This research highlights Islam's concern for health, particularly the aspect of taking care of the body on Friday. Hadiths in al-Kutub as-Sittah recommend practices such as bathing, using a tooth-stick, wearing perfume, and wearing the best clothes. Sunan Ibn Majah's hadith mentions bathing, dressing in the best clothes, and wearing perfume, while Muslim's narration adds tooth-stick. This study aims to understand the status and understanding of these traditions to provide theoretical and practical benefits. Using the literature research method with a thematic approach (maudhui), the analysis begins with the takhrij of the hadith using the book al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras li Alfadz al-Hadith. The research assesses the quality of the hadith as hasan, but because it is supported by Sahih Bukhari and Muslim, it rises to shahih lighairihi. An understanding of the Hadith shows the importance of maintaining cleanliness and respect for Friday through bathing such as taking a janabah bath, using a toothbrush, wearing fragrances to boost confidence, and wearing the best clothes. Friday is considered special, so taking care of the body according to the Prophet's guidance is a form of respect for it.

The results of the 2018 Riskesdas show an increase in the prevalence of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) compared to 2013 data, such as cancer, stroke, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension. The prevalence of diabetes mellitus increased from 6.9% to 8.5%, while hypertension increased from 25.8% to 34.1% based on blood sugar and blood pressure examinations. In this context, community empowerment is very important to increase awareness of the importance of routine health checks and early detection of NCDs. One strategic effort is the establishment of Posbindu in each region to facilitate public health checks. However, several regions, including Cipta Graha Mandiri Housing in Tasikmalaya City, do not yet have Posbindu due to low community participation in routine health checks and limited procurement of Posbindu by the Health Center. This condition risks making people unaware of their health problems, which can cause serious complications and reduce quality of life. Through this empowerment program, it is hoped that the community will be more active in maintaining their health, carrying out early detection of NCDs, and increasing awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

This study investigates optimal retrofit strategies for buildings in tropical climates, focusing on energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and indoor air quality (IAQ). Given the unique challenges of high temperatures, humidity, and energy demands in tropical regions, traditional retrofitting methods often fall short of achieving a balance between these critical factors. By employing a multi-objective optimization approach, this research identifies the most effective combination of retrofit solutions, including insulation, natural ventilation, and high-performance window treatments. The results show that the proposed retrofit strategy significantly reduces cooling energy consumption, while maintaining or improving occupant comfort and IAQ. Insulation, particularly external insulation, proved to be the most effective in reducing heat transfer, while natural ventilation strategies and advanced materials further contributed to improving thermal regulation. The study demonstrates that integrating passive and active retrofit measures, tailored specifically to tropical climates, leads to optimal building performance. The multi-objective optimization algorithm (NSGA-II) allowed for the generation of Pareto-optimal solutions, offering a set of trade-offs between energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and IAQ. These findings are particularly relevant for policymakers and building professionals seeking sustainable retrofit solutions in tropical regions. The study also highlights the importance of integrating energy efficiency and IAQ considerations in retrofit strategies to avoid compromising occupant health. Further research is recommended to explore the integration of advanced materials, such as phase change materials (PCMs), and to enhance IAQ management in retrofitted buildings, ensuring long-term sustainability and occupant well-being in tropical environments.

Turtles are integral components of two ecosystems, both coastal and marine. They play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy marine ecosystem. A nutritious sea fosters millions of fish, serving as a significant protein source for humans. However, this is increasingly at odds with the presence of turtles, which are gradually becoming endangered. This issue stems from various factors, including large-scale commercial fishing activities near turtle nesting sites and worsening climatic changes. These factors have the potential to disrupt the balance of marine ecosystems. The approach adopted in this design is an ecological architecture approach. It aims to restore turtle habitats in coastal conservation areas to attract nesting turtles and sustainably develop tourist facilities that harmonize with the surrounding environment.
