Excellent service is very important for companies to increase profits and competitive strategies with competitors. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Capella Daihatsu Pematangsiantar. This research is quantitative and  descriptive. The sample used was 94 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is to test the validity, reliability test, normality test, t test, to determine the magnitude of the effect used a simple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate a significant positive effect between service quality and customer satisfaction. The magnitude of the effect of service quality is 36.4% on service satisfaction and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables not examined such as customer relationship management and others.

This study aims to determine the effect of vocabulary mastery on the debating ability of students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Kutacane. This type of research is a causal relationship correlation research. Data were collected using tests for class work answering vocabulary questions and conducting debates. The sample in this study was 52 students. The results of the research on vocabulary mastery of class X SMA Negeri 2 Kutacane were seen from 3 levels of assessment, namely high, medium, and low categories. Students who have a high level of vocabulary mastery in the high category are 5 students (15.4%), while students who have a moderate level of vocabulary mastery are 15 students (28.8%) and 29 students have a low category (55.8 %). Thus, it can be concluded that the students' vocabulary mastery is in the medium category. The interpretation of the least square formula values ​​a and b to determine the extent of the estimated influence between vocabulary mastery and debate with a simple linear regression formula Y=0.01+0.0012X is the regression coefficient of the vocabulary mastery variable (X) has a positive sign, which contains the implication that vocabulary mastery (X) affects students' debating ability (Y). The results of the F test, it is known that the Fcount of vocabulary mastery is 0.0067 while the Ftable is 7.16. Fcount is smaller than Ftable, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning = not significant. The conclusion means that this study proves the hypothesis which states that there is a significant and insignificant effect of vocabulary mastery on the debating ability of the tenth graders of SMA Negeri 2 Kutacane. The correlation between X and Y is categorized as having a weak relationship based on the results of the simple linear regression formula test and based on the significance test the results show tcount < t table or 0.0067 < 1.67 which means it is not significant.

The study aims to analyze the influence of Application System E-Filing against obedience must tax with socialization taxation and understanding the internet as variable moderation. research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) distributed to Must North Sumatra I Medan DJP Tax with the use method of convenience sampling. Population study is must personal Tax North Sumatra I Medan DJP. Sample used in research this as many as 50 respondents. The questionnaire was tested using a validity test and a reliability test before the research. Test assumptions classic used are the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. Research results show that implementation of system E-Filing has an effect significant to obedience must tax, socialization taxation strengthens the application of system e-filing to obedience must tax, and internet understanding strengthens the application of system E-Filing against obedience must tax.

The problem in this study is the fluctuating working capital in cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. This study aimed at determining the influence of working capital on profitability. The population in this study was all cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 5 companies. Research samples were obtained using the purposive sampling method. The samples used were from 4 companies. Data was collected through documentation and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and inferential statistics, namely simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through a t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that: (1) Working capital had an average value (mean) of IDR.14,277,908,600 of the total working capital. (2) Gross profit margin had an average value (mean) of 19.8 which shows that every IDR. 1 sale can be fulfilled with IDR.19.8 gross profit owned by the company. The results of the t-test statistic indicated that working capital (X) had a positive and significant influence on the variable gross profit margin (Y). The results of the determination analysis (R²) showed that the working capital variable was able to explain the fluctuation of profitability of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by 21.4%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on the number of new student registrations at the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used is all prospective students who register in T.A 2021/2022 as many as 140 students of the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy. the sample was selected as many as 80 respondents. determined by using a random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire through the google form application. By using simple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, namely by looking for correlation coefficients and simple linear regression using t test. This research was carried out on June 1 - August 31, 2022. Based on statistical results using the SPSS 22.00 application, the results showed "there was a significant effect of promotion on the number of prospective student registrations at the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy" with a promotion percentage rate of 33.98% in increase the number of student registrations.

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, incentives, and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The sample used was 82 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data, with data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination was 0.685, meaning that the variables of work ability, incentives, and work discipline could explain the variation in work productivity variables of 68.5%. The results of hypothesis testing with the statistical t test show that (1) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression model, multiple and single test. The results of hypothesis testing work life balance statistically have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is statistically positive and significant impact on work engagement, work life balance has an effect on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

The subject population in this study were 30 officers who use information systems RME. The object of this study is the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record Information System. Results between independent variables and dependent variables on system users RME information did not have a significant effect, namely 0.813 No according to decision. Simple linear regression test where Ho is greater than 0.05 then the hypothesis beginning rejected that No There is influence between variable free to variable bound in user RME information system.

This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging.
