Economic independence is an important factor in improving community welfare, especially for youth in rural areas. Cibatu village, which has abundant human resource potential, faces challenges in the form of low youth access to skills that can be used as a source of income. This screen printing training and development program aims to increase the economic independence of Cibatu village youth by providing practical skills in the field of screen printing on textile media. The program implementation method includes theoretical and practical screen printing training, starting from the screen printing process to final production. The results of this training show an increase in participants' skills and higher motivation to start a screen printing business independently. Thus, this screen printing training and development is one of the strategic solutions in encouraging the economic independence of youth in Cibatu Village, which in turn contributes to improving community welfare

Andri Andriana Syatfle, Nim 148320719008 "DEVELOPMENT OF AN ELECTRONIC BOOK (E-BOOK) FOR EMERGENCY FIRST AID (PPGD) CLIMBING INJURY RISKS FOR UKM PA UNIMUDA SORONG EARTHQUAKE". Information Technology Education Study Program, Faculty of Exact Education, Muhammadiyah University of Education (UNIMUDA) Sorong. This research aims to develop learning media in the form of e-books which can be used as a varied learning media on Emergency First Aid (PPGD) material in the UNIMUDA Sorong Earthquake PA UKM. With this e-book learning media, Mapala Bumi members are more interested and active in learning. The research carried out by the author used the Addie model research and development (R&D) method in seven stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product design revision, product testing and product revision. Learning media in the form of e-books, the material that has been developed has been tested through a media validation questionnaire with an average assessment of 81.25% categorized as very feasible, the first material validation questionnaire with an average assessment of 97.5% categorized as very feasible, and a questionnaire second material validation with an average assessment of 75%, small group trials with an average assessment of 86.3% which were declared very feasible, and large group trials namely: large group trials which obtained an average assessment of 94 .5% is categorized as very feasible. This shows that the media is suitable for use in the learning process.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

This research examines the impact of development on teacher performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable at SMK Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. The approach used in this research is quantitative, and data collection was done through questionnaires from 58 teachers. The findings indicate that development has a positive impact on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Job satisfaction also plays a significant role in enhancing teacher performance. This study showed that with proper designs, the development programs improve job satisfaction and motivational levels among the teachers. Development of training, adequate reward, and appropriate job variation may improve the state of affairs for increasing satisfaction and teacher productivity. All this was hoped to become inputs into the human resource management aspect of educational institutions.

Construction management is vital for coordinating and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with planned objectives. Factors such as time, cost, and quality demand strict control, as discrepancies between initial plans and actual execution can cause significant challenges. In ship construction, delays in material execution and delivery are frequent bottlenecks, leading to schedule disruptions and negatively affecting project outcomes. Addressing these issues requires effective management and robust risk mitigation strategies. This study proposes a web-based ship construction project monitoring system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is developed using Extreme Programming (XP), an agile methodology that emphasizes iterative improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and adaptability. XP practices, including test-driven development, pair programming, and continuous integration, ensure the system is reliable, adaptive, and responsive to evolving user needs. Frequent stakeholder feedback and incremental development cycles enable the system to tackle dynamic challenges, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely project delivery. By incorporating XP principles, this study demonstrates the potential of agile methodologies to enhance construction project management. The resulting system provides a flexible and efficient solution for mitigating delays and improving the overall success of ship construction projects.

ABSTRACT In the digital era, technological advancements have transformed the coaching landscape, requiring coaches to develop more adaptive and innovative skills. This research discusses various innovative approaches that can be used to enhance coaches' competencies, particularly through the utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and e-learning platforms. The focus of this research is on how technology can enhance training effectiveness, program personalization, and better communication between coaches and athletes. Although technology offers many benefits, this research also highlights the challenges faced, including issues of digital literacy and the balance between personal interaction and the use of digital tools. With the wise adoption of technology, coaches can enhance training quality and optimize athlete performance amidst the increasingly complex changes in the sports environment. ABSTRAK Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap kepelatihan, menuntut pelatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih, terutama melalui pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform e-learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan, personalisasi program, serta komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pelatih dan atlet. Meskipun teknologi menawarkan banyak manfaat, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah literasi digital dan keseimbangan antara interaksi personal dengan penggunaan alat digital. Dengan adopsi teknologi yang bijaksana, pelatih dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan mengoptimalkan performa atlet di tengah perubahan lingkungan olahraga yang semakin kompleks.

This research discusses the importance of talent management as a key element in improving employee performance and maintaining an organization's competitive advantage. Using a literature review approach, this research examines theory and empirical results that are relevant to understanding the impact of talent management on company productivity and competitiveness. The analysis results show that talent management makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of recruitment, employee retention and work productivity through training, career development and mentoring programs. Research also finds a significant relationship between talent management and the creation of unique organizational capabilities that are difficult for competitors to imitate.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 068877 Medan Perjuangan. Fokus penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran, media yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penelitian dokumen. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pembelajaran kreatif melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, strategi berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media berbasis video berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan, antara lain: B. Terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan guru untuk menunjang kreativitas pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, peningkatan kesempatan pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21.

ABSTRACT This article discusses curriculum innovation and literacy from the perspective of two Indonesian education ministers, Muhadjir Efendi and Nadiem Makarim, who brought significant changes to the Indonesian education system. Muhadjir Efendi introduced the full day school program and zoning policy, which sparked pros and cons among the community regarding its implementation. On the other hand, Nadiem Makarim introduced the concept of Merdeka Belajar which focuses on independent learning and developing student character through National Examination reform, Minimum Competency Assessment, simplification of RPP, and flexibility in admitting new students (PPDB). This article explores how the policies of the two ministers seek to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, although they still face challenges in implementation and acceptance by society. ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas inovasi dan literasi kurikulum dalam perspektif dua menteri pendidikan Indonesia, Muhadjir Efendi dan Nadiem Makarim, yang membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Muhadjir Efendi memperkenalkan program full day school dan kebijakan zonasi, yang memicu pro dan kontra di kalangan masyarakat terkait penerapannya. Di sisi lain, Nadiem Makarim memperkenalkan konsep Merdeka Belajar yang berfokus pada pembelajaran mandiri dan pengembangan karakter siswa melalui reformasi Ujian Nasional, Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum, penyederhanaan RPP, dan fleksibilitas dalam penerimaan siswa baru (PPDB). Artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana kebijakan kedua menteri tersebut berupaya untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam implementasi dan penerimaannya oleh masyarakat.

Mastering technology is essential in the digital age, particularly for building programming skills. However, a lack of access to good learning materials and adaptable learning systems remains a major challenge. This research intends to create a digital-based coding course platform that effectively and efficiently supports technical learning. To provide the best learning experience, the platform includes different features such as organized learning materials, hands-on exercises, and automated evaluations. The development methods used include analyzing user needs and implementing modern web technologies. Testing results indicate that the platform can enhance users' grasp of coding concepts and encourage them to keep learning. The platform is anticipated to offer innovative solutions for technology education for various groups, from students to professionals.

pendidikan non formal memiliki sejarah panjang di Indonesia, pertama kali muncul pada masa kolonialoisme dan terus berkembang pada saat ini. Di era ini, perkembangan pendidikan non formal sangatlah membantu pengembangan diri dan meningkatkan kualitas warga belajar(peserta didik) serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas martabat dan mutu dalam kehidupan. Pendidikan non formal tertera dalam UU RI no2 tahun 2003 tentang SISDIKNAS pada pasal 26: ayat (3, 4, dan 6) yang berbunyi : ayat ( 3) Pendidikan non formal meliputi pendidikan kecakapan hidup, pendidikan anak usia dini, pendidikan kepemudaan, pendidikan pemberdayaan perempuan, pendidikan keaksaraan, pendidikan keterampilan dan pelatihan kerja, pendidikan kesetaraan, serta pendidikan lain yang ditujukan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik.”, ayat (4) “Satuan pendidikan non formal terdiri atas lembaga ku rsus, lembaga pelatihan, kelompok belajar, pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat, dan majelis taklim serta satuan pendidikan yang sejenis.:,  dan ayat (6) “Hasil pendidikan non formal dapat dihargai setara dengan hasil program pendidikan formal setelah melalui proses penilaian penyetaraan oleh lembaga yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah atau pemerintah daerah dengan mengacu pada standar nasional penilaian.”. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik peserta didik non formal yang ada Indonesia.

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, the quality of human resources (HR) plays an important role in determining the success of the company. This research explores the impact of HR training and development on improving employee productivity as a strategic step to create a competitive advantage. Training is designed to strengthen employees' technical capabilities, while development aims to increase their intellectual and emotional capacity to face future challenges. The research findings show that well-designed training and development programs not only improve skills, but also increase employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty. This in turn has a positive impact on work productivity and company competitiveness. This research uses a literature study approach by reviewing various literatures to understand the relationship between training, development and productivity. The results are expected to be a reference for companies in designing sustainable HR management strategies.

Currently, the Amikom University Purwokerto student portal is still not equipped with a student data search feature that can make it easier to access related information. The unavailability of this feature can provide significant obstacles to various students' daily activities, especially in activities such as academic research, collaborative group work across study programs, and interactions between departments. The aim of this research is to apply the TOGAF framework which is expected to be able to help identify the root of the problem and provide a more comprehensive, systematic and effective solution in an effort to improve the functionality of this portal, so that it can better support students' academic needs. This research uses the TOGAF method which includes Understanding Business Context, Vision Architecture, Definition Architecture, and Transition Architecture. The result of this research is a flowchart design for the student data search feature which was created and analyzed using the Bizagi Modeler application which was compared between the design and the current process. Based on the results, it shows that the design of the student data search flow through Student Amikom Purwokerto is much faster and more efficient because the data search time is reduced from 40 minutes to 3 minutes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program manasik haji di TK Swasta Al-Muttaqien menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai relevansi, sumber daya, proses, dan dampak program terhadap anak usia dini. Program ini dirancang untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai agama Islam melalui simulasi ibadah haji yang edukatif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan spiritual dan karakter Islami anak, seperti kesabaran, kerja sama, dan kepatuhan. Namun, terdapat kendala berupa kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dan keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung. Implikasi penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan partisipasi orang tua, dukungan yayasan, pengembangan fasilitas, dan inovasi metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keberlanjutan program manasik haji sebagai sarana pendidikan agama yang efektif bagi anak usia dini.

Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) play a strategic role in developing human resources that are not only religiously competent but also economically independent. In addressing the challenges of globalization, pesantren independence can be strengthened through entrepreneurship programs that provide economic benefits, empower students (santri), and contribute to the surrounding community. This study focuses on analyzing the entrepreneurship programs at Pondok Pesantren Al Kautsar 561, which include biofloc tilapia farming and melon cultivation in greenhouses, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection involved focus group discussions (FGD) with foundation administrators, teachers, students, and the local community. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship programs enhance pesantren independence by generating additional income, which is utilized for scholarships and operational activities. Entrepreneurship training equips students with practical skills in agribusiness and aquaculture, such as biofloc systems and greenhouse technology. Furthermore, these programs strengthen the relationship between pesantren and the community through community-based economic collaboration, creating job opportunities and improving local economic resilience. However, challenges such as limited resources and access to technology persist. Solutions include establishing strategic partnerships with external parties and providing training in digital marketing to ensure program sustainability.

This study examines how the implementation of Bahasa Indonesia as a general course (MKU) has a strategic role in supporting the development of student competencies, especially in the field of nutrition science. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method to investigate how effective the Bahasa Indonesia MKU is in improving academic communication skills, scientific literacy, and the delivery of information about nutrition science. The results of the study show that the Bahasa Indonesia MKU contributes greatly to the mastery of scientific writing skills, the creation of data-based nutrition reports, and the dissemination of persuasive information to the public. Students also showed improvements in critical and analytical thinking, which helped them make nutritional decisions. Therefore, the Bahasa Indonesia MKU functions as a course that is not only mandatory, but also as an important foundation for building the professionalism of nutrition students. This study emphasizes that the Bahasa Indonesia course must be integrated with the specific needs of the study program to produce graduates who are proficient and ready to contribute to society.

The University of Jambi (UNJA) currently manages the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) manually using Microsoft Excel, which causes various problems such as the length of the UKT determination process, data duplication, and difficulty in accessing the UKT determination history by the leadership.This research aims to develop UKT management features on the UNJA registration system to increase the effectiveness and automation of the UKT management process. System development is carried out using the Star Life Cycle Model method by implementing the features of the student UKT program proposal and uploading the required files. The research produced a prototype of a web-based registration system with a UKT Management feature that allows the process of determining and submitting a reduction / exemption of UKT to be carried out systematically. The implementation of this system is expected to overcome problems in managing UKT at UNJA such as duplication of UKT reduction which is detrimental to the institution in terms of finance.

This community service journal discusses the involvement of Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) in addressing social issues, particularly in its partner villages, including Sanrobone Village in Takalar Regency. As part of UMI’s commitment to the Tri Dharma of higher education, which includes community service, new faculty members are assigned to contribute to the development of underprivileged areas. The program aims to improve community welfare through educational outreach, health initiatives, and literacy programs. The community service activities in Sanrobone, which took place from July 3 to August 3, 2024, involved three UMI faculty members: Aulia Mahardika, dr. Harry Supratama, and dr. Dhian Karina A. Hattah. The primary focus of these activities included health education, digital literacy, and contributing to the establishment of a community library. The service program was designed to enhance the community's understanding of osteoporosis, intestinal worms, and the importance of digital literacy in today’s technological age. Additionally, the faculty members contributed to building a library in the village to foster reading habits and knowledge acquisition. The journal also highlights the collaboration with the local government, emphasizing the importance of integrating academic expertise into community-based development. The outcomes of this community service initiative not only supported the local community's development but also provided valuable learning experiences for the faculty, contributing to their professional growth as educators and community leaders.

This research examines the influence of human resource development on the competency and performance of employees at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type Madya Customs B Medan. Through interviews with five employees of the Medan Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Type A Customs, this research identified the steps taken by the leadership to improve employee competency and performance, as well as overcome the obstacles faced. The main focus of research is development programs which include training, skills and mental development, assessment, and providing motivation through capacity building activities. The theory used refers to the concept of employee performance according to Sedarmayanti, with a qualitative approach that includes observation, interviews and collecting supporting documents. The research results show that the human resource development carried out plays an important role in improving the competency and performance of employees in the office.

The MSME target for the Innovation Development Program in this group is AA Bakery and Cake which is located in RT 01 Mekarsari sub-district, Central Balikpapan District. The aim of this PI activity is to assist in creating innovation in terms of improving business branding in order to increase brand awareness among customers as well as assisting in creating digital financial reports.

In the era of globalisation and rapid technological development, developing the competencies of teachers and education staff is key to improving the quality of education. This article discusses various strategies for competency development in education human resource management (HRM), with a focus on teachers and education staff. Adopting an evidence-based approach identifies effective methods for training and professional development, including the utilisation of technology, online courses, and experiential learning. In addition, it explores the critical role of constructive feedback and continuous evaluation in the competency development process. The research underscores the importance of integration between HRM theory and daily educational practice to achieve optimal results. The results of this article are expected to provide practical guidance for educational institutions in designing effective development programmes to improve teacher and staff performance and advance the education system as a whole.
