soap base without an active substance. Hand washing soap base added to a solution of fermented butterfly pea flower kombucha at a sugar concentration of 20%, 30%, and 40%. Disc diffusion is a method used to calculate the average diameter of the inhibition zone for the three tested bacterial growth. The research data obtained were analyzed through one way ANOVA and post hoc analysis. The results of the ANOVA test proved that the obtained p value <0.05, which means that there were significant differences in the three treatment groups in inhibiting the growth of the three test bacteria. The post hoc analysis results also proved that 40% concentration was the best concentration in inhibiting the growth of the three tested bacteria, namely 18.34 mm (S. capitis/strong), 16.39 mm (B. cereus/strong), and 13.33 mm (P. disperse/strong).

This research was conducted in the Maimun Palace building located on Jalan Sultan Ma'moen Al Rasyid, Medan Maimun, Medan City with a qualitative descriptive research method. The type of data needed in this research is secondary. The results of this study indicate that the Maimun palace building is feasible for conservation.
