The background to this thesis is that the implementation of diversion for children in the investigation process and legal processes related to juvenile criminal matters still faces significant gaps. Children's rights are often ignored in the implementation of diversion by the existing legal system. Disproportionate treatment of children in the implementation of diversion causes injustice in the handling of child criminal cases. There needs to be attention and effort to ensure that children's rights are fully recognized and respected in the implementation of diversion. Reforming the legal system to be more inclusive and attentive to children's needs is a necessary step to overcome this gap. The problem formulation for this thesis is: What is the process of investigating child criminal cases through restorative justice at the Semarang Police? and What are the obstacles and solutions in the process of investigating child criminal cases through restorative justice at the Semarang Police? The results of this thesis research are that the child diversion process at the Semarang Police is a method that involves transferring cases from the criminal court to a deliberative process, with the aim of achieving balance and restoring the situation. This approach has significant benefits, including reducing the number of children arrested, detained and sentenced to prison, as well as removing the stigma attached to them and returning them to normal behavior. In its implementation, deliberation involves a mediator who can be a trusted community figure or a school principal or teacher. The importance of a restorative judicial process is also seen in this case, involving law enforcement officials who have good intentions and understanding of children's problems. However, there are several obstacles in the child diversion process at the Semarang Police, such as excessive compensation requests, financial constraints, and the complexity of cases involving children. Apart from that, public trust in diversion regulations is also a concern that needs to be addressed.

This study was conducted with the aim of examining cyerbullying behavior that occurs in the Mobile Legends game in the Mobile Legends player community. This study uses theories from Think Before Text, Kowalski (2008), and the Transtheorical Model (1970) using descriptive qualitative research methods, and the method of finding informants using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The factors that influence the occurrence of cyberbullying are divided into several factors, but the factors that have the most influence on the occurrence of cyberbullying actions include family factors, the environment, and one's nature. As a result of cyberbullying, it will cause behavioral changes in a person, these behavioral changes are preceded by precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance. The factors that influence a person to experience changes in behavior due to cyberbullying are caused by a lack of parental attention in supervising their children's socialization, a poor friendship environment, and unstable emotions, causing changes in the behavior of victims to become cyberbullying perpetrators. Therefore, it is necessary to have supervision from parents in supervising the socialization of their children, the need for self-resistance so as not to fall into negative things in socializing, the need for healthy and sporitf competition in channeling the talent of playing MLBB games, and the need for strict sanctions against perpetrators.

The impact of LBW poses many risks regarding problems in the body's system due to unstable body condition which can cause death. The causes of LBW are due to fetal factors, placental factors and maternal factors. Preeclampsia is a problem of serious maternal factors and has a high level of complexity. The results of the preliminary study in 2021 totaled 34 people with preeclampsia and 60 cases of low birth weight babies. Research objective is to determine the effectiveness of compresses of warm water and hibiscus leaves in lowering the body temperature of toddlers in the Banua Lawas Health Center area. The research methods is Quasi-experimental research with a pre-test-post-test research design without a control group. A sample of 30 people were divided into warm water compress groups and hibiscus leaf compress groups. Collecting data by observing according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Data analysis using wilxocon. Resulted that the mean temperature in the warm water compress group before being given was 36.9°C and after being given was 36.3°C (the difference was 0.58°C). The average temperature in the hibiscus leaf compress group before being given was 36.8 °C and after being given 36.1 °C (the difference was 0,33 °C). There is a difference between warm water compresses and hibiscus leaves in reducing temperature in toddlers with fever in the Banua Lawas Health Center area (p-value ˂ 0.000). Stunting is a developmental disorder in children caused by poor nutrition, repeated infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. A child can be defined as stunted if his age height is more than two standard deviations, below the provisions of the Child Growth Standard. The high incidence of stunting in Indonesia is one of the factors due to people's misunderstanding about stunting where they consider it reasonable about the proportion of their children's height, the mother's understanding factor is a very important factor in preventing stunting where stunting in children tends to occur in mothers who have less understanding. Understanding from mothers/expectant mothers really needs to be improved optimally to prevent and break the chain of stunting.
