SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis has become a common strategy in business development, especially in the culinary industry. Warung Makan Fun Balunijuk Village is one of the businesses in the culinary sector that uses SWOT analysis to develop its business strategy. As part of this research, a SWOT analysis was carried out to determine the position of Warung Makan Fun Balunijuk Village in the culinary industry and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to its business. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Warung Makan Fun can continue to develop, but it requires a combination of SWOT analysis, such as implementing SO strategies, one example of which is holding local events by utilizing lots of seating; WO strategy, one example of which is improving financial management by using local events as a promotional tool; ST's strategy, one of which is maintaining affordable prices and fresh ingredients to face competition; and WT strategies, such as increasing menu innovation to remain competitive amidst competition, and so on.

Established since 1916, PT. Pabrik Es Siantar is the oldest factory of Pematangsiantar. This study is aimed to determine what strategy are used by PT. Pabrik Es Siantar in maintaining the existence of ‘Cap Badak’ products; to know the strategy implementation, evaluation; and also its obstacles. Afterwards, this study analyzes the alternative strategy that possibly recommended to PT. Pabrik Es Siantar for supporting the existing strategy. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, using case study. Data were collected by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were qualitative-descriptive analysis of Miles and Huberman and also SWOT Analysis using SWOT Matrix, IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, and then matching the alternative strategies obtained on SWOT Diagram. The results showed that in maintaining the existence of Cap Badak products, PT. Pabrik Es Siantar uses Defense Strategy. The strategy implementation and evaluation has been done properly without changing any standards. The obstacles is they still using their conventional machines because the owner does not intend to regenerate the machines, and the production becomes less and hampered because many bottles are not returned to the factory yet. Furthermore, based on IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, and SWOT Diagram, the results showed that PT. Pabrik Es Siantar is in Quadrant I, where the company’s position is very profitable and supports aggressive strategies. Based on SWOT Matrix Analysis, PT. Pabrik Es Siantar is recommended to launch Cap Badak products in plastic bottle packaging immediately, do promotion after regenerating machines, educate consumers about the importance of returning bottles on time, purchase orders bottles more often, and change the family management system into a more professional system.

The global market offers great growth opportunities but is also challenging for firms. This research aims to understand how companies can successfully enter and survive in the global market. The research method used is a literature study to analyze the company's business strategy. The results show that McDonald's (McD) is a successful example of entering the global market by using effective franchising and marketing strategies. The franchise strategy allows adaptation to local culture and builds a strong customer base. McD's marketing strategy emphasizes creative promotions and improved product quality.From the research conducted, it is known that a combination of effective business adaptation and marketing strategies can lead to global success in the food industry. McD is an example of how companies can succeed in a competitive global market.

This study aims to analyze the effect of competitive advantage on the sales performance of PT Abdillah Sukses Bersama. The purpose of this study is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of PT Abdillah Konveksi. In addition, this study discusses the various strategies used by Abdillah Konveksi to improve their sales performance. In this study, the author collected data through interviews and observations. The results showed that Abdillah Konveksi is in a fairly good condition compared to its competitors' convection positions, each of which has its own characteristics and advantages. Abdillah Konveksi is also able to take advantage of opportunities from the problems that exist in the Bangka Belitung Islands. One of the famous convections in Bangka Belitung, PT Abdillah Sukses Bersama, emerged as a result of the most appropriate initial strategy, which focuses on promotional strategies to publicize and build the brand. Social media has an increasingly important role in global marketing strategies in today's digital era. This research aims to analyze the impact of social media, especially e-commerce, in improving global marketing. Using literature study and online research methods, this research explores the role of social media in increasing global market access, building global brand awareness, influencing consumer behavior, supporting data-based marketing strategies, and achieving higher marketing efficiency. The results show that social media is not only a promotional tool, but also a key player in global digital business transformation, providing opportunities for companies to grow and compete in an increasingly digitally connected global market.

Abstract. This study analyzes the factors determining customers' choices regarding wadiah savings in Islamic banks. Islamic banks, as financial institutions operating based on Islamic principles, offer wadiah savings products that are free from interest, speculation, and uncertainty, making them an attractive option for individuals who wish to accumulate savings in accordance with sharia. Using qualitative methods and a literature study approach, it was found that the determinants of customers choosing wadiah savings are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include personality, religiosity, knowledge, and family influence. External factors include occupation, social interaction, service quality, and other factors such as economic conditions, technology, regulation, and promotion. Understanding these factors is crucial for Islamic banks in designing effective marketing strategies. These strategies can enhance customer satisfaction, attract new customers, and strengthen the position of Islamic banks in a competitive market. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menentukan pilihan nasabah terhadap tabungan wadiah di bank syariah. Bank syariah, sebagai lembaga keuangan yang beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam, menyediakan produk tabungan wadiah yang bebas dari unsur bunga, spekulasi, dan ketidakpastian, menjadikannya pilihan menarik bagi individu yang ingin mengakumulasi tabungan sesuai dengan syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa penentu nasabah dalam memilih tabungan wadiah dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kepribadian, religiusitas, pengetahuan, dan pengaruh keluarga. Faktor eksternal termasuk pekerjaan, interaksi sosial, kualitas pelayanan, dan faktor lainnya seperti kondisi ekonomi, teknologi, regulasi, dan promosi. Pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor ini penting bagi bank syariah dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Strategi ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah, menarik nasabah baru, dan memperkuat posisi bank syariah di pasar yang kompetitif. In the modern era, advancements in technology and information have transformed traditional communication into digital formats. Companies leverage technology to compete and survive in a competitive environment. Social media plays a crucial role in interaction, information exchange, and collaboration, serving as a powerful business promotion tool due to its broad reach. In global marketing, companies must develop creative and adaptive strategies to utilize social media effectively. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to identify the success factors of marketing strategies using social media in a global context. The findings indicate that global marketing strategies require a deep understanding of target markets, positioning, marketing mix, and budgeting, as well as adaptation to cultural, economic, and legal factors in the target markets.

This research was conducted in the form of an internship process to observe how the use of integrated communication strategies (IMC) and marketing mix carried out by PT Bank Riau Kepri. The data collection method is carried out through a process in the form of an interview process used to analyze the data needed through the results of the interview. Then the observation process is carried out by directly observing the author accompanied by reference sources in the form of journals, books and articles as supporting media in the success of the observation process. The results that have been shown in this study are how the application of advertising and promotion, public relations, direct and digital marketing in PT Bank Riau Kepri for observation of IMC. As well as how the application of the 4P strategy namely product, price, place and promotion (Marketing Mix) implemented by PT. Bank Riau Kepri.

Marketing strategies are crucial for effectively and efficiently marketing products, especially for egg-laying duck breeders in Sebalik Village, located in one of the water areas in South Sumatra. A SWOT analysis is used to examine both external and internal factors in Sebalik Village, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This research employs descriptive qualitative methods. According to the SWOT analysis, the duck egg marketing business is positioned in quadrant IV, indicating that a turnaround strategy focused on WO (weakness-opportunity) is the most appropriate. The WO strategy highlights the importance of surviving by addressing existing weaknesses and capitalizing on as many opportunities as possible. Steps that can be taken in this strategy include: 1) Increasing the Knowledge and Capabilities of Business Actors, namely providing training and education to business actors to increase their capacity in running a business. 2) Product and brand innovation, namely developing innovations in products, brands and packaging that reflect the characteristics of the product to make it more attractive in the market. 3) Use of social media and influencers such as using social media and influencers as a promotional tool to expand consumer reach. And 4) Selecting a strategic distribution location, namely determining distribution channels that are close to consumers to facilitate access and increase sales.

Starbucks is one of the international coffee companies affected by falling shares due to a boycott triggered by their alleged support for alleged Israeli crimes. To overcome this market turmoil, Starbucks is trying to carry out a series of strategies so that it can still be accepted by the market. This research aims to analyze Starbucks' marketing strategy regarding the decline in shares due to product boycotts. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through search results and observations on various sites and related databases. The research results show that Starbucks has implemented a marketing strategy that focuses on clarifying its stance and commitment to human values, launching aggressive promotions, launching new products, collaborating with K-Pop idols, improving customer service, and taking advantage of the Ramadan momentum. In addition, Starbucks has also emphasized its dedication to social responsibility and human rights through statements on Starbucks' official website and Instagram. The company is concerned about all forms of actions that incite hatred and violence, and also expresses sympathy for the victims and support for global peace initiatives. These efforts aim to restore Starbucks' brand image and rebuild customer trust, while addressing the concerns that led to the product boycott. By focusing on these human values, promotions, and improving customer service, Starbucks is working to regain its market position and continue to grow in the international coffee industry

The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from distributing questionnaires with 30 respondents. respondents, analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. In an effort to reduce economic dependence on the oil and gas sector, the country needs to diversify through various policies such as infrastructure investment, fiscal policies that support non-oil and gas sectors, education and training for skilled labor, research and innovation, export promotion, international partnerships, wise management of natural resources, support for SMEs, public-private partnerships, and continuous evaluation. Economic diversification is considered essential to achieve sustainable economic growth and to be resilient to fluctuations in world oil prices. Oil and gas trade, non-oil and gas exports, and foreign investment play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy. Economic diversification and the development of alternative energy sources are key to mitigating the economic risks associated with oil price fluctuations. Although challenges and constraints exist, the long-term benefits of economic diversification are vital for economic stability and sustainable growth. Oil and gas trade has a significant impact on Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to state revenues but is also vulnerable to fluctuations in oil and gas prices in the global market. Therefore, economic diversification is an important strategy to reduce the economic risks associated with dependence on the oil and gas sector. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of oil and gas trade and its impact on the Indonesian economy.

The approach includes training and mentoring by providing knowledge and skills of effective sales promotion strategies in marketing batik. Its activities intend to increase batik promotion and sales through the development of innovative sales promotion strategies, such as discounts, gifts, and others. Through this approach, it is hoped that batik MSMEs can increase sales, expand market reach, and support the preservation of batik cultural heritage in Semarang City. Increasing the competitiveness of batik MSMEs is also expected to be achieved, thus having a positive impact on the local and national economy.

This research is intended to evaluate the marketing strategy implemented by the Mogobo Snack Tuban Micro Enterprise to increase their sales. Mogobo Snack is a micro business that produces fried meatball chips with a spicy taste as its characteristic. This research adopts qualitative methods using observation, interviews and documentation instruments. The findings from the research show that the Mogobo Snack Tuban Micro Enterprise implements a marketing strategy in the form of a marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution elements. The strategy includes production of high-quality chips, pricing based on production costs, online and offline marketing, as well as promotion via social media and a door-to-door approach. The SWOT analysis shows several alternative strategies that Mogobo Snack can implement, such as increasing digital marketing, developing new products, collaborating with culinary influencers, and expanding into traditional markets. By implementing these strategies, Mogobo Snack can overcome the challenges of competition and changing consumer trends, thereby increasing sales volume and increasing its market share and profitability.

The purpose of the article writing program and publication strategy for PPKn high school teachers in the city of Surabaya is to support Surabaya teachers who do not understand article writing. This program aims to increase knowledge and improve the quality of writing for PPKn teachers, as well as support the process of applying for promotion. This training uses methods, including lectures, discussions, and simulations. The subjects of the training were 29 PPKn high school teachers throughout the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this training is to motivate teachers to be more motivated in writing scientific articles and understanding how to publish. In addition, teachers will gain skills in writing articles and understanding the publishing process so as to improve their professionalism.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of promotional strategies, services, and quality of cap eucalyptus oil products on people's buying interest in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using Purposive Sampling samples and the data analysis used in this study was a multiple linear regression technique. Empirical results show that Promotion Strategy has a positive effect on product buying interest, Service has a positive effect on product buying interest, Product Quality has a positive effect on product buying interest Together Promotion Strategies, Service, and Product Quality have a positive effect on Buying Interest.

Photography is one of the new avenues of service and business, some have made a hobby of photography a lucrative profession. They should be prepared to compete with other companies of the same kind by creating a good image of the consumer, providing quality of service and increasing innovation and creativity in order to create different photo concepts and attract consumers. The strategy became the main idea of Hero Photography to develop a business in photographic services. Hero Photography tried to adapt and compensate by coming up with a strategy that would attract consumers.These research methods use descriptive qualitative, with the aim of providing an idea and an explanation as to how startegi services Hero Photography in the interest of consumers. The study uses primary data sources as data obtained from informers and secondary data from archive or documents, journals, and various archival files of Hero Photography. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentary. At verifying data data using triangulation of methods and source triangulation using data analysis techniques of reposing data, presenting data, and summarizing data.Research has shown that the concept of sustainable excellence is influenced by the quality of the product, in this case, a superior photograph of adequate human resources capable with an obvious market target. The performance of the sale of Hero Photography was influenced by a marketing strategy with a concept of 4P (Price, Place. Product, Product), among other things is photographic quality, aesthetic quality good photo quality in terms of aesthetically pleasing clients who are less likely to use hero photography services. Strategic places like the old city become the attraction of visitors to capture the moment. Promotion became a strategy by using social media asa tool for promotion and offering online photo services by viewing affordable prices as one of the preferred customers to use the Hero Photography photo service.

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of AJB Bumiputera 1912 at the Medan Regional Office by considering various aspects such as market segmentation, promotional strategies, product distribution, premium policies and customer response. The research methods used include literature observation, analysis of internal company data, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The research results show that the company has succeeded in identifying responsive market segments, implementing various promotional strategies, and building an extensive distribution network. However, there is room for improvement in each aspect of marketing. This analysis provides a strong basis for developing more effective marketing strategies in the future, with the hope of improving company performance and maintaining competitiveness in an increasingly competitive insurance market. The conclusions of this research provide comprehensive insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by AJB Bumiputera 1912 in the Medan Regional Office in optimizing their marketing strategy to achieve sustainable business goals.

Industrial development management must be implemented optimally by business actors, it is an absolute requirement for companies to be able to develop rapidly. The strategies implemented are certainly needed by business actors, starting from utilizing market digitalization, building distribution channels, to providing services that make it easier and satisfy consumers. This research was carried out at a home industry (UMKM) for Bintang Mas Mushroom Chips in Kauman Srengat, Blitar Regency. This research is to find internal and external factors and determine alternative strategies for developing MSMEs in the Bintang Mas mushroom chips industry. The method in this research is a descriptive analysis method. With interviews, documentation and observations at the research location. As a result of the research, several internal factors were found that encouraged the development of the Kauman gold star mushroom chips industry, Srengat District, Blitar Regency. The company has employees who are competent in their fields, utilize digital marketing, fast distribution, and a friendly and good customer service model. Furthermore, external factors include increasing company income, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, and adopting various strategies implemented by competitors. Alternative strategies used by the company, namely increasing production capacity and quantity in a continuous improvement framework to meet market demand, expanding cooperative relations between companies and farmers, companies and customers, signifying various promotions, discount strategies for chips mushrooms on certain days, product packaging quality innovation that is more creative and attractive
