This research was conducted on consumer who work at PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and distribution channels on sales targets. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously product quality and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. Partially, product quality affects the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. Partially, the distribution channel has a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.499 which means that product quality and distribution channels can explain the sales target of 49.9% and the remaining 50.1% is influenced by variables not examined such as: sales location, price perception, market segmentation, etc

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi fenomena flypaper effect terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan, Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia dan laporan pendukung lainnya. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah 33 provinsi di Indonesia dengan periode penelitian 2018-2022. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel, diperoleh hasil Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel, diperoleh hasil yang secara parsial masing-masing variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap tingkat belanja daerah Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia. Begitupun secara simultan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpangaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap belanja daerah Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia dengan besaran Adjusted R-squared adalah sebesar 97,07 persen. Sementara jika dilihat dari masing-masing koefisien variabel DAU dan PAD terhadap belanja daerah dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi flypaper effect pada kinerja keuangan pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingka kemandirian pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia masih belum mandiri dalam memenuhi belanja daerahnya. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka sebaiknya masing-masing pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber utama belanja daerah, kemudian pemerintah daerah juga harus memperioritaskan penggunaan belanja daerah untuk hal-hal yang produktif, sehingga adanya dana transfer pemerintah pusat mampu meningkatkan kemandirian kinerja keuangan pemerintah dan pada akhirnya bisa meminimalisir ketergantungan dengan pemerintah pusat.   Kata kunci: Flpaper Effect, Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).

This study was conducted at Company X in 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of incentives and intellectual intelligence on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. The population amounted to 35 employees while the sample in this study is: 35 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The technique of data collection is the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression análisis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously incentives and intellectual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Partially, incentives have a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Partially N intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Adjusted R Square is: equal to 0.473 means that incentives and intellectual intelligence can explain the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023 by 47.3% and the remaining 52.7% (100-47. 3) are influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: salary, promotion and so on

Some of the standards and requirements include looking at several aspects of the criteria including the price of the laptop, RAM (random access memory), processor, hard drive capacity, screen size, VGA (video graphic adapter), battery power, weight, length of warranty, availability of spare parts, service range center. The fuzzy method is a method that makes it easy to find a value that is still vague and also linguistic, the use of the sample additive weighting (SAW) method is used to assist calculations in supporting decision making. The choice of using the SAW method is simpler in calculations, but the results of the calculations are accurate. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, it is calculated that between laptop 1 to laptop 7 with a price preference weight of 30, RAM 10, processor 10, hard disk capacity 10, screen size 5, VGA 3 (video graphic adapter), battery power 7, weight 5 , length of warranty 10, availability of spare parts 5, distance to service center 5, the highest order starts from laptop 1 with a total value of 18.4, laptop 7 with a value of 16.6, laptop 6 with a value of 13.6, laptop 5 with a value of 13.5, laptop 3 with a value of 13.2, laptop 4 with a value of 11.2, laptop 2 with a value of 8.9. The results of the assessment can change according to the needs of laptop buyers, who are more concerned with which criterion has the most important weight.

Fresh or rotten meat is a different matter. Damage to the meat will produce a distorted odor, mucus, discoloration in certain areas and an undesirable taste due to the formation of metabolism. The odor is described as fishy, ​​rotten, containing sulfur and like ammonia. In this research, the author discusses a system for identifying the condition of meat based on the odor that arises from meat in three states, namely odorless odor, fresh odor and rotten odor. Fresh odor is taken from meat odor that is within 1 (one) day after being cut and rotten odor is taken from meat odor that is on the 2nd day. In this study, the test sample meat was placed in a closed container at room temperature for 2 days. Data was taken for 2 days from meat odors of known type. The sensor array consists of eight sensors made of conducting polymer material. The polymer materials used are silicon DC-200, PEG-20M, 0V-101, 0V-17, DEGA, PEG-200, PEG-1540, and PEG-6000 mixed with Carbon black. A two-layer artificial neural net consisting of eight input nodes and three output neurons, was trained using the Kohonen algorithm with a training process that was completed in 4 iterations. From 20 tests, 10 times exposure to steam from fresh odor and 10 times exposure to steam from rotten odor, carried out alternately, it was found that the system failed twice. Thus, the system success percentage reached 95 percent.

: Indonesia, as a developing country, has a fairly large teenage population. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that teenagers are residents in the age range of 10-19 years. However, one of the developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 is a big leap in the information and communication technology sector. The development of technology among teenagers has triggered quite an increase in the use of smartphones so that it can influence teenage behavior, where teenagers also participate in sexting behavior, causing concern in various circles. The term sexting refers to the sending and receiving of sexual images through some form of virtual messaging where someone sends messages or material in the form of images and videos electronically, especially via smartphones, the internet and other electronic media. With the increasing number of teenagers and very complex teenage problems, especially the most prominent problem is teenage sexual behavior, which is the beginning of teenage reproductive health problems, this service aims to increase teenagers' knowledge about sexting behavior in order to avoid sexting behavior. The method used is a pre-test and post-test after health education regarding sexting behavior. The results show that the majority of teenagers' knowledge before counseling was less than 12 teenagers or 80%. Meanwhile, teenagers' knowledge before being given counseling was lowest at Good knowledge, namely 1 person or 6.67%. Teenagers' knowledge after counseling was highest in good knowledge, namely 14 people or 93.33%. This is an appropriate benchmark for the success of counseling.

Food safety is a crucial aspect in campus environments, particularly in canteen areas that serve ready-to-eat food. The presence of flies as mechanical vectors of foodborne diseases such as diarrhea, typhoid, and dysentery is still commonly found in the canteen of Mathla’ul Anwar University (UNMA) Banten. This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of canteen managers about the dangers of flies and to introduce the use of fly grill devices as a simple solution to prevent food contamination. The methods included interactive education, demonstration of fly grill production and installation, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results showed a 24% increase in participants' knowledge and a behavioral shift toward more hygienic food serving practices. Most participants found the fly grill effective, easy to create, and applicable for independent use. This activity is expected to support the establishment of fly-free, hygienic canteens as part of foodborne disease prevention efforts in the campus setting.

Rapid developments in the business world pose challenges and risks for business people to remain competitive and maintain company continuity. In an effort to win competition, maintain market share and capture existing markets, companies must be able to adapt their business strategies considering the ever-changing environment. High quality products or services play a key role in shaping consumer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the product or service provided, the higher the consumer satisfaction, which in turn provides profits for the company. One element that influences consumer satisfaction is business ethics. Business ethics provide incentives for consumers to form strong bonds with companies. This study aims to analyse the effect of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction with PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products. The research approach uses the survey method. The sample in this study were 97 consumers who have used PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products. The sampling method used is the incidental sampling method. Primary data in this study are the results of respondents' answers. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple regression analysis tools. The results showed that there was an effect of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction with PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products.

One of the new beverage or food industry competitions that are ready to compete and enter the market nationally is the white coffee industry. Efforts to increase promotion, price adjustments, and product quality, or need to carry out a more effective marketing strategy in accordance with the findings of market research conducted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising attractiveness, product quality, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for Luwak White Coffee drinks. The quantitative approach method carried out is based on concrete research data, which is a numerical value that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool and related to problems, resulting in a conclusion. The population of this study was consumers of Luwak White Coffee drinks at the Virdasari store in SiDate Village. The sample was obtained from subjects 25% of the population of 332 people, obtained 83 respondents. The research instrument used is the primary data from filling out the questionnaire. The results of the study found that advertising attractiveness does not affect purchasing decisions, product quality does not affect purchasing decisions, brand image does not affect purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions. This research aims to (1) describe the types of meaning that exist in naming waterfall tourist objects and (2) describe the factors behind naming waterfall tourist objects. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique in this research uses literature study. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis technique. Semantics is a branch of linguistics that studies meaning. One of the objects of semantic study is names. Humans can give names to animals, objects, food, and even places to use as identity. Each region has local wisdom that characterizes it, one of which is tourism. Tasikmalaya is famous for its many tourist destinations, one of which is the natural waterfall tourist attraction. The results of this research show that the name of the waterfall tourist attraction in Tasikmalaya has several types of meaning, including lexical meaning, referential meaning, denotative meaning and conceptual meaning. Apart from that, there are several factors behind the naming of waterfall tourist attractions in Tasikmalaya, including the similarity factor, the place of origin factor, the distinctive characteristic factor, and the new naming factor.  

This research analyzes one case of defamation committed by a Media Zein celebrity on social media. Medina Zein was charged with article 27 paragraph (3) of Republic of Indonesia Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Defamation is one of the problems in forensic linguistics that often occurs in the real world and cyberspace. Defamation or defamation can be done verbally and in writing. The aim is to bring down someone’s good name and/or embarrass others. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research contains a general, clear picture and is based on facts that occur in the field regarding what is being researched. This research uses data analysis in which there is an explanation of the perpetrator and the crime he committed. The results of this research stated that sister Medina Zein was found guilty and sentenced on charges of defamation with a sentence of 6 months in prison.

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and capacity of Dasawisma members in implementing the core Dasawisma programs as an effort to support family health development and community-based empowerment. The activity was conducted at Dasawisma Asoka RT 07, Bukit Timah Sub-district, Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City. The methods used included lectures, simulations, and discussion sessions tailored to the characteristics of adult learners and community practitioners. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the roles, functions, and importance of the core Dasawisma programs. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity and were able to identify challenges and needs in implementing Dasawisma activities in their neighborhood. This activity contributed positively to strengthening the role of Dasawisma as a frontline community institution in supporting family health programs, environmental cleanliness, and social welfare at the neighborhood level. Continuous assistance is recommended to ensure that the knowledge gained can be consistently implemented and generate sustainable impacts for the community.

This study aims to determine the effect of warm compresses on reducing labor pain during the first active phase. This type of research is Quasi experiment, which is research that is used to determine whether or not there are consequences of "something" imposed on the subject being studied by looking for the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. A sample is a portion taken from all objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The sample in this study was 20 people in one intervention group. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling, namely taking samples according to the criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection techniques use questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses the Independent T test. Statistical testing uses parametric analysis with the significance of the test results determined based on the p value <0.05. Based on the statistical test results, it is known that the p value is 0.001<0.05 which means that there is an influence on the intensity of pain before and after administration. Warm Compress. This research means that there is a significant relationship between the effect of warm compresses on reducing labor pain during the first active phase at PMB Pera Simalingkar B Medan Tuntungan in 2023

An individual's attitude towards an object can be influenced by the knowledge they possess about that object. The more positive information known about the object, the more positive the attitude towards it. Adolescents experiencing physical changes often exhibit negative attitudes, such as low self-confidence, indecisiveness, and feelings of fear and anxiety. However, adolescents who can embrace physical changes have the potential to feel comfortable and proud of their bodily abilities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge level and attitude of adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kota Palopo regarding physical changes during puberty. A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional study approach was used. The population consisted of 158 female adolescents in the 7th grade with a sample of 62 respondents selected through Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The analysis results showed a p value = 1.000 (> 0.05), indicating no significant relationship between knowledge level and attitude of adolescent girls towards physical changes during puberty at SMPN 1 Kota Palopo. It is recommended that adolescent girls continue to develop positive attitudes towards physical changes, and that future research use different data collection methods for deeper understanding.

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge on family financial management behavior, 2). To determine and explain the influence of financial attitudes on family financial management behavior, 3). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on family financial management behavior. The population in this study were residents of Kaligangsa Kulon Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency who were 17 years old and over and totaled 5879 people. The study was conducted based on probability sampling techniques, simple random sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Financial knowledge does not affect family financial management behavior, 2). Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior, 3). Financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior.

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

This article discusses a comparison of phonology between Indonesian and French. Through comparative analysis, this article aims to highlight the similarities and differences in the sound systems of the two languages. In a theoretical study, this article discusses the sound systems of Indonesian and French separately, including consonants, vowels, word stress and intonation in both languages. The method used in this research is contrastive analysis, where the sound systems of the two languages ​​will be compared directly to highlight similarities and differences.    

Physical and cognitive development in middle childhood undergoes many significant changes. Children at this age develop problem-solving skills, abstract thinking, and language development in cognitive aspects. They have the ability to understand the concepts of time and space, as well as improve their reading and writing skills. At this stage, physical development includes rapid body growth, muscle strengthening, and improved motor coordination. Children usually experience rapid height growth and organ development. Physical activities and activities involving movement are becoming increasingly important for achieving an optimal level of physical fitness. These two components are interrelated, and good physical health can support cognitive development. Positive simulations, environmental factors, and education also played an important role in shaping the holistic development of the time.        

Antenatal Care (ANC) is the most important component of pregnant women's health services to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. With ANC, the progress of the pregnant woman's condition will be well monitored at all times and knowledge about childbirth preparation will increase. Based on the background above, the researcher is interested in taking the title Counseling Pregnant Women Through Antenatal Care Services to Prevent Chronic Energy Deficiency which aims to improve and maintain the health of mothers and babies, prepare for the birthing process so that the baby can be delivered safely and minimize trauma that may occur in the child. during childbirth and reduce the number of deaths and morbidity rates in mothers. The data collection method that the author uses is the survey method. The survey method is a method used as a general category of research, one of which uses a questionnaire. The research results showed that the average knowledge score before and after the health education was carried out increased by 42.21 points, which means that the health education carried out had an impact on increasing the knowledge of Health Information Management students about ANC disease in pregnant women who experience CED. The increase in the average knowledge score is possible because health education uses appropriate methods and media such as lectures and discussions. Leaflet media also helps health education participants to easily remember the material. Using appropriate methods and media in health education can help health education participants understand the material
