Monetary policy is a vital instrument in managing a country's economic stability. Global economic transformation and dynamics in financial markets require in-depth evaluation of monetary policy. This research aims to analyze the influencing factors of monetary policy and investigate the impact of its transformation in the current economic context. Through a careful methodological approach, this research uses secondary data analysis from various global and national economic sources. The literature review investigates the current literature on monetary policy and economic transformation. The results of the data analysis provide deep insight into the factors influencing monetary policy and the consequences of its transformation. The main findings show that changes in the global economic order, financial technology and capital market dynamics play a major role in changing the monetary policy paradigm. This transformation can have a significant impact on economic stability and societal welfare. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for developing policies that are responsive and adaptive to economic transformation. The practical implications of this research include the need to update a more dynamic monetary policy strategy to answer new challenges in the era of globalization. It is hoped that further research will deepen specific aspects of monetary policy transformation to provide a more comprehensive view.

In the current era of globalization, the use of computer technology has been widely used, including in the operations of non-formal organizations such as farmer women's groups (KWT), one of which is in administration, activities, schedules, sales. agenda, and reporting is still manual, namely with bookkeeping records and does not yet have a system for this. Given these problems, the right solution is to create a web-based information system for women farmer groups (kwt). In analyzing and designing, the author uses a software development method that uses the V-Model method, which is an extension of the waterfall model. It is called expansion because the stages are similar to those in the waterfall model. If in the waterfall model the process is carried out linearly, then in the V model the process is branched. In this V model, the relationship between the software development stage and the testing phase is described. The rapid development of information technology in the current era of globalization cannot be separated from its influence in the world of education. The development of the times requires the world of education to always adjust to technological developments as an increase in the quality of education. One of the many technological applications that are present in the world of education that can be used as learning media in schools is Canva, which is an online design program that provides various kinds of learning media such as presentations, resumes, posters, pamphlets, brochures, graphics, infographics, banners, bookmarks, books, bulletins, and so on. The purpose of this counseling is so that the younger generation can keep up with the times. The training method is carried out in stages, starting from seventh grade to ninth grade. The results of this training can improve students' ability to use the Canva application.

 Indonesia has many forms of society that differ from one another. And on the island of Sumatra, especially North Sumatra, there are several forms of society that still adhere to customs and culture very well in this era of globalization and modernity. One of them is the Education Village in North Sumatra Province, precisely in Pematang Siantar, namely, Jabu Sihol. Jabu Sihol Educational Village, apart from being a cultural village that still has cultural heritage, is also a tourist village that tourists can visit. Jabu Sihol is a project located in Pematangsiantar, in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Jabu Sihol tourist village has interesting education for tourists, namely cultural education and cultivation education. This research aims to determine tourism education in the Jabu Sihol tourist village and to determine the development of education. The research method used was field research, observation and interviews with management. The results obtained from this research are that the Jabu Sihol tourist village has cultural tourism education in the form of Ulos weaving, learning Batak script, Batak dance, typical Tapanuli cuisine and cultivation education in the form of farming, fish cultivation and ABF maggots. The educational development carried out is the development of cultural education and cultivation education.      

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life.   The moral crisis that is currently hitting the millennium era has raised deep concerns about the moral values ​​of today's society.  The ethical crisis in the millennial era is becoming an increasingly deep and complex problem.  Various factors, such as the influence of globalization, technological progress, and social change, have shaped the context of individual behavior and weakened basic moral values.  In this context, this review examines the importance of citizenship education as the main solution for forming individual character and social ethics in the millennium era.  This study discusses the concept of citizenship education, the role of educational institutions and the challenges faced in realizing civic values ​​in education.  The research results highlight the importance of citizenship education in overcoming the current moral crisis and emphasize the need for cooperation between government, educational institutions and society to achieve this goal.  Key: Citizenship Education, Morals, Millennial Generation

  Indonesia is a country rich in cultural norms. The diversity of ethnicities and beliefs creates the richness of Indonesian culture. Not only that, the wealth of Indonesia is proven by the vastness of Indonesia's territory. The territory of Indonesia is spread from Sabang to Merauke, consisting of five major islands and 17,000 other islands. Each island has its own cultural characteristics. This diversity can certainly have a good or bad impact depending on how we respond to this wealth. Often this diversity causes friction between one community and another. Therefore, the dynamics of the archipelago's insight are needed in dealing with these differences. As a nation that consists of various cultures, of course the era of globalization can be a threat to Indonesia. This writing aims to find out the function of the dynamics of the archipelago's insight in facing the era of globalization. This research was conducted with a qualitative research method and used a literature study to analyze the data. I chose this literature study as a research method to get research references from previous research articles that relate to the topic of my writing this time. Investing in economic development is an important aspect because investment is one of the driving forces in the process of strengthening a country's economy. Several countries have made efforts to increase investment within the framework of their economic policies, as one way to encourage the process of strengthening the economy (Jati, 2012). Over the last decade, investment has not only become an important need for a country to advance its economic development but is also the most important means of developing industry. The research method used in this journal is qualitative. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand the factors influencing traditional markets and their impact on society and the economy. In this research, the author uses descriptive analysis to explain the conditions of traditional markets and the impact of changes in consumer preferences and the shift in people's shopping places to modern shopping centers. Indonesia has decided to become a member of both regional and world trade, such as: GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), AFTA (Asean Free Trade Area), APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) and WTO (Word Trade Organization). Indonesia has become a member of regional and world trade, so at the same time, Indonesia has become part of the global community and trade liberalization. Basically, liberalization creates an era of global trade that is free of borders, protection and barriers. This also increases trade competition between economic actors. The challenges of traditional markets in facing the impact of globalization and trade liberalization are characterized by the flow of investment into Indonesia from one most profitable region to another in all investment sectors. This phenomenon makes capital investment or investment a demand to meet the needs of a country, company and society, for example by investing in the modern retail industry (modern markets), such as: supermarkets, hypermarkets, minimarkets.

In facing the complexity of globalization, Indonesia as a country rich in cultural diversity and traditions faces challenges in maintaining its national identity. Cultural diplomacy is identified as a crucial instrument in enhancing national resilience through mutual understanding, respect for diversity, and strengthening national identity. This article discusses the diplomatic role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in managing cultural differences and describes how cultural diplomacy is a vital element in national defense, in accordance with Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning national defense. The case study of cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea through the Hallyu phenomenon illustrates the impact of cultural diplomacy on the economy, politics and society. This research uses normative juridical research methods or also called library research. The data collection is done secondarily, involving primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, such as laws, books, journals, and related articles. The results show that in the midst of global cultural changes, cultural diplomacy is also faced with challenges, including multidimensional threats involving physical and non-physical aspects. Therefore, the integration of cultural diplomacy in national security policy is essential to maintain cultural diversity and national identity.

In the development of the world, the manufacturing industry sector continues to develop every year, this results in increased competition in the business world, especially in the economic sector. Therefore, every country is required to be more advanced and developed so that the welfare of the population is evenly guaranteed. In the business world, if the business is growing, the competition between one company and another will increase tighter. To be able to compete with other companies, the company must be able to manage all assets owned and its obligations as much as possible so that the operational activities of the company can run well according to the original plan for the company to be established.

Divorce between spouses of different nationalities has become an increasingly common phenomenon in the context of globalization. International civil law plays a key role in addressing the legal issues arising from divorce between different nationalities. This article discusses the legal repercussions arising from such divorces, focusing on several important aspects. Determination of the applicable law is a major concern in cases of non-citizenship divorce. The Lex Loci principle is the rule used to determine the law governing divorce, with special considerations regarding both spouses being from different countries. The recognition of divorce in different jurisdictions is an important concern. The process of official recognition of divorce in different countries often requires special procedures and certain requirements. Issues related to child custody become particularly significant if the couple has children together. International civil law considers aspects such as child residence, custody, and child-related decision-making. A valid divorce certificate may be required for various purposes, including a change in marital status in each spouse's country. The process of obtaining a divorce certificate may vary in each spouse's home country. Pensions and inheritance may also be affected by divorce, and the application of international civil law principles is necessary to determine the associated rights.

In this era of globalization, there is development of the business world in the field of air transportation services. Many air transportation service companies have to compete for consumers through various strategies to win over consumers. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, price and brand image on purchasing decisions. The population in this research is all consumers at PT. Garuda Indonesia Semarang in 2022, numbering 136,135 people, the sample was taken from 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, the higher the service quality, the higher the consumer's tendency to make purchasing decisions. Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, the more competitive the price, the higher the consumer's tendency to make purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, the better the brand image, the higher the consumer's tendency to make purchasing decisions. Research implications include the need to refresh employees, especially front liner staff, provide Cash Back or discounts using credit cards and implement Corporate Social Responsibility.

This research aims to analyze the problems and development of sharia banking in Indonesia in the context of globalization. Sharia banking in Indonesia has experienced significant development during the era of globalization. Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of world views, products, thoughts and other cultural aspects. The progress of transportation and telecommunications infrastructure, including the emergence of the telegraph and the Internet, is a major factor in globalization which increasingly encourages interdependence of economic and cultural activities. The era of globalization has brought changes to the world economic order and presented challenges and opportunities for sharia banking. However, with the development of sharia banking, various problems and challenges have arisen that need to be overcome, the central problem is the lack of socialization and education to the community, as well as competition with conventional institutions which is also a challenge for sharia banking in Indonesia. The analysis method used by the author is a qualitative approach. The results of the research in this journal are the innovation of Islamic banking products, developing digital banking and increasing human resources as a strategy for the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia in the era of globalisation.    

This service aims to create Gubug Pintar as an educational initiative aimed at improving the English language skills of primary school-aged children in RW 008 Banjarsari Surakarta. English is an essential skill in the era of globalization, and introducing it early to children is a key step to provide them with wider future opportunities. However, many children in this community face barriers in access and limited resources for quality English learning. Through the creation of Gubug Pintar, it is hoped that an innovative, engaging and inspiring learning environment will be created for the children. The program will focus on teaching English vocabulary and will be organized in eight meetings with two meetings per week. Gubug Pintar will be a learning center that provides free access for children to improve their English skills through interactive learning methods. It is hoped that through this Gubug Pintar, children will develop a sense of enthusiasm for English learning, feel better prepared to continue their EFL (English as a Foreign Language) education, and acquire English skills that can help them in their educational and career journey. In addition, the program can also provide inspiration for other communities to take similar steps in improving English education at the primary level.

Entering the era of globalization, the advancement of innovation and competition in the business world is getting tougher. The capital market is the best way to maintain its reality in the business world. In Indonesia, there is capital market called the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In general, the value of the company is described by the development of the company’s share price in the capital market. The higher the stock price of a company, the higher the value of the company. Before investing their funds, investors perform a ratio analysis on the company’s ability to generate profits. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, return on aset, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Current Ratio on Stock prices on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)for the 2015-2019 period, either simultaneously, partially, or dominantly. This study uses quantitative research methods. The research sample was 29 LQ45 manufacturing companies which were obtained by using a sampling technique,namely pusposive sampling. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that partially the  Return On Equity, Return On Aset, dan Current Ratio variables had an effect, while the Debt to Equity Ratio variable had no effect on stock prices in manufacturing companies LQ45 Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Simultaneously, the  Return On Equity, return on aset, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Current Ratio variables have a significant effect on stock prices with an f table value of 2,43 and a significant level of 0,000 less than 0,05.

For thousands of years, the Dayak Ngaju people in Central Kalimantan have practiced a traditional rice cultivation system called Manugal, which involves planting rice directly on the ground without artificial fertilizers or pesticides. This method relies on rainwater and natural materials, and it is guided by the teachings of the Kaharingan belief system, recognizing rice as a divine manifestation, and adhering to the traditional calendar. However, the Green Revolution and the globalization of modern food production, initiated in the late 1960s, introduced intensive agriculture, chemical inputs, and high-yielding crop varieties. This modernization marginalized local traditions, including Manugal, in Central Kalimantan. This qualitative descriptive case study examines the background of the Green Revolution and its impact on Manugal, the ecological consequences of agricultural modernization, and the comparison between Manugal and modern monoculture farming systems. The study aims to propose strategies for maintaining the Manugal tradition and achieving ecological sustainability.

Transportation services are one of the basic human needs. In the current era of globalization, with increasing mobility of people or goods, the role of transportation modes becomes very important both in the economic and social fields. Service quality is also inseparable from the desire of service users to obtain good, comfortable, fast and safe transportation facilities and infrastructure. Service quality is a determining and important factor, so that service managers can determine the strategies that must be implemented in order to meet all the needs of service users safely, quickly and comfortably. This research aims to determine the influence of Gapura Angkasa pre-flight service quality on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport by distributing questionnaires to 100 Citilink airline passenger respondents. Based on research and data testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the influence of the quality of pre-flight service at Gapura Angkasa on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction is significant, namely based on the calculated T value of Variable X (Service Quality) on Variable Y (Passenger Satisfaction) of 11,083 more than T table 1,985. So it can be concluded that the quality of Gapura Angkasa's pre-flight service has a significant effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the quality of pre-flight service at Gapura Angkasa on passenger satisfaction is proven by the coefficient of determination value of 55.6%, which means that Variable X (service quality) has an influence of 55.6% on Variable Y (passenger satisfaction).

Nowadays, food and beverage products are widely circulated in society. In the era of globalization of society, the traffic of goods including food/drinks across countries is not guaranteed to be halal. Even though religious obligations command us to consume halal food/drinks. With the existence of Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees and Government Regulation no. 39 of 2021 shows that there is legal certainty in the implementation of Halal Product guarantees. The problem is how to theoretically and empirically study the implementation of halal product guarantees from an Indonesian legal perspective. The research methods are normative juridical and sociological. The research results show that theoretically, the implementation of halal product guarantees is based on Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees reflects legal norms originating from God's Law (God Order), namely from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and has long been practiced in people's lives as a reflection of a person's or society's religious awareness. The process shows a circle of interaction that ends with the Halal Product Guarantee Law. Empirical studies explain that the implementation of halal product guarantees has been going on in people's lives for a long time so that it functions to create legal certainty, comfort and justice for the user community as well as realizing beneficial values for economic growth and community welfare. The existence of statutory regulations, legal institutions and public awareness of halal product guarantees are elements of a legal system. Empirical studies explain that the economic subsystem played by business actors has great energy to adapt quickly and utilize legal regulations and community culture to expand and develop their business. This research tries to analyze the opportunities and challenges of Indonesian as a world language based on the perspective of the younger generation in the era of globalization. The aim is to provide deep insight into how Indonesian can maintain its relevance in the era of globalization. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of filling out a questionnaire consisting of 6 questions. The results of the research from 56 informants show that the young generation of Indonesia has a crucial role in maintaining and advancing Indonesian as a world language. Technology and social media are considered as effective tools in popularizing this language at the global level.

The era of globalization is slowly eroding the characters of young people. For this reason, character education is needed. A management is needed so that good and structured character education can occur. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method.  The object of research is the students and alumni of MA NU I'anatuth-Thullab Mutih Kulon to explain the benefits of planting character education with local religious content. Local content that is applied is by studying books so that it is useful as a provision for children's knowledge about religious teachings. In addition, in establishing relationships with parents, teachers, and friends, they can behave with morality.
