With the publication of Coordinating Ministerial Decree Number 7 of 2023 concerning the Third Amendment to Coordinating Ministerial Decree Number 7 of 2021 concerning Amendments to the List of National Strategic Projects, the public is in the spotlight to find out what processes and laws and regulations regulate each process and stage. To study this in more depth, it is necessary to carry out a Juridical Analysis of the Allocation of land in Forest Areas above BP Batam's Management Rights on Rempang Island to be able to find out the legal arrangements, implementation, obstacles and solutions for allocating land in forest areas above BP Batam's Management Rights on the Island. Eccentric. The research method used is a normative and juridical approach, which focuses on doctrinal legal research and refers to legal norms contained in applicable laws and regulations as a normative basis, so this research emphasizes secondary data sources, both in the form of theories- legal theory and through interviews with sources or parties related to the problems to be researched above. All data obtained is then processed, analyzed and interpreted logically, systematically using deductive methods. The results of research on the allocation of land in forest areas above BP Batam's Management Rights on Rempang Island based on applicable laws and regulations are not justified and BP Batam will not be able to use and utilize all or part of its land either for its own use or in collaboration with other parties because BP Batam's authority as the holder of Management Rights will only arise after the issuance of a Management Rights Certificate from the Batam City National Land Agency Office, it is not permitted to carry out new development and development in forest areas before changes to the designation and function of forest areas are made, and if it is on land that will be granted Rights Management still has land/buildings/plants belonging to the people, so compensation for losses and relocation of residents to new residential areas must be carried out first on the basis of deliberation. The author hopes that from the research that has been carried out, the government can create legal products that create a sense of justice for society and can turn the results of this research into useful knowledge for parties facing similar legal problems.

Load Control is a unit responsible for receiving and analyzing aircraft data and locals from various sources to ensure optimal aircraft balance with reference to safety and economical operation aspects. The purpose of this study is to understand the handling, challenges, and efforts of Load Control officers in creating the Weight and Balance for Malaysia Airlines Boeing 737-800 at PT JAS Soekarno Hatta Internasional Airport. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, utilizing primary data (interviews and observations) and secondary data (documentation) in the from of  Standard Operating Prosedures (SOP). Data analysis is conducted, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of the study at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Cengkareng, show that  Load Control officers have carried out the Weight and Balance for Malaysia Airlines Boeing 737-800 in accordance with the specified Standard Operating Prosedures (SOP), especially in handling cargo that requires special attention. The challenges faced in creating Weight and Balance include ineffective communication between units, system disruptions or system down, and overload issues that can affect flight On The Performance. Efforts to address these challenges by Load Control officers include adhering to Standard Operating Prosedures (SOP), improving communication, and coordinating with various related parties to achieve  On The Performance..

The use of drones in responding to aircraft accidents in remote areas is an important innovation to improve response and efficiency in emergency situations. The purpose of this study is to explore the optimization of drone use in this context using qualitative research methods and a descriptive approach with interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research showed that drones have a variety of benefits, among others: These include fast and accurate monitoring of accident sites, detailed real-time data collection for situation assessment, and the ability to provide medical assistance and rescue equipment quickly and efficiently. In addition, drones can reach areas that are difficult for traditional rescue teams to access, thereby reducing the risk to rescue workers and speeding up the search for victims. However, some obstacles have also emerged, including limited communication infrastructure that can hinder drone operations in remote areas and difficulties in coordinating drone operators with rescue teams on the ground. Other technical challenges include the limited battery life of drones, extreme weather conditions that can affect drone performance, and the need for drone operators to use their drones. effectively and safely. Future research is suggested to focus on evaluating the effectiveness of drone use in various emergency situations, further development of drone technology, and analysis of the regulatory and legal aspects of drone use. The aim of this initiative is to ensure the optimal and safe use of drones in future rescue operations, especially in remote areas that are difficult to reach by traditional methods. Cooperation between the government, technology service providers and rescue teams is also essential to overcome barriers and maximize the potential of drone use.

In developing more advanced human resources it is very important, proper employee management can realize human resources or improve the performance of skilled workers and help agencies achieve their goals. West Bekasi District is one of the state administrative bodies responsible for coordinating government administration, serving and empowering the surrounding community. There are several problems, namely a lack of supervision from the leadership, so that there are still employees who arrive late and do not come in without explanation and the facilities provided are inadequate so that employee performance is still less than optimal. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 37 respondents from the West Bekasi District Office. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data processing uses SPSS 22 to carry out multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially or simultaneously leadership and the work environment have a positive effect on employee performance.

The Bureau of Apparatus Human Resources and Organization is one of the echelon II work units at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia which has the task of coordinating, fostering and managing the human resources of the apparatus within the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization in managing human resources needs to pay anttention to the competence and work discipline of each employee in order to produce quality employees and superior performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance of the Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection using saturated samples or non probability sampling. A total of 64 respondents were sampled and the data obtained was processed using SPSS 25 software with multiple linear regression analysis techniques which included instrument testing, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence, partially and simultaneously competence and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia.

Anemia is one of the problems in adolescents in Indonesia. Anemia is more common in female adolescents than male adolescents. The purpose of this community service activity is to determine the level of adolescent knowledge about anemia and the importance of preventing anemia. The methods in community service activities include providing pretests and posttests, health education about anemia, the importance of preventing anemia. Community service activities use media in the form of leaflets, powerpoint presentations and videos. Knowledge measurement with questionnaires. This activity was carried out at Mts Al-Muhajirin Ambon class IX with 45 students. The results of the activity showed an increase in knowledge based on the results of the posttest, namely 73.4% of students had good knowledge about anemia. In conclusion, health education for adolescents through leaflets, powerpoint presentations and videos can increase knowledge for adolescents at Mts Al-Muhajirin Ambon. This activity needs to be improved by coordinating with the school and local health center to carry out continuous follow-up activities. The need for the formation of peer groups or health information corners at schools in increasing efforts to prevent anemia in adolescents.

Waste is one of the biggest environmental problems in Indonesia. Based on data from the 2014 Central Statistics Agency (in Angga & Djunaidi, 2017) it shows that Indonesia produces around 187.2 million tons of waste / year and is in second place as the largest waste producer in the world. Waste not only comes from households but also from the school environment. If this waste is left unchecked, it can cause disease. This large amount of waste is also caused by people's lack of concern for the environment. Therefore, it requires an appropriate management strategy, one of which is through recycling. The waste recycling training aims to increase knowledge of dealing with plastic waste and develop the creativity of Purwakarta State Primary School teachers so that they are able to process waste into learning media as well as capital for students to understand learning more easily through waste recycling training. Implementation methods include environmental observation, problem identification, determining service activities, coordinating service activities with prospective participants, implementing training. The waste recycling training activity has been successful and running smoothly, able to develop creativity and increase teachers' knowledge regarding waste managent.

The subjects of the study were teachers, principals, and school committees at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. The results of the study found: Principal communication in improving teacher professionalism is conveying messages to teachers both verbally and in writing; Principal communication in improving teacher discipline is providing exemplary examples by attending school on time; Principal communication in improving teacher responsibility is interpersonal communication, communication in solving problems in learning by coordinating and finding solutions with the school committee and supervisor, and the relevant Education Office. It is expected that the committee and the principal can provide encouragement and guidance in teacher performance regarding professionalism, discipline and teacher responsibility effectively and efficiently so that it can improve teacher performance in schools.

This researcher aims 1). Knowing the performance of AOLT officers at Adisutjipto Yogyakarta International Airport.2). Find out what the role of officers is in inspecting facilities at the Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport terminal. 3). Knowing the efforts of AOLT officers in overcoming obstacles to inspection of facilities at Adisutjipto International Airport. This research uses qualitative methods. Research subjects and objects, researchers are supported by data collectors using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods with supporting documents at the Airport Operation Landside and Terminal (Aolt) units to answer the research problem formulation, the researchers carried out 3 stages of data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results of this research show that 1) AOLT officers have compliance with good inspection procedures, adequate abilities in identifying problems, and effective reporting and communication processes, 2) Airport Operation Lanside and Terminal officers at Adisutjipto Yogyakarta International Airport have a major role in monitoring facility conditions, reporting findings, corrective actions, and coordinating with related parties. 3) In handling facilities, the solutions implemented must focus on expanding facilities, regular maintenance, improving services, and collaborating with related parties. In this way, airport toilets can become more comfortable facilities and meet higher standards.

This study focuses on the effectiveness of supervision and regulation conducted by Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) in maintaining financial system stability in Indonesia. Cooking oil that has been heated three times is very dangerous for human health if reused, but if it is thrown away directly it can pollute the environment, such as blockages in sewer pipes, pollution of clean water, river pollution and soil pollution. This community service activity aims to increase motivation and equip residents, especially housewives, in processing cooking oil waste, which was previously liquid waste that could pollute the environment. This service activity includes several stages, namely the service team planning, coordinating with the PKK Chair in Joyusuran Village, socializing and the process of making soap products from used cooking oil. This activity simulates processing used cooking oil into solid laundry soap as an environmentally friendly product and can reduce environmental pollution due to disposal of used cooking oil.

Vocational training in Indonesia is organised based on cooperation or mutual agreement between educational institutions and companies. This research highlights the unavailability of legal regulations that specifically protect vocational trainees. The lack of specific regulations causes the implementation of existing labour regulations to be limited to companies where vocational training is held. Through this normative jurisprudence research, it can be seen that the vacuum legis condition, namely the existence of a vacuum of specific legal rules, has begun to have a solution. The Indonesian government has actually started to improve the quality of human resources through vocational education and training by making three new regulations related to vocational training. There are three new regulations that have been issued, namely: Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2033 concerning Revitalisation of Vocational Education and Vocational Training issued on 27 April 2022. Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Regulation No. 5 of 2022 governing the Organisation and Working Procedures of the National Coordination Team for Revitalising Vocational Education and Vocational Training, promulgated on 14 September 2022. Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Regulation No. 6 of 2022 on the National Strategy for Vocational Education and Vocational Training, also promulgated on 14 September 2022. It is expected that these regulations can be implemented to protect the individual rights of prospective workers in vocational training in Indonesia.

This study examines problem-solving strategies for Islamic religious education in pharmacy campus environments, motivated by the importance of Islamic education in shaping students' character, ethics, and morals, as well as the unique challenges of integrating Islamic values with modern pharmaceutical science. The main issues identified include lack of student interest and motivation, difficulties in integrating religious values with pharmacy materials, limited time and lesson allocations, and insufficient facilities supporting religious activities. The research aims to discover appropriate strategies to address these issues and enhance the effectiveness of Islamic education in pharmacy campuses. The findings reveal several key strategies that can be implemented, including: establishing binding regulations, organizing meetings with off-campus religious lecturers, coordinating with student affairs departments, combining suitable learning methods, increasing worship practices, strengthening basic religious understanding, creating engaging religious activities, and habituating Quran reading before lectures. The study's conclusion emphasizes the importance of implementing these strategies comprehensively and sustainably, with support from the entire academic community, to produce a young generation excelling in academics and possessing noble character based on Islamic values.

Public health is a fundamental pillar of regional development as it directly affects the quality of life, productivity, and social welfare of the community. At the local level, the village head (lurah) plays a strategic role in encouraging community participation and coordinating public health programs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to analyze the role of the village head in improving public health through a public administration approach in Bumi Ayu Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied in this program include counseling, training, simulation, and free health screening services using an educational approach. The activity was conducted on July 20, 2024, at STIA Lancang Kuning Campus and involved more than 100 participants from various community groups. The results indicate an increased public awareness of the importance of regular health check-ups and early detection of non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, and uric acid disorders. In addition, the program strengthened the roles of the village heads, Posyandu cadres, and PKK members in supporting community health services. The discussion reveals that the success of public health programs at the subdistrict level is strongly influenced by participatory, collaborative, and responsive local leadership. This PKM activity is expected to serve as a model for strengthening the role of local government in promoting sustainable community health development.

The problems faced by KWT are lack of knowledge regarding orange-based products, product management and marketing. The method used is coordinating with all partners, providing knowledge and skills in creating orange cultivation facilities and orange-based food processing, implementing and evaluating activities. The results of Kosabangsa's research are able to provide benefits for community empowerment in this case, namely improving the economy through empowering Siamese orange farmer groups to become functional food-based processed products in Brebeg Village, Jeruklegi District, Cilacap Regency.
