This community service program aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through business development based on the sharia economy. MSMEs have a strategic role in the economy, but still face various challenges, especially in the application of sharia economic principles that can increase competitiveness and the desire to do business. This program is designed to improve Islamic financial literacy, introduce business contracts in accordance with sharia, and provide halal digital marketing training. The method of implementing the activity includes a participatory approach with various stages, ranging from problem identification, training, mentoring, to success evaluation. The target of the program is MSME actors in certain regions who have great potential to adopt the concept of sharia economics in their businesses. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of sharia economics, followed by changes in business practices that are more in line with Islamic principles. Some participants began to implement sharia contracts in their transactions, access sharia financing, and take advantage of halal branding-based digital marketing. This program also found several obstacles, such as low initial understanding of the sharia economy, limited access to Islamic financial institutions, and resistance to changes in the business system. However, through intensive strategy education and support from various parties, most of these challenges can be overcome. The conclusion of this activity is that business development based on the sharia economy can be a solution for MSMEs in increasing their competitiveness in the wider market. The next program recommendations include strengthening digital-based education, increasing access to sharia capital, and establishing a sharia-based MSME community as a forum for collaboration and sustainable business development.

Pleural effusion is a pathological condition characterized by the accumulation of fluid in the pleural cavity, which can cause shortness of breath, chest pain, and other complications. This study aims to evaluate evidence-based nursing care for patients diagnosed with pleural effusion using a case report approach. The assessment was conducted holistically, including interviews, observations, and physical examinations. The results show that nursing interventions combining respiratory physiotherapy, such as breathing exercises, mobilization, and patient education, along with medical care, are effective in reducing shortness of breath and improving chest expansion in patients. The management of pleural effusion involves a multidisciplinary approach, including early diagnosis through thoracentesis and imaging, as well as supportive therapies such as respiratory physiotherapy, pleural fluid drainage, and medical interventions tailored to the underlying etiology. This study also highlights the critical role of respiratory physiotherapy in accelerating patient recovery, including deep breathing exercises, chest mobilization, and posture correction. The evaluation indicates that, although the patient’s respiratory problems were not completely resolved, there was significant improvement in overall health status. This study underscores the importance of applying a multidisciplinary approach to improve the quality of life for patients with pleural effusion.

This research examines the application of contextual theology in the organisation of worship and the discipleship process as an effort by the church to remain relevant in the face of social and cultural dynamics and the times. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research integrates various theories and models, including translation, anthropology, praxis, synthetic, and transcendental models, to reveal how the church can translate the teachings of the Christian faith adaptively and thoroughly. Contextualised worship does not only serve as a religious ritual, but also as a means of interaction between faith and the daily life of the congregation, thus encouraging active engagement and continuous spiritual growth. In addition, structured and holistic discipleship has proven effective in shaping character, faith maturity, and spiritual leadership, through the integration of spiritual, intellectual, and emotional aspects. The research also discusses the evolution of worship practices from the Old Testament to the New Testament, as well as identifying contemporary challenges such as the shift between traditional and modern worship. The results show that the implementation of church principles that are constantly renewed is key to success in maintaining fidelity to biblical values while remaining responsive to changing times. Future research recommendations include empirical studies across different cultural backgrounds, comparative analysis of contextual worship models, evaluation of discipleship programmes, and exploration of technology integration in worship settings. The findings make a significant contribution to the development of church practices that are inclusive, adaptive, and able to build vibrant communities of faith that are responsive to today's global challenges. The research also highlights the importance of inter-generational dialogue and community strengthening through innovative ministry activities, thereby encouraging positive social transformation and supporting the sustainability of the church's mission in an era of complex globalisation. The findings affirm the commitment of the real church.

This study examines murder cases triggered by romantic conflicts in Cipinang Prison, Jakarta. Using a qualitative approach, this research employed in-depth interviews with inmates and prison officers to explore the motives, processes, and social and psychological perspectives of the perpetrators. The findings reveal that romantic conflicts, such as jealousy, financial pressures, and feelings of being undervalued, are often the main triggers of violent acts leading to murder. Uncontrolled emotions and impulsive reactions exacerbate the situation, while the social environment, both before and during incarceration, plays a significant role in shaping deviant behavior patterns. The study also identifies various challenges in the rehabilitation process within the prison, including insufficient attention to the emotional needs of inmates and the negative influence of interactions with fellow prisoners. Referring to Differential Association theory, the study emphasizes that deviant behavior is often learned through negative social interactions. To prevent similar violence, emotional education, conflict management, and evaluations of individual-based rehabilitation programs are necessary.

The nursing diagnoses identified were ineffective airway clearance and knowledge deficit. Interventions were carried out based on SIKI (Indonesian Standard for Nursing Care) and implementation was based on the designed interventions. Evaluation of the two diagnoses revealed that one diagnosis, the knowledge deficit, was resolved, while the issue of ineffective airway clearance was partially resolved. This community service activity (PKM) aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Santosa Catering through the implementation of a web-based catering ordering system. Santosa Catering, as a micro business, faces obstacles in managing orders that are still done manually, which causes inaccurate stock information, delays in delivery, and limited customer access to menus and prices. Through a Diffusion of Science and Technology and Knowledge Transfer approach, a web-based ordering system was developed and implemented to support business operations. The system allows customers to access real-time menu information, place online orders, and choose preferred payment methods, while the owner and staff were given intensive training to effectively operate the system. This study aims to analyze the implementation of leadership supervision in efforts to improve the performance quality of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Economic Affairs Section at the Regional Secretariat of Langkat Regency. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of supervision greatly depends on clear objectives, performance indicators, periodic evaluations, and open communication between leaders and staff. Although there are challenges such as ineffective communication and imbalanced workloads, proposed solutions include improving communication and utilizing technology to enhance supervision and employee performance. Optimal supervision has been shown to play a key role in improving PNS performance, with an emphasis on monitoring, evaluation, and skill development. Despite challenges like limited resources and ineffective communication, solutions such as training, open communication, and technology can improve supervision efficiency. Most PNS show a positive attitude towards management and supervision, although there is still room for improvement in communication and skill development. Going forward, it is expected that supervision will become more structured, technology-based, and communicative to support the achievement of organizational goals more efficiently and enhance public service quality.
