Mental health is a condition of mental, physical and emotional health where individuals have positive things in terms of self-actualization, perception according to reality and skills in adapting to the environment. Schizophrenia is a form of long-term mental disorder with communication disorders and blunted affect that affects the individual's normal daily activities with hallucinations (Puspitasari & Astuti, 2024). The purpose of writing this work is to find out and implement nursing care for Mrs. I with the main problem of sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations due to paranoid schizophrenia in the Arimbi Room, RSJD dr. Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The preparation method uses a descriptive approach with case studies as a writing plan. The case review obtained was that the main problem was that Mrs. I heard a man's voice saying bad things and often seemed to be talking to herself. The nursing problem tree shows sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations as the core problem, then self-care deficits, social isolation and risk of violent behavior. Interventions are structured based on implementation strategy guidelines aimed at clients and families which will later be implemented and evaluated immediately as documentary evidence.

In the era of increasingly strict media digitalisation, it encourages the birth of various new media, especially those related to advances in the information technology sector which provide alternative access.  Service quality is very important for companies, with the quality of service provided can affect satisfaction and will have an impact on long-term loyalty to RRI PRO 1 Jakarta listeners. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on the loyalty of RRI PRO 1 Jakarta listeners. The analysis method in this study uses several test stages ranging from validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolinerity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, determination test. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the service quality variable had a positive and significant effect on listener loyalty with a value of 0.028> 0.05, while the satisfaction variable had a significant effect on loyalty with a value of 0.012> 0.05 while in the simultaneous hypothesis test, service quality and satisfaction had a positive effect on the loyalty of RRI PRO 1 Jakarta listeners obtained an F value of 7.535.

Terapi musik merupakan sebuah teknik relaksasi yang dirancang khusus untuk memberikan rasa tenang, mengendalikan emosi, serta membantu proses penyembuhan penyakit jiwa Terapi musik adalah salah satu metode relaksasi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan ketenangan, mengendalikan emosi, serta membantu dalam penyembuhan gangguan psikologis.Literatur review ini yaitu untuk  mengetahui pengaruh tindakan pemberian terapi musik klasik pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran.Referensi yang digunakan diambil dari database elektronik, khususnya Google Cendekia, untuk periode 2017 hingga 2021.Terapi musik klasik terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pasien yang mengalami halusinasi pendengaran. Dengan memberikan efek relaksasi pada tubuh dan pikiran, terapi musik ini dapat berkontribusi pada perkembangan diri serta penyembuhan gangguan psikologis yang dialami pasien.

Hallucinations are a mental disorder in which clients experience disturbances in perception, sensory, taste, touch, sight or smell. Auditory hallucinations are where clients hear voices commanding and calling them to carry out activities in the form of two or more voices commenting on a person's behavior or thoughts. (Abdurakhman & Maulana, 2022). According to WHO (World Health Organization, 2020) there are 300 million people worldwide experiencing mental disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, dementia, including 24 million people experiencing schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is one of the 15 major causes worldwide. APA data (American Psychiatric Association, 2020) states that 1% of the world's population suffers from schizophrenia. (Dwijayanti, 2022). In this study, the way to see the increase in the ability to control hallucinations is by using the AHRS scale which is used to measure auditory hallucination scores. To determine the results of applying dhikr psychoreligious therapy to patients with auditory hallucination disorders. Applying dhikr psychotherapy therapy using a descriptive case study method for 2 respondents for 2 years. consecutive days. The instrument used was the Auditory Hallucinations Rating Scale. Results: Based on the results of applying psychoreligious dhikr therapy to 2 respondents, there was a decrease in the symptoms of auditory hallucinations in patients. Psychoreligious dhikr therapy can be used as an implementation of independent nursing to control and overcome the emergence of hallucinations.

Hallucinations are disorders of human perception that assume something exists that actually does not occur. Auditory hallucinations that are not treated properly can have a negative impact on oneself, others and the environment. One treatment to control hallucinations is classical music therapy which can reduce the symptoms of hallucinations. The aim of this research is to determine the possibility of applying classical music therapy to reduce signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations using the single group pretest and posttest method of applying music therapy to reduce signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. The results of the application of EBP classical music therapy which was carried out for 3 days for 10-15 minutes on respondent I (Mr.A), the signs of hallucinations before music therapy were 12 (100%) after classical music therapy the symptoms decreased. hallucinations 3 (25%), Respondent II (Mr. K) had 12 (100%) signs of symptoms down to 4 (33%), Respondent III (Mrs. %). Based on the application of classical music therapy, it was found that signs of auditory hallucinations decreased in three respondents.

This article is a review of Noviyana Prasati's research on Intervention in patients with Schizophrenia with Auditory Hallucinations who are treated in 2023. Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder when a person has difficulty thinking causing hallucinations. Schizophrenia can be cured but it takes a long time with the support of family, people around and education. Hallucinations are caused by a change in the perception of a person due to a stimulus that actually does not exist or something that actually does not happen. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods and the author uses the literature review method. The result of this study is that the patient experiences auditory hallucinations caused by a small patient who has broken home and the patient fails to marry.

The aim of this research is to find out and describe RRI's reporting approach so that listeners remain interested in the era of digital broadcasting. Qualitative descriptive methodology is used in this research methodology. This research aims to discuss RRI's reporting strategy regarding Human Resources, Broadcast Hours, Target Audience, and Content. Data collection methods include documentation, library research, interviews, and observation. Based on research, RRI uses the following tactics to maintain listener interest: (1) developing listener-involving programs where listeners can convey and share information with the public, which is sometimes known as citizen journalism. (2), RRI broadcasts all day, every day. (3) RRI and Pusdiklat work together to produce featured reporter and presenter programs, as well as holding regular conversations with reporters and presenters in the field. The aim of this exercise is to improve the quality of reporters and presenters, whose job is to involve the audience directly. Apart from that, technology will also enter the digital era. (4) RRI developed three programs RRI Play, Be Young, and RRI 30 Seconds which are available for download from the Google Store and Appstore. This application is based on the Android and iOS operating systems.  

This community service was carried out by the SLB Global School teacher Jalan H. Agus Salim, Alue Berawa Village, Langsa District, Langsa City.  The problem faced is that learning methods for students with special needs are not yet optimal.  The aim of the research is to optimize the ability of special education teachers to use learning methods for students with special needs. The method used is descriptive with accompanying presentation, discussion and training techniques for participants regarding the importance of learning methods for students with special needs. The results of this research are that teachers can optimize learning methods for students with special needs who are hearing impaired. So that it can foster differentiated, fun and meaningful learning for children with special needs.

Dangdut music was first born and popularized by Indonesian singers. However, dangdut genres is one that is popular with many people. In the development of music and its various types, it will give rise to various views for each individual towards dangdut music. As a tool used to listen to dangdut music, for example through dangdut music broadcast programs on the radio. To find out listeners' perceptions of the dangdut entertainment program on Dapur Remaja 107.0 FM radio in the acceptance and assessment stages. Robbins' theory of perception and the Qualitative Descriptive method were used for this research to develop the theory found through data from the field. Listeners' perceptions provide views about what they know from the dangdut entertainment program on Dapur Remaja radio is a program containing music broadcasts that entertain listeners and the music played is old dangdut. The perception of listeners who think that listening to music can increase enthusiasm while working, for them listening to dangdut music can increase enthusiasm because dangdut music can be entertainment during activities.

Background: Mental disorders are conditions in which mental functions, thought processes, emotions, feelings, psychomotor and verbal behavior are disrupted which becomes a group of clinical symptoms accompanied by suffering and results in disruption of an individual's humanistic function (Ramadani et al, 2020). One type of mental disorder is schizophrenia, where the main perception disorder in schizophrenic patients is hallucinations. Hallucinations are changes or perceptions that there is unfavorable stimulation from within the individual or from outside the individual accompanied by a reduced, excessive or distorted response (Rustika, 2020). One non-pharmacological implementation strategy for patients with hallucinations is by providing music therapy (Alfionita, 2016). Method: Giving therapy to listen to dangdut music to patients for 4 days is carried out 1 day once therapy for 10-15 minutes. Results: After the intervention of giving menmusic therapy for 4 days, it was found that the patient experienced a decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations from initially a score of 8 to 2. Conclusion: Providing dangdut music therapy can help reduce the frequency of hallucinations. This is due to the diversion of the patient's attention from the hallucinatory sounds to the dangdut music he hears. rebuking and music to reduce the symptoms of the hallucinations he was suffering from.

Training is one of the functions that can be used to improve human resources. Training can be done in various educational institutions. In the world of education there are classes that are accepted not only students who have normal physical characteristics, but there are also learning schools that accept students who can be called Special Needs Children. Children with special needs can be said to be children who have limitations or differences compared to other normal children. These limitations can be shown through physical, ability, and emotional aspects. This research aims to analyze and suitable education patterns for children who experience special needs. The method used in this research is qualitative research using library research method by collecting data from recent articles. The results of this study show that children with special needs do not mean that they are not entitled to education like other normal children. Education for children with hearing and speech impairments can be done by implementing a learning environment that is tailored to their needs, for example: visual videos, picture cards, photos, and others.

OZ Radio Jakarta has a weekly program called UNPOP (Unpopular Opinion). The presence of the UNPOP program in the last few months has been able to attract the attention of the public as well as making OZ Radio Jakarta in the top 3 favorite radio stations in Jakarta after Prambors and Mustang FM. Because in this program the broadcaster has a unique way of conveying information. The broadcaster presented his program in a more relaxed manner, seemed familiar, but was able to control his listeners. Therefore, this research aims to determine the role of broadcasters in implementing broadcast techniques and determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for broadcasters in implementing broadcast techniques on the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program in attracting the interest of listeners. In this research, researchers used Broadcaster Role Theory and Broadcast Engineering Theory. This research includes qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers were through in-depth interviews, documentation and direct observation at OZ Radio Jakarta. The results of this research show that the roles used by the broadcasters of the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program include five aspects, namely the role of involving listeners (interactive), the role of speaking rather than speaking, the role of maximizing body expression, the role of a radio showcase and the role of a good listener. This research also found that the selection of broadcast techniques in the UNPOP OZ Radio Jakarta program predominantly uses Ad Libitum broadcast techniques, however there are several situations that require broadcasters to use script reading broadcast techniques such as doing Ad Libs or important information that cannot be improvised.

Objective Work Scientific: Knowing the Application of Nursing Care to Hallucination Patients by Providing Al- Fatihah Reading Intervention Against Changes in Sensory Perception. Method: work scientific This use method study data collection case in a way observation, interviews, documentation, as well as using study instruments case with the Fostering format Nursing And Intervention Reading Al- Fatihah. Results: Results Work scientific end Nurse obtained analysis Care Nursing after done intervention for 6 days obtained that Action nursing And innovation intervention get results positive, symptom hallucinations client experience decline And ability client divert with read Surah Al- Fatihah increase, client capable do interventions taught _ in a way independent And with correct procedure. _ Role nurse in handle hallucinations patient in the orphanage or at home Sick Wrong the only one do application Intervention Reading Surah Al- Fatihah. Conclusion: After SP was carried out for 6 days and the Al- Fatihah reading therapy showed that the client remained in the controlling phase where in this phase the client had signs of moderate scale auditory hallucinations, which means the client still had hallucinations that were controlled by intervention. read Surah Al- Fatihah based on measurements using PSYRAT.

Aim of Scientific Work: To determine the application of nursing care to patients with hallucinations by providing drawing occupational therapy intervention on changes in sensory perception. Method: this scientific work uses case study data collection methods by observation, interviews, documentation, and uses case study instruments in the format of Nursing Care and Occupational Drawing Intervention. Results: The results of the final scientific work of the nurses showed an analysis of nursing care after the intervention was carried out for 3 days within ± 45 minutes, it was found that nursing actions and innovations in the Drawing Occupation intervention had positive results, the client's symptoms of hallucinations decreased and the client's ability to divert with the Drawing Occupation increased, Clients are able to carry out interventions that are taught independently and with the correct procedures. The role of nurses in dealing with hallucinations in patients at home and in hospitals, one of which is implementing the Occupational Drawing Intervention. Conclusion: It was found that after carrying out occupational therapy drawing in patients with auditory hallucinations, there was a significant change in hallucinations

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk membantu membentuk kepribadian seseorang. Penerapan dan penguatan karakter peserta  didik di era modern saat ini mempunyai tantangan sendiri terkhusus untuk para guru di Indonesia. Tantangan itu juga dihadapi oleh siswa itu sendiri di era perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat dan mudah  dijangkau. Di era modern ini sebagai bangsa yang kuar harus mempunyai prinsip dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Implementasi pendidikan karakter disekolah sangat membutuhkan kompetensi guru yang bisa bersaing diera modern ini. Di era modern saat ini penerapan dan pengembangan yang terjadi di sekitar siswa. Maka dari itu kreativitas dan inovasi antara keluarga atau orang tua dan guru dilakukan di dua arah yakni memosisikan diri menjadi pendengar yang bagi anak atau siswa saat di rumah atau disekolah. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah berupaya untuk menanamkan karakter yang tetap berpegang teguh terhadap kebudayaan dan adat istiadat yang ada di Indonesia tetapi tidak tertinggal dengan kemajuan di era modern seperti sekarang ini. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi yang terdiri atas empat komponen proses analisis yaitu, pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.   Kata kunci :  peran orang dan lingkungan modern karakter siswa atau peserta didik guru Indonesia.

Background: Hearing loss is one of the occupational diseases. A noisy work environment as one of the impacts of the industrial sector. This is the most common cause of hearing loss. The National Institute of Health in 2012 reports that about 15% of Americans aged 20-69 years experience hearing loss in connection with work activities, because noise can cause hearing loss, the government sets standards that regulate permissible noise exposure. Hearing loss due to noise occurs slowly, in a matter of months to years. This is often not realized by the sufferer, so that when the patient starts complaining of hearing loss, it is usually already in an irreversible stage. Such conditions will affect labor productivity which will ultimately cause a decrease in the health of the workforce. In certain cases, hearing loss due to noise begins for 6 to 10 years after exposure to loud noises. PT. Riau Graindo was established on January 17, 1997 located in Desa Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, a publishing company under of Riau Pos Group (RPG), based in Pekanbaru. Research Objectives: To determine corelations of work period with the incidence of hearing loss in employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019. Research Methods: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Research Results: Majority of PT. Pekanbaru Graindo Pekanbaru that is > 5 years as many as 21 people (70%). The majority of employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru experiencing hearing loss as many as 18 people (60%). Chi square test results obtained Pvalue = 0.001, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between work period and the incidence of hearing loss in the employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between working period and the incidence of hearing loss in the employees of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru in 2019 with Pvalue = 0.001 smaller than α (0.05).

Nowadays, there are many Christians who only listen to God's word but do not do it or who are said to be more concerned with their fleshly desires, one of which is: slandering fellow humans, rather than doing what God wants them to do. This article aims to explore the meaning of the writing in the letter of James about hearing and doing the word of God. This research uses a qualitative approach, by analyzing various sources such as books, novels, and updates related to the topic of this article. The results of the analysis see the importance of a servant of God interpreting the call to serve God for a positive impact on Christians today. A servant of God must be a blessing and an example in all aspects of life so that the congregation truly becomes a listener and doer of God's word and also believes that there is a God. The contents of this article are presented to make readers aware, especially God's servants, to serve God wholeheartedly and be role models for the congregation, not with other motivations but for the glory of God in enriching themselves to be true and good listeners and doers of God's word.

Background: Auditory hallucinations are a symptom that often appears in schizophrenia sufferers. Distraction techniques in nursing interventions to divert attention to what is being presented. This distraction technique is very influential for individuals with mental disorders, especially those who experience auditory hallucinations. Objective: To determine the effect of distraction techniques on patients with auditory hallucinations. Method: This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a one group pre-post-test design approach and non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling model. Results: This research found that 4 respondents experienced moderate hallucinations (26.7%), respondents with the criteria of experiencing severe hallucinations as many as 6 respondents (40%), and very severe hallucinations as many as 5 respondents (33.3%). After being given the treatment of conversing with other people, 7 respondents (46.7%) experienced a decrease in their voices, namely they became mild, and 8 respondents (53.3%) experienced a decrease in their voices to moderate. Conclusion: There is an effect distraction technique to reduce voices in patients with auditory hallucinations based on the results of data processing using the paired T-Test.    

According to WHO (World Health Organization), health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not just freedom from disease or weakness/disability. From this description it can be concluded that health implies ideal health conditions, both from a biological, psychological and social perspective. Apart from that, WHO also describes several health characteristics that need to be known, including physical and spiritual health without involving external elements, health related to the internal or external environment, spiritual health, mental health or what is usually called mental health (WHO, 2022). Mental disorders are disorders in the way of thinking (cognitive), will (volition), emotions (affective), actions (psychomotor). One of the mental disorders that greatly affects and disrupts an individual's life is schizophrenia (Makhruzah et al, 2021).
