Law enforcement of inter-provincial transportation in Indonesia faces significant challenges and obstacles. This study aims to identify factors that hinder effective law enforcement in the inter-provincial transport sector. The main findings indicate weaknesses in the supervision of transport companies, lack of coordination between relevant agencies, and limited trained human resources. In addition, illegal practices such as unlicensed transportation, the use of non-standard vehicles, and low public awareness of regulations, exacerbate the situation. Therefore, more assertive and consistent law enforcement is needed, as well as increased coordination between relevant parties to create a safer, more efficient inter-provincial transportation system that complies with existing regulations.

The government is required to always be able to prosper the community it leads, but most people still lack participation in every government program or policy issued. As mentioned in Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration, population documents are official documents issued by Implementing Agencies that have legal force as authentic evidence resulting from population registration and civil registration services. This study uses an empirical juridical method seen from norms or das sollen and an empirical approach, namely law as a social and cultural reality by taking primary data from the field in analyzing existing problems. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was found that the government in this case is still making efforts to pick up the ball in collaboration with traditional leaders and religious offices to socialize the importance of taking care of marriage certificates and collect data on couples who hold marriages in Kupang Regency and are required to issue marriage certificates after receiving marriage reports from the authorities

The problems faced in the process of signing on/off the crew sailor's book were the delay in information from the owner to sign on the crew's sailor's book which resulted in hampering the clearance process. Good cooperation and coordination between shipping companies and related agencies in signing on/off seafarers' books is very necessary for smooth service to crew document handlers. It is important to remember that the purpose of coordination is so that the relevant agencies can carry out their duties and functions smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Enforcement of criminal law against criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia requires an approach that is not only based on positive legal provisions but also reflects the values of Pancasila as the basis of the state. Pancasila, with five principles covering aspects of Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Democracy and Social Justice, provides the moral and ethical framework that underlies legal principles in Indonesia. This research aims to explore how Pancasila values are applied in enforcing criminal law against corruption, as well as the challenges and obstacles faced in the implementation process. By using an analytical approach to legal literature and current case studies, this research finds that the application of Pancasila values can increase integrity, transparency and justice in the legal system. Nonetheless, issues such as a widespread culture of corruption, deficiencies in the legal system, and a lack of collaboration among agencies present major challenges. This study suggests overhauling the legal system, enhancing education and training for law enforcement personnel, and promoting community engagement to better implement Pancasila values in the enforcement of criminal laws against acts of corruption.

Narcotics are substances or drugs that can cause decreased consciousness, hallucinations and excitability. In Indonesia itself, drug use is currently critical. Based on survey results from research (BNN), 3.3 million Indonesians are drug addicts, most of whom are young. The lack of knowledge and insight in a nation, especially among teenagers, regarding the impacts caused by drug abuse can worsen the level of drug abuse, plus the development of increasingly sophisticated information technology makes it easier to distribute drugs. Based on the magnitude of the impact caused by drug abuse among teenagers, socialization activities were carried out on the dangers of drug abuse at State Junior High School 3 Jrengik. The aim of carrying out this socialization activity is so that students as targets of the socialization activity can understand the impacts of drug use, both physical, psychological and socio-economic impacts, as well as the criminal sanctions they will face. The research method used is normative law using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach.  The results obtained are that law enforcement and the role of schools and local police agencies are very much needed in efforts to prevent narcotics abuse, because if there is no synergy between agencies, it is very possible with access to technology that can make it easier for drug dealers to have a negative influence on students who are still vulnerable. of the influence of promiscuity.

Indonesia is a country that faces a high risk of multiple disasters, one of which is fire disasters that can be prevented by the community through preparedness and early detection. The community service program, implemented by a team of lecturers and students from the Disaster Management Study Program at Budi Luhur University in collaboration with the Tanjungpinang SAR Office, conducted a basic fire extinguishing training session at SMAN 2 Tanjungpinang. The target audience for this training was students involved in the Scout, Paskibraka, and PKS (School Security Patrol) extracurricular activities, aimed at increasing student preparedness for fire emergencies. The activities included both theoretical materials and practical exercises on extinguishing fires and techniques for victim evacuation. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge, particularly regarding the basic concepts of fire and victim movement, with understanding levels ranging from 45% to 100%, depending on the material. Although the results were positive, areas such as the type of fire extinguisher material and victim transfer techniques require further emphasis. This collaboration between educational institutions and disaster response agencies has proven effective in building student awareness to deal with emergency situations. Recommendations for future training include adopting a more interactive approach and incorporating intensive simulations to enhance students' understanding and readiness to face disaster.

This study examines the issue of law enforcement related to the conversion of Green Open Spaces (GOS) in urban areas. Using a normative juridical research method with legislative and conceptual approaches, this research analyzes the implementation of Law No. 26 of 2007 on Spatial Planning, which mandates the availability of GOS at a minimum of 30% of the total urban area. The findings indicate that law enforcement in GOS conversion faces multiple challenges, including inconsistent regulatory implementation, budget constraints, weak inter-agency coordination, and obstacles in monitoring and enforcement. The pressures of urban facility development and population growth due to urbanization further complicate efforts to preserve GOS. Optimizing the role of local governments in GOS protection and management is carried out through the implementation of the Spatial and Regional Planning  involving various related agencies. The Ministry of Environment’s Adipura Program also plays a role in promoting enhanced environmental management performance by adhering to eight essential criteria within legal products related to environmental and ecosystem protection. This study recommends strengthening the GOS management system through improved inter-agency coordination, adequate budget provision, and the consistent application of firm sanctions.

Transparency and accountability are essential principles in good governance. However, there are still many challenges in achieving transparency and accountability within bureaucratic environments. This study aims to: 1) investigate the level of information openness and decision-making processes in government agencies; 2) identify best practices for enhancing transparency and accountability in bureaucracy; and 3) analyze the impact of transparency and accountability on public trust in the government. This research employs a qualitative approach using case study methods. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and observations in several central and regional government agencies. The results indicate that most government agencies have not yet optimized the implementation of public information openness principles. Decision-making processes tend to remain closed. However, some agencies have demonstrated good practices in enhancing transparency and accountability, such as using information technology, community involvement, and implementing effective complaint systems. The study also found that higher levels of transparency and accountability in bureaucracy correspond to higher levels of public trust in the government. This research concludes that transparency and accountability are crucial prerequisites for government bureaucracy to build public trust. Systematic and sustained efforts are needed to strengthen transparency and accountability practices within bureaucratic environments.
