This study aims to determine the library strategy to obtain library accreditation at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. The method used is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study found that the strategies carried out by the head of the library Insan Cendikia to obtain national school library accreditation were procurement of books, procurement of infrastructure, arrangement of equipment in the library, cataloging and human resource development. The supporting factor is the existence of a library card number (NPP), the library building has reached an area of ​​168m² and there is a reading area, work area and bookshelf area and the books are neatly arranged, there is a library management structure, the relationship between the librarian and the head of the library is quite good , the number of collections of library materials has met the national school library standards as many as 2,520 titles with 2,737 copies and professional human resources, while the inhibiting factors are insufficient funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, insufficient book procurement, and support from school principals who less strong.

This research was conducted to know the presentation and accountability of UPT Puskesmas Modopuro financial reports when viewed from PSAP No. 13. This study used a qualitative method with data collection techniques in three ways, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on initial observations made by researchers in Pematang Serai Village, some children had difficulty speaking because they were still used to the language used in the family environment, and it was difficult to listen to what other people were saying other than using their mother tongue. The suggestion in the research is that there is a need for intervention from the government and the private sector to increase farmers' crop production to improve the welfare of farmers.

This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. In this study using a descriptive verification approach with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 400 respondents. Sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling method. The test stages used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing using t test, f test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26 tools. The results of this study were obtained by Online Customer Reviews and Online Customers Ratings have a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace with variable values of 20.8% and 91.0% respectively. While Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace, they contribute 39.2% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 60.8% is contributed by other factors not examined that influence purchasing decisions (Y ).

The purpose of this study is to determine whether executive compensation, institutional ownership and executive risk preference affect tax avoidance. An empirical study on LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The sample in this study consisted of 11 LQ 45 companies with a total of 55 data processed with Eviews-9 software. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative using panel data regression method. The results of this study indicate that executive compensation has an effect on tax avoidance, while institutional ownership and executive risk preference have no effect on tax avoidance.

The lack of literacy related to sharia fintech innovation is the reason why conventional fintech products and services are more attractive to the public. This study aims to explain the concept of fintech products and services in sharia principles and is limited to three products, namely Peer to Peer Lending, E-Money, and Crowdfunding. The method used in this research is literature study, by taking various references and literature related to research. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency located in the City of Surabaya. The results of this study show that accountability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, the internal control system has no positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and accountability, the internal control system and the accounting information system together have a significant positsive effect on organizational performance. 

This research aimed to describe the real action of the Reading and Learning center “Ransel Buku” Center to increase children's love of books and literacy activities in Petuk Katimpun Village, Jekan Raya District, Central Kalimantan Province so that it can become an inspiration and motivation for readers to actively participate in foster and promote a love of books and literacy activities for the community, especially for children in the surrounding environment. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection method in this study was the interview method, namely by conducting a dialogue with the founder of the Reading and Learning center “Ransel Buku” and making direct and indirect observations. From the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that Reading and Learning center “Ransel Buku” from its inception to today has provided real action in fostering children's love of books and literacy activities. This can be seen from the various activities carried out such as book reading activities, teaching and learning activities, “Ransel Buku” boat, and many others. In addition, the number of reading books available in Reading and Learning “Ransel Buku” ack has reached 8,000 book titles. The Reading and Learning center“Ransel Buku” has won many awards both at the provincial and national levels.

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital simultaneously on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, Tebing Tinggi District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This study explains whether there is an influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and business capital on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The population in this study were all SMEs, totaling 23 SMEs, the researchers used a saturated sampling method. And using the data analysis method Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous test) it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital together have a significant effect on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi village because the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 and the fcount value is 15.026 > ftable is 3.466, so this means that the entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital variables simultaneously influence the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, Cliff High District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. And based on the results of the T test (partial test) for the two variables of entrepreneurial characteristics and business capital on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi village, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital variables have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSME outlets in Purwodadi Village, High Cliff District, Tanjung Regency. west jab.

Immunization is an action that provides immunity to individuals so that when exposed to a disease they will only experience mild illness or no pain. Immunizations are carried out mainly in children. Immunizations carried out on children are basic immunization and advanced immunization. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, immunization cannot run properly. This study aims to find out about the achievements of basic and follow-up immunizations between before, during, and the transition period of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Cempaka Putih sub-district. Research Methods: This research is an observational descriptive study in the work area of the Cempaka Putih District Health Center. The research sample in this study was a history of basic and follow-up immunizations from children living in the working area of the Cempaka Putih District Health Center. The results showed that the achievement of basic immunization and children under two in 2019 (before the COVID-19 pandemic) reached the target, then in 2020 (pandemic COVID-19) the achievement of basic immunization and children under two did not meet the target. In 2021 (COVID-19 pandemic) the achievement of basic and under-five immunizations reached the target, then in 2022 (COVID-19 transition period) the achievement of basic and under-five immunizations was achieved.
