Debt restructuring and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) are legal instruments in the Indonesian bankruptcy system aimed at providing legal protection and maintaining a balance of interests between debtors and creditors. In practice, the PKPU process is not only related to the settlement of debts but also involves business continuity, legal certainty, and the stability of the business world. This research aims to analyze the position and optimization of the role of advocates in debt restructuring and the PKPU process in Indonesia, as well as to examine their role in providing legal protection for both debtors and creditors. The research uses a normative juridical method with a legislative and conceptual approach thru the analysis of Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU, Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, the Civil Code, as well as various regulations related to the resolution of commercial disputes. The research results show that lawyers hold a strategic position not only as legal representatives in Commercial Courts but also as legal advisors, negotiators, and debt restructuring facilitators who play a role in maintaining the balance of legal protection for the parties involved. The optimization of the role of lawyers is necessary thru the strengthening of professionalism, integrity, business competence, and a business rescue approach so that the PKPU and bankruptcy processes are not misused as tools of business pressure, but rather become means of fair, effective, and legally certain commercial dispute resolution.

The rapid development of digital media, particularly YouTube, has encouraged personal branding practices among content creators in the gaming sector. This study analyzes how Tobias Justin constructs his personal branding through the Jess No Limit YouTube channel using Montoya's (2002) eight-component personal branding theory, namely specialization, leadership, personality, distinctiveness, visibility, unity, persistence, and goodwill. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, data were collected through online observation of 15 videos published between 2023 and 2025, digital documentation, and digital footprint analysis. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's (1994) interactive model. Findings reveal that Tobias Justin's personal branding is built through consistent specialization in Mobile Legends gameplay, an authentic and humble personal narrative, a relaxed yet persuasive communication style, and sustained positive audience engagement. Audiences actively reinforce his image as a professional, inspiring figure, demonstrating that personal branding is a dialectical process involving creator presentation and collective audience validation. This study concludes that effective digital creator branding is shaped by value consistency, technical competence, and strategic audience relationship management, not mere popularity. Comparative research across gaming creators or platforms is recommended to extend generalizability.

Curriculum reform in Indonesia has repeatedly emphasized flexibility, deep learning, and student-centered instruction. Nevertheless, many reforms have not been translated effectively into classroom practice. Existing studies tend to focus on teacher competence and policy readiness, while the deeper dimension of teacher beliefs remains underexplored. This study aims to unpack how teacher beliefs shape responses to curriculum reform and to identify the belief-related factors that influence the success or failure of curriculum innovation. A qualitative descriptive design was employed using pre-Delphi reflective questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion data involving senior secondary school teachers and educational stakeholders. Data were analyzed thematically to identify recurring patterns of belief, challenge, and adaptation. The findings reveal that teacher beliefs constitute the most decisive factor in curriculum implementation. Three major themes emerged: (1) a persistent gap between curriculum policy and classroom practice, (2) the difficulty of transforming teachers’ mindsets from fixed to growth-oriented perspectives, and (3) the construction of an ideal teacher identity characterized by reflection, adaptability, collaboration, and moral commitment. More importantly, teachers viewed curriculum change not merely as a technical demand, but as a moral and spiritual responsibility. Curriculum reform will remain ineffective unless it addresses teachers’ internal beliefs. Sustainable transformation requires professional development that integrates cognitive, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of teaching.

This study aims to examine the use of picture books as a visual literacy medium in teaching English at the elementary school level, particularly in the context of English as a Foreign Language (EFL). This research employed a qualitative descriptive literature review by analyzing relevant national and international journal articles published within the last five years. The findings indicate that the integration of visual and verbal elements in picture books contributes significantly to students’ language development, especially in vocabulary acquisition, reading comprehension, and meaning construction. From an affective perspective, the use of picture books enhances students’ motivation, learning interest, classroom participation, and reduces language learning anxiety. The effectiveness of visual media is theoretically supported by Dual Coding Theory, which explains that information processed through both verbal and visual channels strengthens memory retention and comprehension. However, several challenges remain, including the selection of appropriate picture books and teachers’ limited competence in visual literacy. Therefore, systematic instructional planning and professional development for teachers are essential to optimize the use of picture books in EFL classrooms at the elementary level.

This community service program aims to enhance teachers’ competence in developing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based assessment items to support improved performance in the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) at SMP Negeri Kletek. The main problem faced by the partner school is the limited understanding of teachers in designing assessment instruments that measure higher-order thinking skills, as well as insufficient ability to develop literacy- and numeracy-oriented questions aligned with ANBK characteristics. This condition has resulted in suboptimal learning evaluation quality and limited student readiness for national assessment. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, emphasizing the active involvement of participants throughout all stages. The implementation included the planning stage through needs assessment and problem identification, the action stage through training and mentoring in HOTS-based item development, the observation stage through evaluation of participants’ work, and the reflection stage to identify achievements and challenges. Data were collected using pre-test and post-test, observation, and reflective discussions. The results indicate an improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in developing HOTS-based items, as reflected in higher post-test scores. Teachers were able to design competency-based blueprints, contextual stimuli, and analytical, evaluative, and creative questions. This program effectively strengthens teachers’ professional competence and school readiness for ANBK.

The quality of nursing services is not solely determined by nurses’ technical competence in providing clinical care, but is also influenced by their ability to establish therapeutic communication with patients. Therapeutic communication is a professional interaction process aimed at helping patients understand their health conditions, express their feelings, and develop a trusting relationship with nurses. Effective communication between nurses and patients can increase patients’ comfort during hospitalization and may influence their level of satisfaction with the nursing services provided. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nurses’ therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the inpatient ward of Grha Permata Ibu Hospital in 2025. This study used an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 182 patients selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a therapeutic communication questionnaire and the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Care Quality Questionnaire (PSNCQQ) to assess patient satisfaction with nursing care. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank correlation test to determine the relationship between the two variables. Most respondents assessed nurses’ therapeutic communication as good (87%). However, the majority of patients reported poor satisfaction levels (79.7%). The results of the Spearman Rank analysis showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of <0.001 with a correlation coefficient of rs = −0.438, indicating a statistically significant relationship with a moderate correlation strength between nurses’ therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between nurses’ therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the inpatient ward of Grha Permata Ibu Hospital.

Microteaching is an innovative educator training method aimed at developing basic teaching skills and fostering student self-efficacy through a micro-scale approach. This study describes how teaching simulations with limited duration, audience size, and material focus can facilitate the transformation of pre-service teachers' pedagogical competence. Using a qualitative approach, the research found that microteaching functions as a "safe laboratory" for students to explore teaching creativity without the risk of systemic failure. The skill development process includes mastering stimulus variation techniques through the use of visual and audiovisual media, such as PowerPoint and instructional videos, as well as strengthening instructional communication styles. Furthermore, students' self-efficacy increases significantly through a cycle of constructive feedback from peers and supervisors, enabling reflection-on-action. The results conclude that the re-plan and re-teach mechanisms are crucial in shaping professional and permanent teaching behaviors before students enter actual classroom environments. These findings highlight the importance of microteaching in developing both the technical and reflective skills necessary for effective teaching practice.

Administrative capacity has long been recognized as a fundamental determinant of governmental effectiveness, yet its role in executive service delivery, particularly in relation to government protocol functions, remains conceptually underdeveloped in public administration scholarship. Existing studies on administrative capacity predominantly focus on policy formulation, implementation, and citizen-facing service delivery, while research on executive governance and executive support systems often treats internal support functions in aggregate terms. As a result, the specific contribution of protocol functions—as administrative, symbolic, and coordinative mechanisms that sustain executive leadership—has been largely overlooked. Addressing this gap, this literature review examines how administrative capacity operates within executive service delivery, with a particular emphasis on government protocol functions as an integral component of executive support and governance coordination. The primary objective of this article is to synthesize and integrate dispersed theoretical and empirical insights to reconceptualize protocol functions within the broader framework of Administrative Capacity Theory. Employing a narrative–integrative literature review approach, the study systematically selected and analyzed peer-reviewed journal articles from major academic databases published within the last five years. The literature was examined through thematic analysis and conceptual synthesis, guided by Administrative Capacity Theory as the core framework and complemented by perspectives on executive service delivery, institutional capacity, street-level bureaucracy, public service professionalism, and governance coordination. The review identifies recurring patterns indicating that effective executive service delivery depends on the interaction of individual-level capacities (professional competence, discretion, and ethics), organizational-level capacities (structures, procedures, and coordination routines), and system-level capacities (institutional arrangements and governance mechanisms).

This study aims to examine the development of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia from the classical to the modern era, as well as the factors influencing their transformation and strategies for strengthening them to remain relevant to contemporary needs without abandoning Islamic values. The research method used is a literature review (library research) by analyzing books, scientific journals, and official documents related to Islamic education, both nationally and internationally, published within the last five years. The findings indicate that Islamic education evolved from informal learning through majelis taklim, surau, and langgar, to the establishment of pesantren, madrasahs, and modern Islamic higher education institutions that integrate religious and general knowledge. The transformation of these institutions is influenced by local cultural factors, international scholarly networks, political pressures and colonialism, reformist figures, globalization, economic demands, social mobility, and national education policies. In the era of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Islamic educational institutions face challenges such as technological access disparities, limited teacher competence in digital pedagogy, curriculum integration, and the risk of educational commodification. Strengthening strategies include developing integrative curricula, professionalizing teachers, utilizing digital technology, promoting media literacy based on Islamic values, developing entrepreneurship, revitalizing traditional knowledge, and enhancing alumni networks and visionary leadership. This study emphasizes that the synergy among pesantren, madrasahs, and Islamic higher education institutions forms a national Islamic education ecosystem that is adaptive, rooted in spiritual values, and capable of producing Muslim generations who are morally upright, knowledgeable, and globally competitive.
