The nutritional status of primary school-aged children is an important indicator for monitoring their growth and development. This study aims to describe the nutritional status of the 4A grade students at SD 064981 Cempaka Raya based on anthropometric data and analyze the relationship between their consumption of school snacks and their nutritional status categories. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with total sampling of 20 students. Data was collected through measurements of height and weight, which were then processed using the WHO Anthro Plus software to determine the students' nutritional status categories. The measurement results show that 25% of the students are categorized as undernourished, 50% are within normal nutritional status, 20% are overweight, and 5% are obese. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test revealed a highly significant relationship (p<0.001) between snack consumption patterns at school and nutritional status. The results show that all students who have the habit of consuming snacks are more likely to be categorized as overweight or obese, while students who do not consume snacks tend to be in the undernourished or normal category. These findings indicate that snack consumption patterns can be a risk factor for excess nutrition in children. Therefore, it is crucial to educate students about the importance of balanced and healthy eating habits from an early age. Monitoring snack consumption at school is also necessary to minimize the risk of obesity and excess nutrition in children. Preventive measures like these are expected to prevent health issues related to nutrition and promote healthy and optimal growth in children. By encouraging good eating habits, we can help create a healthier generation and reduce the risk of nutrition-related diseases.

Night shift workers in the modern retail sector, especially minimarkets such as Alfamart Makassar City, often face the risk of health problems due to changes in circadian rhythms, irregular diets, and lack of nutrition education. Work patterns that require them to be active at night have an impact on metabolic imbalances, sleep quality disorders, and unhealthy eating habits. Most workers tend to eat fast food that is high in calories, fat, and sugar, but low in fiber and micronutrients. This condition can increase the risk of fatigue, decreased immunity, and impaired concentration at work. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional nursing interventions in improving the diet and physical condition of night shift workers. The research approach used was descriptive with a case study method on 32 Alfamart workers who worked night shifts. The research was carried out for three days, namely on May 24-26, 2025. The interventions provided include nutrition education through brief counseling, monitoring of food and fluid intake, and assistance in developing a meal schedule that is in accordance with night work patterns. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in nutritional behavior. After the intervention, 84% of participants started implementing a healthy diet with a frequency of twice per shift, 93% increased their water consumption as recommended, and 72% felt refreshed and did not get tired easily while working. In addition, as many as 78% of participants showed high compliance with the nutritional recommendations given. These findings prove that nutritional nursing interventions have an important role in the promotion of occupational health. Proper nutrition education not only increases workers' awareness of the importance of a healthy diet, but also has an impact on increasing the productivity and welfare of night shift workers. Therefore, nutrition promotion programs should be part of the management policies of retail companies to maintain employee health.

Hypercholesterolemia is a common metabolic condition found in the adult population and significantly contributes to the increased risk of cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease and stroke. This condition is often asymptomatic, making early detection of total cholesterol and HDL levels a crucial step in identifying the risk of atherosclerosis at an earlier stage. A screening program conducted at the Asisi Church revealed that out of 68 participants, 34 individuals (50%) had abnormal total cholesterol levels, while 10 individuals (14.71%) had very low HDL levels, and 33 individuals (48.53%) had low HDL levels. These findings emphasize the importance of routine lipid profile assessments to prevent more severe cardiometabolic complications. Through education on healthy eating patterns, increased physical activity, and better control of risk factors, the community is expected to maintain optimal lipid profiles and improve overall quality of life.

According to Dermawan D & Rahyuningsih, T (2010), gastritis is not a single disease, but several conditions that refer to stomach inflammation. Usually this inflammation is the result of a bacterial infection which can cause stomach ulcers, namely Helicobacter Pylory and is the only bacteria that lives in the stomach. Unhealthy lifestyles such as consuming foods that can stimulate an increase in stomach acid, such as pickles, vinegar, chili sauce, as well as smoking and drinking alcohol, can increase the number of gastritis sufferers. Gastritis is one of the most common digestive tract health problems.  The aim is to find out risk factors regarding the influence of irregular eating patterns.  Method The type of research used is descriptive analytical observational. The approach method used is a cross sectional approach, which is research to study the dynamics of the correlation between risk factors and effects, by approaching, observing or collecting data at one time (point time approach). (Notoatmodjo, 2010). Research findings found that the majority of female respondents showed poor eating patterns. Implications: Knowledge of gastritis risk factors is very important to form a healthy eating pattern, which has an impact on stomach health.

Stunting is a condition of impaired growth in children under five years of age due to chronic malnutrition, resulting in slower growth compared to their peers. Based on the Special Index Report on Stunting Management in Central Kalimantan Province for 2021-2022, it shows that almost every city and district has reached the index threshold but is indicated to be low or the index numbers are close to the lower limit. The IKPS (Special Stunting Management Index) for Kapuas Regency in 2021 reached 51.7 with a lower limit index of 47.0, categorized as poor, and in 2022 it only reached 49.2 with a lower limit index of 43.9, also categorized as poor. The KKN group designed several educational and nutritional intervention programs to increase community awareness and understanding of the importance of adequate and balanced nutritional intake. These programs include socialization about healthy eating patterns, counseling on the importance of nutrition for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, and the provision of healthy corn pudding. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that impacts the growth and development of children, posing a serious challenge to public health in Indonesia. One strategic approach to addressing this issue is through intensive training of health cadres. Health cadres play a crucial role in educating the community about the importance of balanced nutrition and good health practices, especially for pregnant women and young children. Structured and continuous intensive training for health cadres is expected to enhance their knowledge and skills in early detection of stunting cases, providing nutritional education, and implementing appropriate interventions. This training program covers various topics such as healthy eating patterns, infant and young child feeding (IYCF), and prevention of diseases contributing to stunting. Additionally, the training includes simulations and field practices that allow health cadres to apply their acquired knowledge in real-life situations. Results from this training show significant improvements in the competencies of health cadres and a reduction in stunting prevalence in the intervention areas. Therefore, intensive training of health cadres has proven to be an effective strategy for stunting prevention and needs to be widely implemented in various regions of Indonesia.
