Coronary heart disease (CHD) remains a leading cause of mortality worldwide. Early detection is essential to reduce complications and improve patient outcomes. This study aims to develop a classification model using machine learning algorithms to predict CHD risk based on clinical symptoms. The dataset used is the Cleveland Heart Disease dataset from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, consisting of 303 patient records with 14 clinical features. The preprocessing stage involved handling missing values, normalizing features, and transforming categorical variables. Four classification algorithms were applied: K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN), Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Each model was trained using stratified 10-fold cross-validation to ensure generalizability. Evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC metrics showed that the Random Forest algorithm achieved the highest performance with 87.2% accuracy. Feature importance analysis indicated that chest pain type, resting blood pressure, cholesterol, and ST depression were the most influential indicators. These results demonstrate that machine learning, particularly Random Forest, can effectively support early diagnosis of CHD in clinical settings and has the potential to be integrated into clinical decision support systems (CDSS).

Pediculosis capitis is an infestation of head lice Pediculus humanus capitis that live on the scalp and suck blood as a source of nutrition. Transmission occurs through direct contact or sharing personal items, especially in environments with poor sanitation. Risk factors include age, population density, personal hygiene, and socioeconomic status. Symptoms include severe itching due to a reaction to the saliva of the lice, which can cause excoriation, irritation, and secondary infections such as pyoderma. In this report, a 17-year-old girl complained of scabs, pain, heat, and itching on the head and neck. Lice and lice eggs were found, as well as ecthyma lesions in the form of pustules, yellow crusts, and excoriations in the occipital area and back of the neck. The therapy given was a combination of drug and non-drug treatment. The evaluation results showed improvement in symptoms. This case emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis and comprehensive management to prevent reinfection.

Sectio Saesarea is a way of delivering a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen or vagina or SC is a hysterotomy to deliver a fetus in the uterus (Batara, 2022, p.1). SC is known as one of the procedures that can save both mother and baby. SC can effectively prevent death and disability in mothers and newborns. SC is performed on 3 indication factors, namely maternal, fetal and obstetric factors themselves. The problem that usually arises after SC is pain. Patients after sectio caesarea surgery will feel pain when the effects of anesthetic drugs have disappeared (Solehati & Kosasih, 2015). Postoperative pain after anesthesia is a common complication and will appear 1-3 hours (Saputra, at, al.2023). Pain appears due to the release of pain receptors due to the disconnection of tissue continuity due to the incision process during surgery. Post SC patients usually complain of pain in the abdominal incision area (Wahyuningsih et al., 2022). Pain in patients must be treated immediately so as not to interfere with the mother's activities. There are 2 pain management, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological. Pharmacological therapy is carried out by administering drug therapy to reduce pain. Non-pharmacological therapy that can be done to reduce pain is one of them early mobilization. Early mobilization after cesarean section is a movement, position or activity carried out by the mother several hours after giving birth by cesarean section (Mawarni, 2018). Early mobilization techniques are very effective in relieving pain. Early mobilization is recommended for post-SC mothers, because it can increase the independence of post-SC patients, as well as support the wound healing process, and reduce pain (Dirgahayu, 2019). Early mobilization interventions can help patients reduce the pain scale felt postoperatively. Case studies using descriptive methods with a nursing process approach were carried out on 3 respondents of post op pregnant women using the One Group Pretest Posttest research design which was measured using the NRS instrument for 3 days. The results showed a decrease in the pain scale in respondents after being given early mobilization interventions.

The issue addressed in this research is the lack of learning media that support the Electric Vehicle Systems course in the D3 Automotive Engine Maintenance Study Program at Cristo Re Polytechnic. The objectives of this research are to design a conventional starter motor learning media that is easy to understand and functions properly; to create the conventional starter motor learning media; and to test the conventional starter motor learning media. This research was conducted at Cristo Re Polytechnic, in the D3 Automotive Engine Maintenance Study Program. The conventional starter motor learning media was developed through several stages: design, construction, and testing. The design process involved determining the frame to be used, the mounting for the starter motor on the frame, and identifying the panel to be used in the learning media. The construction process included cutting the parts to be used for the frame and the motor mount, assembling or forming the frame, and painting. After the learning media was completed, it underwent testing, which consisted of functional tests such as component testing, system testing, voltage drop testing, and feasibility testing through a questionnaire. The conclusions from the testing results are as follows: the starter motor can operate properly. This is based on the construction of the learning media being in accordance with the design, including the frame dimensions and the printed layout matching the design. In addition, the component testing—which included the ignition switch, relay, and solenoid—showed results that matched the specifications of each component. The system function test showed that the system can operate with or without a relay. The voltage drop test yielded results of 0.2 V for the positive battery voltage drop, 0.1 V for the negative battery voltage drop, and 1 V for the voltage drop in the circuit, all of which are within the specified range. The feasibility test involved distributing a questionnaire to lecturers and several students to evaluate the result of the media development, and from this test, an average score of 3.87 was obtained, categorized as very good.

Pain and inflammation are two clinical conditions that often occur together, especially in musculoskeletal disorders. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are often used because they have dual effects as analgesics and anti-inflammatories. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of several types of NSAIDs in reducing pain intensity and inflammatory responses. This study used an experimental design with test animal subjects divided into several groups, each receiving treatment with different NSAIDs, namely ibuprofen, diclofenac sodium, and mefenamic acid. Pain assessment was carried out using the visual analog scale (VAS) method, while inflammation was measured by observing edema and inflammatory biomarker levels. The results showed that all three types of NSAIDs had a significant effect on reducing pain and inflammation compared to negative controls, but there were differences in effectiveness between drugs. Ibuprofen showed higher potential in relieving pain, while diclofenac was more effective in suppressing the inflammatory process.

Ovarian cysts are ovarian tumors that can be either neoplastic or non-neoplastic, with varying characteristics in terms of size, consistency, and malignancy. During pregnancy, the most commonly encountered types include dermoid cysts, endometriomas, and lutein cysts. The actual prevalence of ovarian cysts is difficult to determine as most cases remain undiagnosed, with studies indicating that around 4% of women will experience hospitalization due to ovarian cysts by the age of 65. Evaluation of ovarian masses requires a multidisciplinary approach, including ultrasonography and tumor markers to assess the likelihood of malignancy. This case involves a 45-year-old woman who presented with lower abdominal pain, bloating, and significant weight loss. Ultrasound findings revealed a cystic mass with solid components, suspected to be a malignant ovarian cyst. The provisional diagnosis was cystic ovarian neoplasm with suspected malignancy, and the patient underwent laparotomy with right salphingo-oophorectomy. Post-surgery, the patient's condition improved, though she continued to experience pain at the surgical site. Ovarian cysts can present with nonspecific symptoms and are often found incidentally. Further evaluation is necessary to assess malignancy and determine appropriate treatment. Surgical intervention is required for cases with suspected malignancy, especially in cysts with solid masses and large size.

Intercondylar fractures of the femur are complex intra-articular injuries involving the medial and lateral condyles at the distal end of the femur bone, just above the knee joint. These injuries are commonly caused by high-energy trauma, such as motor vehicle accidents or falls from significant heights. This study presents a case report of a 23-year-old unemployed female patient. The assessment tools used included the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) for evaluating pain intensity, a goniometer for measuring the range of motion (ROM), Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) for assessing muscle strength, and the Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale for evaluating functional activity. After three physiotherapy sessions conducted over three weeks, the patient demonstrated a reduction in pain, an improvement in muscle strength, an increased joint range of motion, and enhanced functional activity. A rehabilitation program consisting of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), forced knee flexion with a quadriceps board, active knee flexion and extension exercises with a gym ball, stretching exercises, and active functional training was found to be effective in improving the patient's post-operative outcomes following malunion intercondylar femur fracture (right) post-ORIF.
