This study investigates the relationship between employee performance, training, and human resource development at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in Makassar City. The study reveals findings with major significance for organizational improvement through meticulous data analysis and statistical evaluation. The research conclusively shows a link between employee performance and training. Statistics highlight the crucial influence that training plays in improving employee skills and work effectiveness. These findings support the constancy of this correlation by being in line with earlier studies. It advances our knowledge of organizational behavior and performance dynamics by clarifying the relationship between training and employee performance. The study's findings are insightful for businesses looking to maximize staff productivity through strategic training and human resource development programs. It acts as a manual for businesses hoping to use training to boost productivity and encourage staff development.

Discipline is something related to someone's control of various forms of regulation. The purpose of this research is to direct students so that they learn about good things as a preparation for the future, when they are very dependent on self-discipline. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. With a large number of samples ± there are 51 UHAMKA students in the teaching and education faculties of the 2019/2020 academic year. The research instrument used a questionnaire or questionnaire and library literature in the form of journals and books. And this validity approach is tested using construct validity and for this reliability approach using internal consistent reliability testing. The procedure for taking this sample was carried out by systematic random sampling. And the data collection was used by distributing questionnaires which were distributed via Google Formular to students analyzing data for variable and reliable testing using IBM SPSS 26. And using a one-sample t-test statistic. The results showed that: there were 33 students (78%) who had a very high level of discipline. There are 16 students (56-77%) who have a moderate level of discipline. There are 2 students (55%) who have a low level of discipline. Based on the explanation above, it can be said that the level of student discipline is included in the high category. This result is the possibility that students choose good answers or indeed good discipline. Based on the data above, the high level of student discipline shows that students at FKIP Uhamka have good obedience, obedience, and order. This is in line with Susanto's statement (2018) that discipline is influenced by factors including: students following and obeying applicable regulations, self-awareness, educational tools, punishment, exemplary attitude, disciplinary environment, and disciplinary training. However, there are still students who adhere to a low level of discipline (55%). This can be spread by the background of the students themselves who are less disciplined about the rules applied by the university and because there is no awareness about the importance discipline.

Nutritional problems in infants and toddlers are still a major problem in community administration, one of which is the problem of malnutrition. Tanjungpinang City still finds cases of toddlers with malnutrition disorders, among others, malnutrition, undernutrition and stunting. cases of malnutrition in Tanjungpinang City have increased over the past three years. In 2020 there were 97 toddlers, in 2021 there were 121 toddlers and in 2022 it rose to 245 toddlers. The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the Poor Nutrition Management Program in Toddlers at the Tanjungpinang City Health Office. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the program evaluation show how the achievement of the implementation of the malnutrition mitigation program carried out by the Tanjungpinang City Health Office. The context indicator explains the background of the program and the strategy carried out by the Health Office has run optimally to achieve program goals. Furthermore, input indicators still require complete human resources and infrastructure so that malnutrition management programs can run effectively. Then, the HR process indicators in this program have been running through coordination so that activities can run regularly but there are still some things that need to be considered in increasing participation and knowledge about parenting. Furthermore, product indicators are evaluated in running the program, but there are still some negative sides that still think that handling nutritional problems is a health task. The conclusion of the evaluation of the malnutrition mitigation program by the Tanjungpinang Health Office is that the malnutrition program is effective enough but has not been optimally implemented. Suggestions as an improvement effort are to increase community understanding of the program, strive for the fulfillment of additional feeding for all toddlers, fulfill program training, add officers and improve training.

Traditional health services are expected to be implemented in health care facilities. Puskesmas had a traditional health clinic that has been running since 2019, but there is no evaluation on that program. This study aims to identify the implementation that has been carried out, in order to find out which aspects still need improvement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Researchers collect data by interview, observation and secondary data. The results of the study show that traditional health services at the puskesmas have been implemented fairly well. In 2022 there were 20 visitors with the majority of visitors aged 31-45 years (50%), female (90%), all coming from the Javanese and Muslim religions. Meanwhile, the average number of visits was 1 time (55%) and 5% of visitors made 4 repeat visits. The most frequently treated complaints were dizziness/headaches (35%) and other pain complaints (45%). Treatment in traditional health polyclinics is provided with oral medication as much as 40% and 60% without drug administration. The traditional treatment given is acupressure (65%), cupping (15%) and a combination of both as much as 20%. Officers who provide traditional health services at the Palm Health Center are nurses with acupressure training. The implementation that has been carried out still requires various improvements in order to increase the number of patient visits. Further research is needed to find the right implementation model so that traditional health services at puskesmas are widely utilized by the community.

Bookkeeping training for MSME actors who are still lacking education about the importance of bookkeeping. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling and training to MSME actors, especially chicken noodle traders in Janti. The activity was carried out on June 23-27 for chicken noodle traders. The method implemented includes counseling and training. Based on the results of the evaluation results and observations that have been carried out, it is known that the perpetrators have been able to carry out financial records and carry out a simple bookkeeping and have been able to practice it. Through the knowledge and skills he has, the perpetrator begins to understand and knows how important simple recording and bookkeeping is in controlling finances, being aware of the business development that is being carried out, being right to buy a basic sale, and making it easier when going to make a loan at a bank in developing a business. being carried out and being more careful in managing finances.

Toilet training is a way to train children aged 1-3 years in controlling defecation and urination activities properly and correctly. According to the 2019 National Household Health Survey (SKRT), it is estimated that the number of toddlers who have difficulty controlling defecation and urination (bedwetting) at the age of up to pre-school reaches 75 million children. This phenomenon is triggered by many things, such as parents' lack of knowledge about how to train defecation and toileting, the use of compresses and many others (Riblat, 2017). The introduction and implementation of toilet training in children is very important. Knowledge is one of the factors that can influence the success of toilet training implementation. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental knowledge about toilet training, with the success in its application in pre-school children in kindergarten. Anugrah Harapan Bangsa Marelan in 2023, using the type of correlation descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were all parents who had pre-school age children as many as 130 people. This study used a total sampling method, instrument in the form of a knowledge questionnaire and the successful implementation of toilet training. The results of this study were tested using the chi-square test, the results obtained p value = 0.000 (<0.05) indicates that parental knowledge has a relationship with the successful implementation of toilet training in children. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the better the parents' knowledge, the better the results of the implementation of toilet training. For this reason, it is recommended that parents maintain and improve their knowledge about toilet training so that they can provide good and correct toilet training implementation results for their children. This can be done for example by attending health education counseling events, especially in the field of toilet training.

This research is motivated by the condition of santri in Islamic boarding schools who still do not have good emotional intelligence. Some indicators such as not having high self-confidence, empathy for others and the environment, controlling emotions of sadness and anger. This is certainly contrary to the objectives of education in Islamic boarding schools which in fact have a noble character. The author wants to know the democratic leadership factors that are applied can affect the emotional intelligence of santri. The purpose of this study is to describe the democratic leadership of the kyai in developing the emotional intelligence of students at the Tahfidz Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Sukabumi Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the research are that democratic leadership can develop the emotional intelligence of students at the Tahfidz Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Of course this doesn't work instantly, you need continuous mental training. For Kyai as caregivers of santri to always be role models and santri can develop their emotional intelligence even better.

Community service activities to provide knowledge about MSME tax preparation and reporting training. this activity was carried out on May 3 2023. The method of activity is with presentation of material, discussion, training and evaluation. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presented material on the Basic Principles of Imposing Final MSME Income Tax, tax incentives provided by the government to MSME actors, Calculation and Payment of MSME Final Income Tax, and Reporting of MSME Income Tax and Tax Sanctions. The result of this community service activity is that activity participants are capable of making and reporting MSME taxes

This community service aims to enhance the information systems project management skills of students through website development training. The methods employed include initial study, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful improvement of students' information systems project management skills through the training and website development activities. Evaluation using questionnaires reveals that all students rated the training as "good". Moreover, the community service proved to be effective in achieving the goal of enhancing students' skills. Recommendations include the continuation of sustained training, further exploration of theoretical concepts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing evaluation. The theoretical implications highlight the applicability of information systems project management concepts in website development.

In this era of globalization and rapidly advancing technology, the level of competition in finding work and income is getting higher. This is due to a mismatch between the number of jobs available and the number of job seekers. Therefore, we cannot continue to depend on existing job vacancies, but there should be a desire within us to be self-employed. In addition, not all of the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have produced the desired output. One of the big challenges for SMEs is the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills needed to manage the business effectively. It is necessary to strive for training that can provide the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to MSME owners so that they can optimize their business potential. This entrepreneurship training method uses two methods, namely training by providing material as well as discussion and question and answer. From the results of the implementation of this training program, the participants' responses were enthusiastic and positive. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants which is reflected in their active participation in the training. The participants also demonstrated their understanding of entrepreneurship which was strengthened by their ability to answer the mentor's questions.

This paper discusses the industrialization strategy with a focus on the pattern of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Industrialization has become one of the important efforts to drive a country's economic growth. In the Indonesian context, SMEs and SMEs have a significant role in economic development and job creation. This paper outlines existing patterns in the SMI and MSMEs industry in Indonesia, and describes strategies that can be used to encourage the industrialization of these sectors. In this analysis, several important factors will be discussed, including government policy support, infrastructure development, access to capital and technology, and capacity building and training.

This community service activity aims to enhance the skills of the residents of Lekis Rejo Village, Lubuk Raja Subdistrict, through macrame craft training. The training was motivated by the community's need for alternative household economic improvement, especially in the post-pandemic period. The implementation method included planning, theoretical and practical training, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The results showed increased motivation and skills among participants in creating functional products such as pot hangers and mask connectors. Moreover, the training sparked entrepreneurial interest among the participants. Thus, this macrame training has proven to make a real contribution in fostering entrepreneurship and improving family income at the village level.

In Indonesia, science has been taught from an early age, starting from kindergarten to university, which emphasizes on critical thinking skills. Short film is one of the literary works in the form of audiovisual which is considered capable of helping improve students' critical thinking skills. In collaboration with the Dialectika Institute, a mass media institution engaged in civil society studies, research and development, especially focusing on the fields of religion, culture and democracy, this Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out for 3 days starting from the 22nd until February 24, 2023 which aims to improve participants’ critical thinking skills through training related to narrative and cinematographic elements in short films. In order to maximize training results, this PkM activity used several methods, including the Lecture-based Teaching style and the mentoring method in delivering training materials. In addition, the PkM team delivered questionnaires containing questions about the training material and opinions regarding the PkM to the participants in order to measure and see the results before and after the training. The results of the activity showed that this PkM activity was able to attract enthusiasm and was also able to improve the participants' critical thinking skills as seen from the results of the questionnaires delivered. In addition, this activity is able to make them see works from different perspectives than just seeing them as a means of entertainment.

With this training, partners are expected to have better marketing skills. The PkM activity was held on Saturday 25 March 2023 with the aim of providing training in developing marketing strategies. This training activity received a positive response from Partners. From the results of the question and answer, Partners have understood the material related to marketing strategy development. The results of this training are expected to be a provision for Partners in developing their business and making a major contribution to sales and profits.

Batik Tiga Negeri is one of the historic batiks on the north coast of the island of Java which was made to be traded from the start. Packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri is needed in addition to protecting the product, as well as for communication media in spreading about one of the nation's wealth that can be proud of. Packaging can have a useful multi-function. There are many packaging options, ranging from plastik to paper and cloth, all of which can display product labels. Through this service activity, it is hoped that the millennial generation, namely Regina Pacis Solo High School students will understand: 1) How far can the main motifs of Batik Tiga Negeri developed according to the style of young people? 2) How student’s creativity in making packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri products is not only attractive, useful, but also can be an effective communication medium. In other words, from the work produced, it will further clarify the role of packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri handicraft products other than as a wrapper. The method used is community service in the form of training. Beginning with providing material to young people as the nation's next generation, about the archipelago's wastra, especially batik. Training on making designs on packaging to wrap Tiga Negeri batik products, in order to produce a unique packaging with the main motif idea of   Batik Tiga Negeri. The purpose of this activity is to make students aware of the importance of maintaining the ancestral heritage which is the wealth of this nation.

With its diverse tourism potentials, Rinding Allo village has passed the top 75 of Indonesian Tourism Village Award in 2023 and is developing into an international tourist destination. The English language competences of people in an international tourist destination are very important to provide good service to foreign tourists. This training aims to provide the knowledge and skills of English for tourism for the people of Rinding Allo village. The method used in this community service program is Asset Based Community-driven Development which consists of six stages. The method was applied by integrating the needs analysis stages and the English for specific purposes learning approach. At the asset mobilization stage, English for tourism training was carried out for five meetings. Each meeting discussed one unit of the English for tourism module which had been specially compiled in the previous stages. English for tourism training for the people of Rinding Allo village run well and provided useful material for the participants. During the training, the participants seemed enthusiastic in learning and practicing tourism English conversation. The participants’ mastery of English vocabulary and expressions in the tourism context as well as their confidence in using the language in communicating increased through this training.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 5 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. Foster parents play an important role in exploring and developing the creative potential of foster children. Foster parents play a very important role in motivating children, as well as directing the activities of foster children so that they are useful in the future. One of them is motivating and directing children to participate in creativity development activities in the form of handicrafts. Creativity is an important thing in a person's life because it can make a person more productive and improve the quality of life and make it easier to find a way out of a problem. Through children's orphanages with various activities that are able to develop themselves both physically and spiritually. Orphanages can also form children's personalities to become independent and accustomed to things that train children to be more perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of foster parents in developing the creativity of orphanage children through training. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data obtained through observation and interviews. The location of this research is located at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Ms. Lubuk Attitude. With this research, it can be seen that the role of foster parents in increasing the creativity of orphans through training at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Mrs. Lubuk Kapaning, is by providing handicraft training, orphanage children can develop their creativity and become independent.

One educational institution that is no less important to build is religion-based education, such as the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Education institution. At this time the tahfidz program was very popular and respected by various institutions. This study aims to describe how the tahfidz program is implemented in early childhood at the Tahfidz Nazra Cendikia Barabai House. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at the Nazra Cendikia Hulu Sungai Tengah House consists of three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning of the tahfidz program starts with discussions with the leaders and all tahfidz teachers. The implementation of the tahfidz program includes initial activities, namely greetings, prayers and reading blessings, followed by reading hypnotherapy, then murajaah together. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. And finally the closing activity is the delivery of the surah that will be memorized next, murajaah memorization and reading prayers after learning. The assessments used are daily and semester assessments. The methods used are the makhraji, Jibril, ummi, and hypnotherapy methods. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first.
