Furniture has high added value and significant global competitiveness, largely due to the diversity of natural raw materials available in Indonesia, such as wood, rattan, and bamboo, as well as distinctive and high-quality designs. This advantage is supported by the skills and competence of the available human resources, making Indonesian furniture superior to products from other countries. Product quality is a key element in winning market competition, as it impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. Masnur Joglo, a furniture company located on Jl. Muara Karya, specializes in producing various types of furniture from high-quality woods such as super mahogany and red teak. However, the purchasing system, which requires customers to visit the store directly and manually record prices, results in inefficiencies in terms of time and transportation costs. Customers often need to visit multiple stores to find the desired product, which is an inefficient process. To address these challenges, this study proposes the development of an Android-based sales application as a solution. This application is designed to expand Masnur Joglo's market reach and facilitate online ordering of furniture products, anytime and anywhere. The study aims to design and develop an Android-based sales information system that can enhance operational efficiency and streamline the sales process while better meeting customer needs. The application development method employs the waterfall model and uses MySQL and Firebase databases.  

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out how to calculate Trend  Analysis (Index Number Series Analysis) in PT Timah Tbk financial reports and how to explain the results of calculations using Trend Analysis (Index Number Series Analysis). The research approach uses a quantitative type using secondary data collected using documentation and literature study methods. By analyzing financial report data at PT Timah Tbk. The technique for collecting secondary data is carried out using documentation techniques. namely by collecting company financial reports from December 31 2020. 2021. 2022. 2023 and March 31 2024. Data is collected from the official IDX website. namely (www.idx.co.id) by downloading . The research results show that the financial trend analysis of PT Timah Tbk from 2020 to 2024 shows significant changes in various aspects of the company's finances. PT Timah Tbk succeeded in increasing its total equity. major challenges in maintaining revenue and cost efficiency led to a decrease in overall profitability. In research. researchers have an interest in time and knowledge. which results in less comprehensive research results and obtaining limited information.

Air transportation is the primary choice due to its speed, safety, and comfort. Airports are places where aircraft land and take off and conduct various activities related to passengers and cargo, categorized into domestic and international. The Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at PT Angkasa Pura I oversees movements in the apron area and provides services to airport users. Strict supervision is required to maintain safety and discipline on the apron. However, observations at the AMC at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar show a lack of discipline among staff, such as oil spills on the apron, which pose a safety hazard. This research aims to understand the role of AMC in enforcing employee discipline and the challenges faced at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand the phenomena in the Apron Movement Control unit at PT Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar, from June 1 to July 31, 2024. Primary data were collected through interviews and direct observations, while secondary data were obtained from company documents and literature studies. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through source, technique, and time triangulation. Research steps include interviews, observations, data analysis, and conclusion drawing.The results show that the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar plays a crucial role in maintaining security, order, and discipline on the apron. They control the movements of aircraft, vehicles, and personnel and ensure operations follow safety procedures. AMC also acts as disciplinarian and educator through regular training. However, they face challenges such as a lack of employee understanding of procedures, limited communication equipment, communication challenges due to noise, and high operational pressure. To overcome these challenges, AMC needs to strengthen training, improve communication and coordination, enhance facilities, and increase employee welfare. These measures are expected to improve AMC's performance and instill a strong work discipline culture, making them the front line in maintaining airport security and operational efficiency.    

Babycom, a company specializing in the sale of imported baby sandals, faces challenges in managing its inventory due to rapid sales growth, particularly through the Tiktok Shop platform. Manual inventory management is prone to data inaccuracies, monitoring difficulties, and inefficient resource utilization. To address these issues, this research proposes the development of a web-based inventory management application using the waterfall development method. This approach is chosen for its ability to provide structured guidance from needs analysis to maintenance, tailored to the complexity of Babycom's requirements. It is anticipated that this design will offer an effective solution to inventory management issues, resulting in improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of information access for the company.

Lean Inventory Management is a systematic approach that focuses on reducing waste in the inventory management process to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. This study aims to analyze the impact of Lean Inventory Management implementation on reducing inventory costs in manufacturing companies. This research uses a case study method in a manufacturing company that has implemented Lean Inventory Management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of company documents. The analysis techniques used include descriptive and comparative analysis to measure changes in inventory costs before and after implementation. The results showed that the implementation of Lean Inventory Management succeeded in significantly reducing inventory costs. Some of the strategies implemented include the implementation of Just-In-Time (JIT), reduction of buffer inventory levels, improved coordination with suppliers, and the use of information technology for real-time inventory monitoring. In addition, the company also noted improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction as a positive impact of implementing Lean Inventory Management. This study concludes that Lean Inventory Management is an effective approach to reduce inventory costs in manufacturing companies. Pesona Edukasi, as a developer of educational software, faces challenges in managing and disseminating knowledge among their frequently mobile IT Helpdesk team. To address this, this research aims to implement a Mobile Knowledge Management System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach at PT. Pesona Edukasi.The RAD method was chosen to enable rapid, flexible, and responsive application development to meet changing business and technological needs. This study includes needs analysis, system design, prototype development, and application evaluation to ensure its effectiveness in enhancing access and collaboration in knowledge dissemination throughout the company. The results of the research, following the application implementation, demonstrate a positive contribution to improving operational efficiency and IT service quality at PT. Pesona Edukasi, accelerating knowledge exchange and enhancing the productivity of the IT Helpdesk team. 

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. PT Aaron Innovation is a company that focuses on marketing yummys mother and child products, such as breast milk, maternity food, and baby skincare. With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products.

PT BrickBern is a distribution company specializing in LEGO (Leg Godt) toy products. An efficient inventory information system is crucial for managing the diverse range of LEGO products and enables the company to meet customer demand effectively. The V-Model method was chosen as a structured development approach due to its advantages in well-defined development and testing stages, allowing for early error detection and correction. The research began with a needs analysis that included an in-depth understanding of the company's requirements for LEGO product inventory management. The system design phase followed, covering database design, user interface design, and adequate system architecture. Subsequently, the system was implemented and tested, and training was provided to users. The research outcome is a web-based inventory information system that supports PT BrickBern in managing LEGO product inventory more efficiently and in real-time, thereby enhancing PT BrickBern's operational efficiency in distributing LEGO products and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these findings can serve as a reference for similar companies looking to develop web-based inventory information systems using the V-Model method.  

This dedication implements and evaluates the e-recruitment system at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera to enhance the employee recruitment process. By employing a structured implementation method, from initial preparation to final evaluation, this dedication successfully introduces the integration of psychological assessments into the company's e-recruitment platform. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in HR team understanding and skills in using this new system, as well as enhanced efficiency in candidate selection. The final report and presentation of results to PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera management illustrate the benefits of implementing this technology in optimizing the recruitment process. With ongoing support and consultation, it is expected that this e-recruitment system will continue to deliver sustained positive impacts for the company. This study aims to analyze how the number of job placements and workload in increasing employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. With the unit of analysis are employees at PT. Clean Healthy. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews with informants. The collected data is analyzed descriptively with the flow of documentation studies, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. In order to obtain the validity of the data, an analysis is carried out through the validity of trust, the validity of transferability, the validity of dependence, and the validity of certainty. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that from the results of interviews with key informants, the role of balance between the number of job placements and workload is very important in an effort to increase employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. Increasing motivation and work productivity is very important to strive for optimal achievement of company goals. Effectiveness and Efficiency are very important considerations in implementing a balance between the number of workers in each job placement position at PT. Clean Healthy with the workload delegated to every employee at PT. This Healthy Clean. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to still be unbalanced in the number of workers. The rapid development of technology has driven companies to enhance efficiency in their business processes. This development needs to be supported by the use of appropriate and relevant technology to ensure smooth business operations. PT Duta Ekspor Globalindo is a company engaged in export services and requires technology to manage its financial system. Currently, the company still relies on manual methods and Microsoft Excel for financial record-keeping, which can lead to errors, delayed reporting, and security issues. Therefore, this research aims to facilitate the company in managing its financial system by developing a web-based Financial Information System application. The waterfall method, consisting of analysis, design, coding, and testing, was used in the development of the application. The application was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research resulted in the creation of a Financial Information System capable of efficiently managing financial and generating reports.

Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data was collected through surveys and company financial reports and analyzed using statistical techniques, including linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that product and service innovation significantly enhances profitability, emphasizing the importance of continuous innovation. Operational efficiency, measured through lower operational costs, directly correlates with increased profit margins. Furthermore, a strong positive relationship exists between customer satisfaction and profitability, highlighting the importance of customer-centric strategies. Human resource management practices that promote employee satisfaction and productivity are also found to significantly impact profitability. Lastly, the adoption of digital marketing strategies is shown to boost sales volume and market reach, contributing positively to financial performance. These results suggest that companies should adopt a holistic approach to strategy development, integrating innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing to enhance profitability. The study underscores the need for companies to continuously evolve and adapt to market changes to sustain competitive advantage and long-term success.

The advancement of information technology, particularly in data analytics, has significantly impacted management accounting practices and strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze the role of data analytics in management accounting and its impact on strategic decision-making in competitive markets. This study proposes a new framework that integrates data analytics into management accounting, focusing on its application in improving decision-making accuracy, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency. The methodology employed is a literature-based review, examining relevant journal articles, books, and industry reports. Secondary data is used to assess the impact of data analytics in management accounting and strategic decision-making. The findings reveal that the implementation of data analytics in management accounting improves budgeting and forecasting accuracy, provides a competitive advantage through faster market responses, and enhances operational efficiency by reducing costs and streamlining processes. The analysis indicates that while there are challenges such as technological barriers, organizational resistance, and ethical issues, the opportunities presented by data analytics in management accounting are significant. Proper implementation can support more accurate and efficient strategic decision-making, improving a company’s competitive positioning. Future research could focus on exploring the application of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in management accounting. Additionally, further investigation into the impact of data privacy regulations and ethical challenges is needed.

This research aims to analyze the role of management accounting in decision making and improving company performance, with a focus on the application of main techniques such as Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) Analysis, Activity-Based Costing (ABC), and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and case studies on several companies, this research found that management accounting techniques contribute significantly to optimizing costs, increasing operational efficiency, and planning long-term strategies. The use of CVP Analysis helps companies plan more profitable product costs and prices, while ABC provides more accurate cost allocation for each activity in the value chain. On the other hand, BSC helps companies to assess performance as a whole, not only from a financial perspective, but also from non-financial aspects such as customer satisfaction and service quality. However, this research also identified several challenges, including limited resources, insufficient understanding of these techniques, and resistance to change within organizations. Limitations in the research sample and observation time are also factors that need to be considered. Overall, this research confirms the importance of implementing management accounting in improving company performance, but also shows that internal and external factors need to be considered in its implementation.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance management in Kurnia Supermarket, Tanjungpinang City. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews. The sample used was purposive sampling. The informants are 3 people, namely 1 manager and 2 employees from the goods arrangement staff and cashier division, in order to obtain a comprehensive perspective related to the implementation of performance management implemented. The results of the study show that performance management at Kurnia Supermarket has been implemented well. This is reflected in the implementation of clear goal setting, achievement of performance targets, and employee competency development that focuses on improving work quality. This implementation also supports the improvement of operational efficiency which has a positive impact on the company's overall performance. Although it has shown positive results, the study also found several challenges, such as a lack of understanding of some employees regarding the performance management system and limited human resources in some divisions. Therefore, it is recommended to improve communication and increase socialization about performance management to all employees to achieve more optimal results.

Improving the efficiency of engineering project scheduling through the implementation of Microsoft Project for CV Panca Bersaudara, a company specializing in construction projects, forms the background of this outreach activity. Conducted over three days from May 27-29, 2024, the program engaged four actively participating attendees in direct theoretical and practical training. Initial needs assessment, evaluation using pretests and posttests, and the use of educational licenses for Microsoft Project were integral to the structured approach aimed at measuring participant understanding and skills enhancement. Results demonstrated a significant increase from 68.29% in pretest scores to 88.96% in posttest scores, with positive feedback from CV Panca Bersaudara regarding the training's benefits in enhancing operational efficiency and project management.

This research aims to investigate the accounting information system employed by the company in the procurement of raw materials. Additionally, the study evaluates the implementation of internal controls by PT Tri Sukses Prima in its raw material procurement system located in Manguharjo District, Kota Madiun. The research employs a comparative descriptive analysis method with a quali-tative approach, and data is collected through field studies using an Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) as an analytical tool. The findings reveal that the internal control system for raw material procurement is largely in line with the internal control elements outlined by Mulyadi (2018). While PT Tri Sukses Prima effectively applies many of these control elements, there are still some areas needing improvement, such as overlapping job functions in the warehouse. Furthermore, based on the ICQ assessment, the internal control system for raw material procurement at PT Tri Sukses Prima is highly effective, with a score of 77.3%.  Interpretation of these results shows that PT Tri Sukses Prima's commitment to strengthening its internal control has produced positive results. The effectiveness of implementing the Champion method not only increases operational efficiency but also ensures integrity and ac-countability in every raw material purchasing transaction.
