The problem in this study is that the low student learning outcomes are caused by several factors, one of which is the use of inappropriate methods, where the method used is still using conventional methods with the help of printed books, causing students' motivation to take part in religious education learning is low and students tend to be passive during teaching and learning process in the classroom. In addition to the learning method factor, the responsibility factor also affects learning outcomes where student learning responsibility also looks low. From the data obtained from the homeroom teacher of SD Kanisius Kurmosari Semarang, it was found that more than 50% or half of the number of students who did not reach the KKM, namely 80. This study aims to determine the differences in student responsibilities who are taught using the talking stick method and without using the talking stick method to fourth grade students at SD Kurmosari Semarang. And To find out the average learning outcomes in increasing the effectiveness of learning by using the talking stick method in fourth grade students at SD Kurmosari Semarang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using experimental research. The design used in this research is True Experimental Design. The results showed that there was a difference in the average responsibility of the experimental class students who used the talking stick method and the control class without the talking stick method, there was a positive influence of responsibility on learning outcomes and there were differences in the average learning outcomes of the experimental and control classes as well as amplified by the N-Gain test.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Index Card Match lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang dibelajarkan dengan Talking Stick pada materi protista di kelas X IPA MAS Cipta Simpang Dolok Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi yaitu anak kelas X IPA dengan Sampel X IPA-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen I dan X IPA-2 sebagai kelas eksperimen II. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar bentuk pilihan ganda. Teknik  analisis data menggunakan uji t pada  taraf  signifikansi ?=0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis data postest Model pembelajaran Index Card Match dan Talking Stick  diperoleh t hitung = 2,1063 dan daftar t tabel = 2,0168. Jika, t hitung > t tabel maka Ha diterima Ho ditolak.

Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.
