Postpartum mothers with HIV who have problems breastfeeding their babies are at risk of experiencing breast pain and swelling caused by milk dams. Breast care intervention is an important action for postpartum mothers with HIV who have problems breastfeeding. The aim of the intervention is to clean and improve blood circulation around the breasts, prevent breast swelling, and reduce discomfort in the breasts. This research method is a case study with pre-post intervention. The sample of this study was postpartum mothers with HIV on the first day. The measurement instrument uses a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) measuring instrument to measure the pain scale. Breast care intervention was carried out for 3 days when the patient was hospitalized 2-3 times/day and observations were made to find out complaints of pain and swelling in the breasts. The results showed that there was a decrease in the pain scale from a scale of 5 (moderate) to a scale of 2 (mild) after 3 days of intervention. In conclusion, breast care interventions are effective in reducing the discomfort of pain and swelling in the breasts of postpartum mothers with HIV who have problems breastfeeding.

Early marriage can have negative impacts on reproductive health and the lives of those involved. This study in South Bangka Regency aimed to analyze the relationship between geographic and socio-cultural factors and early marriage. Using a cross-sectional design and Chi-Square statistical test with a 95% confidence level (ρ ≤0.05), the study found that geographic factors did not significantly relate to early marriage (p=0.102). However, logistic regression analysis indicated that female adolescents living in coastal areas had a 1.49 times higher risk of early marriage compared to those living on the mainland. Socio-cultural factors, particularly education, showed a significant relationship (p=0.016), with lower education levels correlating with a higher likelihood of early marriage. Conversely, ethnicity did not show a significant relationship (p=0.147). Although cultural factors were not statistically significant, traditions and cultural norms still influence marriage decisions. Therefore, enhancing education, increasing awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage, and community interventions are crucial. Health professionals are advised to improve education and counseling on reproductive health and the effects of early marriage, adopt a proactive approach in communities, especially in coastal and isolated areas, and collaborate with schools and community organizations. Regular training and effective monitoring systems are also necessary to ensure the success of early marriage prevention programs    

Chest X-ray report generation has become an important topic in vision-to-language research. However, fully generative models often create fluent clinical reports that may contain unsupported or inaccurate statements, leading to hallucination problems and reducing reliability. This study investigates evidence-grounded report generation using the Open-i (IU X-ray) dataset with two main goals: generating coherent radiology reports from X-ray images and minimizing unsupported clinical entities through evidence retrieval. Four experimental models were evaluated: a baseline image-to-report model (E1), an alignment-enhanced model using the InfoNCE objective (E2), a retrieval-grounded model that incorporates Top-K evidence sentences with citation markers such as [E#] (E3), and a reranking model that selects the most evidence-supported output (E4). Experimental results on the Open-i test dataset show that grounding methods significantly reduce hallucination rates and improve entity overlap performance. The reranking approach achieves the best grounding quality, although stronger grounding slightly lowers text-overlap scores and increases inference time. Overall, retrieval-based grounding with explicit citations and reranking offers an effective approach for improving factual consistency and reducing unsupported information in automated radiology report generation.

This research summarizes findings from related journal literature to investigate the influence of training and work discipline on employee performance. Through a literature review, this article outlines the positive relationship between work discipline and employee performance, as well as the role of work discipline in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace. The various empirical studies reviewed show that a high level of training and a strong level of work discipline can form more productive and high-performing employees. The literature also highlights the importance of integrating human resource management strategies that focus on increasing training and implementing effective work discipline. This research provides an in-depth understanding of these concepts and emphasizes their relevance in the modern organizational context. In conclusion, this article provides a solid theoretical foundation for further research and provides practical insights for human resource management in improving employee performance.

the purpose of this research to determine and analyze the influence of Store Atmosphere (X1), product variety (X2), service quality (X3) on consumer buying interest (Y). The population in this study were all potential SVS Karangjati consumers, totaling 100 respondents. The type of research used is Non Probability sampling because the population is not yet known. Researchers then used purposive sampling focusing on consumers who bought at SVS Karangjati, with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the Likert scale method. The research results can be concluded that : 1). Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 2). Product variety has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, 3). Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Based on the results of this research, it would be better for the owner of SVS Karangjati to continue to maintain and improve his business, especially the store atmosphere, product variety and service quality so as to increase interest in buying among more potential consumers.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

In addition to the role of leaders, employees will be able to carry out their activities well, if supported by good working environment conditions. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.

Community service teaches to lecturers and trainers at the Training and Education Center of Muhammadiyah University of Malang (Pusdiklat UMM) plays a crucial role in enhancing the qualifications of lecturers and administrative staff to meet the established standards of human resources both nationally and internationally, in line with the dynamics of global human resource competencies. In this context, Smart Indonesia Academy, a management company, provides competency assessor training at Pusdiklat UMM as a community empowerment effort. This research adopts an analytical descriptive method to collect, analyze, and interpret data. The research findings indicate the smooth implementation of community service activities by Smart Indonesia Academy at the Pusdiklat UMM office. In conclusion, this study highlights the complexity and challenges of implementing competency-based training and education approaches in the workplace and higher education, emphasizing the importance of in-depth understanding and problem-solving efforts to enhance implementation effectiveness.

Character building is one of the most crucial aspects in supporting national development in the current era of globalization. Education is not only intended to transfer knowledge, but also plays a role in shaping the personality and moral values of students from an early age. This is important so that students have a strong character provision to face the challenges of the ever-changing era. Instilling character values from an early age is expected to be a fortress in maintaining students' personal and social integrity. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the role of teachers as role models (modeling the way) in the process of character building for students in the Elementary Madrasah environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students involved in learning activities. This research was conducted in an Elementary Madrasah that has implemented an exemplary approach in the character education process. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as role models is very influential in shaping the character of students. The attitudes, words, and actions of teachers in everyday life in the madrasah environment are real examples that are imitated by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the modeling the way strategy is very effective in internalizing character values to students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

With financial performance as an intervening variable, this study tries to test and assess the relationship between capital structure, funding decisions, and investment decisions on firm value in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. All food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2022 are the population in this study. Purposive sampling is the method used to obtain samples in this study. Ten companies that fit the research requirements were found using purposive sampling technique. Partial Least Square was used in data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study. There are 7 hypotheses in this study. The results prove that there are 6 hypotheses that have a negative and insignificant effect. While 1 hypothesis has a positive and insignificant effect.

Training on the Use of Code.org-based Educational Games in Delivering Material in Schools is a community service activity which aims to improve teachers' skills in using video-based learning media. This activity was carried out at SDN Kedungdalem II, attended by 12 teachers. This abstract explains the reasons for choosing this topic, namely to overcome challenges in delivering material in schools and utilizing the potential of technology in the learning process. The method used is interactive training and direct practice in creating and editing educational games for learning. During the training, teachers were provided with knowledge about code.org-based educational game concepts and technical skills to create interesting and effective educational games. The results of the training show an increase in teacher skills in using code.org-based educational games and more active student participation in learning. Teachers report increased student learning motivation and better understanding of concepts after implementing code.org-based educational games in the classroom. The conclusion from this activity is that this training succeeded in providing significant benefits for teachers and students. Using educational games based on code.org can improve the quality of learning and produce a more interactive learning environment

This study aims to determine the effect of warm compresses on reducing labor pain during the first active phase. This type of research is Quasi experiment, which is research that is used to determine whether or not there are consequences of "something" imposed on the subject being studied by looking for the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. A sample is a portion taken from all objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The sample in this study was 20 people in one intervention group. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling, namely taking samples according to the criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection techniques use questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses the Independent T test. Statistical testing uses parametric analysis with the significance of the test results determined based on the p value <0.05. Based on the statistical test results, it is known that the p value is 0.001<0.05 which means that there is an influence on the intensity of pain before and after administration. Warm Compress. Since the outbreak of the corona virus-19 has made it difficult for all health workers and even lack of rest, causing many health workers to be vulnerable and easily experience stress at work. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of workload, availability of PPE facilities and organizational support on the work stress of health workers who treat COVID-19 patients at our family hospital. This research was conducted from February 2021 to June 2021. The type of research carried out was explanatory research with quantitative methods. This research was conducted at the Kita Family Hospital with a total of 172 respondents. From the research conducted, it was found that there was an effect of workload, availability of PPE facilities, organizational support, and division of labor on the work stress of health workers who partially handle Covid-19, so it can be concluded that an even distribution of tasks and in accordance with competence will reduce stress. the work of health workers who handle Covid-19 during the pandemic by ensuring the availability of appropriate and sufficient PPE, providing good support, appreciating the efforts and work of health workers, paying attention to the welfare of health workers.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi fenomena flypaper effect terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan, Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia dan laporan pendukung lainnya. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah 33 provinsi di Indonesia dengan periode penelitian 2018-2022. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel, diperoleh hasil Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel, diperoleh hasil yang secara parsial masing-masing variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap tingkat belanja daerah Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia. Begitupun secara simultan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpangaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap belanja daerah Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia dengan besaran Adjusted R-squared adalah sebesar 97,07 persen. Sementara jika dilihat dari masing-masing koefisien variabel DAU dan PAD terhadap belanja daerah dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi flypaper effect pada kinerja keuangan pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingka kemandirian pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia masih belum mandiri dalam memenuhi belanja daerahnya. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka sebaiknya masing-masing pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber utama belanja daerah, kemudian pemerintah daerah juga harus memperioritaskan penggunaan belanja daerah untuk hal-hal yang produktif, sehingga adanya dana transfer pemerintah pusat mampu meningkatkan kemandirian kinerja keuangan pemerintah dan pada akhirnya bisa meminimalisir ketergantungan dengan pemerintah pusat.   Kata kunci: Flpaper Effect, Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).

Food safety is a crucial aspect in campus environments, particularly in canteen areas that serve ready-to-eat food. The presence of flies as mechanical vectors of foodborne diseases such as diarrhea, typhoid, and dysentery is still commonly found in the canteen of Mathla’ul Anwar University (UNMA) Banten. This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of canteen managers about the dangers of flies and to introduce the use of fly grill devices as a simple solution to prevent food contamination. The methods included interactive education, demonstration of fly grill production and installation, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results showed a 24% increase in participants' knowledge and a behavioral shift toward more hygienic food serving practices. Most participants found the fly grill effective, easy to create, and applicable for independent use. This activity is expected to support the establishment of fly-free, hygienic canteens as part of foodborne disease prevention efforts in the campus setting.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

Late adolescents experience a critical phase of individual development with various challenges that can affect their mental and emotional well-being. The focus of this research is resilience, namely the ability to overcome, adapt and recover from stress or life pressure. The research aims to understand the factors that increase resilience in late adolescents, with a review of emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, empathy, casual analysis, self-efficacy and achievement. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and observations with 7 late adolescent sources using random sampling. The research results show that the level of resilience of the majority of teenagers is in the good category. Factors such as optimism, self-efficacy, and impulse control play a key role in the formation of positive resilience. The conclusion of this research is that it emphasizes the importance of approaches in developing resilience in late adolescents. Empowerment efforts, particularly in emotional regulation and optimism, can help them face challenges, develop robust personal growth, and better prepare for the transition to adulthood. This research provides in-depth insights for the development of effective interventions to support the positive development of adolescents in their transition phase.

This study aims to produce and test the feasibility of Training Materials Management of Household Financial Management in the Village Tasikmadu. This research method using Design-Based Research model. The results of the final evaluation showed that 93% -95% of the learners received excellent training evaluation results, 95% -100% of the study participants gave positive responses to the training model, 89% of the students were active in training, and 79% of the studying population had implemented financial Accounting. Based on these results, the development of teaching materials for household financial management training is ready to be implemented. This training development is easy to apply, effective and practical, as it is developed and designed in a contextual and flexible way that is modified according to the needs and circumstances of the field. In addition, the guidebook provided in this model of financial management training has been made as attractive as possible to facilitate training activities taking into account the characteristics of female fishermen as learning citizens. So when this resource is applied it will create a fun and interesting training atmosphere.

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge on family financial management behavior, 2). To determine and explain the influence of financial attitudes on family financial management behavior, 3). The population in this study were residents of Kaligangsa Kulon Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency who were 17 years old and over and totaled 5879 people. The study was conducted based on probability sampling techniques, simple random sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Financial knowledge does not affect family financial management behavior, 2). Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior, 3). Financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior.

Dysmenorrhoea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, because of this, around 14% of women cannot participate in learning at school or carry out daily activities, thereby reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are in an unstable emotional condition, if they do not get good information about the menstrual cycle then they are easy to experience primary menstrual disorders. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many teenagers who are growing and developing both physically and psychologically. Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of dysmenorrhoea, including non-pharmacological intervention, including Rosulullah-style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabawi treatment, including listening to the Koran and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone. people who experience it.
