The aim of limestone mining activities is to obtain the main raw material, namely limestone, which can then be used as a construction raw material such as cement. Within this framework, the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become essential for enhancing the caliber of product suggestions through the examination of user behavioral patterns and product attributes. This paper explores the incorporation of artificial intelligence into e-commerce product recommendation systems. This strategy integrates AI methodologies like machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing (NLP) to produce recommendation systems that are personalized and pertinent. Through in-depth analysis of user data and product information, the system can predict user preferences with higher accuracy, improve user engagement levels, and ultimately increase sales conversions. By combining domain knowledge, technical expertise, and the latest research methodologies, This research offers valuable insights for both e-commerce system developers and artificial intelligence researchers. The integration of artificial intelligence into product recommendation systems represents a critical measure in facilitating growth and fostering innovation within the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.  

Community Service Activities to examine countermeasures against mineral and coal mining crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police and the Inhibiting Factors. The activity method is field study, the research method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes field data and facts. Based on the results of the research, the handling of mineral and coal mining crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police is carried out by carrying out repressive efforts. This activity includes a series of actions aimed at uncovering cases that have occurred, where the stages start with a series of inquiries, inquiries and other coercive measures authorized according to the law. Carrying out preventive efforts, including a series of activities aimed at preventing crimes before they occur, where investigators make arrangements for security, including conducting patrols at locations thought to contain indications of criminal acts. In relation to criminal acts, especially mining, the Gorontalo Regional Police provides guidance and encouragement to the community to actively participate in efforts to prevent and ward off crime, by reporting suspicious incidents; and Carrying out pre-emptive efforts, starting from conducting an analysis of regional conditions and potential vulnerabilities, collaborating with related elements, to anticipate violations or crimes. The inhibiting factors in dealing with mineral and coal mining crimes in the Gorontalo Regional Police are: Legal Content Factor, where the imposition of sanctions does not include the threat of a minimum sentence, thus affecting the police, public prosecutors and judges' decisions to be less strong; Law Enforcement Factor, where officials can be a supporting factor in the implementation of the law, or actually become a protector for the perpetrator; Community Cultural Factors relate to the basic values ​​of what is good and what is bad, in order to support the implementation of law, which originates from the community's legal understanding and attitudes or behavior. Facilities and facilities factors, where the police have constraints in terms of the number of competent human resources, thereby maximizing the role of PPNS investigators from other agencies.

The Binjai District Court is a government agency that has the duty and authority to receive, examine and decide every case registered at the Binjai District Court. The Binjai District Court handles many gambling cases, but data management is still not fast and accurate because it still uses manual methods, so the agency needs to implement an application system. To solve this problem, you can use data mining applications, namely by utilizing existing data to dig up new information. One of the techniques in data mining is clustering. Clustering was chosen because it can group data according to the desired characteristics, in this research it means grouping gambling data in the Binjai City area. The clustering algorithm used is K-Means Clustering integrated into a desktop-based programming application. The conclusion obtained is that the system designed has proven successful in grouping gambling data into 3 clusters (groups). The process using MATLAB R2014a obtained results in group 1 which amounted to 276 data with a data centroid center (6.92; 2.41; 4.33) including the category of low levels of gambling, group 2 which amounted to 337 data with a data centroid center (7.56 ; 2.10; 14.48) is included in the category of moderate level of gambling and group 3 which amounts to 387 data with the centroid data (7.56; 2.10; 28.02) is included in the category of high level of gambling.

Various brands of futsal shoes are often found on the Indonesian market today. One of them is the Specs brand of futsal shoes. .In this case, the author analyzes sales of Specs brand futsal shoes to determine the grouping of product sales. The method that will be used to solve the problem that will be examined is one of the data mining methods, namely the data grouping method using the K-Means algorithm. The K-Means algorithm is a grouping algorithm that can group a number of data into certain data groups. In this research, sales data is grouped into 2 clusters, namely best-selling and non-selling data. This clustering test was carried out using MS Excel with several processes which then produced several groups of sales data on Specs brand futsal shoes and implemented using the Weka application to find the effectiveness of grouping data on sales of Specs brand futsal shoe products.

Education is an important place for students to develop their potential based on their intelligence. Multiple intelligences offer an approach that considers the various potentials of students in the learning process. SD Islamiyah, as an educational institution with a vision to produce intelligent and creative generations, faces challenges in delivering learning that meets the needs of students. To address this issue, a system is needed that can analyze and group students based on their intelligence levels using the clustering method. This study is inspired by the application of data mining in the educational context, particularly in adapting the clustering method as applied in other related research. Previous research has demonstrated the success of the clustering method in accurately grouping data, as seen in studies related to flood warnings and cesarean operations. By applying a similar approach, this research aims to assist SD Islamiyah in identifying and grouping students based on their potential, thereby facilitating a more effective learning process tailored to the individual needs of students. The results of this study are expected to contribute positively to improving the quality of education at SD Islamiyah and provide a foundation for the development of more advanced decision support systems in the future

The aim of this research is to empirically evaluate GCG and green accounting on CSR disclosure mediated by financial performance. The data used in this research is secondary data originating from the annual reports of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2012-2022. The number of samples collected using purposive sampling technique was 4 companies. The data analysis technique in the research uses the SEM-PLS program which is processed with WarpPLS 7.0. The research results show that Good Corporate Governance (GCG), which is proxied using the independent board of commissioners variable, has a negative effect on CSR disclosure, , green accounting has a positive effect on CSR disclosure, financial performance cannot mediate the influence of the independent board of commissioners on disclosure. CSR, financial performance cannot mediate the influence of the audit committee on CSR disclosure, financial performance cannot mediate the influence of green accounting on CSR disclosure.

In Indonesia itself we can certainly find cases of illegal mining in various regions, that is why enforcement efforts should be carried out as best as possible in order to reduce the growth rate of existing illegal mining which of course is to guarantee or increase state income through existing mining businesses. certainly legal in the eyes of the law.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that provides attention to the community, especially the health category, education category and social welfare category for poor families. The Family Hope Program (PKH) aims to reduce poverty and improve the welfare of the Indonesian population. Due to the large number of residents who want to register themselves as PKH recipients, there are residents who manipulate data or claim to be poor people in order to get PKH. If this continues to happen, and there is no preventive action, it is not impossible that many residents are not right in receiving PKH provided by the Government. One of the efforts that can be made is to test the classification of prospective PKH recipients in Bah Sorma Village. This study aims to classify prospective recipients of the Family Hope Program in Bah Sorma Village. The dataset used is data on prospective PKH recipients in Bah Sorma Village, Pematang Siantar City. This research is a comparative study of previous research using the Naïve Bayes method. The method used in this research is Data Mining with the C4.5 method which is used to see the accuracy of the best method than previous research. The accuracy result obtained by this research is 98.18%. Based on the results obtained, research with the case of classification of prospective PKH recipients in Bah Sorma Village using the C4.5 Algorithm gets better accuracy than previous research using Naïve Bayes obtaining an accuracy of 80%.

Black stone mining is one of the trades carried out in several areas of Gorontalo which have mineral mining potential. Unfortunately, in some areas, mining is often carried out without permits, even though there is good mining potential in that location. To collect and describe information directly, this research uses the right approach. This method involves gathering important information through interviews, studies, and participatory perceptions at exploration locations. Next, the data obtained is examined using measurable techniques to differentiate examples and identify relationships between mining activities and the impacts they have on the environment and society. The police have planned a “Central Conversation” (FGD). The aim of the FGD is to find appropriate and feasible arrangements to resolve this issue collectively.

Unlicensed Gold Mining (PETI) is a mining term that does not get permission from the government as the holder of state control rights over mining materials. This almost happened on the entire banks of the Batang Kuantan River, such as Pebaun Hulu Village. This study aimed to analyze the diversity of macrozoobentos in the waters of the Batang Kuantan River. Sampling was carried from in December 2023-January 2024 in the Batang Kuantan River using Ekman Grab and identification was carried out at the Ecology Laboratory of the Department of Biology, FMIPA, University of Riau. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the diversity, uniformity, and composition of macrozoobentos between Station one and Station two in the Batang Kuantan River. Station one showed higher diversity (H' = 1.48) compared to Station two (H' = 0.82), indicating greater species variation at Station one. Similarly, the uniformity (e) of Station one (0.70) is higher than that of Station 2 (0.39), signifying a more even distribution of individuals at Station one. Community similarity analysis (CJ) showed that the two stations had a similarity rate of 0,83 indicating a considerable difference in species composition between the two stations.

Sand is the main commodity of the Gondoruso community, almost all levels of society feel the impact of the presence of sand mining. This is in line with the thoughts of Mc Cleland who stated that to achieve progress in civilization, you need encouragement to achieve your goals. The need for achievement makes humans move to realize the progress of their civilization. This encouragement encourages people to think more rationally, ultimately encouraging capitalization to maximize existing potential. This research uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach. This is in line with analysis that attempts to describe and explain the reality that exists within a society.  

In the mining world, the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety System (K3) based on ISO 45001 has become the main focus for improving workplace safety. This research will discuss how the implementation of ISO 45001 can support the development of a work environment that is responsive, adaptable and pays attention to employee welfare amidst the complex challenges faced by the mining industry. This research will also produce the benefits and process of implementing ISO 45001 in the mining industry.

The purpose of the research is to know and analyze the criminal liability of the perpetrator in the case of illegal mining in the Marisa District Court of Pohuwato Regency has been in accordance with the objectives of the law (certainty, benefit, and justice) and to know and analyze the factors that influence the consideration of judges in examining, adjudicating, and deciding cases of illegal mining in the Marisa District Court of Pohuwato Regency. The type of research used in this legal writing is socio-juridical legal research. Criminal responsibility of the perpetrator in illegal mining cases is very important to maintain legal certainty, expediency, and justice. Courts need to ensure that perpetrators are given sanctions appropriate to the level of offense they commit and that the sanctions are effective in preventing similar acts in the future. In addition, fair and proportional treatment of perpetrators must also be ensured to maintain the integrity of the justice system and the judge's consideration in deciding Case No. 37/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Mar was in accordance with Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code, namely based on legal facts, witness testimony, testimony of the defendant and instructions in the form of evidence, so that the judge's consideration in his verdict had fulfilled the elements and conditions of the defendant's conviction.

In every post from the account owner, there will always be followers who can give likes and comments. Unfortunately, not all comments are related to the uploaded post. One of the most annoying comments is spam comments. Spam comments are comments that are not clear and contain about business (promos / selling), links or various other things that are promoting something. Using the Naive Bayes algorithm, this study wants to identify spam comments, especially on Instagram social media. Where the data is retrieved using the tools provided by Google. Which is then processed with the Rapidminer application to get the Naive Bayes calculation results.

The automotive industry has looked quiet in recent years, this industry is not as busy as other sectors such as the property sector, mining or the financial sector. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze or provide empirical evidence regarding liquidity, profitability and solvency on automotive company share prices. Data collection in this research uses documentation techniques to obtain data. The data in this research comes from the IDX regarding company financial reports taken in 2016 - 2021. The data collection method is the classic assumption test. Prerequisite tests or classic assumptions (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), model test (ANOVA), hypothesis test (multiple linear regression analysis, partial test). Based on the results of the liquidity projection t test with a significant Current Ratio (CR) of 0.028, which means it is smaller than the normal value of 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence on share prices. For profitability, the projected Earning Per Share (EPR) is significant at 0.823, which means it is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that profitability has no significant effect on share prices. For solvency, the projected Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significance of 0.032, which means it is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that solvency has an effect on share prices.

When compared to BLBI of 138 trillion and Asabri of around 22 trillion, this means that the trading system of tin as one of the mining commodities is the biggest corruption, which was unexpected by the public, but suddenly emerged after the election. Departing from the 1945 Constitution which uses the principle of managing oil and gas resources for the benefit of society and the state. So the problem formulation is how problematic occurs in changes to the regulations of Law no. 4 of 2009 until now it has become Law no. 3 of 2020. At the norm level, changes to the law have accommodated the principles of sustainability and legal certainty, even though implementing regulations do not yet exist. Returning to legal problems in Indonesia, problems often arise in the application of the law, not at the normative level.

The objective of this research is to devise a personalized recommendation system for a freelancing platform to optimize the freelancer project matching process. This enhancement is intended to improve user experience and increase the success rate of projects. The system will recommend projects to freelancers based on their skills and preferences by employing data analysis and machine learning methodologies. The research methodology adheres to the Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM), incorporating six stages: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. The proposed project employs a hybrid recommendation strategy, integrating Content-Based Filtering through KNearest Neighbors (K-NN) and Cosine Similarity, Collaborative Filtering via Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), and recommendations derived from Word2vec. Evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, F1 score, MAP, and MRR are utilized to assess model performance. The results, including precision scores of 0.80 for KNN and 0.728 for SVD, recall scores of 0.60 for KNN and 0.623 for SVD, and F1 scores of 0.69 for KNN and 0.671 for SVD, as well as a MAP of 0.75 and MRR of 0.80 for Word2vec, demonstrate the efficacy of the hybrid recommendation system in delivering accurate and varied project suggestions to freelancers, with a weighted average ensemble learning model emerging as the most effective solution.
