Village regional information plays an important role in supporting community services and effective development planning. However, some rural areas still face limitations in information regarding hamlet boundaries and road access, including Lunto Barat Village, Lembah Segar District, Sawahlunto City. This Community Service Program (KKN) aimed to improve the availability and accessibility of village regional information through hamlet and road mapping activities. The methods applied included field observation, direct road data collection with village officials, preparation of hamlet maps, and environmental development activities through community-based planting. The results indicated that the mapping activities provided clearer information on hamlet boundaries and village road networks, thereby facilitating community access to regional information. Furthermore, the resulting village map helped both residents and visitors locate destinations more effectively. This program demonstrates that village mapping activities not only enhance access to regional information but also contribute to more structured and participatory village development.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales information system for a goat farming business at Herman Farm using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The identified problems include manual transaction recording, stock management, and sales reporting processes, which are inefficient, prone to errors, and unable to provide real-time data access. The RAD method is selected due to its ability to accelerate system development through an iterative approach and active user involvement in each stage, including requirements planning, system design, construction, and implementation. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature studies. The developed system provides features for managing goat data, sales transactions, customer management, and integrated sales reporting within a web-based platform. The results show that the system improves efficiency in data management and transaction processes, while producing more accurate, structured, and accessible reports. Therefore, this system can assist Herman Farm in optimizing its sales operations and expanding its online marketing reach.

The search and booking of boarding houses (kost) remain a significant challenge for newcomers in campus areas, particularly in Kelurahan Samata, home to UIN Alauddin Makassar, which admits approximately 15,000 new students annually. Many of these students come from outside the region and require temporary accommodation near the campus. This issue is primarily caused by limited access to information and the lack of an optimal system to support the search and booking process. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the level of user acceptance of the developed system. This study aims to analyze user acceptance of a boarding house search and booking information system in the case of Kelurahan Samata using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method. UAT is a testing approach used to determine whether a system meets user requirements, is accepted according to expected standards, and to identify the need for further improvements to ensure its feasibility for use. The UAT was conducted by end users, namely boarding house seekers and property owners/managers, by responding to 10 evaluation indicators: (1) ease of search, (2) time efficiency, (3) booking process, (4) geospatial search features, (5) completeness of information, (6) availability of suitable boarding houses, (7) accuracy of information, (8) ease of payment process, (9) check-in scheduling, and (10) navigation features for directions. The results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) indicate that the system achieved an average score of 87.77, suggesting that the system is highly acceptable and significantly facilitates users. These findings demonstrate that the system is well received by users, confirming that it functions effectively and is capable of accommodating all required functionalities.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) information technology by applying the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) framework and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in Daleman Village, Lawu Village, and Baran Village, Sukoharjo Regency. By adopting a qualitative descriptive approach and triangulation methods, the research establishes that internal control mechanisms under the COSO guidelines are being applied productively. Such compliance is demonstrated through the mandatory cross-verification process conducted by the Financial Officer and Village Secretary, supported by the analytical capabilities of the system’s built-in audit trail. From the TAM perspective, village officials show a high level of technology acceptance, since the system is perceived to provide considerable ease of use and significant benefits in improving the efficiency of financial reporting. Nevertheless, several technical challenges remain, particularly server congestion during peak reporting periods. In addition, there is still a limitation in external transparency, as the dissemination of financial information through digital platforms such as village websites has not been optimally socialized to the community. As a result, many residents continue to rely on conventional information channels such as information boards and village meetings. Therefore, although internal accountability has been well established, improvements in digital infrastructure and communication strategies are necessary to strengthen transparency in village financial management

This study aimsmto examineiin depthvthe perspective of information technology law and human rights on the phenomenon of political buzzers on social media within the context of digital development in the era of globalization. This research is motivated by the rapid advancement of information technology, which has brought significant changes in various aspects of society, including the political sphere that increasingly utilizes social media as a means of communication and information dissemination. The phenomenon of political buzzers has become a controversial issue, particularly during election periods, as it is often associated with the spread of inaccurate information, defamation, hate speech, and the manipulation of public opinion that may harm society and disrupt social stability. This study employs a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results indicate that political buzzers generally operate under the justification of freedom of expression as part of human rights. However, such freedom is not absolute and must be limited to prevent violations of others' rights and to maintain public order. In this regard, information technology law in Indonesia, particularly through regulations governing digital activities, plays an important role in controlling deviant buzzer practices. Nevertheless, the absence of specific regulations explicitly governing political buzzers has resulted in less optimal law enforcement. Therefore, strengthening regulations and increasing public awareness in the wise use of social media are necessary to create a healthy, responsible, and sustainable digital ecosystem.

Health communication plays a crucial role in dental practice, particularly in conveying sensitive clinical information or bad news. Barriers to communication can increase patient anxiety, decrease adherence to therapy, and impact the quality of healthcare services. The SPIKES protocol presents a six-stage, systematic and empathetic communication model for conveying clinical information. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the SPIKES protocol as a health communication model in dental practice. The study used a systematic literature review method with data sources from the Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science databases for the period 2020–2025. Article selection was carried out using the PRISMA approach based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SPIKES protocol can improve the clarity of information delivery, strengthen the relationship between healthcare professionals and patients, and reduce patient anxiety. In addition, the empathetic approach in SPIKES contributes to increased patient satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans. In conclusion, the implementation of the SPIKES protocol can support the improvement of the quality of clinical communication in dental practice through the delivery of targeted, humanistic, and patient-centered information.

 Penelitian ini mengkaji peran media sosial dalam membentuk pemahaman keagamaan dan toleransi antarumat beragama di kalangan generasi muda Indonesia, yang semakin intens berinteraksi dengan wacana keagamaan melalui platform digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Media sosial tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk mengakses pengetahuan agama, tetapi juga sebagai ruang interaksi lintas iman yang memungkinkan pertemuan berbagai perspektif. Namun, peluang tersebut berjalan beriringan dengan tantangan berupa misinformasi, konten provokatif, serta echo chamber berbasis algoritma yang berpotensi mendistorsi penafsiran ajaran agama dan memperkuat polarisasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua permasalahan utama, yaitu bagaimana generasi muda menafsirkan pesan-pesan keagamaan yang ditemui di media sosial, serta faktor digital dan sosial apa saja yang memengaruhi apakah keterlibatan tersebut mendorong sikap toleran atau justru memicu kesalahpahaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam yang didukung oleh observasi awal untuk menggali pengalaman hidup pemuka agama dan generasi muda yang aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan serta penggunaan media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesan keagamaan yang positif, kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta keteladanan figur agama dan publik berperan penting dalam memperkuat perspektif keagamaan yang moderat dan meningkatkan keterbukaan antariman. Sebaliknya, rendahnya literasi digital dan paparan informasi yang homogen berkontribusi terhadap kesalahpahaman serta terbatasnya dialog lintas agama. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis terpadu antara praktik digital generasi muda dan perspektif otoritas keagamaan, sehingga memberikan pemahaman kontekstual mengenai dinamika komunikasi keagamaan di ruang digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial dapat mendorong harmoni antarumat beragama dan pendalaman pemahaman agama apabila didukung oleh produksi konten yang etis dan literasi digital yang kuat.

The distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a government program aimed at alleviating the economic burden on affected communities. However, the data collection, verification, distribution, and reporting processes are still largely manual, potentially leading to data errors, duplication, and distribution delays. This study aims to design and implement a web-based BLT Village Fund information system that can simplify recipient data management, monitor distribution, and generate accurate reports. The methods used include database design, module implementation for sub-district administrators, village operators, treasurers, and village officials, and system testing using the Black Box method to evaluate functionality. The system is equipped with features for managing recipient data, verifying eligibility, sending data to the treasurer, inputting proof of transfer, uploading proof of distribution, recapitulating distribution, and printing reports. The test results show that all modules run according to specifications, are able to handle various input conditions, and produce accurate output. Field trials show that the system is easy to use, improves administrative efficiency, accelerates the distribution process, and supports transparency and accountability. In conclusion, the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) information system is effective as a tool for data management and aid distribution, minimizing errors, and supporting the smooth operation of the BLT program at the village level.

Marriage confirmation services are often hampered by manual procedures, leading to delays and administrative errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Marriage Confirmation Information System to facilitate registration, document uploads, and online monitoring of verification status and court schedules. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database using the Waterfall method, encompassing analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the system is capable of optimally performing all managerial functions, from document validation to report automation. Black Box testing confirmed that all features functioned as expected and were easy to use. In addition to improving bureaucratic efficiency, the system ensures data security through login encryption and provides transparency through real-time status tracking. The presence of this platform significantly saves time and transportation costs for the public, as bureaucratic processes can be monitored from anywhere. In conclusion, this system successfully supports the digitalization of public services and improves the quality of administration within the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) and Religious Courts, thereby realizing more effective, efficient, accountable, and modern governance for all levels of society

This study is motivated by the importance of information literacy among students in using the Shopee e-commerce platform. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of information literacy of 2022 cohort students at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Padang State University, in using the platform e-commerce Shopee. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population in this study consists of all 2022 cohort students of the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Padang State University, totaling 1,208 students, with a sample of 92 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire developed based on the The Seven Faces of Information Literacy model, which was distributed online via WhatsApp in the form of Google Forms and directly through QR codes.Based on the confidence interval calculation, the average level of students’ information literacy falls within the range of 3.05 < μ < 3.27, indicating that the information literacy level of 2022 cohort students in using the platform e-commerce Shopee at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Padang State University, is categorized as high. In general, it can be concluded that students have a good level of information literacy, particularly in aspects of information technology use, utilization of information sources, information searching processes, information control, knowledge construction, knowledge development, and wisdom in using information on the Shopee e-commerce platform.

Correspondence administration is vital for supporting operational efficiency in schools. However, manual management often leads to issues such as data retrieval delays, recording errors, and the risk of lost archives. This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Administration Data Monitoring Information System using QR Codes at UPTD SMAN 3 Majene. The study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.The system involves three primary users: Admin/Administrative Staff, Teachers, and the Principal. QR Codes are implemented as digital identities to facilitate easier archive tracking and retrieval. Results indicate that the system enhances effectiveness and efficiency in correspondence management, accelerates letter request services, and simplifies data monitoring for school management. This system is expected to provide a solution for achieving orderly administration at UPTD SMAN 3 Majene. Furthermore, QR Code integration ensures document validity and digital archive security, supporting a more modern, transparent, and sustainable school governance transformation.

The digital era has fundamentally revolutionized human interaction and information processing, particularly for Generation Z as digital natives. This research aims to identify the characteristics of digital information consumed by Generation Z and evaluate their long-term memory (LTM) capacity in the digital age. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with a qualitative approach, 15 relevant studies published between 2021 and 2026 were analyzed from databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect. The findings indicate that digital information characteristics—which are often "bite-sized," visual, and rapidly consumed—tend to encourage shallow encoding and digital amnesia. However, the study also found a dual impact: while high cognitive load and constant multitasking can hinder memory consolidation, structured digital use and interactive learning modules can significantly enhance memory retention. These results imply that optimal cognitive function in the digital era highly depends on digital literacy and effective information management strategies to balance technological use with natural cognitive sharpness.

This study aims to test the influence of digital literacy and the use of accounting applications on the effectiveness of MSME information systems with user competence as a mediating variable. The research sample amounted to 100 MSME actors in Gresik City who were selected using purposive sampling techniques according to the research criteria. Data testing was carried out using a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method through the SmartPLS application. The results of the study show that digital literacy and the use of accounting applications have a positive effect on the effectiveness of MSME information systems. Meanwhile, user competence does not have a significant effect and is unable to mediate the influence of digital literacy and the use of accounting applications on the effectiveness of information systems. This research is expected to provide benefits for MSME actors in increasing the use of digital technology and accounting applications, as well as become an academic reference for future research. The limitations of this study lie in the scope of the MSME scale, which has not considered external factors, and the research model that has not fully explained the role of user competence as a mediating variable.

Advances in information technology have brought significant changes to how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) conduct their business operations, particularly in the areas of marketing and sales. However, Stretto Pizza MSME still relies on manual processes for ordering and transaction recording, which results in limited marketing reach, suboptimal data management, and an increased risk of errors in recording. This study aims to develop a web-based e-commerce information system that can integrate sales processes and data management more effectively. System development was conducted using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using the PHP programming language with MySQL database support. System testing was performed using the Black-Box Testing method to ensure that every feature functions according to user needs. The research results show that the designed system is capable of supporting product ordering processes, customer data management, sales transactions, and report generation more efficiently. With this system, it is hoped that the Stretto Piza SME can improve its operations while expanding its marketing reach through the use of digital technology.

Libraries play a crucial role in broadening the public's knowledge horizons by improving literacy skills. However, the reality at the Samaturu Library in Jambu Malea Village shows that manual management still dominates, leading to various administrative obstacles such as data irregularities, the risk of losing important information, and inefficiencies in tracking daily activities. This condition demands digital transformation to optimize public services at the village level comprehensively and sustainably. This research focuses on the development of a web-based library information system specifically designed to modernize administrative processes to be more systematic, fast, and organized. Built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, this platform offers an intuitive interface for both staff and members. Its superior features include book data management, membership, activity agendas, announcements, and digitizing the borrowing and return process. Furthermore, the system is capable of automatically generating periodic reports to facilitate library performance evaluation. Based on the results of comprehensive testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system functionality was proven to operate optimally according to the required specifications. Direct user trials also showed very positive responses regarding aspects of ease of navigation and operational time efficiency. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of internal management, accelerate the quality of services to library users, and become a major catalyst in realizing superior digital literacy governance in rural areas

The rapid development of social media, particularly Instagram, has transformed consumers’ information-seeking behavior and purchasing decision processes, making information quality in digital catalogs a crucial factor in visual-based marketing. However, studies examining information quality in Instagram-based digital catalogs for highly customized products remain limited. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the quality of digital catalog information and purchasing decisions on the @santflowersbouquet account. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, involving 95 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity, reliability, and Spearman’s Rank correlation tests. The results indicate that information quality is categorized as high, with accuracy (92.6%) and timeliness (86.3%) as the dominant indicators. Purchasing decisions are also in the high category, with the time of purchase indicator reaching 96.8%. The correlation test shows a positive and significant relationship with a coefficient of 0.621 (p<0.001), indicating a strong association. These findings suggest that improving the quality of digital catalog information significantly contributes to enhancing purchasing decisions. Therefore, businesses are encouraged to optimize information quality as part of their digital marketing communication strategy.

Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan sistem penjualan berbasis online. Meskipun memberi kemudahan, sistem ini juga menimbulkan tantangan baru, khususnya dalam hal pengendalian internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana UMKM di Kota Malang menerapkan pengendalian internal dalam aktivitas penjualan online, dengan fokus pada aspek seperti pengendalian lingkungan, penilaian risiko, aktivitas pengendalian, komunikasi, dan pemantauan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar UMKM belum menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal secara optimal, terutama dalam dokumentasi transaksi, pemisahan tugas, dan otorisasi pembayaran. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar UMKM mulai menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dasar pengendalian internal sesuai dengan kapasitas dan kebutuhan usaha untuk menunjang kelangsungan dan kepercayaan pelanggan dalam kegiatan bisnis online.

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of local business actors in Kanekes Village (Baduy Luar) regarding the implementation of a sales information system to support the management and marketing of traditional handicraft products. The main problems faced by partners include unstructured transaction recording, low utilization of sales data, and business management that is still based on memory. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and field observations. The activity was conducted on April 17, 2026, involving MSME handicraft actors as the main partners. The results show an increase in business actors’ understanding of the importance of sales recording systems as a basis for business management. Participants began to be able to record transactions in a more structured and simple manner and utilize sales data to monitor business performance and identify the most in-demand products. In addition, there was a shift in business management patterns from memory-based to simple data-based systems. This activity also encouraged improvements in digital literacy through the introduction of social media utilization and digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the capacity of business actors and supporting the more effective and sustainable development of traditional product marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap empat informan Generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan Instagram, yakni Jay, Kalista, Manda, dan Maria. Selaras dengan empat rumusan masalah yang diajukan—mengenai pola penggunaan, pembentukan identitas, pengaruh terhadap gaya hidup, serta strategi pengelolaan—hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram memberikan pengaruh yang beragam: sebagai sumber informasi dan hiburan utama, sebagai platform pembentukan identitas dan personal branding, serta sebagai media yang memengaruhi gaya hidup meliputi fashion, pilihan makanan, dan destinasi wisata. Temuan juga mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian besar informan mampu mengontrol penggunaan Instagram secara mandiri melalui strategi seperti menonaktifkan akun, menghapus aplikasi sementara, dan memilah konten. Meskipun Instagram memberikan dampak positif seperti perluasan jaringan sosial dan akses informasi, terdapat potensi dampak negatif berupa gangguan aktivitas belajar dan tekanan sosial akibat standar kehidupan yang ditampilkan di platform tersebut. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi digital dan kemampuan manajemen diri dalam penggunaan media sosial, khususnya bagi Generasi Z yang tumbuh bersama teknologi digital.
