The Ciliwung River Basin is a strategic watershed with significant ecological, social, and economic functions, yet it is increasingly threatened by land use change, rapid urbanization, and water pollution, particularly in the Jakarta metropolitan area. This study aims to assess the water quality condition of the Ciliwung River based on real time monitoring data from the ONLIMO system and to examine spatial and temporal variations in water quality status along the middle and downstream segments. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied using secondary data obtained from three ONLIMO monitoring stations, namely Masjid Istiqlal, Pintu Air Manggarai, and Kelapa Dua Srengseng Sawah, during the period of 6–12 May 2025. The analyzed parameters included temperature, dissolved oxygen, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, nitrate, ammonia, and other relevant physicochemical indicators. The results indicate that the water quality of the Ciliwung River generally falls within lightly to moderately polluted categories, with higher pollution levels observed in the middle segment of the river. Critical parameters influencing pollution status include Biochemical Oxygen Demand, nitrate, ammonia, and consistently low dissolved oxygen levels. These findings demonstrate that pollution in the Ciliwung River is persistent and cumulative, highlighting the urgency of integrated watershed management, strengthening real time water quality monitoring, and enhancing cross sector collaboration to support effective pollution control and sustainable river restoration.

Background: Zinc Oxide Eugenol (ZOE) is the most widely used root canal filling material in primary teeth. Its sedative effect on the pulp and its ability to effectively seal the root canal contribute to the success of pulpectomy procedures. One of the main advantages of ZOE is its slow resorption rate, which allows it to maintain its integrity over time while the primary tooth remains functional. Purpose: ZOE is used to treat reversible pulpitis. Case: An 8-year-old boy came to Soelastri Dental and Oral Hospital complaining of a cavity in his lower left molar that was sensitive to cold. Case Management: The results of clinical and radiographic examinations indicated that the treatment performed in this case was a pulpotomy using ZOE material and a final restoration with SSC. Conclusion: The pulpotomy treatment was evaluated successfully, and the tooth was restored with a stainless steel crown.

This study aims to design, implement, and compare the performance of the Backpropagation algorithm from Artificial Neural Networks and the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) model in predicting the optimal daily rice requirement at Grillme Restaurant in Pontianak. The main problem faced by the restaurant is the uncertainty in determining the required daily rice stock, which periodically results in either understocking (shortage) or overstocking (wastage), leading to operational losses. To address this, the study utilizes historical daily rice sales data from January 2023 to April 2025 as the database for training and testing both predictive models. The SARIMA approach is employed to capture time series components (trend and seasonality), while Backpropagation is utilized to model non-linear patterns. Comparative test results indicate that the SARIMA model achieved superior accuracy compared to the Backpropagation model. This is confirmed by the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of the SARIMA algorithm being 17.35%, which is lower than the MAPE value of Backpropagation at 19.62%. The MAPE values obtained by both models demonstrate good predictive capability, but it is concluded that SARIMA is more recommended for a more efficient and planned management of rice stock at Grillme Restaurant in Pontianak.

The majority of Kebomas District's residents are connected to working hours during government office hours (Monday through Friday), which creates access obstacles in administering public services due to the high population density and busy community life. In response to these time constraints, the SOS MAS (Service On Saturday in Kebomas District) invention was introduced, which offers services on Saturdays. However, the implementation of this innovation still faces challenges in the form of a low social integration rate and a restricted range of public services that have the potential to sway public opinion. The goal of this research is to assess how the SOS MAS innovation affects community happiness in Kebomas District. A quantitative technique with an associative approach is used in this research. Through an unintentional sampling method, questionnaires were given to 86 individuals in order to gather primary data. With the aid of SPSS, the determinant coefficient and a simple linear regression test were used to analyze the data. The study's findings reveal that the SOS MAS invention has a favorable and substantial influence on community happiness. The regression coefficient of 0.969 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 support this. The innovation variable accounted for 59.7% of public happiness, while the remaining 40.3% was impacted by variables not included in the study model, according to the coefficient of determination (R2) test. This result supports the notion that the efficacy of service innovation outside of working hours is a major element in boosting happiness for individuals with limited time. The SOS MAS innovation has been shown to greatly improve public satisfaction. Agencies are encouraged to improve their communication and outreach efforts as well as create SOS MAS innovations that maximize the advantages of innovations that meet community needs.

The increasing adoption of cloud native microservices has brought about significant improvements in scalability, flexibility, and resilience. However, these advancements also introduce substantial security challenges, particularly in distributed environments where traditional perimeter-based security models prove inadequate. This paper proposes a secure architecture for cloud native microservices that integrates Zero trust Network Access (ZTNA) and multi layered encryption techniques to address these security concerns. The architecture operates on the principle of "never trust, always verify," ensuring that access to resources is strictly controlled and continuously monitored. By incorporating multi layered encryption methods such as RSA and AES, the architecture ensures data protection both in transit and at rest, significantly reducing the risk of data breaches and unauthorized access. Through experimental evaluations, the proposed architecture demonstrated its effectiveness in preventing lateral movement, mitigating data leakage, and resisting common attack vectors such as man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks and privilege escalation. Additionally, the performance of the system remained optimal, with minimal overhead despite the additional security layers. The architecture's scalability and robust security mechanisms make it a viable solution for real-world microservices environments, where both security and performance are crucial. This paper discusses the potential impact of this secure architecture on the broader field of distributed system security and offers recommendations for future work, including the integration of advanced machine learning techniques for real-time threat detection and automated responses, as well as the adaptation of the architecture for emerging technologies like edge computing and 6G networks.

Low back pain (LBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints globally and is the main cause of decreased work productivity. One of the risk factors that has been widely studied in the literature is prolonged sitting duration. Prolonged sitting activities cause increased static pressure on the lumbar spine, fatigue of the supporting muscles, as well as a decrease in local blood flow that can trigger chronic pain. This study is a literature review with a meta-analytical approach that aims to analyze the relationship between long-term sitting and the incidence of LBP. The review process was carried out following PRISMA guidelines through searches on PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases for publication in 2020–2025. Of the 20 previous studies analyzed, most showed a positive association between sitting time and an increased risk of LBP, both in adults, adolescents, and children. Sitting for more than 6 hours per day increases the risk of LBP by 33%, especially in individuals with low physical activity. In addition, longer sitting durations with poor posture and minimal active rest were found in the group of office workers and professional drivers who had a high prevalence of LBP. Physical activity has been shown to play a protective role against the risk of LBP, while ergonomic interventions such as lumbar support can reduce pain complaints. Although most studies were observational, the consistency of results supports the importance of prevention through reduced sitting time, increased physical activity, and ergonomic work environment settings. These findings provide a scientific basis for multidimensional interventions to effectively reduce the incidence of LBP.

This study aims to determine and analyze service waiting times, identify the root causes of long queues, and develop a strategy to improve service performance at the 5361137-gas station (SPBU) at the Surabaya-Gresik Toll Rest Area. The research method used is a mixed-methods approach with an exploratory sequential design. This study combines quantitative analysis using Queuing Theory to measure system performance (arrival rates and service times) and descriptive qualitative analysis using a Fishbone Diagram. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and g-form techniques. The results indicate that the current queuing system performance is in a critical or severe condition, indicated by a server utilization rate of 0.94 to 1.02 during peak hours. The average time spent by vehicles in the system is 14.3 minutes, of which 9.6 minutes (67%) is spent waiting in the queue. Fishbone diagram analysis revealed that the root cause of the main problem lies in the complex interaction of factors: Machine factors (EDC signal failure and pump repair downtime), Human and Method factors (implementation of static shifts and reactive maintenance), and Environmental factors (narrow layouts that hinder large vehicle maneuvers). As a solution, this study formulated a hybrid improvement strategy that includes short-term business process engineering (the use of Floating Staff and lane segregation) and long-term investment in additional pumps to change the queuing model from Single Channel to Dual Channel. This strategy is expected to reduce the utility level to a safe zone below 0.80 with a target waiting time of 3–5 minutes.

This study analyzes the economic phenomenon known as the "Purbaya Effect" in the Indonesian capital market during the second half of 2025. This phenomenon is characterized by a significant surge in the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG), which broke the All-Time High (ATH) record 21 times within four months following the appointment of Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa as Minister of Finance. Using a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative market data analysis and qualitative policy review, this research finds that the "Purbaya Effect" is driven by aggressive liquidity injection policies (Rp 200 trillion), institutional trust built during his tenure at LPS, and strong narrative economics. However, this study also identifies significant risks related to exchange rate volatility and potential economic overheating. The findings suggest that while the "Purbaya Effect" successfully restored short-term investor confidence, long-term sustainability depends on the balance between growth acceleration and macroeconomic stability.

The concept of the Day of the LORD in the prophetic tradition of the Old Testament is often narrowly understood as a day of victory and salvation for Israel. However, the book of Amos offers a sharp critique of such an interpretation. This study aims to examine the eschatological meaning of the Day of the LORD in Amos 5:18–24 as a moment of judgment and restoration. This research employs a qualitative method with a biblical hermeneutical approach, particularly historical-contextual and theological analysis of Amos 5:18–24. The findings indicate that the Day of the LORD is portrayed as a divine event that brings judgment against social injustice, religious hypocrisy, and ethical deviation among the people of Israel. At the same time, the text opens the possibility of restoration through the demand for justice and righteousness as expressions of true worship. Therefore, Amos’s eschatology is not speculative about the future but functions as a prophetic critique that calls for repentance and social transformation. This study affirms that the Day of the LORD remains contextually relevant for the contemporary church in integrating faith, worship, and social justice as an inseparable unity.

This community service activity aims to improve the efficiency of inventory management at Zencha MSMEs through the design and implementation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and a spreadsheet-based inventory recording system. Prior to this program, Zencha MSMEs managed its inventory manually without written procedures, which often caused stock discrepancies, delays in restocking, and difficulties in monitoring raw material availability. The methods used in this activity included observation, interviews, SOP design, system socialization, and direct implementation assistance. The SOP was structured to regulate the process of receiving, recording, storing, and using raw materials, while the spreadsheet template functioned as a digital tool to record stock movements automatically. The results show that after the implementation, inventory management became more organized, transparent, and measurable. The business owner was able to monitor stock levels more accurately, determine restocking time more effectively, and reduce the risk of stock shortages. In addition, employees demonstrated better discipline in recording inventory according to established procedures. This program proves that the implementation of SOP and digital-based inventory recording can significantly improve operational efficiency and support the sustainability of micro and small enterprises.

Closed distal humerus fractures are injuries involving the distal portion of the humeral bone without disruption of the overlying skin, most commonly resulting from direct trauma such as the impact of a heavy object or blunt force to the elbow region. Although relatively uncommon in adults, this type of fracture presents considerable complexity due to its proximity to neurovascular structures and the elbow joint. Diagnosis is established through targeted anamnesis, comprehensive physical examination, and radiographic imaging in two standard projections to assess the location, fracture pattern, and degree of displacement. Additional modalities such as computed tomography (CT) may be indicated in cases of articular or comminuted fractures to enhance operative planning. Management depends on fracture stability, the extent of displacement, and the condition of surrounding soft tissues. In unstable or comminuted fractures, operative intervention such as Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) is the preferred approach to restore bony continuity, reconstruct articular anatomy, and enable early mobilization. The primary therapeutic goals are to optimize elbow function, maintain joint stability, and prevent long-term complications including stiffness, malunion, delayed union, or non-union. Postoperative rehabilitation plays a crucial role in preventing restricted range of motion and restoring extremity strength. This case report describes a 49-year-old male with a comminuted closed distal humerus fracture of the left arm following direct trauma from a heavy object. The patient underwent complete clinical and radiological evaluation and was treated with ORIF. Early outcomes demonstrated adequate restoration of stability and alignment, affirming that accurate diagnostic assessment and timely intervention significantly contribute to optimal functional recovery of the affected extremity.

The increasing global energy demand drives the search for efficient and sustainable renewable energy solutions. Solar panels have become one of the most widely used technologies; however, their efficiency remains limited when installed in a static position. This research aims to analyze the performance of a single-axis auto tracking system on a 10WP solar panel integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) for real-time monitoring, specifically in powering a portable powerbank. The research method employed was a quantitative experimental design with three testing scenarios: powerbank charging using an auto-tracking solar panel, a static solar panel, and conventional household electricity as a comparison. Charging data were collected via an IoT system integrated with the Blynk application in real-time. The results indicate that the auto-tracking system increased charging efficiency by around 10%, compared to only 6% with a static panel in one hour. This performance is nearly equal to household electricity charging, which reached approximately 10–11%. The study concludes that the single-axis IoT-based auto-tracking system significantly enhances the performance of small-scale solar panels and holds strong potential for portable energy solutions in remote areas.

This research is motivated by the high risk of fatigue experienced by ship crews during voyages, which directly affects occupational safety and mental well-being. Fatigue arises from long working hours, inadequate rest time, heavy workloads, and extreme environmental conditions such as high temperatures, engine noise, and vessel vibrations. On the MT. Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II, the problem becomes more complex due to the tight work rhythm, short berthing periods, and fast, repetitive loading–unloading activities. Harsh weather conditions, short but intensive sailing distances, and limited relaxation facilities make the crew increasingly vulnerable to both physical and mental fatigue. In addition, a work culture that tends to be authoritarian and lacks communication exacerbates psychological pressure, especially when crew members find it difficult to report their fatigue to superiors. This study uses a qualitative method through direct observation and interviews with all crew members in the deck and engine departments. The aim is to analyze the influence of the work environment and work culture on fatigue levels onboard. The results show that environmental factors such as high temperatures, narrow workspaces, and vessel instability significantly affect physical fatigue. Meanwhile, mental fatigue is triggered by ineffective communication, hierarchical pressure, and an unsupportive work culture. These findings align with the perspectives of Mathis and Jackson and comply with the provisions of the STCW 2010 and MLC 2006, which emphasize the importance of regulating working hours and fatigue management. Overall, optimizing rest hours, improving the work environment, and reforming organizational culture are required to reduce fatigue risks.
