The use of artificial intelligence technology in elementary education is becoming increasingly relevant as teachers demand to develop creative and efficient teaching materials. Problems faced by fifth-grade elementary school teachers include limited time, a variety of ideas, and reliance on conventional methods in developing teaching materials, resulting in suboptimal learning creativity. This study aims to describe the use of ChatGPT by fifth-grade elementary school teachers in developing creative teaching materials and to identify the benefits and constraints of its use in the learning process. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature studies and online questionnaires based on Google Forms. The research respondents were fifth-grade elementary school teachers who were familiar with and used ChatGPT in lesson planning. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of ChatGPT as a digital assistant for teachers in increasing the efficiency and creativity of teaching material development in elementary schools.

As a maritime nation with vast sea territories, Indonesia faces significant challenges in safeguarding its waters, particularly in strategic regions such as the Natuna Sea. This area is vulnerable to various threats, including territorial violations, marine resource theft, and illegal underwater activities. This study aims to formulate a concept for the utilization of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) as an alternative solution to enhance underwater security systems in the region. The method employed is Research and Development (R&D), adopting model development steps and complemented by a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of AUVs in the context of Indonesian maritime defense. The research findings indicate that the main strength of AUVs lies in their technological capability to effectively detect underwater threats. Although they have weaknesses, such as high operational costs, dependency on imported components, and limitations in battery endurance and sonar capabilities, these factors do not significantly hinder AUV effectiveness. Major opportunities arise from global technological advancements, yet challenges remain due to insufficient government policy support. The threats faced include the risk of sabotage and extreme weather conditions. Therefore, the recommended strategies are to maximize the use of technology, strengthen supporting regulations, and address logistical and financial barriers to realize effective and sustainable AUV operations in the Natuna Sea.

This study examines the implementation of the Coretax system in preparing electronic withholding tax slips (e-Bupot) and submitting Monthly Income Tax Article 21 (PPh 21) Returns at PT RSA. Coretax, launched by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) and officially implemented on January 1, 2025, is part of the government’s effort to modernize tax administration and improve taxpayer compliance. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews with personnel responsible for PPh 21 administration, direct observation of e-Bupot preparation and monthly tax return filing through Coretax, and documentation review of tax reports and withholding slips. The analysis compares PT RSA’s practices with applicable tax regulations and identifies technical challenges during system use. The results show that PT RSA has complied with prevailing regulations, including the application of the Average Effective Rate (TER) and the utilization of Coretax for tax administration. However, technical constraints remain, particularly unstable internet connections and slow Coretax server performance during peak reporting periods, leading to data entry delays and upload failures. Therefore, improvements in system stability and performance are needed to support timely reporting and optimal tax compliance.

This study aims to evaluate the public transportation service policy of Trans Jatim Bus Corridor 2, operating on the Mojokerto–Surabaya route, using the six evaluation indicators proposed by William N. Dunn: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, direct observations, and secondary data analysis. The findings reveal that the Trans Jatim Corridor 2 service has significantly contributed to improving accessibility and mobility for the people of East Java. In terms of effectiveness, the service meets transportation policy objectives by offering strategic routes, consistent schedules, and accessible bus stops. Efficiency is demonstrated through optimal utilization of limited fleets and operational costs, while still meeting high passenger demand. Regarding adequacy, the service is generally sufficient; however, overcrowding during peak hours indicates the need for capacity improvements. Equity is reflected in the widespread distribution of bus stops, although disparities remain in the availability of facilities and route information across several stops. The service shows high responsiveness through quick handling of passenger complaints via applications and social media. Additionally, service appropriateness is evident in its punctual operations supported by GPS-based monitoring and real-time information through the TRANSJATIM-AJAIB application. Overall, the evaluation shows that Trans Jatim Corridor 2 provides effective, efficient, and responsive public transport services, yet requires improvements in capacity and equitable distribution of facilities to achieve optimal service quality.

East Nusa Tenggara (ENT) possesses substantial natural resource potential across the agricultural, fisheries, renewable energy, and tourism sectors. However, their utilization remains largely unsustainable and continues to face challenges such as excessive resource exploitation, environmental degradation, limited infrastructure, and low human resource quality. This study aims to analyze the prospects and challenges of sustainable economic development in ENT by highlighting natural resource management and opportunities for developing new economic sectors based on innovation and local wisdom. The findings indicate that ENT has strategic opportunities in renewable energy development, sustainable tourism, and agricultural diversification, although these are constrained by weak governance, socio-economic inequality, and vulnerability to climate change. Therefore, the economic transformation of ENT requires strengthened regulations, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and sustainability-oriented investment. The findings underscore the necessity of fostering a sustainable economic transformation in ENT that aligns with global environmental goals while respecting local traditions and resources. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, businesses, and community stakeholders aiming to promote sustainable growth in the region.

Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.) is an annual crop that is tolerant to drought and requires relatively low water input, making it suitable for cultivation on suboptimal lands such as peat soils. However, the utilization of peat soils for crop production faces major constraints, including high soil acidity and low availability of essential macronutrients, particularly nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). Improving the chemical properties of peat soils can be achieved through the application of dolomite to reduce soil acidity and NPK fertilizer to enhance nutrient availability. This study aimed to evaluate the growth and yield responses of sorghum to different combinations of dolomite and NPK fertilizer rates on peat soil and to determine the most efficient dosage. The experiment was conducted using a factorial randomized block design with two factors, namely dolomite rate and NPK fertilizer rate. Observations were made on growth and yield parameters of sorghum. The results showed that the interaction between dolomite and NPK fertilizer had no significant effect on all observed parameters. Based on efficiency analysis, the application of 1.16 kg dolomite per bed and 200 kg NPK per hectare was identified as the most efficient dosage to support the growth and yield of sorghum on peat soil. These findings indicate that appropriate soil amendment and fertilization management are essential for optimizing sorghum production on peat soils.

This study aims to determine and analyze service waiting times, identify the root causes of long queues, and develop a strategy to improve service performance at the 5361137-gas station (SPBU) at the Surabaya-Gresik Toll Rest Area. The research method used is a mixed-methods approach with an exploratory sequential design. This study combines quantitative analysis using Queuing Theory to measure system performance (arrival rates and service times) and descriptive qualitative analysis using a Fishbone Diagram. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and g-form techniques. The results indicate that the current queuing system performance is in a critical or severe condition, indicated by a server utilization rate of 0.94 to 1.02 during peak hours. The average time spent by vehicles in the system is 14.3 minutes, of which 9.6 minutes (67%) is spent waiting in the queue. Fishbone diagram analysis revealed that the root cause of the main problem lies in the complex interaction of factors: Machine factors (EDC signal failure and pump repair downtime), Human and Method factors (implementation of static shifts and reactive maintenance), and Environmental factors (narrow layouts that hinder large vehicle maneuvers). As a solution, this study formulated a hybrid improvement strategy that includes short-term business process engineering (the use of Floating Staff and lane segregation) and long-term investment in additional pumps to change the queuing model from Single Channel to Dual Channel. This strategy is expected to reduce the utility level to a safe zone below 0.80 with a target waiting time of 3–5 minutes.

Background: The rapid development of financial technology and the increasing volume of cross-border transactions have led to the emergence of increasingly complex digital financial crimes, involving anonymous actors and exploiting regulatory gaps and jurisdictional differences. This condition poses serious challenges to legal systems, particularly in terms of digital evidence, the attribution of legal liability, and the effectiveness of cross-border law enforcement. Objective: This study aims to reconstruct the framework of civil and criminal liability in digital fraud cases to make it more adaptive, integrated, and responsive to technological developments. Method: The research employs a qualitative socio-legal approach, combining normative analysis of cybercrime regulations, case studies of international digital fraud, comparative analysis of legal systems across countries, and interviews with legal practitioners and fintech regulators. Results: The findings reveal significant legal gaps, regulatory fragmentation across jurisdictions, and weaknesses in electronic evidence systems that hinder effective law enforcement. Additionally, the complexity of actors and technologies within digital ecosystems complicates the accurate attribution of legal responsibility. Therefore, an integrated legal framework is required, incorporating both civil and criminal liability, international regulatory harmonization, and the utilization of technology to enhance law enforcement effectiveness.

Empowering agricultural human resources is a strategic approach to support sustainable agricultural development and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). This community service article aims to describe the implementation of an agricultural instructor empowerment training program conducted through collaboration between Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) and the Ngudi Luhur Self-Reliant Agricultural and Rural Training Center (P4S) in Blitar Regency. The activity involved approximately 50 participants consisting of agricultural instructors and local agricultural practitioners. The methods included Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and field visits to superior corn cultivation areas managed by P4S. The results indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of the importance of agricultural innovation and technology utilization to enhance productivity, supported by experiential learning through direct observation of high-yield corn fields compared to conventional practices. This program strengthens the role of agricultural instructors as innovation dissemination agents and contributes to the achievement of sustainable development goals in the agricultural sector.

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of traditional clothing UMKM in Palembang through product innovation and business management training in order to support the development of local fashion tourism. UMKM engaged in producing songket, jumputan, and Palembang batik possess significant economic and cultural potential; however, they face various challenges, including limited design innovation, weak business management skills, and insufficient utilization of digital technology for marketing. Through collaboration between the lecturer team of Politeknik Prasetiya Mandiri and the Palembang City Tourism Office, the program was implemented through workshops, business mentoring, and digital marketing training involving UMKM actors, students, and the local community. The results show improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills in developing creative product designs, enhancing production quality, and managing their businesses more professionally. Participants also gained a deeper understanding of digital marketing strategies as an essential tool to expand market reach. This program has contributed positively to strengthening local cultural identity while creating opportunities for creative economic growth through fashion tourism. The implementation of this initiative is expected to serve as a sustainable effort to improve the competitiveness of UMKM and support the economic development of Palembang.

SMP Negeri 5 Merlung is a public junior high school in Merlung Subdistrict that has utilized the DAPODIK system for online data processing management, enabling efficient sending and receiving of information to the government. This research analyzes IT governance on the DAPODIK system using the COBIT 5 framework, specifically the MEA01 domain (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Performance and Conformance), which focuses on monitoring and evaluating performance and conformance. The research background is based on the need to maximize the utilization of the system at the school level. The main objectives are to determine the current and expected capability levels, as well as to provide improvement recommendations to achieve higher process maturity. The research method applies Assessment Process Activities, covering observation, interviews, identification of findings, gap analysis, and recommendations. The results show that the current capability level is at level 3 (established process), while the expected capability level is directed toward level 4 (predictable process). The implications of these findings provide practical recommendations such as routine monitoring enhancements, staff training, and integration of automation tools to bridge the capability gap, thereby improving the effectiveness of IT governance at SMP Negeri 5 Merlung sustainably.

Cooking oil is a staple food widely used in daily cooking. However, repeated use of cooking oil, resulting in its conversion into used cooking oil, can have negative impacts on both health and the environment. Used cooking oil that has changed color and quality is carcinogenic and has the potential to increase the risk of cardiovascular disease if consumed again. Furthermore, improper disposal of used cooking oil can cause environmental pollution because it is difficult to decompose. This study aims to examine the wise management of household waste, especially used cooking oil, by utilizing it into products with utility value. One form of utilization is processing used cooking oil into environmentally friendly soap for laundry purposes. This activity was carried out as a form of community service through training in making soap from used cooking oil with the addition of essential oils for aromatherapy for residents of Pasar Rawa Village, Gebang District, Langkat Regency. The research method used was qualitative, with observation and direct participation in the training activities. The results showed that participants, particularly housewives, demonstrated high enthusiasm and were actively involved in both the presentation and the soap-making practices. This activity not only raised public awareness of the importance of managing used cooking oil waste but also provided new skills that have the potential to support family economic growth.

This study aims to examine the application of mocaf flour as a partial or complete substitute for wheat flour in the preparation of dadar gulung, a traditional Indonesian delicacy. The research is grounded in the potential of mocaf, which is gluten-free, rich in dietary fiber, and supports efforts to diversify food sources based on local commodities. A quantitative experimental method was employed with three flour formulations 50% wheat : 50% mocaf, 25% wheat : 75% mocaf, and 100% mocaf evaluated through organoleptic testing by 25 panelists with varying levels of experience. The assessment parameters included color, aroma, taste, texture, and overall perception. The findings indicate that the formulation containing 100% achieved the highest overall score, followed by the 75% mocaf and 25% wheat blend, while the 50% mocaf and 50% wheat formulation ranked lowest. These results suggest that a dominant proportion of mocaf can maintain the sensory quality of the product, although full substitution requires further optimization to enhance consumer acceptance. This research contributes to the development of healthier innovations in traditional foods, offers a gluten-free alternative for individuals with dietary restrictions, and promotes the sustainable utilization of local resources.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of regional economies, including in the city of Banjarmasin, as they play a crucial role in job creation and income generation for local communities. However, many MSMEs continue to face challenges in the marketing aspect, particularly due to their reliance on conventional marketing methods that have limited reach and require relatively high costs. In response to these issues, this community service program aims to promote the digitalization of MSME marketing methods in Banjarmasin through intensive training and mentoring in the utilization of social media marketing. The implementation methods include an initial needs assessment survey to identify partners’ levels of understanding, workshops on digital marketing strategies, and hands-on mentoring for direct implementation on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in MSME actors’ knowledge and skills, particularly in managing business accounts, developing content strategies, and creating visually appealing content that aligns with target market characteristics. Furthermore, MSME partners were able to expand their market reach more effectively and efficiently, which is expected to enhance business competitiveness and sustainability in the digital era.

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the role of women-led enterprises in strengthening family economies through MSMEs based on local natural resource utilization in Purworejo Regency in 2025. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving women MSME actors who utilize local commodities such as coconut, cassava, chili, and livestock products. Informants were selected purposively based on their active involvement in business and contribution to household income. Data were analyzed thematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that women’s enterprises contribute significantly to household income, fulfillment of family needs, and family economic resilience. Women’s motivations extend beyond economic necessity to include independence, self-confidence, and self-actualization. The utilization of local natural resources creates product value-added that supports business sustainability. This study highlights women’s roles as family economic agents and drivers of local resource-based economic development. Theoretically, the findings reinforce household economic theory and women empowerment perspectives. Practically, the results imply the importance of training support, microfinance access, and marketing strengthening for women-led MSMEs. Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) is a public health facility that plays a vital role in providing health services for toddlers and pregnant women. However, data management and reporting often face challenges, such as limited access to information and errors in data recording. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Web-Based Posyandu Payolaumbu Service Information System using the CodeIgniter Framework to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting. In the development phase, a system requirements analysis and web-based application architecture design were conducted. The system implementation uses the CodeIgniter Framework as a framework to produce a faster, more efficient, and more reliable application. Proposed features include recording health data for toddlers and pregnant women, immunization schedules, weighing, and health reports. The results show that the Web-Based Posyandu Payolaumbu Service Information System can improve efficiency in recording and reporting health data. Users, including posyandu officers, midwives, and administrators, can easily access and manipulate data in real-time. Furthermore, this system helps improve service quality by providing more accurate and complete information on toddler health. In conclusion, the implementation of the Web-Based Posyandu Payolaumbu Service Information System using the CodeIgniter Framework provides significant benefits for data management and health services at Posyandu Payolaumbu. Suggestions for further development include maximizing system utilization, developing additional features, routine maintenance, and ongoing evaluation based on user feedback. With these steps, it is hoped that this system can contribute more effectively to improving the quality of health services at Posyandu and supporting comprehensive public health efforts.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence, particularly ChatGPT, has created new opportunities to support students’ academic activities in higher education. However, its utilization needs to be evaluated in terms of the alignment between academic task characteristics and technological capabilities to ensure optimal outcomes. This study aims to examine the feasibility of using ChatGPT in students’ academic activities by applying the Task–Technology Fit (TTF) model. This research employed a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to university students and analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The variables examined included Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, Task–Technology Fit, Performance Impact, and Utilization. The results indicate that Task Characteristics and Technology Characteristics have a positive and significant effect on Task–Technology Fit. Furthermore, Task–Technology Fit significantly influences Performance Impact and Utilization. Performance Impact also shows a positive and significant effect on the utilization of ChatGPT by students. These findings suggest that the alignment between academic task requirements and the capabilities of ChatGPT plays a crucial role in improving students’ performance and encouraging sustained technology use. The implications of this study highlight the importance of selective and purposeful use of ChatGPT in higher education and provide a reference for higher education institutions in formulating policies related to the ethical and effective integration of artificial intelligence technologies as learning support tools.

This study aims to analyze the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in improving community welfare in Tanarawa Village, Waiblama District, Sikka Regency, and to evaluate the implementation of BUMDes programs. Tanarawa Village has primary economic potential in the plantation and food crop sectors, managed largely by the community as farmers. BUMDes was established as an instrument for village economic empowerment with the aim of increasing Village Original Income (PAD), strengthening the local economy, and maximizing the utilization of natural resources and human resources. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that BUMDes Tanarawa is still in the development stage, although it has been able to contribute to community welfare through the provision of basic necessities, training, outreach, and consultations related to business management. The success of BUMDes is influenced by government support, quality leadership, community participation, and transparent and accountable management. However, limited understanding by the community and village officials, as well as obstacles in implementing outreach, are inhibiting factors that need to be addressed. This study confirms that BUMDes plays a strategic role in local economic empowerment, improving community welfare, and equitable distribution of village economic growth.

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital financial literacy and digital financial inclusion on the economic sustainability of rural micro-entrepreneurs in Deli Serdang Regency, Indonesia. The rapid development of digital financial services offers new opportunities for rural MSMEs to improve transaction efficiency and expand market access. However, the optimal utilization of these services remains limited due to uneven levels of literacy and digital access. This research employs an explanatory quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), based on survey data collected from rural business actors who have used at least one digital financial service. The findings indicate a very strong predictive accuracy of the model, with an R-Square value of 0.945 for economic sustainability. Digital financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on digital financial inclusion (β = 0.273; p = 0.001) and on economic sustainability (β = 0.235; p = 0.000). Digital financial inclusion also positively and significantly influences economic sustainability (β = 0.398; p = 0.000). These results demonstrate that improved digital literacy and wider use of services such as e-wallets, QRIS, and mobile banking enhance business resilience and expand economic opportunities for rural MSMEs. Overburden stripping operations in the coal mining industry require optimal performance of loading and hauling equipment to achieve production efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the performance of loading and hauling equipment using the Match Factor method in overburden stripping operations at PT Bumi Artlantis Raya. The results indicate that the equipment combination achieved a Match Factor of 0.85, reflecting moderate compatibility with a potential efficiency improvement of 15%. The actual productivity of Excavator 4002 reached 137.02 bcm/hour (91.35% of the 150 bcm/hour target), while Excavator 4004 exceeded the target with a productivity of 195.73 bcm/hour (130.49% of the target). In contrast, dump truck productivity remained relatively low (Mercedes dump truck: 35.58 bcm/hour; Hino dump truck: 35.40 bcm/hour), primarily due to waiting time during loading and disposal activities. Statistical analysis reveals a strong negative correlation between cycle time and productivity (R² = 0.9929). The optimal cycle time to achieve a Match Factor of 0.80 is 969 seconds, corresponding to an optimal hauling distance of 5.38–6.725 km. Although mechanical availability and physical availability were high (94–100%), the use of availability and effective utilization were relatively low due to an imbalance between loading and hauling equipment. This study concludes that improving equipment coordination, increasing bucket fill factor, enhancing haul road conditions, and implementing preventive maintenance are essential to achieving more optimal operational efficiency in overburden stripping activities.
