Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.

Along with the current developments, electricity has become a basic need that must be required. With population growth, economic development, and an increase in various activities and the use of facilities that require electricity, the use of electrical energy will continue to increase even in the use of lights as lighting in offices. The expected purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency of energy use as office lighting for one of the fertilizer industries before and after using LED lights, as well as analyze the costs incurred and the economic value obtained from the use of LED lamps. In this study, several data are needed, such as building plan data, inventory of the types of lamps used, electrical energy consumption, and the price of electricity consumption per kWh through the calculation method. The difference in costs incurred for the use of non-LED lamps into LED lamps is IDR 580,931.14 in the 1st-floor office building in one of the fertilizer industries and IDR 319,747.56 in the 2nd-floor office building in one of the fertilizer industries. Based on this, the difference in costs incurred is very large, so the use of LED lamps is the main alternative in saving energy and costs. Therefore, it is important to conduct studies and research on the impact that can be caused by the use of LED lights on energy consumption and electricity cost efficiency in the company.

The habit of storing the harvest in the form of nutmeg is something that has become a culture among the people of Morela village, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research will examine theoretically the economic variables that influence the storage of dry nutmeg seeds by farming households. To analyze the relationship between variables that cause savings choices, an inter-time model is used. The choice is based on the meaning of the present and future times. The variables included in this research are relative price variables, current income and future income. This research uses primary data through interviews and questionnaires. The samples taken based on the purposive random sampling method were 75 farmers in Morela village. To analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, cross-section regression was used using the Eviews tool.
