This research aims to determine efforts to improve the quality of data processing and information quality. The method used is Library Research (Library), in its use this method uses books, and journals both in written form and online. Based on this research, it can be concluded that efforts to improve the quality of data processing and the quality of information have a big impact on life, both for business people, education, health, government, organizations, and society who use it to achieve the goals they want to achieve. Because the resulting impact is very good for facilitating all kinds of activities. Make it easier for people to get accurate information and correct data and make wise decisions. With the increase in the quality of data processing and the quality of information, people are not afraid of making mistakes in getting the information they receive.

A systems approach can improve the quality of education by identifying needs, selecting problems, identifying requirements for solutions to problems, creating several alternative solutions, producing results, and revising requirements in part or all of the system related to limitations in meeting needs. This research explores how the application of a systems approach can be an effective basis for building quality education. Through analysis of factors such as synchronization, resource management, and stakeholder engagement, this research aims to identify ways in which system approaches can be optimized to achieve better educational outcomes. By strengthening the linkages between various elements in the education system, it is hoped that an educational ecosystem that is more responsive, adaptive and results-oriented can be formed. The findings of this research can contribute to the development of more effective education policies and provide a more comprehensive view of efforts to improve the overall quality of education.

Research on public services in Batam City has been carried out with various focuses and approaches. Research conducted at the Batam City Public Service Mall aims to analyze the level of satisfaction with public services with changes to the business licensing regulatory system. The research results show that the majority of people express satisfaction with the services provided by the Batam City Public Service Mall, however there are improvements that need to be made, especially regarding understanding the procedures for processing business permits. Apart from that, other research highlights the influence of service quality and facilities on Batam City Government customer satisfaction at Public Service Malls. The results of this research provide an understanding of the importance of service quality and facilities in influencing customer satisfaction Apart from that, the implementation of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batam City is also the focus of research. This research highlights the challenges in running public services according to the minimum standards that apply during the pandemic. The research results show that the implementation of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic is still not running effectively and efficiently From these various studies, it can be concluded that public services in Batam City are an important topic to evaluate and improve, especially in terms of customer satisfaction, the influence of service quality and facilities, as well as challenges in providing public services during pandemic conditions.

Learning is a key element in building a nation's civilization. The level of learning understood by a community will have a significant influence on the lifestyle that will be created. This research uses a phenomenological approach by explaining and describing phenomena that occur in conditions in the field. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. Continuous monitoring and assessment are key aspects for identifying revision zones and adapting school policies. A focus on improving the educational process, innovative teaching methods, and long-term educational support are also recognized as elements that can provide positive impacts. Finally, adapting to changes in learning areas, such as technological growth, curriculum changes, and social dynamics, is considered important and requires flexibility in school policies. However, it is necessary to explain that this conclusion is universal and needs to be confirmed by specific findings from actual research    

The implementation of both private and public organizations requires innovation to operate. Because the innovation of motor vehicle tax payment services based on signal applications at the Tanjungpinang city samsat office is a necessity for government organizations, along with increasing public pressure to improve the performance of government agencies in order to solve problems in people's lives through programs and services at the Tanjungpinang city samsat office. The quality of public services is determined by the service provider so that it can be understood that public services serve the community and must be provided adequately in order to meet the factors and indicators that determine the quality of public services. Innovation in government agencies is needed to provide public services through the development of new methods and new resources. Innovation of motor vehicle tax payment services based on signal applications at the samsat office as an E-Government-based public service strategy for vehicle tax payments. E-Government provides public services that can be accessed 24 hours a day, from anywhere, and at any time. E-Government also allows public services to be completed in a non-face-to-face manner, making it a more efficient service. The Indonesian government has realized the tremendous benefits of e- Government since 2003 has issued a policy of implementing e- Government in the form of Presidential Instruction No. 3 Year 2003. Recently, a technology based on the SIGNAL application has emerged that can run on Android and IOS. SIGNAL is a national digital Samsat application that allows Indonesian citizens to certify Annual STNK, Pay Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), and pay Road Traffic Accident Fund (SWDKLLJ) online by issuing digital documents in the form of electronic certificates and can easily make mandatory contributions to, POLRI, E-TBPKP (Provincial Bapenda), and E-KD, (PT. Jasa Raharja). The implementation of the online system allows people to save more money and time by paying taxes online.

This paper aims to describe the application of the learning evaluation system in improving school quality for class IX A students at MTs Ma'arif Gondang. The research is descriptive qualitative research, with qualitative analysis. The research results show that the evaluation of the learning implementation process carried out includes the suitability between the learning process and the learning implementation plan (RPP), the readiness of teachers and students in the learning activities carried out in the classroom. Student participation also plays an important role in learning activities as well as communication carried out by teachers to get feedback from students during the learning process. Providing motivation to students in the learning process is important to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Students' mastery and desire for specific goals that will be achieved in learning activities. Learning evaluation also includes assessment aspects which include the domains of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The learning evaluation system implemented at MTs Ma'arif Gondang can improve the quality of the school based on the results of the questionnaire obtained in the very good category.

It is hoped that the growth and development of entrepreneurship can reduce the number of unemployed and increase prosperity. The entrepreneurial spirit of today's students has begun to decline because most students who have the mindset of wanting to work for a company do not want to create jobs. Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, manage and running a business, including taking the risks involved in it to achieve profits, therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is very important for students. There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. The independent entrepreneurship program activities launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture are intended to study as well as exploring students' abilities to improve their entrepreneurial spirit and urging students to improve their entrepreneurial skills and make a positive impact on society.

This research aims to explore the role of performance management in improving the quality of education in schools. Quality education is an important aspect in achieving quality education goals, and performance management is considered an effective tool to achieve this. This research method involves literature study, secondary data analysis, and interviews with educational professionals. The research results show that performance management has a key role in improving the quality of education, through measuring, monitoring and improving the performance of teachers, students and educational staff. Implementing performance management in education can also increase school accountability, transparency and more effective decision making. In the era of digital education, information technology and performance management information systems can become valuable tools in managing data, evaluating and reporting educational performance. In conclusion, performance management has a very important role in improving the quality of education in schools. By implementing appropriate performance management strategies and practices, schools can optimize teacher and student performance, achieve better educational goals, and contribute to improving the overall quality of education.

Rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) are rice-producing plants which are a source of carbohydrates for most of the world's population. Almost 95% of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a staple food, so every year the demand for rice increases as the population increases. Therefore, farmers must choose quality seeds. In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

Samarinda, as one of the major cities in East Kalimantan, faces challenges in public services, particularly in the Civil Registry and Population Office (DisDukCapil). The issue involves queues at service counters, impacting service efficiency for residents. The increasing population and the complexity of population administration contribute to the complication of the situation. We employed a prototype method to address this issue by involving developers and clients in the development process. Stages include needs analysis, design, prototype creation, evaluation, validation, and implementation. The community service's conclusion emphasizes the importance of identifying and analyzing the previous system to guide the development of a queue system that meets user needs, providing an effective solution, and enhancing service quality.  

This community service was conducted on Jalan Jembatan Merah I and Jalan Wisata Babarsari. The purpose of this community service is to improve the quality of financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and correctness, to provide an accurate overview of the financial condition of UMKM Siomay Indul and Gudeg Jogya Mak Karti. This community service is focused on enhancing the quality of the financial reports of these UMKMs through understanding and implementing proper accounting practices in financial record-keeping. With the provision of training and mentoring, it is expected that the stakeholders of traditional culinary UMKMs can optimize their business potential. The results of the community service indicate that improvements in transaction recording systems and a better understanding of accounting standards can significantly enhance the quality of financial reports, providing the clarity needed for better decision-making in business management.

Along with technological advances, the development of information in today's world has grown faster and faster, so that many agencies have improved the quality of their services in various ways. E-goverment is an information technology system developed by the government to improve public services by providing options for the public to get easy access to public information. The Tanjungpinang Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) launched the Population and Civil Registration Information System (Sikancil) application. The creation of the Sikancil application is a demand from the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) who wants to be able to streamline online services, as stated in Permendagri no. 7 of 2019 concerning online administrative services (Walo, 2021: 19). This study aims to determine how the Strategy of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Tanjungpinang City in utilizing the Digital System through the Sikancil Application at the Tanjungpinang Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil), the research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.

The process of growing old is a phase in a person's life cycle with characteristics found to decrease every function of body organs, such as physical, emotional, psychological conditions and social abilities. Decreased physical function that also occurs in the musculoskeletal system is calcification and decreased production of synovial fluid in the joints. This is the cause of the elderly lazy to move because of pain and stiffness. Lack of movement will cause other health problems such as atrophy or contacture in the muscles.  Lack of physical activity and sedentary behavior, resulting in decreased physical fitness and subsequent impact on physical health, well-being, sleep patterns and quality of life. In the elderly, physical fitness can be maintained with regular physical exercise from an early age, and carrying out a healthy lifestyle. Physical exercise refers more to planned, structured, and repetitive physical activity to improve or maintain body fitness. Older or elderly people are advised to take advantage of physical exercise. Some physical exercises that can be taught to the elderly. Activities in this community service are blood pressure measurement and physical exercise in the form of elderly gymnastics, which is carried out at the Mulyoharjo Health Center by involving professional students. When gymnastics, the elderly seem enthusiastic and can participate in activities and look fit.  

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of institution-level financial application systems on effectiveness, user performance and impact on the quality of financial statements. This type of research uses causal explanatory research methods with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google forms with a 5-point likert scale. The analysis tool used in this study used SmartPLS. The results of this study show that: 1). The implementation of SAKTI affects user effectiveness; 2). The implementation of SAKTI affects user performance; 3). The implementation of SAKTI does not affect the quality of financial statements; 4). User effectiveness affects the quality of financial statements; 5). User performance has no effect on the quality of financial statements.  

Inventory management at Puskesmas BLUD "X" is a mandate from  Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 2014 and Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2020 concerning BMN / BMD Management and its amendments. Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 19 tahun 2016 concerning Guidelines for Regional Property Management (BMD). Moreover, Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 47 Tahun 2021 concerning procedures for implementing BMD bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting, Kebijakan Akuntansi Pemerintah Daerah on inventory, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah on inventory.  In this study, it was found that inventory management at the Puskemas BLUD "X"  was still inadequate and not in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the error factor in the management of medical supplies Puskesmas BLUD "X" which is not in accordance with applicable regulations. The methods used in this study are comparative descriptive qualitative with the type of case study, and data collection techniques through triangulation (interviews, observations, and documentation).  The result of this study is that inventory management at the Puskesmas BLUD "X" is still inadequate due to several factors, namely the non-functioning  of operational standards in terms of  recording, the quality of the internal control system is still weak,  and the weak use of the SIM Persediaan Puskesmas, where these factors affect the results of the calculation of medical inventory expenses presented in the financial statements.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. To improve the quality of teacher education and encourage the establishment of the merdeka learning system at the elementary school level, technology plays an important role. The educational concept called Merdeka Learning provides opportunities for students to choose and organize educational programs according to their interests and needs. Technology is now very capable of supporting the integration of independent learning into classroom practice in this digital era. Technology integration in teacher learning has a positive impact on improving the quality of learning at the elementary school level. Teachers who are trained and assisted in the use of technology can create learning content that is more interesting and interactive. In addition, technology also gives students the freedom to organize their own learning and choose learning resources according to their individual interests and learning styles. This research provides great benefits for teachers and students in elementary schools. Teachers can use technology to improve the quality of learning, while students feel the freedom in learning that is more personal and according to their interests.
