The urgency of correspondence management in improving teacher performance at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School is an important aspect that must be considered by school management. Effective mail management includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as systematic well-organized document storage. With good correspondence management, important information can be conveyed in a timely and accurate manner, which ultimately supports improved teacher performance. In this context, efficient correspondence management allows teachers to focus on their main tasks, such as lesson planning, teaching implementation, and student evaluation, without being distracted by administrative problems. The use of information technology in correspondence management can also speed up the communication process and reduce the risk of errors or loss of important documents. This research highlights the importance of training and developing correspondence management skills for administrative staff and teachers at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School. With proper training, teachers and staff can better understand and implement an effective correspondence management system. Apart from that, this research also emphasizes the need for support from school management in providing adequate resources and infrastructure to support this system. Thus, improving correspondence management is expected to create a more organized and conducive work environment, which in turn will have a positive impact on teacher performance. Teachers who have easy and fast access to the necessary information and documents can focus more on professional development and improving the quality of teaching. Therefore, good correspondence management is not only an administrative necessity, but also a key factor in achieving higher educational goals at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School.

This research aims to find out how effective and efficient correspondence management is after the use of online-based electronic information and communication technology (paperless office system) in processing incoming letters. Utilization of information technology in correspondence management is management of an agency's correspondence system by utilizing information technology in the form of computer media, the internet or other media using either manual or electronic systems. The main discussion in this research is how effective the delivery of incoming mail services is with an electronic system and the obstacles faced in implementing these two systems in mail management. The research results show that the application of information technology in correspondence management is able to speed up the administration process, reduce human error, and increase data accessibility and security. However, several obstacles such as limited skilled human resources and inadequate technological infrastructure are still challenges. Recommendations are provided to overcome these obstacles, including training for staff and improving technological infrastructure. Thus, it is hoped that the use of information technology in correspondence management can continue to be improved to support a more modern school administration and efficient.

The research in this journal article aims to determine the application of letter management standards in increasing the effectiveness of letter management. Therefore, it is necessary to manage letters well and correctly so that the letters can be well organized and the process of returning letters can be carried out effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that effective mail management can be carried out by the relevant staff in managing mail, both for incoming and outgoing mail. So, in researching this journal article, it can be seen that the application of letter management standards in increasing management effectiveness, that the management of incoming mail is divided into six stages which are important to know, namely: receiving letters, sorting letters, directing letters, recording letters, distributing letters and storing letters. Meanwhile, for managing outgoing letters, there are also six stages which include: creating a letter concept, typing, editing, affixing a letter address, folding and enclosing the letter and distributing the letter. The implementation of management has gone quite well, and currently the system is being transferred to an electronic system.

In this era of globalization, technological advancements have rapidly progressed, easing human tasks with the current technology that typically gets things done swiftly. Information technology in institutional settings serves as a means of knowledge and information management. Kelurahan Sempaja Timur is a local government office that serves the community in all matters related to governance. This office holds a plethora of data concerning incoming and outgoing correspondence. However, the archiving of these documents is still done manually, leading to a buildup of letters over time. Hence, there's a need for a system capable of handling the archiving of documents, facilitating both storage and swift, detailed retrieval when needed. This will expedite subsequent workflow processes.

The management of incoming letters and outgoing letters at the Department of Industry and Trade of Medan City refers to the processes and activities carried out to receive, process, and distribute letters received or sent by Disperindag. In this study, it will be discussed how the incoming and outgoing mail management system on Disperindag's foreign trade licensing governance, as well as the obstacles experienced in the process of Disperindag's incoming and outgoing mail governance. this type of research is qualitative research that uses a series of sentences to describe the data. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method whose data sources are in the form of text, images and in the form of sources from books. and information from employees and the head of the Medan Industry and Trade Office. This research uses written data sourced from interviews during college internships, scientific journal books and previous research. The results of this study indicate that the process of handling incoming letters includes receiving letters, recording letters, sending letters, and processing letters. While the processing of outgoing letters includes preparing letters, typing letters, signing letters, recording letters, copying letters, and sending letters.

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

The mail management system is a much-needed development in the current era of information technology development, especially in an agency. However, at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency, the management of correspondence which can manage incoming mail and outgoing mail numbers is still done manually, namely by recording it in a large book because it collects data every year.The problem that occurs is the difficulty in finding recorded data, which must be searched manually in a book with the risk that the book will be damaged due to search activity. Furthermore, when making outgoing letter numbers, there is also a problem when you need a letter number on a date that has already passed.This research was carried out by using the extreme programming method which is a derivative of the Agile method which uses an object-oriented approach. The stages involved in the extreme programming method are Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results of this study are Information System for Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Numbers Web-Based at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency.

This study aims to describe the procedure for managing incoming and outgoing mail in the General and Personnel section. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations, interviews, documentation and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The author of this final project is the result of research conducted from May to June 2020. The results showed that the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters in the general and staffing section, namely incoming mail, starts from receiving letters, scheduling letters, directing letters, storing letters. While the outgoing letter starts from drafting the letter, approval of the letter concept, typing the concept, giving the coordination stamp, signing the letter, recording the letter, storing the letter. The procedure for managing letters at the education office is running optimally.

An abstranct is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or Management of incoming and outgoing mail archives is an important activity that must be carried out by an agency. Correspondence activities must get serious attention, because the contents of the letter to the agency will be a means of achieving the goals of the agency, therefore it is necessary to have good mail management in a company or agency. Therefore, the government issued Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2011 concerning the management of dynamic archives, mail management must be developed by means of information technology and developed into a means of regional government office administration system. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of incoming and outgoing mail archives at the General Bureau and Equipment for the Regional Secretariat of Sulawesi Province. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative and is supported by secondary data. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from data processing and observation. The data analysis technique starts from collecting information through interviews and at the final stage by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of incoming and outgoing mail archives at the General Bureau and Equipment of the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province had not run effectively and efficiently, where the management of outgoing mail had not been running properly, which was caused by facilities and infrastructure factors as well as unsupporting human resources.
