The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), financial performance, and Earning Per Share (EPS) on firm value. The object of this research consists of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2021–2024. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of annual financial statements as the primary source. The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria, ensuring that only companies with complete data and consistent reporting were included in the analysis. The independent variables analyzed include the audit committee, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, Return on Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS). Multiple linear regression analysis was used to process the data in this study, allowing the researchers to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the variables on firm value. The findings indicate that firm value is significantly influenced by financial performance, particularly ROA, highlighting the importance of operational efficiency and profitability in enhancing shareholder wealth. While certain GCG variables such as institutional ownership showed positive influence, other elements like audit committees and independent commissioners produced mixed results, suggesting that governance mechanisms may have varying effects depending on organizational context. Meanwhile, EPS demonstrated inconsistent results in relation to firm value, implying that market perceptions of earnings may not fully capture the impact on overall firm valuation. This study provides insights for policymakers, investors, and corporate managers on the relative importance of governance and financial indicators in value creation for state-owned enterprises.

This community service program aims to transform the management of tempeh MSMEs in the Sanan area through the integration of management strengthening, business digitalization, and legality based on the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The activities were carried out by combining the ABCD and Participatory Action Research (PAR) approaches through the stages of discovery, dream, design, and destiny, involving the active participation of business actors in every process. This approach emphasizes the utilization of local potential and community assets, enabling MSME actors to develop their businesses independently and sustainably. The results of the program indicate that the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cross-training programs improved the consistency of production processes, work efficiency, and workforce flexibility in responding to changing production demands. In addition, the use of social media and business location tagging on digital platforms contributed positively to expanding market access and increasing product visibility. Assistance in copyright registration also strengthened the legality and protection of MSME products. Overall, this activity significantly enhanced the adaptive capacity of MSMEs in facing market dynamics and encouraged more structured, competitive, innovative, and sustainable business management.

Penelitian ini menguji indikasi kecurangan pelaporan keuangan pada entitas Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2022-2024 dengan mengadopsi kerangka Fraud Heptagon. Target keuangan, frekuensi rapat komite audit, opini audit, masa jabatan serta rangkap jabatan direktur utama, pelatihan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG), dan remunerasi dewan direksi digunakan sebagai proksi variabel penelitian. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif terhadap 45 sampel observasi dengan analisis regresi logistik, hasil empiris merepresentasikan bahwa seluruh variabel independen tersebut tidak memengaruhi kecurangan pelaporan keuangan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya keterbatasan kapasitas eksplanatori model Heptagon ketika diterapkan pada konteks BUMN yang berkarakteristik kelembagaan, regulasi, dan pengelolaan publik yang spesifik. Hal ini menyebabkan hubungan kausal yang diasumsikan dalam konseptualisasi awal model tersebut tidak sepenuhnya terkonfirmasi secara empiris. Secara teoretis, hasil ini menekankan pentingnya memahami perilaku kecurangan secara kontekstual, sementara secara praktis, penelitian ini mendorong perlunya evaluasi terintegrasi antara indikator keuangan dan mekanisme tata kelola dalam upaya deteksi dini kecurangan pelaporan keuangan pada entitas negara.

Komunitas: Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Tanaman Dan Hewani Indonesia

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengakselerasi kapasitas SDM pengelola BUMDes Tegar Mandiri Madulang melalui pendekatan Community Capacity Building (CCB). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan partisipatif, pendampingan, serta evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test pada lima aspek kompetensi utama, yaitu manajemen usaha, tata kelola keuangan, pengembangan produk, pemasaran digital, dan jejaring kemitraan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan kapasitas yang tinggi terutama pada aspek pemasaran digital, manajemen usaha, dan tata kelola keuangan. Implementasi CCB mampu meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola secara signifikan, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata skor dari 48,8% (pre-test) menjadi 81% (post-test) atau meningkat sebesar 32,2%. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada aspek pemasaran digital (36%), diikuti tata kelola keuangan (35%) dan pengembangan produk (33%). Selain itu, terjadi perubahan nyata pada praktik pengelolaan, seperti tersusunnya rencana bisnis, pembukuan keuangan rutin, peningkatan jumlah produk inovatif, serta terbentuknya jejaring kemitraan strategis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CCB efektif dalam mendorong lompatan kapasitas dan kinerja kelembagaan BUMDes secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, model ini dapat direplikasi sebagai strategi penguatan ekonomi desa berbasis pemberdayaan komunitas.

Desa Kotayasa merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar di bidang pertanian dan pariwisata. Mayoritas masyarakat bekerja sebagai petani serta pelaku usaha di sektor pariwisata yang berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian masyarakat dan daerah. Namun demikian, masih terdapat siswa yang putus sekolah akibat keterbatasan ekonomi sehingga memilih bekerja untuk membantu keluarga. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya akses pendidikan, termasuk kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang penting dalam mendukung sektor pariwisata dan komunikasi dengan wisatawan asing. Selain itu, masyarakat juga perlu memahami kosakata bahasa Inggris yang berkaitan dengan empon-empon sebagai komoditas lokal unggulan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan dasar bahasa Inggris peserta didik PKBM Desa Kotayasa melalui pelatihan simple present tense, simple past tense, dan pengenalan kosakata empon-empon dalam bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, latihan terstruktur, diskusi, dan permainan edukatif berbasis gamifikasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara komunikatif dan menyenangkan agar peserta lebih aktif dan mudah memahami materi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun kalimat sederhana menggunakan simple present tense dan simple past tense, serta meningkatnya pemahaman kosakata empon-empon dalam bahasa Inggris. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pembelajaran kontekstual dan aplikatif bagi PKBM lainnya, khususnya pada wilayah berbasis pertanian dan pariwisata.

This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of economic institutions and community business groups in villages and urban areas within the OVOP program locations in East Flores Regency. The program responded to the growing need for adaptive business strategies in the digital era and the importance of developing local potential into competitive products. It was implemented through a participatory, educative, and applicative approach during September 8–12, 2025. The training methods included lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, hands-on practice, and simulations to ensure a balance between theoretical understanding and practical application. The findings indicate significant improvements in participants’ understanding of the OVOP concept, managerial competencies, financial administration, and technical skills in product processing, packaging, and labeling. In addition, participants demonstrated increased awareness and ability in applying digital marketing strategies to expand market reach. The program also fostered stronger collaboration networks among business groups, economic institutions, and local government stakeholders. High participant engagement and active involvement throughout the sessions reflect the effectiveness of the training design. Overall, this program contributes to enhancing local economic resilience and promoting sustainable, competitive, and community-based enterprises. The study highlights the importance of continuous mentoring, institutional strengthening, and policy support to sustain the long-term impact of capacity-building initiatives in rural and semi-urban areas.

The rise of the digital business era presents both opportunities and challenges for SME operators, particularly regarding legal aspects of business and unfair competition. This community service initiative aims to enhance the legal literacy and capacity of SME operators in Surakarta through educational and practical legal support. The methods employed included a pre-test to measure initial understanding, a legal needs assessment to identify participants’ legal requirements, the presentation of materials and interactive discussions as forms of intervention, and a post-test to evaluate improvements in understanding. The results of the activity demonstrated a significant improvement in participants’ legal knowledge and awareness, particularly regarding business contracts, digital transactions, and the risks of unfair competition. Furthermore, there was a shift in participants’ mindset, as they began to view the law as a strategic tool in running their businesses. Nevertheless, this initiative still faces challenges such as time constraints and the need for more intensive follow-up support. Consequently, legal support based on the actual needs of MSME operators has proven effective and requires continuous development to strengthen the competitiveness and legal protection of MSMEs in the digital age.

Trade secrets are a type of Intellectual Property Right that plays a crucial role in providing legal protection for business information with economic value and kept confidential by its owner. In the food industry, recipes not only serve as production guidelines but also serve as a business's identity and competitive advantage. Legal issues can arise if the recipe is used or owned by others without permission, especially when conflicts arise within the business or during competition. This situation can trigger trade secret disputes that can be detrimental to business owners, both financially and sustainably. This article discusses the position of fried chicken recipes as trade secrets in culinary business practices in Indonesia and the forms of legal protection available to rights holders. The discussion was conducted based on the provisions of Law Number 30 of 2000 concerning Trade Secrets, using a normative approach. The analysis shows that a fried chicken recipe falls into the trade secret category if it meets the requirements of being unknown to the public, having economic value, and being strictly maintained by the business owner. Therefore, legal protection for trade secrets is crucial to prevent unfair business competition and provide legal certainty and protection for culinary businesses in Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the service quality of the issuance of the Job Seeker Card (AK-1) at the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises of Gorontalo City This study focuses on the five dimensions of service quality based on the SERVQUAL model Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy The study is conducted based on the decline in the number of job seeker card service users year over year, indicating issues with service quality This study employs a qualitative, descriptive approach Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the service quality at the Department of Manpower. Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises of Gorontalo City is generally not yet optimal In terms of tangibles, service facilities still need improvement, particularly in the comfort of service rooms In terms of empathy officers have shown concern for the community, but it is not yet consistent across all service situations Responsiveness is considered fairly good, although delays in the service process still occur In terms of reliability, services are not yet fully consistent in providing accurate, precise results Meanwhile, in terms of assurance, officers provide polite and fairly convincing services, although their competence still needs Improvement The conclusion of this study indicates that the service quality of the issuance of the Job Seeker Card at the Department of Manpower Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Gorontalo City Still requires improvement, particularly in enhancing facilities, human resource competence and service consistency to increase public satisfaction.

Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan sistem penjualan berbasis online. Meskipun memberi kemudahan, sistem ini juga menimbulkan tantangan baru, khususnya dalam hal pengendalian internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana UMKM di Kota Malang menerapkan pengendalian internal dalam aktivitas penjualan online, dengan fokus pada aspek seperti pengendalian lingkungan, penilaian risiko, aktivitas pengendalian, komunikasi, dan pemantauan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar UMKM belum menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal secara optimal, terutama dalam dokumentasi transaksi, pemisahan tugas, dan otorisasi pembayaran. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar UMKM mulai menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dasar pengendalian internal sesuai dengan kapasitas dan kebutuhan usaha untuk menunjang kelangsungan dan kepercayaan pelanggan dalam kegiatan bisnis online.

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of local business actors in Kanekes Village (Baduy Luar) regarding the implementation of a sales information system to support the management and marketing of traditional handicraft products. The main problems faced by partners include unstructured transaction recording, low utilization of sales data, and business management that is still based on memory. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and field observations. The activity was conducted on April 17, 2026, involving MSME handicraft actors as the main partners. The results show an increase in business actors’ understanding of the importance of sales recording systems as a basis for business management. Participants began to be able to record transactions in a more structured and simple manner and utilize sales data to monitor business performance and identify the most in-demand products. In addition, there was a shift in business management patterns from memory-based to simple data-based systems. This activity also encouraged improvements in digital literacy through the introduction of social media utilization and digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the capacity of business actors and supporting the more effective and sustainable development of traditional product marketing. The Labor-Intensive Housing Program is one of the Surabaya City Government’s policies aimed at reducing poverty and unemployment through labor-intensive community empowerment. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Labor-Intensive Housing Program (RPK) at the Pitstop business unit in Lidah Kulon Village, Lakarsantri Subdistrict, Surabaya City. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, utilizing Van Meter and Van’s policy implementation theory. Primary data were collected through interviews and observations, while secondary data were derived from official documents and relevant publications. The results showed that the implementation of the Pitstop Labor Intensive Housing Program has not yet been optimal. In terms of policy standards and objectives, the program’s goals have been clearly defined but have not yet been fully achieved. Regarding resources, the availability of facilities and funding is adequate, but there are still limitations in human resources, particularly skilled technicians in the automotive repair field. Inter organizational communication has taken place but has not been intensive enough to support business sustainability. Characteristics of the implementing agents indicate that the structure of the Labor-Intensive Housing team has been clearly defined; however, implementation in the field has not been optimal due to weak coordination and communication. Economic, social, and political conditions-such as a less-than-strategic business location and high competition from similar businesses-have also contributed to the low number of customers. Meanwhile, the disposition of the implementers demonstrates a positive attitude in supporting the Labor-Intensive Housing program. The Labor-Intensive Housing Program must be supported by professional mechanics through education, certification, and collaboration with the private sector and training institutions to ensure the quality of services. In addition, building public trust, coordination among stakeholders, and intensive support through monitoring and evaluation are key to the success and sustainability of the Labor-Intensive Housing Program.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Relationship Marketing (X1), Service Quality (X2) and Brand Attachment (X3) on Member Loyalty (Y) at the Usaha Sejahtera Credit Cooperative. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using non-probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The initial analysis on the research instrument, by transforming ordinal data to interval data using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI) then the data was further analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 31. The data analysis carried out was Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test (Glejser Test), Linearity Test, Correlation, Multiple Linear Regression and Coefficient of Determination), Hypothesis Test (t test). The results of the study showed that Relationship Marketing (X1) partially had a significant effect on Member Loyalty (Y). Service Quality (X2) partially had a significant effect on Member Loyalty (Y). Brand Attachment (X3) has a partial and significant influence on Member Loyalty (Y).

Baros District has the potential for creative economy-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products that need to be strengthened, including products from the agricultural, livestock, crafts, food, and various other types of trade sectors. This study aims to analyze and assess the steps for developing creative economy-based MSMEs in Baros District, located in Serang Regency, Banten. The method applied is a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, document collection, and using a SWOT Matrix analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges faced in developing creative economy-based MSMEs in Baros District, Serang Regency, Banten. Data sources used include the Head of Baros District, local village heads, academics, MSME actors, employees from the Serang Regency MSME Office, and MSME observers. This study lasted for one year. The appropriate strategy for developing MSMEs in Baros District is the SO (Growth) strategy, which utilizes existing strengths to increase competitiveness. The research revealed that MSMEs operating in the creative economy sector in Baros District still face various challenges in developing their businesses, such as limited capital, the use of simple production equipment, suboptimal marketing, a shortage of skilled labor, and limited use of technology and copyright registration for their products.

The development of digital technology has encouraged micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the culinary sector, to adapt by utilizing online applications as a strategy to increase competitiveness. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and capabilities of business owners at Kedai Jajanan Zahira in Surabaya in utilizing online applications as a marketing and sales tool. The method used in this study is Participatory Action Research (PAR), an approach that actively involves business actors in every stage of the process. These stages include problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and direct observation to obtain a realistic picture of business conditions. The results of the activity showed an increase in business owners' understanding of the importance of digitalization, improved skills in using food delivery applications and social media, and increased market reach and interaction with consumers. In addition, the use of online applications also contributed to increased operational efficiency, such as more systematic order management and transaction recording. Overall, mentoring in the use of online applications has proven effective in increasing the competitiveness of culinary businesses. This activity has a positive impact not only on increasing sales, but also on business sustainability through increased digital literacy and the ability to adapt to technological developments. Therefore, ongoing mentoring is needed so that business actors can consistently optimize the use of digital technology in developing their businesses.

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk mulai menerapkan pencatatan keuangan berbasis digital. Namun, masih terdapat pelaku UMKM yang mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan usaha secara terstruktur. Permasalahan tersebut ditemukan pada UMKM Ubi Cilembu Madu Oven Lumintu dan Warung Madura Sembako Amanda di wilayah Condongcatur yang masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dalam kegiatan usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan berbasis digital menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi BukuWarung. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 April 2026, 5 Mei 2026, dan 20 Mei 2026. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM mulai memahami pentingnya pencatatan keuangan usaha secara teratur serta mampu mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran usaha menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi BukuWarung. Penggunaan Microsoft Excel membantu UMKM Ubi Cilembu dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana secara lebih rapi, sedangkan aplikasi BukuWarung membantu Warung Madura dalam mengelola transaksi usaha dan pencatatan hutang pelanggan secara lebih praktis. Kegiatan ini membantu pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan usaha secara lebih teratur dan mudah dipahami.

Penelitian ini menganalisis praktik akuntansi keberlanjutan pada Arif Barbershop, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Jombang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana barbershop menerapkan prinsip Environmental, Social, dan Governance (ESG) dalam operasional sehari-hari. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Arif Barbershop telah menerapkan praktik lingkungan dasar seperti pengelolaan limbah rambut melalui kantong plastik ke tempat pembuangan sampah, serta efisiensi energi dengan mematikan peralatan listrik setelah jam operasional. Dari aspek sosial, barbershop menjaga kepuasan pelanggan melalui konsistensi kualitas layanan dan sistem bagi hasil (60:40) kepada karyawan. Praktik tata kelola, meskipun bersifat informal, mencakup pencatatan keuangan sederhana menggunakan buku biasa. Namun demikian, barbershop belum memiliki izin usaha formal dan belum menerapkan kerangka akuntansi keberlanjutan yang terstandar. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa UMKM dapat mempraktikkan akuntansi keberlanjutan secara intuitif, dan menyarankan perlunya program pelatihan serta alat pelaporan yang disederhanakan.

Pemanfaatan energi surya sebagai sumber energi terbarukan menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap energi fosil dan meningkatkan efisiensi energi pada sektor domestik. Salah satu aplikasi yang berpotensi dikembangkan adalah sistem pemanas air tenaga surya yang memanfaatkan kolektor termal dengan optimasi penyerapan radiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan menganalisis kinerja sistem pemanas air tenaga surya berbasis reflektor cermin datar dan pipa tembaga ؽ inch dengan media penyimpanan Solar Cube berkapasitas 25 liter, serta mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi sudut reflektor terhadap temperatur air, energi panas, dan efisiensi kolektor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian rekayasa dengan pendekatan eksperimental. Sistem diuji menggunakan variasi sudut reflektor 20°, 30°, dan 40° pada kondisi cuaca cerah dan mendung. Pengukuran dilakukan setiap 30 menit pada rentang waktu 08.00–16.00 WIB dengan parameter meliputi temperatur air, kenaikan temperatur (ΔT), energi panas yang dihasilkan, dan efisiensi kolektor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu beroperasi dengan baik dan memanfaatkan energi radiasi matahari sebagai sumber panas utama. Secara deskriptif, sudut reflektor 30° memberikan performa terbaik dengan temperatur maksimum sebesar 50,5°C dan kenaikan temperatur 21,4°C pada cuaca cerah, serta temperatur maksimum 40,8°C dan kenaikan temperatur 11,8°C pada cuaca mendung. Energi panas tertinggi mencapai 2.239.510 J dengan efisiensi kolektor sebesar 40,66% pada cuaca cerah dan 38,11% pada cuaca mendung. Namun, hasil uji One-Way ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antar variasi sudut reflektor belum signifikan secara statistik (p>0,05). Sistem ini berpotensi diterapkan sebagai alternatif pemanas air hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga maupun usaha skala kecil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal (sumber daya manusia, modal usaha, dan kualitas produk) serta faktor eksternal (harga dan lokasi) terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM milik women Generasi Z di Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh UMKM di Kota Kupang, dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling kuota, yang terdiri dari 10 responden dari masing-masing 6 kecamatan di Kota Kupang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan SPSS. Validasi dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia, modal usaha, dan kualitas produk memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha UMKM milik perempuan Generasi Z di Kota Kupang. Sementara itu, harga memiliki efek yang signifikan namun negatif, artinya ketidakakuratan dalam penetapan harga dapat mengurangi minat beli konsumen. Di sisi lain, lokasi usaha tidak memiliki efek yang signifikan, yang menunjukkan bahwa peran lokasi semakin berkurang seiring dengan perkembangan pemasaran digital.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM dengan keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan survei kepada 200 pelaku UMKM yang telah memanfaatkan kanal pemasaran digital. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian ilustratif menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Literasi keuangan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja keuangan. Keunggulan bersaing terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan serta memediasi secara parsial hubungan digital marketing dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja keuangan UMKM tidak hanya ditentukan oleh intensitas promosi digital, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola informasi keuangan, menentukan harga, mengendalikan biaya, dan membangun nilai unik yang sulit ditiru pesaing. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku UMKM untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran digital dengan penguatan literasi keuangan agar keunggulan bersaing dapat dikonversi menjadi peningkatan penjualan, profitabilitas, dan arus kas.
