According to Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have the spiritual power of religious rituals, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the necessary skills. by himself, society, nation, and state. Learning media is a tool in the teaching and learning process that conveys messages and clarifies material to help the learning process. Observations carried out at SDN Sukamulya still used media such as pictures on paper or were only guided by the textbooks used. From these results, students had no interest in the learning process if they only used paper media. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of learning videos on interest in learning mathematics for class V at SDN Sukamulya. The research method used was an experiment with a quantitative approach design to determine how variable the results were. From the pretest results, it was 23.64%, and the posttest results increased to 25.76%.

Parental self-efficacy is an important predictor that influences the positive behavior of parents in parenting. This study aims to determine the effect of smart parenting training on increasing parental self-efficacy of working mothers with toddlers. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the untreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest samples. A total of 14 participants were divided into two groups, namely seven participants in the experimental group and seven participants in the control group. Smart parenting training uses experiential learning models and e-learning video-based methods. Measurements in this study used a short version of the Self-efficacy for Parenting Tasks Index-Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS). The results of data analysis using the Mann-Whitney U show that there is a significant difference in parental self-efficacy (ρ=0.002) in the experimental group and the control group, and based on the Wilcoxon sign rank test shows that there is an increase in parental self-efficacy in the experimental group (ρ=0.018) after receiving smart parenting training, whereas in the control group participants (ρ=0.680) there was no increase in parental self-efficacy. The results showed that smart parenting training affected increasing parental self-efficacy for working mothers with toddlers.

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus can affect all aspects of the patient's life so that it can be life threatening if not treated properly. The problems experienced by Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients can be minimized by having sufficient knowledge and ability to control their disease with self-care. Self Care describes patient behavior carried out consciously and independently with the aim of optimizing and increasing independence in terms of health. Development of an empowerment program for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients through a cadre approach. Purpose: the aim of this activity is to increase cadres' ability to manage self-care for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Method: The method of community service activities is cadre empowerment. Activities were carried out in Sembung Village, Mengwi, Badung with 50 health cadres as partners. Result: The result of this activity is that there has been an increase in understanding by 60% and cadres have increased the ability of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients to carry out independent care. Conclusion: The conclusion is that health cadres are able to act as motivators and mentors in carrying out comprehensive self-care for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients.

Late adolescents experience a critical phase of individual development with various challenges that can affect their mental and emotional well-being. The focus of this research is resilience, namely the ability to overcome, adapt and recover from stress or life pressure. The research aims to understand the factors that increase resilience in late adolescents, with a review of emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, empathy, casual analysis, self-efficacy and achievement. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and observations with 7 late adolescent sources using random sampling. The research results show that the level of resilience of the majority of teenagers is in the good category. Factors such as optimism, self-efficacy, and impulse control play a key role in the formation of positive resilience. The conclusion of this research is that it emphasizes the importance of approaches in developing resilience in late adolescents. Empowerment efforts, particularly in emotional regulation and optimism, can help them face challenges, develop robust personal growth, and better prepare for the transition to adulthood. This research provides in-depth insights for the development of effective interventions to support the positive development of adolescents in their transition phase.

Research findings include the strategy for developing discipline at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara as follows: making a mission statement, vision statement and educational goals. regardless of the rules that apply at school. Because developing superior discipline requires applying that discipline both in the classroom and outside the classroom. The discipline of the children of SMA N Tanjung Mutiara is proof of the successful implementation and results of the program. grows in terms of self-control in behavior and friendships and study habits. There are more people who apply discipline well at school than those who don't, but there are still many people who do not apply discipline according to the school's wishes.

The purpose of this study is to improve students' self-control skills by providing group counseling and individual counseling. The method used is a literature study and data is obtained by reviewing literature using references from various sources including articles, journals, and related research results. The results showed that improving students' self-control skills by providing group counseling and individual counseling is that the Guidance and Counseling (BK) teacher can provide group guidance services. Through these two services, BK teachers can make a significant contribution in shaping students into individuals who have strong self-control and are able to manage their behavior wisely. The role of parents in controlling and developing students' self-control is very important. Without parental support and involvement, efforts to improve students' self-control can experience obstacles.

Cessation of drug use and recovery from drug addiction is a complicated process and takes a long time, so it is not uncommon for a former drug addict to experience a relapse. This research aims to describe the description and aspects of self-control in former drug addicts as part of the recovery process. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The subject is a male (26 years old) former addict who did not attend formal rehabilitation. Data was obtained by observation and interviews. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was found that the subjects behavioral control, cognitive control and decesional control so as not to use drugs again. The subject also received external encouragement from family and people around him.

Introduction: Mojosongo Village is one of the Villages in Jebres District, Surakarta. Diabetes Mellitus is a non-communicable disease which is one of the challenges in the development of the health sector, where the majority of people exposed to it are of productive age. The method used is to provide counseling in the form of self-care management for diabetes mellitus patients to the community in the working area of the Sibela Community Health Center, Mojosongo Village. Objective: The aim of the physiotherapy program in cases of diabetes mellitus is education and demonstration of self-care management to control the incidence of diabetes mellitus Results: It is hoped that the results of this Community Service activity will become a reference for physiotherapists and other health professions so that similar activities can be carried out, so that The benefits can improve public health, especially in cases of diabetes mellitus.

Interest is a sense of preference and interest caused by a source of motivation that drives a person. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique was carried out by probability sampling. Survey research is a type of sample data research collected through questionnaires or interviews to explain various aspects of the population. In survey research, researchers select a sample of participants through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out to determine the percentage of interest of Indonesian Language and Literature Education 2021 B students in Malay Arabic courses. Based on the frequency distribution and percentage of learning interest, one respondent obtained the highest score of 100 with a percentage of 5% of the entire sample. one respondent (5% of the sample) obtained the lowest score of 70 categorized as very lacking in learning interest. scores 75 and 80 were obtained by seven respondents from each of the series percentage values, namely 20% for scores 85 with 90 and 25% for scores 95

Good performance is an employee who can complete work according to the specified target. Good performance is optimal performance. The employee's performance is capital for the agency to achieve its goals. This research aims to test the Locus of Control on employee performance, to test Self Efficacy on employee performance, the sampling method uses a total sampling technique of 41 samples, using normality testing and multiple regression. The research results show that Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self Efficacy does not have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of self-control on impulse buying in generation Z titkok shop application users in kolaka regency. This research is an explanatory research model with a quantitative approach. data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaire distribution. The population in this study are all generation z comsumers who use the tiktok shop application in kolaka regency. While the population in this study amounted to 120 respondents using purposive sampling technique, namely sampling techniques with certain criteria. This research instrument test uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS) with measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with smart PLA 4.0. Based on the result of the study, it is known tht there is a negative and significant influence between self-control variables on impulse buying, this is indicated by a P-Value of 0.039. and the discount variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, this is indicated by a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract This research is based on the influence of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and learning behavior on the level of understanding of accounting among sharia accounting students at UIN North Sumatra. Emotional intelligence is self-control, intellectual intelligence is reasoning, learning behavior is a person's attitude in the learning process, and accounting understanding is the ability to identify and measure financial information. This research aims to determine the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, and Learning Behavior on the level of Accounting Understanding among Sharia Accounting Students, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN North Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative approach method with associative analysis, data collection techniques using questionnaires and the sample in this research was 83 Sharia Accounting Students FEBI UIN North Sumatra using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the research based on a partial test with a significant figure of 5% with a ttable of 1.990 show that the Emotional Intelligence variable has no effect on the level of Accounting Understanding as shown by tcount < ttable with tcount for variable X1(-1.059). And it shows that the Intellectual Intelligence variable has no effect on the level of Accounting Understanding tcount < ttable with tcount for Variable X2 (-0.260). Meanwhile, the Learning Behavior variable influences the level of Accounting Understanding as shown in tcount > ttable with tcount for variable X3 (2.388). The research results from the simultaneous test hypothesis with a significant figure of 5% with Fcount of 2.322 and Ftable of 2.72 shown by Fcount >Ftable shows that Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, and Learning Behavior influence the level of Accounting Understanding of Sharia Accounting Students, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN North Sumatra.

This study aims to statistically prove the effect of Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment on Warehouse Employee Performance. The sample method used in this study using this study is Non probability using Saturated Samples. The sample in this study was all employees of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Surabaya Warehouse totaling 84 respondents. The primary data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis test through the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study show that partially Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Warehouse employees. Then simultaneously Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, and Work Environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT Cipta Krida Bahari Warehouse employees.

This research generally aims to describe (1) How the Leadership Role of Madrasah Heads Plays in Improving Teacher Disciplinary Leadership Attitudes at Private MTs Nurussholih Medan Polonia (2 ) What is the attitude of the Madrasah Head in Forming Disciplinary Attitudes of Teachers at Nurussholih Private MTs Medan Polonia (3) What are the Obstacles? and Efforts to Overcome Them Madrasah Heads in Improving Disciplinary Attitudes to Become Effective and Efficient This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted at Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs which is located at Jl. Cempaka No. 20 Karawang Sari Rejo Medan, Medan Polonia District, North Sumatra. The subjects in this study were the Madrasah Head, Deputy Madrasah Head, and Teachers. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis technique in this study uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Guarantees for the validity of the data in this study are credibility, transferability, reliability, and confirmability. The results of the research show that (1) The leadership of the Head of the Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs Madrasah has seven roles in improving teacher discipline, namely as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. (2) The attitude of the madrasa head in forming the teacher's attitude is good because the head of the Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs madrasa is able to set an exemplary example for the teachers at the madrasa. (3) The madrasa head's efforts to improve teacher discipline are very strict in terms of teacher attendance, and the problem is that there are still teachers who do not come to the madrasa on time because the distance from home to school is quite far so they lack discipline.

Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. (Abdurahmat Fathoni, thing: 01 of 2014). Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on motives, employee motives at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya in carrying out her duties as a nurse the supporting factors in carrying out her duties and functions as an employee in the field are basically relatively the same and also greatly affect the performance of the employees.

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that is transmitted by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Until now, Pulmonary Tuberculosis is still one of the main public health problems in the world even though efforts to control Tuberculosis have been carried out in various countries. This disease, if left untreated, will cause death. The purpose of health promotion is to socialize self-prevention from TB. Lung. This community service uses a quantitative approach by using a questionnaire sheet as an instrument to find out the experiences of patients who have pulmonary TB and other communities to prevent it early. The post-test value with an average of 90.78% of participants answered correctly higher than the pre-test value of 81.32%. The knowledge of the community at the PB Selayang II Medan Health Center increased between 80-90% after being given counseling on self-prevention from TB Lung. The counseling used in a simple way with the lecture and demonstration method made the community understand about self-prevention from TB Lung. The conclusion is that the posttest results show that the community’s knowledge is better than the posttest that has been done.
