Kerusakan jalan adalah permasalahan infrastruktur yang berdampak pada keselamatan dan efisiensi lalu lintas. Penelitan ini memiliki tujuan mengevaluasi kondisi lapangan perkerasan ruas jalan Banjaran Muhammad Yamin, Kabupaten Tegal, menggunakan dua metode: Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dan Binamarga. Metode PCI menilai kondisi secara visual dengan indeks numerik, sedangkan Bina Marga menilai jenis dan Tingkat kerusakan serta menentukan urutan prioritas perbaikan. Survei dilakukan pada 30 segmen jalan sepanjang 2,9 km. hasil menunjukan bahwa Sebagian besar segmen tergolong Poor hingga Very Poor berdasarkan PCI, bahkan terdapat segmen yang masuk kategori Failed. Sebaliknya, metode Bina Marga menunjukkan semua segmen cukup untuk pemeliharaan rutin dengan nilai prioritas 8-11. Perbedaan ini menunjukkan bahwa PCI lebih sensitif terhadap kerusakan struktual dan permukaan, sedangkan Bina Marga bersifat konservatif. Disarankan untuk mengombinasikan kedua metode guna memperoleh penilaian kondisi jalan yang lebih akurat dan menjadi dasar perencanaan penanganan yang komprehensif.

The high consumption of coffee as part of people's lifestyle and the dominance of Americano and Cappuccino variants in sales at Roost Restaurant necessitate an analysis of consumer assessments of these two beverages. Therefore, this study aims to determine consumer assessments of the popular Americano and Cappuccino coffee beverages at Roost Restaurant at The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with data collection techniques through documentation and questionnaires distributed to 82 respondents. Consumer assessments are analyzed based on five indicators, namely taste, aroma, balance, presentation, and price. The results show that all indicators for both coffee beverages are in the high category, meaning that consumer assessments of Americano and Cappuccino are good in all aspects. The indicator with the highest rating for Americano and Cappuccino is presentation, while the indicator with the lowest rating for Americano and Cappuccino is taste. These findings indicate that although consumer ratings are generally good, improvements in taste, especially for Americano, are still needed to enhance consumers' positive perceptions of the products served.

Deteksi nyeri secara objektif merupakan tantangan penting dalam dunia medis, terutama bagi pasien yang tidak mampu menyampaikan rasa sakitnya secara verbal, seperti bayi, lansia, atau penderita gangguan komunikasi. Teknologi non- invasif berbasis sensor menjadi solusi potensial untuk mengatasi keterbatasan metode subjektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau secara sistematis literatur terkini mengenai penerapan Radar MIMO dan algoritma kecerdasan buatan dalam deteksi nyeri non-invasif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA 2020, melalui penelusuran basis data IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, PubMed, Google Scholar, dan SpringerLink untuk periode 2021– 2025. Dari hasil seleksi diperoleh 17 artikel inklusi yang mencakup penggunaan Radar MIMO, UNBC-McMaster, BioVid, Medical Imaging (CT/MRI), Radar SISO, serta studi review, survey, bibliometrik, dan teoretis. Dari sisi algoritma, CNN dan SVM menjadi pendekatan paling dominan, diikuti Neural Network dan metode lain, dengan tren yang mengarah pada penggunaan multimodal untuk meningkatkan akurasi. Hasil penilaian kualitas dengan GRADE menunjukkan mayoritas studi berkualitas sedang, dengan keterbatasan utama pada ukuran sampel kecil, pelabelan nyeri yang belum konsisten, bias populasi, serta kurangnya validasi klinis nyata. Kesimpulannya, Radar MIMO dan algoritma deep learning memiliki potensi besar untuk deteksi nyeri non-invasif. Namun, penelitian lanjutan perlu difokuskan pada pembangunan dataset yang lebih inklusif, standarisasi pelabelan nyeri, serta pengujian dalam konteks klinis, dengan memperhatikan aspek etika dan privasi agar teknologi ini dapat diimplementasikan secara luas dalam layanan kesehatan.

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints in muscles, joints, and soft tissues can be caused by poor posture, repetitive movements, and excessive physical load. In the wet cake-making industry, workers often sit or stand for long periods, bend, and perform monotonous hand movements, which increases the risk of MSDs. The impact includes decreased work comfort, productivity, and quality of life. This study aims to assess the ergonomic risk level in wet cake-making workers and identify the relationship between work activities and MSD complaints. The method used is descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional design, involving 45 workers at Kue X Silaberanti. Ergonomic risk was assessed using the REBA method, while MSD complaints were measured using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The results show that in the mixing process, 58.8% of workers experienced a very high risk of MSDs. In the molding and baking processes, 52.9% and 68.8% of workers, respectively, were at high risk. The most frequent complaints were pain in the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists due to poor posture and repetitive movements. To reduce the risk of MSDs, workers need to improve their posture, use ergonomic aids, rotate tasks, and undergo training in safe working techniques.

This community service program aims to improve teachers' competency in developing short story writing assessment instruments. This is crucial to ensure objective assessments for all students. This community service program contributes to the Indonesian language curriculum, particularly the short story writing curriculum. This community service program was conducted at Urumb State Junior High School in Merauke, with eight teachers participating. The school faced challenges in assessing the lack of objectivity, specifically the use of assessment instruments that align with the learning objectives. Furthermore, students' short story writing skills were still very low. This community service program enabled teachers to develop valid and reliable short story writing assessment instruments. The program took the form of a workshop, which included outreach through training, mentoring, and discussions with the implementation team. During the training phase, the implementation team provided students with an initial understanding of the importance of objective assessment. This was because, in addition to identifying student abilities, teachers could also assess the success of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. During the mentoring phase, the team provided direct guidance to train teachers in developing short story assessment instruments for student assignments. The questions in the assignments are written in language that is easy for students to understand. After developing the assessment instrument, which is the student assignment, a group discussion is held to refine the short story writing assessment instrument. Furthermore, students can improve their short story writing skills through the assignments in the assessment instrument.

Latar Belakang:Dehidrasi dapat menurunkan daya tahan fisik dan mengganggu fungsi tubuh. Aktivitas fisik yang tinggi pada siswa berisiko menyebabkan dehidrasi, terutama jika pengetahuan tentang pencegahan dan penanganannya masih rendah. Edukasi mengenai manajemen dehidrasi penting dilakukan agar siswa mampu mencegah dan menangani dehidrasi dengan tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai dehidrasi dan manajemen dehidrasi melalui sosialisasi edukatif. Metode: Peserta yang dipilih dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Martapura sebanyak 37 orang. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan pendekatan penyuluhan interaktif serta penggunaan website “TERHIDRASI” sebagai alat bantu deteksi status hidrasi. Penilaian pengetahuan dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa setelah sosialisasi. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan siswa mengenai pengertian, tanda, dampak, dan pencegahan dehidrasi setelah dilakukan edukasi, dengan proporsi pengetahuan baik meningkat dari 64,9% menjadi 81,1%. Sosialisasi edukatif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya menjaga hidrasi tubuh. Simpulan: Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan agar sosialisasi mengenai manajemen dehidrasi terus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah, disertai pembiasaan membawa air minum sendiri dan penyediaan fasilitas isi ulang air minum oleh pihak sekolah untuk mendukung perilaku hidrasi sehat siswa.   Kata kunci: manajemen, dehidrasi, prototype, remaja

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the health level of PT Bank Mega Tbk during the 2016–2023 period using the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RGEC) method. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach with an evaluative design. The data used are secondary data obtained from audited annual financial statements published by PT Bank Mega Tbk and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method refers to regulatory provisions by Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority, covering four assessment factors: Risk Profile (measured by Non-Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio), Good Corporate Governance (based on self-assessment reports), Earnings (measured by Return on Assets, Return on Equity, BOPO, and Net Interest Margin), and Capital (measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio). Each indicator is assessed according to regulatory criteria and integrated to determine the Composite Rating (PK). The results show that PT Bank Mega Tbk consistently achieved Composite Rating 1 (PK-1), categorized as “Very Healthy,” throughout the observation period. The Risk Profile, Capital, and most Earnings indicators demonstrate strong and stable performance, while Good Corporate Governance remains consistently in the “Healthy” category. However, the Return on Equity indicator shows relatively lower performance compared to other profitability ratios, indicating the need for more optimal utilization of equity. Overall, the findings confirm the bank’s strong financial resilience while highlighting managerial implications related to capital efficiency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penguatan human capital dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan perencanaan karier karyawan di PT. Wang Bintan Konsultan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan meliputi belum optimalnya sistem manajemen kinerja, penilaian yang masih subjektif, kurangnya indikator kerja yang jelas, sistem insentif yang belum efektif, rendahnya motivasi dan disiplin kerja, serta lemahnya kerja sama tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penilaian kinerja perlu diperkuat dengan indikator terukur (KPI) dan Balanced Scorecard, sementara kompensasi harus dikaitkan langsung dengan pencapaian kerja (performance-based system). Selain itu, perusahaan perlu menanamkan budaya disiplin, memberikan pelatihan rutin, serta membangun kolaborasi tim yang kuat. Strategi penguatan human capital yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pembinaan, penghargaan, dan komunikasi dua arah terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kompetensi, dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi.

Dalam penelitian ini penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa. Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah tentang bagaimana pelatihan memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Bagaimana penilaian kinerja memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan dan dampak pelatihan dan penilaian kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak pelatihan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT BGR Logistik Medan. Untuk menguji dampak sistem penilaian kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Untuk menguji dampak pelatihan dan sistem evaluasi kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 58 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai pendekatan analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas, bahwa Penilaian Kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi, dan bahwa pelatihan dan Penilaian Kinerja secara bersama-sama memiliki dampak positif terhadap produktivitas.

Penulis menyimpulkan dalam studi ini bahwa. Studi ini merumuskan masalah mengenai dampak signifikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara individu maupun kolektif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak program pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk menilai sejauh mana pengembangan sumber daya manusia memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Untuk mengevaluasi dampak simultan program pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel studi terdiri dari 85 karyawan. Studi ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda sebagai pendekatan analisis datanya. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif, dan baik program pelatihan maupun pengembangan sumber daya manusia secara kolektif meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to analyze and compare rice inventory valuation using the FIFO, FEFO, and Average methods in determining the cost of goods sold (COGS) at UD. Rahayu Indah. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a perpetual inventory recording system. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from January to December 2024. The results show that each method produces different COGS values: the FIFO method produces the lowest COGS, followed by FEFO, while the Average method produces the highest COGS. This difference is influenced by cost allocation based on the order of goods in and out and price fluctuations during the production period. These findings indicate that the FIFO method is the most effective method to be applied at UD. Rahayu Indah because it reflects the logical physical flow of goods, supports cost efficiency, and increases the company's gross profit. In addition, this method is also in line with the company's operational characteristics, which have stable purchasing patterns and are in accordance with the principles of PSAK No. 14 on inventory. The results of this study are expected to assist UD. Rahayu Indah's management in determining an inventory valuation strategy that is efficient, accurate, and supports business sustainability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran terhadap peserta didik di Lembaga Pendidikan MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan Pamekasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di lapangan dan wawancara langsung dengan informan kunci, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran, dan wali kelas. Observasi dilakukan untuk melihat secara faktual proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran secara sistematis untuk mengukur pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan wawancara diarahkan untuk menggali persepsi, pengalaman, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku pendidik terkait pelaksanaan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran di MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan Pamekasan telah dilaksanakan melalui berbagai instrumen dan teknik evaluasi seperti penilaian tugas dan pencapaian yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik serta tujuan pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan dalam konsistensi pemberian umpan balik dan pemanfaatan hasil evaluasi untuk perbaikan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi evaluasi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik.

This research analyses the optimisation of the electronic performance appraisal system (e-Kinerja) implementation within the context of the Civil Servant (ASN) performance management transformation at the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency. The e-Kinerja system represents a digital innovation in ASN performance appraisal, developed in accordance with the Minister of State Apparatus Utilisation and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 6 of 2022. This qualitative research, employing a case study approach, utilised purposive sampling for informant selection, with data gathered through participant observation and documentary analysis. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the e-Kinerja implementation faces challenges regarding system integration with the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG), synchronisation of personnel data, and equitable dissemination of information to all Civil Servants. Nevertheless, the system is proven to enhance accountability, transparency, and work productivity of Civil Servants through measurable daily reporting mechanisms and monthly targets. This study contributes theoretically to the literature on technology-based public sector performance management and practically through recommendations for developing a more integrated e-Government system. Policy implications include the necessity for accelerating the digitalisation of personnel services, strengthening the capacity of civil service human resources in digital literacy, and developing an information technology infrastructure that supports bureaucratic transformation towards a more efficient, accountable, and responsive.

Kondisi jalan idealnya berada dalam keadaan mantap untuk mendukung mobilitas masyarakat, namun keterbatasan anggaran menjadi kendala sehingga diperlukan alokasi yang efektif, efisien, dan sesuai kebutuhan. Analisis prioritas penanganan jalan menggunakan Provincial and Kabupaten Road Management System (PKRMS) menghasilkan rekomendasi jenis penanganan, estimasi kebutuhan biaya, serta urutan prioritas berdasarkan data inventarisasi jalan, kondisi jalan, volume lalu lintas, dan harga satuan pekerjaan. Penilaian kondisi jalan dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai Treatment Trigger Index (TTI) sebagai dasar rekomendasi penanganan, sedangkan prioritas penanganan ditentukan melalui nilai Treatment Priority Index (TPI) yang mempertimbangkan kondisi jalan dan volume lalu lintas. Hasil analisis pada tujuh ruas jalan di Kecamatan Kranggan, Kabupaten Temanggung menunjukkan kebutuhan anggaran tahun 2026 sebesar Rp38.375,44 juta untuk pekerjaan rehabilitasi, pemeliharaan berkala, rutin kondisi, dan pemeliharaan rutin, dengan prioritas tertinggi pada ruas Jl. Kranggan–Klepu yang memiliki nilai TPI 84,2. Dibandingkan dengan alokasi anggaran tahun 2024 sebesar Rp 40,20 juta/km atau Rp 1.810,20 juta untuk total 45,30 km, dana yang tersedia hanya mampu mencakup pemeliharaan rutin, rutin kondisi, dan sebagian pemeliharaan berkala, sehingga diperlukan optimalisasi alokasi anggaran serta penambahan dana apabila peningkatan kemantapan jalan ditetapkan sebagai target utama

Model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) merupakan salah satu bentuk pembelajaran kooperatif yang menekankan kerja sama dalam kelompok heterogen untuk mencapai tujuan belajar bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan implementasi model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAI-BP) di SMP N 1 Sampang Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada pemaparan mendalami mengenai proses penerapan model STAD dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan, dan keabsahan data diuji dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan deskripsi sebagai berikut: penerapan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dalam pembelajaran PAI-BP di SMP N 1 Sampang Cilacap dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan.Pada tahap perencanaan, guru menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran seperti Rencana Pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), membentuk kelompok belajar secara heterogen, serta menyiapkan instrumen evaluasi berupa kuis. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, guru menyampaikan materi, membimbing diskusi kelompok, memberikan kuis, serta memberikan penghargaan bagi kelompok yang memperoleh nilai terbaik. Sedangkan pada tahap evaluasi, guru melakukan penilaian baik secara individu maupun kelompok untuk mengukur pemahaman dan keaktifan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran PAI-BP. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model STAD dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih aktif, interaktif dan menyenangkan sehingga pembelajaran PAI-BP menjadi lebih efektif dan bermakna.

Lecturers are a key element in improving the quality of education in higher education. Effective assessment of lecturer performance is essential for evaluation and improvement of education quality. Instituito Profissional de Canossa (IPDC) evaluates lecturer performance through manual methods involving students, this process often produces inaccurate data and slows down decision making. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can accommodate all the criteria needed in decision making using the promethee method to assess lecturer performance. Promethee was chosen in this research because of its ability to consider data characteristics and provide more accurate results. This DSS will consider three assessment criteria, including education, community service and research. The results of the DSS implementation with the Promethee method can provide recommendations for lecturer performance rankings that help the quality assurance team in identifying outstanding lecturers.

This research aims to identify potential hazards and assess the level of fire risk in a textile company located in Sukoharjo Regency using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. The research background is based on the high fire hazard potential in the textile industry due to the use of flammable chemicals, high operating temperatures, and the accumulation of combustible fibers and textile dust. A descriptive research approach was applied through field observations, interviews with workers and the OHS team, and technical document analysis. The results showed that the highest risk levels were found in the dyeing process, electrical panel room, and machine maintenance activities (welding/repair), with risk scores reaching 20 (high category). The main contributing factors included non-standard electrical installations, poor ventilation, and unsafe work behavior. Risk control strategies are recommended through technical, administrative, and behavioral approaches, including smoke detection systems, routine evacuation training, and the reinforcement of safety culture. The implementation of these measures is expected to improve the effectiveness of occupational health and safety management systems and reduce the potential for fire incidents in the textile industry.

This study aims to explore how Indonesia's auspicious legal framework supports the establishment and functionality of cooperatives and identify challenges to its implementation. Used in this study is a qualitative Systematic Literature Review (SLR), whose collection and review of literature were conducted through various academic sources with complementary legislation. The results of the research indicate that in spite of the existence of formal arrangements and rules for institutional factors and cooperative health assessments, field practice is weak due to lack of understanding, socialization, and effective supervision. Social and geographical diversity and legal limitations are also major concerns in the realization of adaptive and sustainable cooperatives. Therefore, the regulatory approach has to be reformed and the institutional strength of cooperatives increased to guarantee more effective functioning as well as in accordance with cooperative principles.

In the#world of work assessment, it is very important, every organization will develop the best strategy to be able to compete. Especially in improving employee performance. The background to good employee performance is the ability to adapt, having skills that are relevant to the job, and the willingness to continue learning and developing. Thus, companies can achieve brand goals more effectively and efficiently. Similar to other companies, PT. Hilfic also carries out performance assessments of its employees. In this research, employee performance assessment uses a strategy based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence employee performance, such as motivation, competence, work environment, etc. The method used uses qualitative methods. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance, especially on quality and quantity after the company implemented Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as an assessment of its performance.

Employee performance appraisal is a crucial aspect of human resource management and development, as the evaluation results serve as the basis for managerial decision-making, including promotions, incentives, and career development. However, unstructured assessment sistems often hinder the objectivity, transparency, and accuracy of performance evaluations. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support Sistem (DSS) to assess the performance of Biller employees at the ULP PLN Kuala office by applying the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. TOPSIS was selected because it effectively addresses multi-criteria decision-making problems by comparing each alternative to both positive and negative ideal solutions. The evaluation criteria include invoice achievement, account return balance, and PAL balance. The sistem was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database, ensuring integration and accessibility. The test results indicate that the sistem is capable of providing employee rankings in an objective and measurable manner. Based on the calculation, Tri Widodo achieved the highest score (0.8027), demonstrating the best performance among the evaluated employees. The implementation of this TOPSIS-based DSS makes the performance appraisal process more sistematic, efficient, transparent, and accurate, thereby contributing to the improvement of human resource management quality within the organization.
