The legal principle states "nullum crimen sine poena legal", which means there is no criminal act without a crime according to the law. In principle, this principle means that no crime can be punished if it is not prohibited by law, so that actions and crimes must first be regulated by law. Likewise with this crime of murder. Where the crime of murder is a crime that violates very serious norms. The crime of murder is not only committed by adults, but children can also be involved in this crime. The crime of murder is a crime that can occur because it is carried out intentionally or because of someone's negligence/negligence, resulting in victims or the loss of another person's life.Handling of children involved in crime, especially children who are perpetrators of murder, must be given serious attention. Not only for the government but also for law enforcement officers and other parties including the surrounding environment. This treatment is quite important because the perpetrators who are categorized are still children. Handling cases in children cannot be the same as handling cases in adults, so there are many things that must be paid attention to and taken into consideration. One of them is the juvenile justice system.

Katherine Kolcaba originally wrote comfort theory in Alzheimer's and dementia patients. However, Katherine herself has written several articles in the nursing field regarding her theory. When Kolcaba developed his theory, he used logical reasoning. He uses induction, deduction, subtraction. Kolcaba uses existing frameworks to synthesize or identify comfort types. This book has a provocative and profound effect, encouraging psychologists to study personality holistically and in depth and emphasizing the complex interactions between individual, social, and cultural characteristics. This is an excellent starting point for this theory because comfort is best achieved through holistic treatment. He also begins with the analytical concept of the term "comfort". Katherine Kolcaba collects definitions of “comfort” from various scientific disciplines. In comfort theory, the metaparadigm proposition of nursing action is used.

Conflict is a part of life, but if not handled properly, it can be difficult to control. The research sample involves 135 active students from Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The analysis results indicate that there is no significant linear relationship between religiosity and forgiveness, and there is no significant linear relationship between empathy and forgiveness. These findings illustrate that a high level of religiosity does not necessarily indicate positive forgiveness behavior, and empathy does not always contribute to the formation of forgiving attitudes. Additionally, the research highlights other contributing factors to forgiveness not addressed in the study, such as relationship quality, personality types, and attack characteristics. Therefore, further research is needed to identify and measure the influence of these factors. Furthermore, the research results indicate that 88% of other factors influencing forgiveness remain unexplored, emphasizing the need for further research with larger and more diverse samples.

The mysteries of humanity are like the mysteries of nature: the more dimensions we know, the more we realize that there are still many unknown things. Humans are a symbol of the natural wonders created by God. There are people who have very attractive personalities and it is from their strong and noble personalities that they achieve success in society, become honorable people and are respected by society. Quraish Syihab in his book "The Science of the Qur'an" expresses Alexis Carrel's views regarding the difficulties faced in understanding human nature, according to which "humans have essentially devoted enormous attention and effort to understanding ourselves, even when we has quite a large nature. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. The results of this research show that the nature of humans in the Islamic view is that humans were created to worship Allah Subhanahu Wa Taala, and the indicator of those who are said to believe and be devoted to Allah Subhanahu Wa Taala is that they believe in Allah Subhanahu Wa Taala, then they are patient in all forms. tests that Allah gives and be grateful if you are given favors, then advise each other on the truth.

The SIAP application (Presence Activation Information System) has been implemented at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency since 2022. Although good attendance has been the first step, it also requires optimal bureaucratic performance as an effort to achieve institutional goals. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the use of the SIAP Application (Presence Activation Information System) has an influence on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). This study used quantitative methods and involved the entire population, namely 38 employees of the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to all BKPSDM employees as respondents, documentation and observation. The results of the analysis using the T test show that the significant value (0.002) is smaller than the probability of 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means "The use of the SIAP application has an influence on employee performance (Y)." Although the SIAP Application Usage Variable (X) and the Employee Performance Variable (Y) are related, respondents' responses show some shortcomings related to the use of the SIAP Application (Presence Activation Information System), such as unstable network access constraints. Nevertheless, good attendance still has a positive effect on improving employee performance. Employee Performance Evaluation shows deficiencies in the indicators of Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, and Independence.
