This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

Rangawak is a wood-working workshop in Barulak, Tanah Datar that produces hand-processed products without using massive manufacturing machines. Rangawak has been running since 2019, by utilizing the surrounding wood resources which are designed and processed to produce valuable furniture. However, this is still not enough to make Rangawak a sustainable brand. Rangawak needs more than just a quality product, but also a strong brand image, so it is easily recognized by potential consumers. Branding steps are deemed appropriate to overcome this problem using the design thinking method which focuses on empathy, defining problem, ideation and refining solutions. This method includes experimentation, development of ideas in visual form and physical implementation based on existing problems. The branding process results in the design of ideal branding elements, compiled into a brand book so that it becomes a reference for acting both internally and externally. These elements are in the form of values held firmly by the brand, brand positioning in the market, calm explanation of brand naming, brand personality which becomes a reference for how the brand interacts (in the form of tone of voice, prohibited and recommended terms, pronunciation and choice of words in copywriting), as well as visual identity with guidelines and rules for its application in various supporting media such as websites, catalog books, posters, member cards, packaging and Instagram accounts selected based on indicators of the media's effectiveness and efficiency in the brand activation process.

In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.

PT Bangun Tenera Riau is a company engaged in the processing of oil palm fresh fruit bunches, located in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The problem faced by PT Bangun Tenera Riau is that the company has not maximally utilized the by-products produced in the form of waste. This research aims to improve the production process by selecting alternative solutions to increase and enhance the initial green productivity index value so that productivity can increase and the impact on the environment can be reduced. The method used in this research is the green productivity method. Based on the environmental performance indicator (EPI) calculation, it is known that the value of biological oxygen demand (BOD) liquid waste has a deviation of -0.63% and an EPI value of -0.16 which exceeds the waste quality standard based on Kep-51 / MENLH / 1995 so that it is necessary to improve the quality of waste through alternative solutions. The alternative solution chosen is an anaerobic biogas reactor and rotating biological contactor (RBC) used to improve waste quality and company productivity. The study's results using the green productivity method obtained an average final total productivity of 1.31 with the initial value of the average productivity in each month being 1.17. The productivity value of the company increased by 0.21 with the efficiency of improving the quality of waste by BOD by 96.81% and converting liquid waste into biogas which is beneficial to the community

Along with the development of the times, the need for electricity is very necessary. Electrical energy is one of the energy that is needed in using equipment that is related to electrical energy such as household, office and commercial industrial equipment that requires electrical energy. Bawean Island is one of the islands that requires a large amount of electricity due to the growing development of these sectors. With the rapid development of large-scale developments, the need for electricity needs to be increased in order to meet people's demands related to electricity needs. Technical losses are losses that occur for technical reasons where energy is reduced by turning into heat or heat energy. Basically technical losses occur based on energy losses in components caused by errors in the components themselves. Technical losses that occur in distribution transformers are common. In principle, losses always occur because efficiency cannot be 100%. Energy is lost along with distribution from upstream to downstream of distribution transformers. Based on the formulation of the problem taken, the researchers calculated losses at neutral currents, copper losses, total losses, output power and total losses in the form of prices. From the results of the conclusions above, it can be seen that the greater the current in the neutral of the transformer, the more losses that occur in the transformer.

. Digital transformation has emerged as the primary driver in modernizing public services, altering the way governments interact with citizens. A key component of this transformation is the implementation of electronic archiving, enabling more efficient and structured information management. This research aims to examine the vital role of electronic archiving in strengthening digital transformation in public services, with a specific focus on the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach, with a case study analysis of the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office as the main focal point. Data was gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The research findings indicate that electronic archiving has significantly contributed to accelerating information access and enhancing the efficiency of public service processes within this institution. These findings offer recommendations for enhancing the implementation of electronic archiving in the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office, while also contributing to a deeper understanding of the pivotal role of electronic archiving in the era of digital transformation in public services.

This research aims to determine whether the company's working capital has shown efficiency in increasing better profit growth. The author's research object is PT. Makassar Industrial Zone (Persero). This research method is descriptive research using quantitative methods. Quantitative data is numerical data, data obtained from financial reports. Researchers use data collection techniques accompanied by documentation. The results of the research show that the efficiency ratio shows the turnover of fixed assets that are sold a lot so that the turnover of receivables increases so that profitability can increase profit growth. So it is concluded that profit growth at PT. Makassar Industrial Zone (Persero) working capital management has not been shown to be efficient.

Financial performance analysis is carried out by comparing the results achieved from one period with another. In this case, the ratios used by the author in this research are the effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio and growth ratio. This ratio is used to provide an overview of information regarding financial performance over the last three years (2019-2021). This research uses quantitative methods because the data collected is in the form of figures obtained from the 2019-2021 APBDes Realization Report. The data used in this research is a time series. The results of this research show that the effectiveness ratio of the Kaliboto Village government from 2019 to 2020 has very effective performance. The efficiency ratio of the Kaliboto Village government in 2019 to 2021 experienced increases and decreases. The growth ratio in 2019 increased by 7.17%, then descreades in 2020 by 1.45%, but decreased in 2021, namely -10.07%.

This study pertains to the utilization of solar energy as a sustainable energy source, which exhibits considerable promise in Indonesia. The average daily solar radiation intensity in Indonesia is estimated to be approximately 4.8 kWh/m2. Nevertheless, the practical implementation of the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) presents several problems, including the need to improve the output power efficiency of the solar panels. This aspect offers the potential for significant enhancement. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of solar modules when equipped with reflectors, through a comparative analysis. In order to enhance the output power of the solar module, it is vital to augment the solar radiation received by this module. Based on the data acquired, it can be observed that the utilization of reflectors within the time frame of 11.00-12.00 WIT yields the maximum efficiency value.

One of the world's most famous native Indonesian cultures is batik. A good batik industry must be able to produce superior batik according to market needs with quality standards, the environment, human rights and employment issues. Batik craftsmen have weak tools, use velvet chemicals, handle water and a high amount of water, and are inefficient in handling wax and other processing agents. Batik Seni Pendopo is one of the batik businesses that practices GSCM. Dokani Svetsini needs to manage mezimuzi kineria green manufacturing at Batik Seni Pendopo so that it can continue to operate its business, maintain the surrounding environment, and implement the proposed semparikan persang mezimuzi results consistently. This research uses a qualitative case study type, using the green SCOR and AHP methods. From the results of Mezurisi Ergirden, the performance value is 77.43, which means good. Of the 13 KPIs, there are several KPIs that have unsatisfactory performance, namely energy use, waste produced by % of products produced, production costs, installation costs, waste management, efficiency, stamping, batik canting. Improvements that are important in this business are minimizing the handling of electricity, handling raw materials for candle wax and water, managing candle wax for business income, modifying the management so that the cash that goes to Milan can be milled, and where farmers design and canting so that the production process is faster.

Purpose-The main orientation of this article is to recognize the pattern of digitalization's impact on the current development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human resource management and how it affects the skills needed by HR professionals for decision-making through talent management and employee retention to ensure employee capabilities by aligning work at the right time based on the company's business priority goals. Methodology-This study uses a qualitative methodology that uses descriptive research. This research focuses on decisions made by leaders to improve the quality of human resources and seeks to identify areas of knowledge that have not been explored in research. Findings-Research results show that the company's strategy of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides many benefits, such as improving operational efficiency, developing innovative products or services, and making better business decisions based on better forecasting and analysis. Practical Implications-Through the implications of HR data analysis as decision-making in forecasting human resource trends using AI, talent management, and employee retention. This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. Therefore, a supportive work culture by honing the talents and potential of employees to create maximum and efficient performance can have a good impact on the company.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and operational efficiency on return on assets (ROA) in the financial sector. ROA is an important performance indicator for financial companies, because it reflects the level of profitability of the assets owned. The research method used is regression analysis with annual data from various financial companies during the study period. Inflation is measured using the consumer price index (CPI), FDR describes the ratio between loans provided by banks and deposits received from customers, and operational efficiency is measured by the ratio of operating costs to operating income. The results of this study provide useful insights for the management of financial companies in facing challenges from economic and operational factors. To increase ROA, companies need to consider effective inflation risk management strategies and optimize the FDR ratio, while still focusing on improving their operational efficiency.

Any organization that adheres to established standard operating procedures, whether a business organization or a public institution, rewards good performance. The success of an organization depends on measuring its financial performance. The purpose of this research is to find out how value for money is in evaluating financial performance. The accountability report of the North Sumatra provincial government is used as secondary data in this research, which uses descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques include documentation methods. The results of this research show that the company's financial performance in 2022 is good in terms of Economic Ratios and Efficiency Ratios, but the Effectiveness Ratio cannot yet be considered effective performance.

Human resources (HR) play an important role in a company because they can influence the company's efficiency and effectiveness. This research was conducted by exploring the perceptions of PT employees. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to determine employee performance and the factors that influence it, namely leadership style and organizational culture. This research is located on Jl. Daan Mogot 119 Block C12 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of research approach is using field research, by carrying out activities such as distributing questionnaires to respondents, processing data and analyzing data obtained from respondents. The number of samples taken from PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis in this study was tested using the Partial Test (T) and Simultaneous Test (F). The results of the analysis show that Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Production Division at PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia. Partially Leadership Style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. This study aims to determine the economic level, effectiveness and efficiency of the use of village funds as a measure of financial performance. The subject of this research is Paccerakang Village Office, Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data processed is the village fund financial report (DDS) report on the village income and expenditure budget from 2021 to 2022. The data collection techniques used are document and library techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive comparative analysis with the formula: Economic Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio and Efficiency Ratio.              The results showed that the economic performance of the Paccerakang Village Government of Luwu Regency was generally good in managing the finances of the Village Fund (DDS), although the effectiveness performance was less effective in managing the Village Fund (DDS). This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the Economic Ratio, which is categorised as Very Economical because the Economic Average is above 100%, namely 200.31%. While the Effectiveness Ratio is categorised as Less Effective because the average effectiveness is less than 80%, namely 65.6% and the Efficiency Ratio is categorised as Very Efficient because the average efficiency is less than 60%, namely 46.47%.

Solar energy is a potential solution to meet the electricity needs of TNI AD posts and bases in border areas. However, conventional solar energy systems have limited efficiency because they can only absorb sunlight from one direction. The efficiency of solar energy systems can be improved by using a dual-axis tracking system equipped with a LDR sensor. The LDR sensor is used to detect the direction of sunlight. The change in the LDR sensor resistance due to the change in the intensity of light that hits it is then processed by a microcontroller to move the solar panel in the appropriate direction. Based on the results of testing, the dual-axis tracking system with an LDR sensor significantly increases the power generated compared to conventional solar energy systems. At the peak of performance during dynamic testing at 12:00 pm, the total power reached 2,196 W, while the static test reached a total power of 1,311 W. Therefore, the dual-axis tracking system with an LDR sensor can be a more optimal choice to improve the performance and efficiency of solar energy systems in generating electricity at TNI AD posts and bases in border areas.

This service aims to develop and monitor hydroponic plants in an effort to increase agricultural efficiency in Lembang Randan Batu. The hydroponic farming method was chosen as a solution to increase agricultural efficiency by utilizing water optimally and reducing land use. Apart from that, cleaning of rice field irrigation channels is carried out to reduce environmental pollution due to plastic waste. This research uses the method of selecting plants, creating a hydroponic system, planting and maintaining plants, collecting plastic waste, sorting and processing plastic waste. The research results show that hydroponic plants can grow well and provide satisfactory results, while cleaning rice field irrigation channels can reduce environmental pollution due to plastic waste. This service contributes to the development of sustainable agriculture and plastic waste management in Lembang Randan Batu.

Cash sales transactions are said to have been carried out if the company has received payment from the customer and will then be handed over by the company to the customer of the Cat Jaya Gemilang Semarang shop, a company engaged in the field of building paint trading in Semarang. Currently, the system that is running is still manual, namely the administration section records incoming and outgoing goods, all recorded in the book for sales are also recorded manually. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

Jogosatru Village, Sukodono Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency, identified a major problem related to the lack of adequate facilities, especially related to the house signs of the RT and RW heads. These signs are important as a guide for newcomers to facilitate navigation within the village and also facilitate administrative processes, such as obtaining licenses. To overcome this problem, KKN group 09 students from Sunan Giri University Surabaya have created a program to provide and install information signs for RT and RW houses. The activity began by conducting a field survey to determine strategic locations to install signboards. Once the location was determined, the next step involved drafting the signage, purchasing tools, and acquiring the necessary materials. The process consists of stages from planning to installation of the signs, with the aim of improving accessibility and administrative efficiency for Jogosatru Village residents.
