The development of information technology has significantly transformed government administration, including the promotion system for Civil Servants (PNS). The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has developed the Civil Service Administration Information System (SIASN) to expedite the PNS promotion process digitally. However, implementing this system still faces several challenges, such as a lack of employee understanding, limited human resources, and technical issues in system usage. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the promotion service system implemented by the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Batu Bara Regency. The study employs interviews, observations, and document analysis to identify key issues in the promotion process and provide recommendations to enhance service efficiency and quality. The findings indicate that although a digital system has been adopted, its implementation still encounters obstacles, such as incomplete data, inadequate technological infrastructure, and employees' limited ability to operate the system. Therefore, improving employee training, strengthening technological infrastructure, and refining administrative policies are recommended measures to enhance the effectiveness of the PNS promotion service system in Batu Bara Regency.

The utilization of technology in education has been increasingly developed, one of which is the use of chatbots in mathematics learning in elementary schools. This study aims to analyze the impact of chatbot usage on students' understanding of mathematics, learning independence, and time management. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing various recent studies related to the implementation of chatbots in learning. The findings indicate that the use of chatbots can enhance students' understanding of mathematical concepts, strengthen learning independence, and help students manage their learning time more effectively. Chatbots provide opportunities for students to learn independently, give real-time feedback, and offer flexibility in learning time. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of integrating technology, specifically chatbots, to support more interactive and adaptive mathematics learning in elementary schools. The study also provides recommendations for further development of educational technology to improve the quality of future learning.

Origanum majorana demonstrates a broad spectrum of effectiveness against various diseases, exerting antimicrobial effects against different pathogenic microorganisms. The goals of this research are to provide light on how Origanum majorana extract inhibits human pathogenic bacteria, how it may prevent biofilm development, and how it affects bacterial adhesion. The antibacterial activity of the water-based Origanum majorana extract was assessed in this research using two different methodologies. "Antibiotics were compared to its effectiveness using an agar-well diffusion assay and disc diffusion method," the first step. Additionally, the extract's ability to inhibit biofilm formation and bacterial adherence was assessed through specialized tests. All bacterial isolates of Gram negative, Gram-positive bacterial types were sensitive to Origanum majorana extract and the range of inhibition zone (30 to 24) mm. Although floxacin was effective against some of these isolates, the majority of them were resistant. Most bacterial Gram negative types were exhibit moderate adherence and biofilm activity to this extracts and some bacterial isolated of bacteria were exhibit high adherence and biofilm activity to the watery extracts of Origanum majorana. This research confirms previous findings that Origanum majorana extracts are very effective against a wide variety of clinical isolates of bacteria, including Gram-negative as well as Gram-positive varieties. Notably, the extracts were found to be more effective than commercially available antibiotics. Furthermore, the extracts displayed significant inhibition of bacterial adherence and biofilm formation. Based on these findings, Origanum majorana extracts have great promise as an effective antibacterial and anti-biofilm agent.

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-money usage and financial literacy on the consumption behavior of accounting students in Batam City. E-money as a digital payment method has become increasingly popular among the younger generation, while financial literacy plays an important role in effective personal financial management. The study uses primary data collected from questionnaires distributed to 97 accounting students in several universities in Batam, as well as secondary data from interviews with 10 accounting students regarding e-money and financial literacy. The results show a positive correlation between high financial literacy and wise financial management, which in turn influences students' consumption behavior. Additionally, the use of e-money plays a significant role in facilitating transactions and changing consumption patterns. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant impact with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 38.5%. The findings are expected to provide insights for relevant stakeholders in designing more effective financial education programs and promoting the use of e-money among students.

The pandemic has globally become a turning point for social change. Including, the learning process and communication practices becoming more integrated with digital media. This study aims to understand undergraduate students' engagement with media in the post-pandemic era in Indonesia. Drawing on mediatization, this study uses surveys, interviews, and students’ daily notes to collect data. The researcher then visualizes data using Nvivo. Informants are 92 undergraduate students who wrote a daily note from 16th March to June 6th, 2024. The findings show an interrelation between undergraduate students' social dynamics, communication practice, and media engagement. This study reveals distinct patterns in media engagement among Indonesian students that were not previously documented, particularly regarding their adaptation to hybrid learning environments. Government regulations regarding social restrictions do not limit students’ social interaction and learning process. Students’ social interaction and communication practice become more embedded into media usage. The communication practices that are increasingly engaging with media keep continuing even after the pandemic is over. Media are converged so that students do not adopt or are dominated by one type of media. Likewise, students can get information from different types of media.

Social media undeniably contributes to changing how a teacher figure is portrayed and how communication patterns with students occur. Social media users, particularly TikTok, can upload audiovisual content of teachers and students joyfully dancing together. This research aims to present a depiction of teachers in the current digital era. It is a multidisciplinary study that examines educational and social contexts. The research method employed is semiotics by Roland Barthes. The researchers analyze the myths conveyed in the audiovisual content to unveil the image of teachers in the digital era. The results reveal the current depiction of teacher-student relationships in the context of dancing on social media, which has significant implications. It emphasizes the importance of teachers' role in assisting students in managing social media usage wisely and serving as positive role models. Through dancing content on social media, teachers can strengthen social connections with students outside the school, creating an informal space for closeness and better understanding of students as individuals.

The use of renewable energy has become an essential solution to reduce dependence on limited fossil energy sources. Solar panels are an environmentally friendly alternative for generating electrical energy. This study develops a solar panel system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to provide energy for electric water heaters. The system allows for the monitoring and control of energy usage through an IoT-based application, such as Telegram. The solar panels are connected to an ESP32-based controller system, which monitors sunlight intensity and battery charging status. The test results indicate that this system can provide sufficient energy for electric water heaters with optimal efficiency and reduce dependence on conventional energy sources. 

This research aims to determine the effect of service features and promotions on increasing users of Wondr by BNI services with user satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were BNI customers of the Medan Industrial Estate Branch Office who were registered and had used the new digital service application WONDR by BNI. The total population was 16,769 customers with a sample of 391 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaire with a Likert scale, validity testing, reliability and hypothesis testing were carried out using SmartPLS ver 4.0 software. The results show that service features have a significant direct effect on user satisfaction, service features have a direct effect on increasing the number of users, promotion has a direct effect on user satisfaction, promotion has a direct effect on increasing the number of users, user satisfaction has a direct effect on increasing the number of users, service features have an indirect effect on increasing the number of users through user satisfaction as an intervening variable, promotion has an indirect effect on increasing the number of users through user satisfaction as an intervening variable. These findings indicate that user satisfaction plays an important role in strengthening the effect of service features and promotions on increasing the number of service users. Therefore, to sustainably increase the number of users, Wondr by BNI needs to optimize service features that are responsive to user needs and implement promotional strategies that can increase user satisfaction and loyalty.

Online media has become the primary source of information for modern society due to its quick access and ease of news presentation. However, this development also poses challenges, particularly in maintaining writing quality, such as diction accuracy. Appropriate diction plays a crucial role in delivering clear messages, avoiding misunderstandings, and preserving media credibility. This study aims to analyze diction errors in the daily online news jateng.akurat.co edition of November 12, 2024, including non-standard word usage and word mismatches. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to identify the types of errors, their causes, and their impacts on readers. Data were collected using documentation techniques by observing, recording, and analyzing the news texts published in the selected edition. The analysis process involved comparing diction usage with applicable linguistic norms and relevant contexts. The findings reveal several common errors, such as the use of terms that do not align with formal language norms, inappropriate word choices, and the improper adaptation of foreign words. Diction errors can create reader confusion, diminish media credibility, and affect perceptions of the information conveyed. This study highlights the importance of accurate diction selection in journalism, especially for regionally based media, which must consider cultural contexts and local values. These findings are expected to serve as a guideline for enhancing linguistic accuracy in digital journalism, maintaining media credibility, and supporting journalism's role as a pillar of a healthy democracy.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between gadget usage and sleep quality among high school students at SMA Pertiwi Medan. Excessive gadget use, especially before bedtime, is often associated with sleep pattern disturbances that can affect students' sleep quality. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 100 students selected using random sampling techniques. The results show a significant relationship between the duration and frequency of gadget use and students' sleep quality. The higher the intensity of gadget use, the lower the quality of sleep experienced by students. Factors such as usage time, types of activities on gadgets, and sleep duration also influenced the findings. These results provide important implications for students, teachers, and parents to regulate gadget usage

Blasting is an activity that breaks rocks from their parent rock using explosives to create smaller fragments, making the loading and transportation processes easier. One of the environmental impacts of blasting activities is ground vibration. Ground vibration is one of the outcomes of blasting activities, and it is measured using the PPV (Peak Particle Velocity) value. Ground vibration can become a problem for companies if it exceeds the safe vibration quality standard (SNI 7571: 2010), as it can pose a danger to humans and nearby buildings. The Air Deck is an air column in the blast hole that aims to reduce energy vertically, this method can reduce the use of explosives. This research was conducted at the Sentuk Pit of PT. Multi Harapan Utama in East Kalimantan. Observations were made during 42 blast events to determine the impact of the air deck method on the resulting vibration. During the study, the maximum PPV value was 13.87 mm/s, while the minimum PPV value was 1.13 mm/s. The average ground vibration measurement value for non-air deck blasting was 4.40 mm/s, while the average ground vibration measurement value for air deck blasting was 3.95 mm/s. The use of this method also reduced the powder factor value. For non-air deck blasting, the average powder factor value was 0.26 kg/m³, and for air deck blasting, the powder factor value was 0.20 kg/m³, resulting in a 23.08% reduction in explosive usage. To calculate the predicted PPV, scaled distance calculations were used. Based on the predicted PPV calculation results, the deviation from the actual PPV was 1.59 mm/s.

The use of glottal sounds is a unique feature of the Madurese language, serving as both a phonological marker and a linguistic identity. This study aims to analyze the patterns of glottal sound usage in the speech of students at Muhammadiyah University of Jember, focusing on formal and informal contexts. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of speech recordings. Results reveal that glottal sounds are more frequently used in informal communication than in formal settings, reflecting the speakers' social and cultural dynamics. These findings provide important insights into how regional languages are preserved in academic environments and contribute to the efforts of preserving the Madurese language.

This study aims to analyze the errors in word usage in the children’s fabels “Seekor Kancil yang Selalu Ingat Tuhan” by Atisah, with a focus on how these errors impact the educational value of the story. The fabels, intended for elementary school readers, carries significant moral lessons but presents linguistic challenges due to certain errors in vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure. These errors include the use of technical terms, uncommon words, and overly formal expressions that may hinder comprehension for young readers. Using a descriptive quantitative method, the research collects data through documentation and error classification based on linguistic theories in morphology, syntax, and semantics. The findings reveal that while the fabels employs imaginative storytelling to convey moral lessons, some linguistic inconsistencies, such as redundant phrases, inappropriate vocabulary, and lack of contextual explanations, reduce its effectiveness. Recommendations include simplifying language, ensuring alignment with children’s cognitive levels, and providing contextual definitions for complex terms. These efforts aim to enhance the readability and educational value of children’s literature while fostering linguistic development.

The purpose of this service is to reveal the socialization of the impact of smartphone use in managing (managing) study time. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method, the implementation is carried out with observation, providing socialization, the first activity is showing videos, the second activity is providing material in power point, the impact of smartphone use. The results of this study indicate that the socialization of the positive impact of smartphone use has provided knowledge for students that wrong smartphone users can have a negative impact on child development, but if the use of smartphones is in accordance with learning needs and is supervised in its use, it will have a good impact on children. These children are very important considering that there are still many people, especially housewives, who do not realize the lack of control over excessive smartphone use by children is very dangerous and dangerous to use.

This study aims to analyze consumer behavior regarding the use of Sunsilk shampoo, including usage experience, duration, reasons for product choice, and customer satisfaction levels. A survey was conducted involving 93 respondents, addressing their experiences and preferences for Sunsilk shampoo. Results revealed that the majority of respondents have used Sunsilk, with product quality and affordable pricing being the primary reasons for their choice. The study also highlights areas for improvement to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction, offering valuable insights for market strategies.

The research aims to test the mediating role to enable workers to test the relationship between strategic leadership practices and strategic alignment in medium and small-sized companies in the Iraqi city of Kirkuk, and to achieve that goal and to solve the research problem and take advantage of its importance, a field visit was conducted for the companies of the study sample to see the reality of their work regarding the research variables, and then a questionnaire form was designed according to the five-point Likert scale and distributed to a sample of (369) workers representing the companies of the study sample to collect data and information, and analyze those Statistical program usage data (SPSS, AMOS) V26 In light of these results, the research revealed that there is a statistically significant impact relationship for strategic leadership in strategic alignment through the mediation of empowering workers in medium and small-sized companies in Kirkuk, and accordingly a set of recommendations were made, the most important of which was the need to work to improve organizational performance and enhance competitiveness of companies through the application of best strategic leadership practices, empowering employees and achieving strategic alignment in the surveyed companies.

The SATUSEHAT SDMK platform, developed by Indonesia's Ministry of Health, plays a crucial role in integrating and managing Health Human Resources (SDMK) data across the country. This platform enables healthcare professionals to update their personal and professional profiles and manage practice permits online. This article aims to examine the implementation and optimization of SATUSEHAT SDMK usage for healthcare personnel at the Health Office of Ponorogo Regency. The study involves an analysis of the registration process, practice permit applications, and data validation using SATUSEHAT SDMK, as well as challenges encountered by users at the regional level. The results indicate that using SATUSEHAT SDMK can streamline permit processes and improve the accuracy of healthcare personnel data; however, further optimization is needed, particularly in technical aspects and platform outreach, to enhance its effectiveness among healthcare professionals in Ponorogo Regency.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of MSMEs on economic growth and e-commerce usage of furniture stores in Krapyak Village, Pasuruan City With the help of a quantitative approach, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to furniture entrepreneurs in the village through WhatsApp groups. The survey aimed to measure the impact of using e-commerce platforms on sales growth, market access, and job creation. The findings show that the use of e-commerce has a significant positive impact on sales volume growth. Sales volume that was previously limited to the domestic market can now reach a wider market both domestically and internationally. In addition, e-commerce will also help increase the number of workers in the furniture industry. However, obstacles that need to be overcome include the lack of skills in using digital platforms and the limited internet infrastructure that is not evenly distributed throughout the villages. In conclusion, the utilisation of e-commerce has opened up greater market opportunities, generated new jobs for Krapyak villagers and boosted the village's economic growth.

Back ground: Autosomal genetic diseases throughout North America are propagated by CF, which is seen in 1 out of 2000 Caucasians. This sickness can in most cases be undetected and is nongendered with a global impact and targets all ages. Aim of study: The study aims to isolate and identify bacterial species related to respiratory fibrosis and to do the susceptibility test to those species. Methodology: The study was carried out between January-July 2024, 80 cystic fibrosis patients admitted in Mirjan hospital, 50 came outpatients clinic and 30 found sleeping in the hospital (Eighteen in the respiratory lobbies and 12 in the intensive care unit (ICU)), patient age range between 20-80 years old, and include both gender, 28 females and 52 male.es). By using sterile labeled machines every patient provide sputum that was transported to laboratory directly after collection and stored in 4 C temperatures until culture. All samples of sputum were cultivated for twenty-four hours at 37 degrees Celsius in an incubator utilizing MAConkey and Blood agars. Thereafter, samples were streaked unto several selective and differential media where bacterial colonies matured to reveal their biochemical characteristic after 24hrs of incubation. Results: The current study's results indicated that age has an impact on microbial CF infection. Of the 80 total patients, 9 sample in the age group of 20–30 years had a percentage of 11.25%, while 11 patients in the age group of 31–40 years had a percentage of 13.75%, 16 patients in the age group of 41–50 years had a percentage of 16.25%, and 17 patients in the age group of 51–60 years had a percentage of 21.25%. The current study confirmed that infection rates increase with age. In terms of gender, the study show that males are more likely than females to get infections. with 52 males in the (65%) percentage and 28 females in the (35%), Ten patients are in the 71–80 age range, and twenty patients are in the 61–70 age group. Conclusion: The kind of bacterial strain, the patient's immunological condition, and the usage of contaminated medical equipments are some of the factors that affect transmission. During treatment, all CF patients colonized or infected with the primary pathogens discussed in this article must be kept in a single room to prevent nosocomial dissemination of the microorganism to other patients. Despite the intricacy of the epidemiology of bacterial infections in CF patients, the average lifespan of these individuals continues to increase.
